    I have ordered dining table with charis. I received order but dining table and one chair is damaged and not received all the parts for other chairs. When i raised complaint not one is responding. Order status is marked as completed but installation is not completed due to missing parts and damaged chair. Dining table contains full of scratches.. I tried to reach them whats'app and customer care no one is responding properly. I want to cancel and take my money back and i will go directly to showroom and i will buy.

    No one reached from Royal oak about my complaint. Three chairs was not able to fit due to missing parts and lot of scratches on the Dining table and called customer care also no response received. IN the company website i see the order status as installation completed. May i Know when will i get the information about my dining table.

    I have been following with Royaloak customer care on whatsapp and email from 16th September onwards but no luck.Not sure whether any one looking into whatsapp support and verifying emails or not. Is there any way to complete this order?

    No one reached from Royal oak about my complaint. Three chairs was not able to fit due to missing parts and lot of scratches on the Dining table and called customer care also no response received.       1. I have purchased one king size bed on december 2019. Now it is september. All the upper board are got bend and it is not getting fit. Please guide me how can you help me. The details of purchase is as below.

      I did not get any reply from your end. I have talked so many times with customer care and every time the reply will come our executive will contact you with in 10 mins/within the day but no body has contacted me so far. I have also followed up through whats app.

      How many times i will follow up. Please look after the issue and provide the solution.

      If you can not provide, please inform me, i will stop talking to customer care and stop writing the mail.

        This is one of the worst buying experiences i have ever had in my life. It's been 5 days that i have been trying to talk to someone from the installation team. My chair was delivered 5 days before, and till now no one has even called me regarding the installation. Called one of their customer care number about 20 times, they pick it up and no one talks. The whats app number responds once in 3 hours and not a single response was to the questions that i asked.
        Then i tried calling another customer care number, which put my call on hold in between when i was speaking.
        One thing is certain. This is the last time i am going to purchase from here, and i am going to advice my friends also to not every buy from royaloak.

          We placed order for bed on August 19 for a queen size bed and haven’t received it yet . The order number is Roy0061406. What’s worse is that the customer care really don’t respond and we donot have any update regarding what’s happened to the order . This is such a shame. There is no process to to even initiate a refund or cancel an ordeR.

            We ordered a queen size bed from royal oak on august 19 (Roy0061406) which was supposed to be delivered on september 3 to tirupati. We have no updat eand even the order tracking status just says order received. Have tried calling the customer care to no avail. There is no option to cancel order or even get to know if th e order will be delivered. Such a shame.

              I have ordered a computer chair on 1st september and it has not been delivered to me yet. I called customer care regarding the issue and they said it will be delivered by 10th sep but again it's not delivered. They're just saying to take it easy as this will be delivered but two times they've given estimation and failed to delivered. Now, i want to cancel the order and want my money back. But again you website doesn't have option to cancel the order. Wtf is this? I really have lost my patience now, when i asked for cancellation to customer care they said me to talk to the manager of kolkata and when they agree then only the order will be cancelled. Just give me my money back, you #!!! And status is showing as order received, this is not just acceptable...

                The "hoffice multi purpose desk" with order number "roy0051892" was delivered different from what was ordered. It was picked up successfully on 13th aug but the company is not processing the refund even after continuous followups. It has been 28 days now still no response.

                I had to mail the company almost daily. The issue was resolved after around one and half months of constant follow up. I believe the complaint on this consumer complaints forum helped a lot in that.

                  We ordered sofa set 3seater recliner august 22, expected delivery date given by 06/09/2020. But not received sofaset, many times we request through whatsapp abi my order, no one not responded, if you will not delivered within one week, refund my amount, otherwise we communicate this issue to consumer protection legislation

                    This is to bring to your notice we face with a consignment shipped for the new furniture ordered from your Royaloak store

                    We have purchased furniture’s - Sectional Sofa, Coffee table and side tables on 31st August with the order number - [protected]. The Sofa and coffee table were delivered on 2nd Sept and was unpacked on 4th Sep. Both the sectional sofa and the coffee table are delivered in damaged condition. We are in touch with your store located on the ORR - Marathahalli road for assistance but we are not getting any constructive resolution. Attached pics for reference.

                    Please understand that the items are new and already delivered in damaged condition. We want a replacement immediately and not stop gap arrangement as a resolution. We do not want a replacement of the same coffee table and would like to change to a different model since this model of coffee table is something we are no more comfortable in. This has been agreed on to exchange and deliver.

                    Hope you understand and get the needful done on priority. I hope you understand that this is not acceptable and not something expected from a store of your repute. This is our second visit to your outlet and your store manager Mr Shabeer is behaving rudely and unprofessionally.

                    Kindly get the needful done and look forward to hearing from you!

                      I have ordered a coffee table vide order id : roy0059662 on 13-aug-2020 on their online portal https://www.royaloakindia.com and payment has been already made. 28-aug-2020 was the agreed delivery date which is crossed and no response at all from company. Is it an operational issue in the company or i got cheated? How to get my order delivered? Or any chance to get my money back? Worst experience ever, looks like another online fraud.

