Computer table not table even after 1 month

I ordered a computer table on 29th july online www.royaloakindia.com (ROY0055048) and expected delivery was on aug 11. In spite of repeated reminders, there is no update on when it will be delivered. Emails and Whatsapp messages to their official email and contact number have been unanswered. The whatsapp message has not even been read by the representative. The chatbot asked us to call customer care @ [protected]. No one picks up the phone...

I ordered a table but have not received yet, it got delayed for 2 weeks initially and now again its delayed its been more than 1 month. Not sure why royaloak | bangalore is fooling customers by giving false confirmation. No response when sending e-mail to their online/customer care site as well. product is not delivered on online purchase from royaloak india

I ordered a computer table on july 25th 2020. Its almost one month but not recieved the product yet. Tried to contact multiple times but no one is responding. Company is wasting customer time and trust. Royaloak is making fool to the customers and holding the money without doing any process.

royaloak lily melamine finish coffee table

I had order the coffee table on 20 August 2020 through online website. I received message stating that they will send confirmation e-mail when order ships. Till now i haven't received any status nor e-mail.

I received call from RoyalOak executive on 24 August 2020 that he will deliver the product in 3 days. But till now they haven't delivered it yet. When i was trying to call the executive he is not lifting the call....

refund pending for more than 3 months

I made a order through the store in Chennai Velachery on May 16th but the order got delayed.So i cancelled the order and made a refund request on May 27th.
They said the refund will be processed by June 20th but till now i have not received the refund.

my order has been delayed by 5 months! and still no status on it

I placed my order on March 24th! Every time I call, I don't get a response or they give me a fake date and there is no information provided to me after that.

There is also no option to cancel the order. It was understandable for order delays during the lockdown time. But 5 months overall with still no order status is absolutely atrocious even for royal oak standards.

Item or refund not received

I placed order # ROY0054239 on 26th July 2020, I still haven't received table, in website they have described products will be delivered within 5-7 days and installation will be done within 72hrs, and nothing is done as per that.
I have been calling customer care team and sent email many times but no one have responded me with proper resolution some times the team will be very rude in responding, it's been 30 days but Royaloak team...

I have called and enquired each and evry single day with the customer care who are not even aware of any updated and keep telling this is under process. My order number : roy0059152 was cancelled and i got a mail for refund initiation to which i replied with account details and ifsc code. But it has been over 15days and i have still not received the refund. The order shows as received on the website. This is ridiculous. Pathetic experience from royaloak....

Bed size is smaller

I have purchased a crystal queen-size bed from royal oak. When the placing of the mattress (Size:78 x60) on the bed it's not fitting into the frame.
One end is fitting the other end of the bed is not fitting and coming out. I have attached the images also and raised complaint regarding this issue. There is no response from royal oak simply replying mail our bed is standard size.

Check your standard bed size instead...

Cancellation of the order

As per company’s policy I see that the order can be cancelled if RoyalOak cannot meet expectation of the customer. They also quote that the customer can cancel the order without giving any reason.
But when i contacted customer care, they said that the order cannot be cancelled once placed!!

Hi sir/mdm,
I ordered chair and table july 26 2020. Money paid on same day around 15000, all payment and product avaliable success and submitted order.

Then estimated shown 10 th aug 2020 max. From july 26 to 18 aug no single message n mail from them ralted to order update. I called so many time customer care no response, mailed no respnse.

Its almost one month till update from them. Its worest experience...

I have made a computer desk purchase (Order number: roy0055857) on royaloak online site on 31st july 2020. It was supposed to be delivered on 5th august 2020. I didn't receive any delivery or update on delay. I had to reach customer support multiples times where there is no assurance of proper date and just keep on postponing by saying the stock will be coming every next week. Finally i lost interest and asked to cancel my order and refund....

I had ordered aletta queen size bed from royaloak on 26th july 2020. Till date i have not received the product and they are not taking refund request also. Their executive mr. Rahul committed to give delivery by 13th august but they are just playing with silly reasons.

Today 12 Aug 2020.

No response to my email and customer care phone number is always busy .. unable to get any update.
