I ordered office chair online through there company website on 30th of september, and immediately engaged customer support team to have my order cancelled on the same day, its been 12 days and no one from the support team is providing status of my cancellation request and refund details. I tried contacting them through there email id/whatsapp/online chat and no response. I think this is a big scam and they are cheating people with online fraud.

    All the employees of Bannerghatta showroom are cheats Mohan is basically a goon who says do what you want we can't help you or won't help you. Murali, prasad act like they are busier than the pm but they are busy giving reasons. 4 tech visits and still they can't fix the problem and they can't own that they gave a faulty product. Instead of doing that they say this.

      I have ordered the Lazer chair from Royal Oak and they have delivered me the Damaged product, I have calling for Warehouse and concerned support team from One month no one are taking the request to repair the damaged team.
      Highly un professional response from the team never expected this.

      I have paid 10000 from my hard earned money for your damaged product and now you are causing me mental trauma by not responding to my query.

        I have purchased a shoe rack which was delivered 8 days back but installation not done yet. They said it will be done within 72hrs once the product received but I am writing to customer care, sending massages to their whattsapp number but invain, they are not replying at all.

          The order details say that i will get the chair delivered by october 4th, 2020. I haven't received any order. I'm continuously following up on email, watsapp. No response. I am buying this chair for my posture health issues. Delaying this is worsening my situation.

            I had placed order roy0066016 in royaloak. India.com on 5th sep2020 and it has been more than a month now.

            Initially they deliverd damaged and used product and after complaining they delivered one year old manufactured product with three missing pieces.

            Now the furniture is half assembled and customer care is not reacnle over phone nor email nor whatsapp.

              I placed order#ROY0069712 on 18 sep, 2020 and got the order with delivery date as 3rd october. But today is 6-oct-2020 but still no one is responding via whatsapp-[protected], as well as sent mail to and even had a chat with Zendesk. The information shared via chatbot is not at all relevant and contacted store people in Banaswadi Bangalore they are saying that online orders they do not have any information. All the customer care number is unreachable(seems like a fraud company).
              Everyday following up with customer care Zendesk team, email, and even local store(they told that product will take more 10 to 15 days to reach).

              Kindly deliver the product or if any issue then refund the amount paid.

              Whatsapp no response for online orders

              Issue got resolved after several follow up and payment got refunded after three months of follow up. It's better for heavy furniture to buy from nearby royaloak than ordering online

                The above consignment is not delivered as per timeliness with no information on status. After several follow up with your whatsapp service number got a number of your kolkata manager hemnath who never took the calls also not bothered to call back or respond to the msg sent to him.

                I being a customer have paid full amount on 21st sep 2020 towards purchase of a bed for urgent requirement which was supposed to be delivered but there is no information till date.
                I had chatted and discussed with your agents on the delivery status as wanted this little early. I was told it is not possible then opted for cancelation however one agent called me on 27th sep and told me it would be delivered by 3rd oct. It didn't happen and then send several messages to your wahtsapp number but with no response, however finally on your website chat center was told that it would be delivered on 6th oct only. Today i connected with the whatsapp number again and they have given your local managers number but as mentioned earlier he didn't bother to respond.

                I am expecting an early resolution else would be bound to take league opinion and guidance from regulatory authorities.

                  My name is Murtuza Zakiuddin. I am a regular customer of Royal Oak for last few years. Recently on 30 Aug 2020, I have bought a Office Chair costing Rs 9, 991 from Bangalore Banneghatta Road Showroom with order no [protected]. Customer code RMS290179.

                  The office chair back cloth mesh is tearing off from the corner within 3 weeks o[censored]sage. Please see the pic attached.

                    Last 15 days I am waiting for the complaint to get resolved from Royal Oak but no one is bothered.i am tired sending emails and calling customer care people.i am shocked that the service team has no one capable enough to handle this.
                    The service person came and spoiled the look of the product.not happy with their service.
                    After informing them also no one is calling me.still waiting for the solution.
                    I want the product replaced with new one or return my money .

