Had ordered 2 products from royaloak website but got acknowledgement for only 1 of them, there is no track of the other product.
I managed to get hold of customer care once but they said only 1 product's order they have received, but the money was debited for both the products.
Since then i have not been able to contact them anywhere, tried their number, sent emails, but no response.

      I booked queen bed with expected delivery date of 28 jun till now i didnot receive any message or email about the update of delivery. Order id is roy0045778

      Pathetic customer service.. Called them a dozen times no one answers and replies to the emails. We have paid the complete amount and no information about the delivery. We need a refund and cancel the product as we cannot wait forever without any information

      Its a fraud company with 0 service or repsonsibility i realised there are hundreds of such complaints

        My first and this would be my last purchase from royal oak. I bought a dining table, sofa set, coffee table, study table and office chair on mar'20. The dining table had to be replaced thrice - 1st time defective and incorrect design table top, 2nd - damaged and finally the 3rd time the right one was delivered.
        Coffee table - received broken out of box and it has not been replaced till 3-july.
        Sofa set - was delivered damaged, shared the pics which i took while the tech was installing it with the manager in the old madras outlet but there is no resolution to this till today 3 july
        Office chair - the order placed in mar and the delivery has not happened till today 3 july
        It was such an inconvenience waiting and begging for the tech to come to install and also to collect the defective furnitures which was consuming space. My recommendation is to go to a local furniture shop rather than royal oak which is just a brand name all that remains now. Very unhappy and disappointed.

          I have ordered bed from royal oak online and the wrong bed was delivered and then promised to replace within 2 days, it's been 15 days no one is responding.

          Neither customer care nor hyderabad team.

          Raghu from hyderabad warehouse is just hunging the calls and giving fake promises. Literally no response for over 100s of calls and messages and emails.

            I have bought 3 +2+1 recliner from pune and from day one i have been complaining but there is no response from show room and now from last 10 day sending mails on customer care still no response have called customer care no response also have written on chat bot but all wasted.

              By considering royal oak as a trusted and renowned brand ordered sofa online. But customer service is zero percent. They won't receive calls or reply emails.
              Please provide exchange or replacement feasibility of the sofa which is delivered in the wrong color and not matching with the ordered product.

                On 2 oct 2019, i purchased an aron computer chair from royaloak showroom banaswadi, bengaluru. (Order no. [protected])

                The height adjustment mechanism of the chair is faulty. The chair automatically slides down when i sit on it. I had previously raised the same complaint and a service technician changed the chair's hydraulic rod. However the same problem is recurring. I raised a complaint again. The technician came and tried to repair the chair but could not. He said he would return with a spare part. After that, the technician has not returned nor is royal oak customer care responding to my emails. Their customer care phone number is not functional. Don't buy any furniture from these cheats.

                  I have purchased computer table in royaloak furniture and they have delivered it and after which technician came and started fitting it. he realized that screws are missing in the package and they told give me one day we will install tomorrow. its been more than 5 days they haven't turned up. I follow-up over calls and chat and over whatsapp no one responses over it. they have only one customer care which is very rare to get the executive. These people are very reluctant towards customers. I dont know " where the FOUNDER or this ROYAL OAK sitting??" i think he never cares about customers.

                    We have purchased a king size cot and a mattress from royal oak bangak. It has been close to 15 days now that the product is delivered. The mattress has unusual bulges in a few places which is uncomfortable to sleep and we are having backaches. The mattress is of royal oak itself and the cot is already making sounds on simple roll on the it. We have complained to them and called and informed. Only the technician arrives and does nothing till date. All the royal oak numbers either disconnect our call or never answer. Please think twice if you really want to buy from these guys amd they take the money upfront which leaves you completely bound by their terms and conditions. Please think twice its like giving money and buying a headache rather than furniture

                      I ordered a computer table on 19th june 2020 on royaloakindia.com and expected delivery date was 23rd june 2020.
                      Order number: roy0044287

                      Since the delivery was being delayed, customer care was not responding to call/whatsapp/email. I decided to cancel the order because i am not at banglore now i can not pick the order.

                      I sent an email on 24th june 2020 for order cancellation and i got an email which was sent to their online team where i was kept in cc. No response from them till now.

                      They do not have online order cancellation option on their website.

                      No legitimate company takes money from their customers and keeps quite after that without delivering or cancelling the orders.

                      I just want my order to be cancelled and refund initiated, asap.

                          I had ordered a dining table online at royaloakindia.com on 20th june 2020. The order number is roy00446404.
                          They had mentioned that it will be delivered on 25th june 2020, but till now there is no response from any of them nor there is any status update.
                          Had called customer care many times and wrote mails to customer care. But there is no use.
                          If the product cannot be delivered, we would want a refund of the amount.

                              I ordered a computer table on 1st june 2020 on royaloakindia.com and expected delivery date was 6th june 2020.

                              Since the delivery was being delayed, customer care was not responding to call/whatsapp/email and their hyderabad store was of no help, i decided to cancel the order.

                              Their whatsapp status shows "last seen on 4th june" even today. I sent an email on 12th june 2020 for order cancellation and i got an email which was sent to their online team where i was kept in cc. No response from them till now.

                              They do not have online order cancellation option on their website.

                              No legitimate company takes money from their customers and keeps quite after that without delivering or cancelling the orders.

                              I just want my order to be cancelled and refund initiated, asap.

                                An online order (Royo 035066) for a chair was placed on royaloak by my son, srijak sengupta on may 16, 2020 by making 100% advance payment of rs. 4, 740, with a confirmed delivery data of may 20, 2020. The order was confirmed by the organization.

                                Although more than 6 weeks have passed since the order was placed and payment made, the item has neither been delivered till date, nor any refund of the collected amount made by royaloak,...

                                      I have placed an order at hyderabad attapur branch one month back but the product is not delivered yet.. My order id is rms[protected].
                                      When ever i tried to cal to the branch they are saying that the product is in transit and if i tried to call customer care they dont respond properly.. Email i raised an email regarding this i didn't receive any reply also.. Really messed up with the service.. I thought of cancelling order and buy some where else
