I have purchased a crystal queen-size bed from royal oak. When the placing of the mattress (Size:78 x60) on the bed it's not fitting into the frame.
One end is fitting the other end of the bed is not fitting and coming out. I have attached the images also and raised complaint regarding this issue. There is no response from royal oak simply replying mail our bed is standard size.

Check your standard bed size instead of 64inch mine is 62.5 inches. I have attached the image with measurement proof.

I wrote mail and called customer care but still, there is no response from royal oak. Now tell me the solution to this issue.

    As per company’s policy I see that the order can be cancelled if RoyalOak cannot meet expectation of the customer. They also quote that the customer can cancel the order without giving any reason.
    But when i contacted customer care, they said that the order cannot be cancelled once placed!!

      I purchased product in February 2020.
      After one month sofa set beds are broken, All the stitches are not looking good.
      When I raise the complaint, they said that they will replace my product. they are cheating the customers with very poor quality products and we can't reach customer care directly. I called so many times and sent so many mail but there is no positive response from them. Please help refund or replacement of this product. I purchased this product using bajaj finance, they charged extra money and there is no proper information about it. Very bad experience in my life. Please help me

        Hi sir/mdm,
        I ordered chair and table july 26 2020. Money paid on same day around 15000, all payment and product avaliable success and submitted order.

        Then estimated shown 10 th aug 2020 max. From july 26 to 18 aug no single message n mail from them ralted to order update. I called so many time customer care no response, mailed no respnse.

        Its almost one month till update from them. Its worest experience i faced. Having back pain so order those for wfh.

          I have made a computer desk purchase (Order number: roy0055857) on royaloak online site on 31st july 2020. It was supposed to be delivered on 5th august 2020. I didn't receive any delivery or update on delay. I had to reach customer support multiples times where there is no assurance of proper date and just keep on postponing by saying the stock will be coming every next week. Finally i lost interest and asked to cancel my order and refund. Still i did not get any confirmation on cancellation or refund where i cant put order in other sites because of the money issue. Also my time is getting wasted as the support seems very irresponsive without any call back or updates of confirmation.
          Resolution needed is for immediate order cancel and refund.

            I had ordered aletta queen size bed from royaloak on 26th july 2020. Till date i have not received the product and they are not taking refund request also. Their executive mr. Rahul committed to give delivery by 13th august but they are just playing with silly reasons.

            Kindly provide refund

              I purchased Dining Set by the royal oak online website, my purchase order no. ROY0030896, they mentioned delivery data in the order confirmation mail as given 29 mar 2020 & again date changed to end of May months.

              Today 12 Aug 2020.

              No response to my email and customer care phone number is always busy .. unable to get any update.
              luckily got a line ... you team confirmed it will be delivered on 10 aug 2020... But still item not delivered .

                We had booked a furniture on royaloak website in 3rd of jun, with the delivery date mentioned as on or before 23rd jun 20. However on 26th jun when we called the customer care number, we were informed the furniture is getting made now and would take atleast two week for delivery. We had the order cancelled, and purchase one from the local market. After lot of follow up over phone and mail, we got a confirmation of cancellation on 3rd july 20, and a confirmation on mail stating the refund has been initiated.
                However today being 11 aug 20 we are still to get the refund or any acknowledgment form the company or their customer care.

                  Hi - i have ordered one dining table (Sheesham wood) on 27th july, 2020 with order no. Rms[protected] which was installed today and following are the issues:

                  1. Polishing problem in all chairs and table
                  2. Bush problem in one chair - one chair is wobbling.
                  3. One of the cushion is not fixed to the chair.

                  For the polishing issue, the technician put a marker on the unpolished areas and left. Another technician came a day later and rubbed all chairs and table with a cloth soaked in coconut oil. The product is highly unacceptable. It is damaged and old product. The chair corners are worn out. I have mailed the customer care many times and nothing is done till now. I request you to refund my money. Iam highly dissatisfied with the product.

                    I purchased a "hoffice multi purpose desk" with order number "roy0051892". However, what we received is different from what we ordered. The middle row should be identical to the bottom row as shown on the royal oak website, but what we received is of different sizes. Also the finishing for the last row is not done. Attached are pictures of what we received. Please replace/return the product.

                    I had to mail the company almost daily. The issue was resolved after around one and half months of constant follow up. I believe the complaint on this consumer complaints forum helped a lot in that. I'd recommend people to not go for Royal oak after such a miserable attitude from the customer support

                      Hi,

                      This is second time i am registering complaint on this site. I had been sending mails for return of furniture from over a week. There is no response.