                      Order was booked 15 days ago and schedule delivery date was on first week of october, 2020 but still there is no communication from their end. Sent mail to online help as well as contacted via chat even whatsapp is not responding about the status of the shipment. Order#ROY0069712. Kindly check if shipment cannot be delivered then please refund my money

                      Sending reminder mail via chat and whatsapp and even chat via zendesk no one knows about the order. They are telling to contact customer care via email and whatsapp but there is no proper response.ki ndly revert
                      Issue got resolved after several follow up. Received refund after 3 months of follow up.
                      Please make sure to order heavy furniture from nearby royal oak than ordering online. It will take lot of time for follow up and receiving items

                          RoyalOak not honoring Warranty

                          Hello,

                          I bought a computer chair from RoyalOak Furnitures in June but within couple of months the cracks emerged in chair's base wheel. I raised a complaint (Order No. RMS[protected] in August with them and since the chair is under 1 year warranty, I expect them to be repaired/replaced the chair immediately. However their reply is that the chair is broken under normal usage and hence not covered under warranty. On insisting...

                          Hi Team,
                          I placed order on 13-Sep-20, Order Number: ROY0068194. Delivery date was promised for 30-Sep-20. Item is not delivered yet, no one is replying for status update.

                          I am still waiting for product delivery. Online tracking is showing only single status “Order Received” since very first day. I also communicated with RoyalOak over WhatsApp number, every day same reply “we are checking with warehouse, will get back to you” – Noted.. That’s it, no any other update.

                          Can you please tell me, when my order will be delivered to me ?

                          1. Why are you keeping people in so much wait? Even after 1 month, unable to get order.
                          2. Why are you breaking people’s trust on online furniture order?
                          3. Why are you behaving like a cheap street vendor shop who don’t know the meaning of commitment values and protocol ?
                          4. My regret, why I ordered. I should have visited to some good shop and would have got quickly.
                          5. Despite so many request to arrange a callback, no one is arranging callback.
                          6. WhatsApp customer care is worst. Either no one replies there or just few pet bad words “We are checking, will come back to you”, Now no one will come back. Next day same cycle.
                          7. Please don’t make fun of customers, I am in need of that furniture. Simply if you cannot delivery it, please refund back the money in timely manner, why to keep someone in wait. Other person is waiting for it for some need.
                          8. Funny part is; Today RoyalOak website is accepting order for same product and expected delivery is 6th October 2020. Means, you haven’t served existing orders and accepting new orders- Wao Great E-Commerce business to play with customers.

                            ROY0066905 : dining table delivered it has full of scratches. Few part were missing to fit chairs. I have been following up with Customer Care What's app number, Customer Care Email id. No one is responding. I raised complaint in this portal also no response. Daily i am sending reminder to WHATS APP number and email no response. September 16 onwards daily i am sending emails no response. Not sure how to make them to read emails and What's app messages. At least they should respond but they are not responding also.

                            I went to Shop in Hyderabad they told that they are not responsible for online purchases . Not sure when they will come and provide missing parts or replace my dining table.

                            I already raised in this forum. I am raising another one because at least they will see new messages.

                              I have placed an order for an office table on june 20th. It's been more than 3 months now but still they haven't delivered the product.
                              Every time i raise a complaint, they just say that it will take another 10-15 days.
                              They are not delivering the product and they are not even refunding the money, no matter how many times i request to.
                              This is probably the worst company in the world.

                              After a long struggle of 7 months, they have finally returned my money back. They put me in so much of stress for 7 long months. I suggest people not to order anything from Royaloak. You don't even get responses back from them, let alone your product/refund. Beware!

                                  I have received damaged product and installation guys came and taken the photographs and said the product will be replaced with in couple of days.

                                  But till now i haven’t received any communication from them i have sent so many mails and what’s app msgs but still no response and finally i sent a mail asking for refund but still no response

                                      Never buy from royaloak.

                                      My order id is roy0066016 for rupees 11, 001 for proudct named royal oak iris sidebaord left. Initially royal oak didn't deliver the product telling that the product is discontjnued, however the product is still available in online website for sale.

                                      Then they told 4 pieces are available and they delivered. However when the technician visited for installation and opened the package, the product has lot of scratches and it was a used damaged piece.

                                      Now the customer care numbers are also not available nor they are replying for emails or whatapp chats.
