I purchased one Atlanta American Glass Coffee Table from
royaloakindia.com on 10th September with my sbi debit card.
order: ROY0067551
Order Date: 10/09/2020

The product was supposed to be delivered on 24th September. They did
not delivered the product till date (i.e 06.11.2020).
I have been told by their Kolkata staff Paraj Paul ([protected]),
Sumit Ganguly([protected]) and ware house manager Mr. Hemanto
([protected]). They said they cannot deliver the product to my house. I told them
to cancel, They said they cancelled the order. Further when I call their customercare they always say they will inform to concerned department and whatsapp their number they say they will refund in 4-5 days since last one month they are saying it. They are not refunding my money.
14th october they said 7-10 days, 28th october they said 5 days, 2nd november again they saying 4-5 days
I have already filed case in consumerhelpline at Govt. of India and also informed my bank about this fraud transaction.

    I have ordered Royaloak Alan Computer Table on 18/Oct/2020. The status is not updated till now and I can’t track the current status of product also.

      I rajsekhar ordered a single seater sofa on 26th sep 2020 and paid the amnt in full rs.25k . for order no. ROY0071613, ticket no.11605, not resolved, after many reminders again one more ticket no.15706. No response or no updates from any of the channels like mails, whatspp, phone, messages.

        If I contact, they are providing on eWhstsApp number but poor response in that chat number ..

        it's frustrating to get order update from them

          I had ordered for a recliner online through royaloak furniture website on Oct 18th. It was supposed to be delivered on Nov 2nd. But there is no response from them though I kept calling them, e-mail them or WhatsApp. They are checking my messages but not responding anything. Please ban this company as they have cheated many people. My order ID is ROY0076251

            I had ordered king size bed in royal Oak furniture official website by making online payment and order id was ROY0076029 on 17/10/ 2020 and the status was not sent to me until I had messaged them severel times and promised date was 01/11/2020 but they were saying that the Order will be received after 14/11/2020. I need my order delivery fast by 10/11/2020 ... As it was too late and your company is making us to wait for such a long time and I need reply or message for confirmation as you deliver my Order as soon as you received complaint . Please make assure that make refund fast.

              I ordered office chair online through there company website on 30th of september, and immediately engaged customer support team to have my order cancelled on the same day, its been 12 days and no one from the support team is providing status of my cancellation request and refund details. I tried contacting them through there email id/whatsapp/online chat and no response. I think this is a big scam and they are cheating people with online fraud. Order ID ROY0072558

                  Sydney Three Seater Sofa in Brown Finish by RoyalOak

                  after paying Rs.36000/-, purchased sofa from pepperfry, the same is broken as its a sub standard product which is worthless...now after raising complaints with the pepperfry from where i have bought just responds its broken & out of warranty (7months), which cannot be serviced...its very pathetic treatment out ... another big issue is there is no customer service team accesable at royaloak furniture to get in touch also...

                  hope the team looks into the issue raised to clear it...

                    I had purchased dining table from royal Oak and the product while it was delivered was damaged.since then I have made several attempts to get a replacement but what I received to my surprise was another damaged product. Royal Oak gives the most horrible experience to a customer. no interest in client servicing

                    No one has been displayed the slightest of interest in resolving the issue. The service standards are realy poor.

                    Kindly please have the courtesy of calling a customer

                        I purchased online in royaloak and order id is ROY0071814. Initially they didn't deliver product as promised within week and no updates also on order. After delivery due date crossed, Somehow I am able to reach one of customer care and they tols stock is not available. Requested to cancel the order and process refund. To cancel order they took another 1-2 weeks and told me refund will be initiated.
                        It is more than a month and still refund is not done. And their customer service is very bad. Phone call will tell contach whatsapp +[protected], but no once respond on this number. Send email 100 time to their Customercare,
                        online,
                        EMS, but no one responding.

                          Hi Team,

                          I had ordered a Zara study table on 12th October, 2020 through online (Order ID - #ROY0074992 ) and paid full amount as per your policy. My delivery date was on 26th October, 2020. But still I'm waiting for my product delivery. Connected through WhatsApp & had talked with customer support team, but no use of that. From Kolkata team I'm getting some fake promises every day from last 2 weeks whenever I am calling. Everyday in the morning they are saying they'll send the product, but end of the they are failed to deliver the product.

                          Please suggest me what should I do in this situation?

                            I had cancelled the order id ROY0076274. It has been 15 days that haven't processed the refund nor heard back from.them. the team is so pathetic that they don't even respond.tje WhatsApp number, email id of contact is just for name sake.they don't even respond.

                            Complaint resolved after nuch follow..company isn't very responsive. Now they are approaching to close the complaint as issue is resolved . Inwould not recommended this to anyone..poor service

                                Hi, I placed an order with Royal Oak, online for a TV Stand on the 20th of October 2020. Since the day I placed order, the online status shown is - WAREHOUSE IN PROCESSING.

                                I WAS PROMISED A DELIVERY IN A WEEK- now I have no means to track the progress of my product.

                                What is THIS- no number; whatsapp number people don't respond ; no email- HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE MY TV STAND WILL EVER BE DELIVERED- is this a fraud???

                                Very grateful to this forum for helping to resolve my complaint. Within 3 days of the complaint being posted- the RoyalOak franchise from Calicut called us. The product was delivered today after calling them several times, but today finally it was delivered. It took 1 more week, but thanks to this forum I got a number to follow-up with them. Thankyou so much for resolving the issue

                                Such irresponsible people RoyalOak is, inspite of all this complaint and follow-up- they haven't delivered my order till today- 7th of November.

                                Please don't buy from RoyalOak- they have no number to track; their website tracking doesn't work.
                                You keep messaging on what whatsapp number- that's a chatbot. They make a fool out of you

                                  To give them a lesson.. its always good if we avoid such kind of cheaters so finally the become bankrupt.

                                  Their after sale service is pathetic, they do not even listen after you pay the money .

                                    I had purchased a computer table online on 4th Oct- My order id is ROY0073338 and still I haven't received the table. I was supposed to receive on 20th(Tentative date of delivery) but unfortunately nothing has happened since then.
                                    The customer support service is worst and no body is responding to my mail and WhatsApp messages. The tracking page still shows that the order is in progress.
                                    I am feeling very frustrated at this point of time as these guys are not providing any transparency and no one is there to take ownership of this incident.
                                    The payment has been made in full and I find myself cheated now so therefore I would like to get a full refund of my money as soon as possible.
                                    Very bad online shopping experience!!!

                                      A totally worst worst worst service, I have never literally seen such worst service

                                      I had booked dinning table and ward robe bearing order# [protected] and was promised delivery date was on Oct 15th 2020, did not receive product, the dammn worst thing is emi is deducted without product.
                                      This really loses hope on this guys. They don't even have customer empathy nor wording.

                                      Who ever reads this never go to Royal Oak, the worst worst service and worst product
