Address: Chaitra Plot no. 330 near bauxite road, T. V center belagavi

The service is not given free. The chairs given are damaged from the day delivered. When complained no one addressed and after an year after constant follow up, a person came to check and asked us to pay the service amount. It's not at all acceptable if we are being charged everytime even for a defected piece!!!

    I had booked for single seater recliner on Oct 18th. It was supposed to be delivered by Nov 2nd. But the team is not responding in any ways through WhatsApp or email. My order number is ROY0076251. They don't have option to cancel the order too.

    But still I didn't get any response from them. We have paid full money and they are not even bothered to pick up calls.
    Please see that they either deliver my product within 2 days or refund my money.

          I placed an order on 26th August for the product "Royaloak Zara Study Desk".and haven't received any update on the product. Later due to the unavailability of product for a longer time I initiated refund on 21st September. Now it's been a month and I haven't received the refund yet . Everytime I reach out to the WhatsApp care, they give me a new date. Highly disappointed with the service provided.

            I had ordered a light colour Book shelf which was shown on their online portal. What got delivered is a very dark colour bookshelf (shown in the photo). The company refused to acknowledge their mistake and refused to replace the product. Moreover they are saying that they have delivered what was ordered and due to lighting in their photo the dark colour looked light colour.
            Seriously ??
            They are just fooling customers and no phone no where we can talk and escalate. Its only thru whats app.

              I have recently purchased a mattress "Royaloak Bloomz King Size Mattress in PU Foam with Spring and Pillow Top with 8 Inch Thickness" and quality of this is really bad and it started sinking with in a week.

              I have launched complaint via their whatssApp +[protected] and also via Email to Support, Royaloak, EMS, Royaloak but no response at all. Its been a month and i still waiting fro their response.

              There is No other way we can contact them so please DO NOT buy from this website and waste your money.

                  ROY0076305. My order was to be delivered on 23rd October however it is still reflecting as in process. The customer service is pathetic. No one in the team bothers to give an update on the customers order and everytime customer is being asked to reach the company on different modes like please connect on whatsapp/etc with no resolution. They need to understand that this is the hard earned money of the customer which they have taken and they are answerable to customers query. I have still not received my order nor i have received any status on the same.

                  Order ID ROY0076679 has not been delivered.

                  1. The original delivery date was October 22, 2020 which their "unprofessional" delivery folks did not meet and moreover did not inform also.
                  2. The scheduled delivery date on purchase was October 24, 2020 and that too went missing. Subsequently, when I messaged their business Whatsapp number, I was told that my order would be delivered before October 26, 2020 and that did not happen either.
                  3. Finally, when I again messaged their Whatsapp number ((which btw is a joke), I did not get any response also.

                  Made the biggest mistake by ordering from this wayward company!

                    This is regarding the
                    ORDER NO: RMS[protected] purchased on 11thOct2020 from Royal Oak Marathalli.
                    Delivered and technician came for installation, told the product is having defect and told us request will be raised and we will be getting the replacement.

                    Its been 2 weeks from then No update on that.
                    Tried calling customer care - No Response
                    Visited Store Twice - Whenever we go they are telling they raised request and will be addressed.

                    Now they are telling product is out of stock.
                    Really frustrated as we wanted office chair immediately, opted for store purchase. But now regretting our choice for purchasing in ROYAL OAK.

                    We want immediate resolution else refund our money.

                      Hi, I ordered wardrobe on September 8, 2020 using online portal https://www.royaloakindia.com/ and order is to be delivered in 2weeks and till date there is no progress in the order and the order number is ROY0067003. It says payment successful and order received from the time I made the payment and the status is still the same. There is no customer care support person to talk too. It always prompted me to use the what's app to reach out to customer care. Unfortunately, till date there is no response on what's app. Also, sent many emails and finally got a response from customer care informing that the product will be delivered on 13th Oct, 2020. But again they missed the deadline. I also asked for cancellation too, they are not even ready to cancel the order. I'm highly disappointed with RoyalOak.

                        I have been requesting my refund for more than a month with respect to this order.

                        They don’t have the product I requested and hence they said they will cancel and send 30000 to my account.
                        So far there was no confirmation or any sort of support. I would like to go ahead with a legal action if I don’t have the Edmund sent to my account. The customer support was ridiculously bad and there is no one responding to any emails or messages. I need a direction on this or I will file a case against them.

                        This is really abad service from a company with reputation.

                              Very bad customer service from royal oak Thiruvananthapuram.. the behavior of staff was very irritating. Because of this behavior I rejected my purchasing interest..don't appoint these type of staffs. It will cause your sales and spoil customers mood for the whole day.very very poooor..

                                We got delivery on 9th October for order #ROY0071733 and still, no one has come for installation.
                                We reached out to support multiple times via email, chats and WhatsApp.
                                Still, there is no satisfactory effort made to resolve our issue. We requested for an escalation and the support representative abandoned us on the chat.

                                    I had booked Dinning Table + Ward Robe bearing Order ID [protected], the delivery date provided was for 10/15/2020 on for dining table and 10/5/2020, no communication is done, when I enquired in customer service call, I was informed 10/15/2020 definite delivery, nothing works

                                      Royal Oak is falsely promising customer stating that the installation will be done in 72hrs, once the product is delivered. However, one will turn up for the installation and no matter how many times I call customer care or send emails the responses will go unanswered and totally irresponsible attitude towards customers and their Sales Manager will be interested only till we take the product and after that, they will avoid our calls.
