Huge colour diff in what was ordered and delivered

I had ordered a light colour Book shelf which was shown on their online portal. What got delivered is a very dark colour bookshelf (shown in the photo). The company refused to acknowledge their mistake and refused to replace the product. Moreover they are saying that they have delivered what was ordered and due to lighting in their photo the dark colour looked light colour.
Seriously ??
They are just fooling customers and...

Worst Customer Services

I have recently purchased a mattress "Royaloak Bloomz King Size Mattress in PU Foam with Spring and Pillow Top with 8 Inch Thickness" and quality of this is really bad and it started sinking with in a week.

I have launched complaint via their whatssApp +[protected] and also via Email to Support, Royaloak, EMS, Royaloak but no response at all. Its been a month and i still waiting fro their response.

This is regarding the
ORDER NO: RMS[protected] purchased on 11thOct2020 from Royal Oak Marathalli.
Delivered and technician came for installation, told the product is having defect and told us request will be raised and we will be getting the replacement.

Its been 2 weeks from then No update on that.
Tried calling customer care - No Response
Visited Store Twice - Whenever we go they are telling...

About customer service

Very bad customer service from royal oak Thiruvananthapuram.. the behavior of staff was very irritating. Because of this behavior I rejected my purchasing interest..don't appoint these type of staffs. It will cause your sales and spoil customers mood for the whole day.very very poooor.....

We got delivery on 9th October for order #ROY0071733 and still, no one has come for installation.
We reached out to support multiple times via email, chats and WhatsApp.
Still, there is no satisfactory effort made to resolve our issue. We requested for an escalation and the support representative abandoned us on the chat....

Delivery is not happened

I had booked Dinning Table + Ward Robe bearing Order ID [protected], the delivery date provided was for 10/15/2020 on for dining table and 10/5/2020, no communication is done, when I enquired in customer service call, I was informed 10/15/2020 definite delivery, nothing works

When I tried tracking with order id, I get nonsense information which is not reelevated to me

Installation not done for Combo

Royal Oak is falsely promising customer stating that the installation will be done in 72hrs, once the product is delivered. However, one will turn up for the installation and no matter how many times I call customer care or send emails the responses will go unanswered and totally irresponsible attitude towards customers and their Sales Manager will be interested only till we take the product and after that, they will avoid our calls....

No response from customer support

I ordered office chair online through there company website on 30th of september, and immediately engaged customer support team to have my order cancelled on the same day, its been 12 days and no one from the support team is providing status of my cancellation request and refund details. Not owning up to faulty product

All the employees of Bannerghatta showroom are cheats Mohan is basically a goon who says do what you want we can't help you or won't help you. Murali, prasad act like they are busier than the pm but they are busy giving reasons. 4 tech visits and still they can't fix the problem and they can't own that they gave a faulty product. I have ordered the Lazer chair from Royal Oak and they have delivered me the Damaged product, I have calling for Warehouse and concerned support team from One month no one are taking the request to repair the damaged team.
Highly un professional response from the team never expected this.

I have paid 10000 from my hard earned money for your damaged product and now you are causing me mental trauma...