                      The table quality is bad, all scratches and broken. Front panel is loosely fitted with help of nails that it came out by itself. Poor workmanship, the nails are coming out in the middle. The storage is different what shown online. Also the chair is all plastic, whereas i confirmed it from your sales before purchase that it was of metal

                      Kindly return this furniture and initiate the refund of my money. There is no other option left with me other than going to consumer court

                        Hi team,

                        I purchased a 6 chair dinner set and the quality of the product is worst and the bolts are coming out lot of times. You have charged 30000 for the product and really it’s a loss to me.

                          Hi,

                          I bought a table (Royaloak splash boss table) and a chair (Royaloak bristol office chair) from royal oak. The quality of table is not adequate. The tape is worn out at couple of place. When we shift the table a bit, it falls apart. The storage beneath the table has two drawers (While in image there are three)
                          The chair is made of plastic (Base and handle) whereas, before placing the order your sales confirmed that it was made of metal.
                          I want to return the table & chair and get the refund for my money

                            I placed an order for royaloak chocolate study desk with writing pad in melamine on their site and made the payment for the same on 1-aug-20, on the status is was given a delivery date of 6-aug-20.
                            After the order received confirmation mail, there was no communication from them, tried reaching the customer support on 5-aug-20 morning, it was told that the order is dealt with chennai warehouse and they will arrange a call back, but no one called back. Unable to connect the call center from the evening of 5th, stating agents were busy and calls were disconnected.
                            On 6-aug, tried using their chat function, they responded that a call back will be arranged, no update from them till evening. Somehow after multiple attempts managed to talk to an customer service agent. She was telling a new story that there is no stock, so it would take atleast until 20-aug to deliver the product. I asked her to send the same through mail, but she refused.
                            Today 7-aug, i had sent them a mail to cancel the order, as none of their team is reachable and i felt cheated with false information. There is no response yet.
                            Without stock, how can they take order, the status was not updated to customer in the first place. Even upon contacting the customer care, they are giving false information, and later reaching them thru (Call, mail, chat) all are made impossible.
                            Worst ever online purchase experience. Was a big mistake to order from this royaloak, which is not loyal or has any sense of customer relationship all the complaints in the forum shows that.
                            Please help forward my complaint to reach them and help getting my money refunded.

Finally the product reached us on 10-Aug and was shared a list of contacts by the local(Chennai) team to arrange for assembly. The assembly was done to the satisfaction by the technician.                                   Pending installation/assembly of furniture

The time frame for installation mentioned on their website was 72 hours and now even after one whole week and 3 calls to their customer support numbers have proven vain.                                   I have been trying to reach royaloak customer care for past 30 days on my product delivery but no response (Multiple mails sent but no response)
                                  No notifications regarding shipment have been received through mail or sms
                                  Even delivery date crossed but you don't know whom to reach.
                                  I reached nearest store and checked with them, they too don't have idea (They said).

                                  Customer support helpline rarely connects and says you will receive mail notification from concerned team but no mail received
                                  No option to cancel the order.

The promised delivery date surpassed but no update yet. I have been trying to reach them via Whatsapp, website chat, call and no one responding anywhere to the customer post sales.                                       I purchased a study table from online portal of RoyalOak.
                                      I am seriously regretting buying furniture from RoyalOak. I have been doing online purchasing for the past many years, I have never faced such issue. This was the first time I thought of buying something from this company but their services and products don't match the lofty standards they have portrayed. It seems that the company focuses more on endorsement than the quality of products and services. The issues faced by me are:

                                      1. I was promised about the installation of the study table but no service was provided.
                                      2. For 5 days I have been calling Mr. Shiva (ph no [protected]). He didn't pick the call. In a few instances when he picked the call, he made unfulfilled promises. (He kept postponing)
                                      3. After waiting for 5 days, we finally opened the package, we found, on opening, the very first piece of the table was broken. This can't be more pathetic than this. We didn't open further, so there might be more broken parts!
                                      4. I chatted with the customer care person, he too stopped responding after I mentioned that my services have not been fulfilled.
                                      5. Today, 28th July 2020, we have been continuously calling the customer care for the past 2 hours straight but there is no response.

                                      I bought the piece of furniture as a gift for my daughter who has her birthday on 29th July but because of your bad product and services, I have been failed.
                                      I bought this study table after deliberation with Mr. Shiva (name mentioned above also) where he promised me a good quality product and fine services but now these seem like businessman's shrewd tactics only.

                                      This was my first experience with your company and it is so bitter that I can't refer your company as an ethical seller, forget about proposing your name among my acquaintance.
                                      For your perusal, I am attaching a copy of the bill, pictures of the broken parts (which we have seen), and the video we shot while opening the package as proof. From product to delivery, everything has dismayed me greatly.
