I have placed an order for a study table on 1st Aug 2020. They said it will be delivered by 15th Aug 2020. When I called customer care on Aug 18th the told it will be delivered by 27th August. From then I am trying to reach them, but my call will be in waiting forever. my order id is Roy-0056070.

Hi, I have received the furniture, but these guys don't answer calls will not reply to our emails. So I will not buy anything from these Royaloak.

        I ordered computer table in july 2020 using online portal https://www.royaloakindia.com/ and order is to be delivered on july 28th and till date there is no progress in the order, its says payment successful and order received. After repeated calls to customer care and whatsapp chat i was lucky to talk to a customer care executive who said they will deliver by aug 24, but again they missed the date, so still trying to connect with them repeatedly via customer care number and whatsapp chat but still no response.

          I have ordered a recliner chair from royaloak website on 7th August 2020, I have no update not response when I contacted them through email, whatsapp messages, website chat, customer care number, the reply I get is that we'll update in 24 hours but not a single update or call back has been made till date. They are not even responding when I ask them to cancel and process the refund

            I ordered a computer table on 29th july online www.royaloakindia.com (ROY0055048) and expected delivery was on aug 11. In spite of repeated reminders, there is no update on when it will be delivered. Emails and Whatsapp messages to their official email and contact number have been unanswered. The whatsapp message has not even been read by the representative. The chatbot asked us to call customer care @ [protected]. No one picks up the phone on their customer care. When they pickup they say someone will call back, but nothing happens.

              I ordered a table but have not received yet, it got delayed for 2 weeks initially and now again its delayed its been more than 1 month. Not sure why royaloak | bangalore is fooling customers by giving false confirmation. No response when sending e-mail to their online/customer care site as well. Its frustrating and annoying how they fool the customers, its completed waste of time. Could i ask what is happening in royal oak india when people are purchasing products from online then why this exaggerating delay is happening?

                I ordered a computer table on july 25th 2020. Its almost one month but not recieved the product yet. Tried to contact multiple times but no one is responding. Company is wasting customer time and trust. Royaloak is making fool to the customers and holding the money without doing any process.

                Please take necessary action on this.

                  I had order the coffee table on 20 August 2020 through online website. I received message stating that they will send confirmation e-mail when order ships. Till now i haven't received any status nor e-mail.

                  I received call from RoyalOak executive on 24 August 2020 that he will deliver the product in 3 days. But till now they haven't delivered it yet. When i was trying to call the executive he is not lifting the call.

                  My complaint got resolved after complaint was raised here. May be the company fast tracked my case, not sure but my issue got resolved in 4 days from delivery to assembly.

                    I made a order through the store in Chennai Velachery on May 16th but the order got delayed.So i cancelled the order and made a refund request on May 27th.
                    They said the refund will be processed by June 20th but till now i have not received the refund.
                    I have visited the store many times where they provide me some date but
                    nothing has happened till now.
                    In spite of continuous follow ups i was left over with deep frustration.

                      Hello,

                      I placed my order on March 24th! Every time I call, I don't get a response or they give me a fake date and there is no information provided to me after that.

                      There is also no option to cancel the order. It was understandable for order delays during the lockdown time. But 5 months overall with still no order status is absolutely atrocious even for royal oak standards.

                        I placed order # ROY0054239 on 26th July 2020, I still haven't received table, in website they have described products will be delivered within 5-7 days and installation will be done within 72hrs, and nothing is done as per that.
                        I have been calling customer care team and sent email many times but no one have responded me with proper resolution some times the team will be very rude in responding, it's been 30 days but Royaloak team is least bothered with customer issues, this is very ridiculous. Please help me in getting refund, I'm really tired with royaloak

                          Hi,

                          I have placed an order (Order #ROY0055914) on 1st August 2020. I was told that the order will be delivered by 15th August. When I contacted the Customer Care on 15th August, I was told that the product is out of stock and it will be delivered by 25th August 2020. Their chat support representatives are not responding as well.

                          On 24th August When I called the customer care for the follow up on my order, I was informed that there is a further delay in the order and it will be delayed by another week. As I couldn't wait any further for the delivery, I have asked the representative to cancel the order. However the representative replied that they cannot cancel the order from their side and i need to email the online team for the same.

                          Please help me to cancel this order and get my money refunded.

                            Hi team,

                            I had placed the order online on 17 august, with a delivery date of 21st august order id - roy0061001. I have called and enquired each and evry single day with the customer care who are not even aware of any updated and keep telling this is under process. Even the order tracking status is showing the same from the day of order. Evrytime i write an email to customer care they keep telling i will get call back in 24hrs which i have never got yet. I made a mistake by paying the product prepaid and now i am suffering, due to this pandemic situation, i am unable to visit the showroom also. Please help to get the product / at least get the money back which will help to keep my family running.

                            No response from the Royal oak Team, at least they should have acknowledged on the order worst customer service whenever you call or chat they will say usual Dialogue " we will arrange a call back in 24Hrs " not sure if there clock/ watch is working, how can we take this forward as i have blocked my money for no reason, and this Pandemic situation is worst exp. please help

                              My order number : roy0059152 was cancelled and i got a mail for refund initiation to which i replied with account details and ifsc code. But it has been over 15days and i have still not received the refund. The order shows as received on the website. This is ridiculous. Pathetic experience from royaloak.

                                2. WhatsApp support - No response

                                3. Customer Care Phone: Either no response or "You will receive a call back within 1hr or 24hrs"

                                4. Customer support chat window: same response - "I'll arrange a callback" or "please contact email customer support"

                                      I have purchased a crystal queen-size bed from royal oak. When the placing of the mattress (Size:78 x60) on the bed it's not fitting into the frame.
                                      One end is fitting the other end of the bed is not fitting and coming out. I have attached the images also and raised complaint regarding this issue. There is no response from royal oak simply replying mail our bed is standard size.

                                      Check your standard bed size instead of 64inch mine is 62.5 inches. I have attached the image with measurement proof.

                                      I wrote mail and called customer care but still, there is no response from royal oak. Now tell me the solution to this issue.

                                        As per company’s policy I see that the order can be cancelled if RoyalOak cannot meet expectation of the customer. They also quote that the customer can cancel the order without giving any reason.
                                        But when i contacted customer care, they said that the order cannot be cancelled once placed!!
