Ordered bonn german leather sofa on 26th sep2020. No.ROY0071613, online, commited date of delivery is 11th oct, 2020. Today is 18th november, 2020, not responding for mails, whatsapp, calls, very very irresponsible, not even giving reply, already complained here on 6th nov, 2020, still nothing had gone forward, so finally i decided to make cancell the order, and do refund the amnt as ASAP.

      I had ordered a 4 seater dining table from Royaloak furniture on 19th September which was supposed to be delivered after 15 days, but they failed to do so. The local dealer in Bhubaneswar lied to me that due to the corona the delivery is delayed, but in actual the item has not yet arrived in Bhubaneswar yet. Called the customer care, state head personnel so many times.. Didn't pick up the call. When i requested for refund, its been over 20 days they are not returning my money.. Neither replying my mails nor calls.. Ruined my durga puja as well as Diwali..

        I ordered a dining table from royaloak website on 4th November. On tracking it only shows order received till now. There's no number to call to, no one replying at WhatsApp and email.

        They promised to deliver the product on 8th November and after that they extended the date to 25 December. Today (17 nov) i got another email saying that they don't have stocks in Bangalore and are extending the date of delivery to 5th November. What's the problem with this company????

        Why are they taking orders if they don't have any stocks available. They don't give any proper date of delivery. They extend the dates again and again. No proper customer care number. They are just taking the money and later no sign of the product. Is this a fraud company??????

        The company is delaying the delivery again and again. 4th November was the ordering date, and now they said they will deliver on 15th December. They are saying that the product was damaged, so they would deliver from the next available stocks. This happened the 2nd time. I am fed up, already paid 22k and still no sign of the product.

          Hi All,

          Seriously I need to tell this company is a fraud and running a ### in the name of online platform. No contact number works for the CUSTOMER care. Only number for the warehouse person has been arranged: [protected], who will not pick up the call and if luckily he picks up, repeating the same message that it will be delivered within 2-3 days.
          Seems like online Chat window opens up at 5 PM IST. Because at 11 AM IST it is showing we are not online.

          Please do me a favor and return my money, I will be grateful to you and run your ### by making people fool by stating order status as : Warehouse processing.

          Royal Oak is a third class company. They didn't ship the furniture after 2-3 months follow up. Finally it took 2-3 months and I had to call n number of times and then they refunded my money. Never ever recommend purchase from Royal Oak. I wonder how this type of company exists in India. If possible, please try write to Govt. of India to revoke license for this company

            Hi everyone.. Royaloak is a fraud company. I ordered my chair online with order ID ROY0077029. Seriously it's been a month, no response from anyone. Worst customer service, no one Will respond on mails, what's app chat nor calls. I request all my dear friends, please avoid purchasing of any product here. I don't want you all to feel this harassment. Royaloak Management is worst

                    Hi,
                    I have purchased a product on 18th Oct 2020, date of delivery on or before 1st Nov. Collected one number [protected] from company website only for whatsapp. But nobody even bother to response.

                    Collected another number on 28th October from website ( west bengal ware house [protected]), he assured me will be delivered within 2-3 days. Now he is not receiving my call at all.
                    I am now really confused whether it is a fake online store or not. Please arrange for delivery for the following order or refund the amount cancelling my order.

                    Also note that, yesterday I called customer care number[protected], provided another mobile number, after a long try once he received, told he is a sales guy, not responsible for delivery. Really pathetic, as I am begging for my product.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have ordered a two door wardrobe on 6th November 2020. I received a call on 9 November informing that product will be delivered on 10 November 2020 before 6 pm but the product was not delivered till date(12 Nov 2020). And order status is showing as "Installation in Process". Even when I tried to reach the Royal Oak team via calls and WhatsApp there is no response from their end. I even raised the issue on emails.

                          I placed an order for "Berlynoak Vigo King Bed" on 15th of Oct and was supposed to get it on 30th of October.

                          I have sold my previous bed such that I can empty the space and get my new one. I texted the customer service on 28th for a confirmation and was told that it will be delivered on time. I was happy and excited for their response then.

                          Pathetic Experience 1:
                          On 30th when I texted to confirm when they would arrive I had no response, after continuous follow- up i was told that the product was not shipped at all.

                          Pathetic Experience 2:
                          On 31st I got a call from MR.Sunil Mathew and he was trying to tell us that we have to wait for a month to get the product.

                          Pathetic Experience 3:
                          After a brainstorming session I have asked Sunil to check with the local Royaloak furniture(Anuradha Furnitures) as they said that they have the same product ready. He was supposed to update us which he did not.

                          Pathetic Experience 4:
                          Your customer service is Pathetic. No proper UI to contact, no proper response. I had to move around circles everywhere. whoever I reach they say that's not the right place.

                          Either provide a solution today or cancel my order and refund the amount immediately.

                          There are so many more pathetic experiences, I would need a book altogether to be shared.

                              It's been over 30 days that we had ordered a dining table from royal oak by doing a full payment online. Since the day of the booking till today, we have not received any communication on when the product will be delivered or why there is a delay. The customer care executives always say that they will call back in next 30 mins but they never. Their whatsapp number always shows you the repeated message on getting back to us in 24 hrs which they never really do.
                              This kind of customer service is one of its kind and unheard of. They simply do not respond. We at this point don't even know if they are going to deliver the product or not.
                              Need this complaint to be looked at and responded to.

                                I had ordered a table and a bed (order is:ROY0071164) worth more than 50k on sep 24th 2020, and they promised to deliver on oct 9th, since there was no update I had cancelled the order on 12th oct, it’s 10th nov I have not got any update on my refund, they don’t reply on the whatsapp number and there is no number to call back to them

                                  They have cancelled this order after 15 days of the order date by saying the item is out of stock. They confirmed over WhatsApp that they will process the refund and it will be refunded with 10-15 days. But it's been a month I keep following up with them but no response from their side. First of they don't have any phone number, only a WhatsApp number. So you won't be able to talk even!
                                  I strongly believe they don't have any honesty or ethics at all. It seems to be that someone chitted and louted my money by using a furniture portal.

                                    I ordered a dining table from royaloak and they said they would deliver the product by 8 nov(4 days after booking), but still it shows only order received by tracking. I have already paid the money. But I'm not able to contact any customer care. No one's replying in WhatsApp and online chat. I don't want to receive my order late like others, that's why I am complaining now only. Please rectify this asap.

                                      Niva sofa purchased, installed on last week only.
                                      Not used initially because some house work was going on and was busy in different tasks.
                                      At this weekend I check all springs came out which damaging below lounge part of sofa.
                                      Horrible experience, scared to keep or replace the sofa because of its inadiquate performance.
                                      Please please return it back.
                                      I will be highly obliged if you grant the return, because I found pathetic review at every where over online on Royal oak.

                                        I had placed order #ROI0075727 on 16th Oct for a work table and chair with expected delivery date of 30th Oct. I had raised multiple requests on their whatsapp helpline number, but have received no reasonable response till now. Their support email id does not exist, and they don't have a customer care direct call option. I also called their Kolkata warehouse number who is supposed to service my order, but they have stopped picking up calls. They don't allow you to cancel order too.