                          Order Number- ROY0059276, i placed an order online, and received the product late with all sorts of communication issues and false promises, after 15 days received a product in a 3rd rated conditions, boxes are torn open and product hanging out, did not open the product until technician came, after he came there was a dent and scratches and a major component was missing called the seller and royal oak and sent an email regarding the same no response for 5 days then wen i said will complaint, then the seller called and said he has to manufacture the missing product and damages parts and then he will send it to me, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS ROYAL OAK I DONT WANT UR PRODUCT AT MY HOUSE UR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST SERVICES IVE EVER EXPERIENCED, NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM YOU, IM WALKING TO THE CONSUMER RIGHTS AND SOCIAL MEDIA, FOR A 7000 RUPEES PRODUCT I CANT WAIT FOR 45 DAYS OR SO, JUST GIVE BACK MY MONEY AND TAKE UR IDIOTIC PRODUCT, AGENTS PLACE ON HOLD AND AFTER 15MINS CALL DISCONNECTS, IN 15MINS WHAT THE HELL CAN U TALK WITH THESE KINDA PPL, IF THE REFUND PROCESS DOES NOT START AT THE EARLIEST, YOU GUYS WILL REGRET FOR GETTING A CUSTOMER LIKEME, AND ILL NOT BOTHER TO EVEN SUE YALL. IM FED UP OF ROYAL OAK AND ITS PPL NEVER WILL ALLOW ANYONE TO GO THERE AND WILL NEVER COME BACK IN MY LIFE TO YALL.

                          Also, i just connected to a girl, called sangeetha, spoke for a minute and she placed me on hold and she literally waited for 15mins for the call to auto disconnect, then called back a girl Jacqueline, picked the call and in a very worst rude attitude she said i called to the store purchase line and she told to call the online line and just BANGED the phone on me, WHAT IS THIS ROYAL OAK? ARE YOU GUYS NUTTS?? WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO YOUR SO CALLED CUSTOMERS, ARE YOU EARNING A LOT??? WORST WORST WORST WROST CUSTOMER SUPPORT, SINCE 11AM IM TRYING TO CONNECT TO OPTION 2 (ONLINE ORDERS) NEVER WAS I ABLE TO CONNECT, SO I USED OPTION 1 AND IS THIS WHAT I GET. SUCH A 3RD RATED SERVICE, I NEED SOMEONE, SOME BIG GUY TO CALL ME AND SORT THIS OUT AND GIVE BACK MY MONEY OR THINGS WILL TURN UNPLEASENT.
                          This isn’t Nathanael the one who raised a complaint on the service for Royal Oak, I have received the required service and my issue is resolved.

                              I had purchased the product on 29th of July, 2020 for making my work from home easier. I checked the estimated delivery dates and was promised a delivery before 12th of August 2020. In order to ensure that I receive the product before the promised date, I made an inquiry. I received a call from the Customer Care assuring me of delivery before 12th. I could have ordered from other e commerce service providers like Amazon, Pepperfry but I placed the order because RoyalOak promised faster delivery. Because of the COVID situation, all o[censored]s need a working space at home. However the promised delivery never happened. I waited for two days and started contact/writing emails to them. I was told the product has been dispatched from Bangalore and it will be delivered in 3 days. A week has passed after this and they didn't respond to my emails or calls.

                              On 25th August, I received the call from their customer care saying the item is out of stock and will only be back in stock on 5th of September. I asked them to cancel the order and initiate refund.

                              The audacity of RoyalOak to cheat your customers by saying the item is on the way, will reach in 3 days and then calling them and saying it is out of stock deserves credit. This is the best way to deal a company and cheat customers money.

                              The cancellation refund takes 20 days according to the customer care professional. It isn't mentioned anywhere in their company policy about the 20 days.

                              I am seeking a complete refund and compensation of Rs 5000 for my loss of time. I could have bought the product from other providers who would've delivered the product by now. This is sheer unprofessionalism and cheating, by misguiding customers on faster delivery causing inconvenience and hardship.

                                Its been 2 weeks since I got the un-assembled table. No one has come over to help me out. Their whatsapp and live support is a joke! BUNCH OF IMBECILES. They are least bothered about their customers.

                                  In the month of April I orders 5 products from 2 dinning table set, 2 coffee table and 1 shoe rack...

                                  Unfortunately the quality was poor and 2 products were damaged...

                                  After multiple follow ups Royal Oak came and repaired the products and when I said I want return they said one year warranty and free service but they cannot take back the goods...

                                  From past one month I'm again following up as the shoe rack broke for the third time and dinning set chairs and table are shaking but no one is responding...

                                  Today my mom fell down from a chair which broke and she hurt her self badly on her back...now I have no choice than taking this issue to consumer court as I'm not getting proper support from Royal Oak.

                                    Worst place to buy furniture.
                                    Right from lethargic sales team unwilling to attend customers to damaged and incomplete furniture delivery
                                    Least bothered technicians to assemble furniture, hopeless sales and branch manager.
                                    Their business model is screwed up and fragmanted with multiple parties involved with no sense of ownership.
                                    We ordered a bunk bed on 16th August
                                    Warehouse team delivered broken wooden piece and incomplete screws and other joint sets.
                                    Team took two weeks to deliver the broken piece again with incomplete tools and screws.
                                    When questioned each one of the employees at service shrug responsibilities claiming its not part of their job.
                                    Branch manager happily clueless even after multiple complains.
                                    Been more than a week neither they are picking up the product nor returning our 22, 500 INR.
                                    Pathetic service.
                                    The owner is blissfully busy in his own world placing an irresponsible customer care service for customers to deal with.
                                    Crappy business execution despite so many complaints against Royal Oak esp Mysore road branch.
                                    Shame!
