I have contacted them atleast a 30 times or so..

But no trace of the product so. Mucb so that they don't even bother to respond to my emails.

    Roy0031578 is my order number. After following up many times overphone and also giving so many emails for 2 months order is delivered with a damage. They said they will get back to me and local person stylespa say that he is responsible for only for delivery and installation.

    Royaloak does not respond for any calls and emails.. Or with a blank answer will back to us..

    After the order book on march 17th i am in the month of june. 9 days back i received the order and with a damaged thing.

    I have been continiously sending email weekly or biweekly but no response.. phone calls i make are ever waiting to wait still the next on responds.. Regarding the person who delivered tell me to wait and will not respond to my phones.[protected]. Tomorrow even we have a complaint these people are least bothered about the complaint..

    What is the solution .. Please suggest

      I have ordered office chair in the royal oak after 1 week of installation. It's completely inclined to left side. I sent many emails but no reply 😒

        I need a refund for my order of coffee table because it is not delivered in specified time. Tried contacting customer care but no response. Please just refund my amount.           This is with regard to the order rms[protected] where i have been informed that the furniture is damaged and cannot be delivered.

          As discussed with the marathahalli branch on june 13th and since there are no alternate or replacement options available, i would like to get credit for the payment that i have made for this order immediately. Till date even after multiple followup the store manager and the customer care are not ready to confirm back over the phone or email when the money will be credited even after sending all the details. I havent seen any rude and poor custormare care like this even after advance payment.

          No response even after multiple emails and multiple calls. I am not sure this company is can be trusted any more moving to the consumer court to get back my money of Rs7, 176 with interest as the store manage or customer care are rude are not taking any actions. and there is no escalation point also. They cheat the customers by taking their money and not deliver the product. beware there are many other shops who respect the customer and value the relationship

            I ordered a recliner for rs 15000 in royaloak official site yet they didn't deliver the product they will not ready to refund. They are trying to cheat. Royaloak is a cheating company.

              I placed an order for computer table in royaloak almost one month ago. Since then there is no response from them, not even a single mail/sms from them. If they are not able to deliver for whatever reason, they should refund the money back. Please look into the issue.

              Refunded the money long back. Somehow that wasn't informed by call. But I got my money back and problem is solved.

                It was a horrible poor customer service royal oak has. I have ordered a tv entertainment unit through online purchase in the month of may but till now the product was not delivered. Its been a month now and no one contacted me so far. They have a customer care number but no one picks it and also they wont reply to your email. I have paid the amount fully but now i feel that i took a wrong decision in purchasing from royal oak. Being a month i dont know how long will it take more or will the product be deivered or not. Very pathetic and poor service. When i went to velachery store they ignored to help me in giving contact details of online team and they arrogantly said there is no contact between store nd online team. My kind request to all is do not trust royal oak as they are fraud.

                  We have order the boss table from one of your branch royaloak furniture auto nagar, hyderabad.
                  Payment done through credit card on 05th june against order no [protected] submitted by the branch showroom as per discussed with mr. Akhil acc. Person.
                  From the date of payment with in 7 days it should get delivered, but got delay for 3 days and delivered on 15th june 2020. Today is 20th june & till now no person has allocated for fitting the table. Now we only fitting the table, if any damage or any other problem gets then royaloak furniture have to take responsibility & replace with new one.

                  Today 20th june by 10.00am person should be allocated & fitting should be done. After payment also we can't wait these many days.

                    I ordered table ROY0040722 on 4th May.
                    Web page said delivered in 3-4 day, before payment.

                    After payment, I got an SMS that it will be delivered in 10 days.

                    It's 14 days now, no delivery yet.

                    Nobody picking calls in customer care, even after 15 min of wait time.

                    Call getting disconnected after waiting for long time.

                    Cannot find option to cancel the delivery.

                    Can you please deliver the good or return my money ?

                      I have purchased a coffy table online from royaloak now they are not delivering product and it is almost 20 days.

                      They are not even replying on email and customer is worse in india, they know nothing and simply will give you one date of delivery which will definitely fail.

                      I do not know what to do.

                        Royal Oak online is worst pathetic irresponsible ... Did place order in May which had Delivery by 9th Jun however been 10 days now trying to chase customer care however no one answers nor there is any call about the delivery status.. Such a pathetic customer care service where in there is no response..Order number ROY0037256... Advise never ever purchase from Royaloak such a waste service, ,

Such a waste organisation and there staffs this u seems to be scam and cheats are sitting to take your money be careful book with other brands don’t go to royal oak.                             I am still awaiting the delivery of my order number: roy0038031. I have already made the payment. The delivery date was 10th june 2020 post which i am trying to continuously connect with chat support, email support, call support but none of the support team is responding or providing me any update on my product. I have sent more that 10 follow up emails & chats. I even tried connecting on call which never gets connected & tried reaching on instagram also but still no update. Now i don't know what to do except regretting wasting money.

                              I had ordered a recliner on 25th may 2020. I received a call from them and assured me that the delivery will be soon with well sanitized and made me pay the full amount. Now when i call those number no one picks up and it looks like they blocked my number. I tried contacting them in mail/customer care/online chat but of no use.
                              Now i doubt on there service as well in feature. So i am looking for a refund rather then delivery of the product.

                              They have taken 3 months to deliver the item. And in between there is no communication and no customer service guy picks up the call. I will not recommend people to buy from this compony as its going to damage your health Looks like they take money and then start work on making the product.

                                The committed delivery was on 15 June 2020.
                                Until now there is no communication from there side (always shows the status as order received in their portal).
                                There is no way we can contact them.

                                The cost of 3 tables is 12701.50

                                Anyone who read this please don't waste your money by purchasing from Royaloak.

                                  I had ordered a dinning table on 29th may 2020. It was for an emergency and i was still thinking should i do a online purchase. I received a call from them and assured me that the delivery would be in 5 business days and asked me to go ahead. I assumed they were prompt (As they called me till i made my payment) and went ahead. I received just one sms confirmation.
                                  Post that its been almost 15 days and zilch communication from their end. Emails go unanswered. Someone responds asking the online team to respond, but no further inputs. I was unable to reach them on phone as well and once in bluemoon someone picks my call and as soon as i say my order no, they put me on hold and pretend as though they are unable to hear me.
                                  Such a well trained cheats they are! There are no escalation email id and wonder how they call themselves as international brand.
                                  I stopped following up! I am yet awaiting a response & delivery!!

                                    I had ordered a study desk and chair online and made complete payment as well. I have not received my product however i keep getting calls for installation.
                                    No one picks the phone, no response from customer care also.
                                    Very poor service! This is cheating and looting the customers.

                                        I placed an order for furniture to be delivered on 30th may. The furniture hasn't come yet and there is no update on the status of what's happening. Royal oak isn't picking up calls. Customer service number is never answered. This is horrible service. No response to email too. Everyone needs to know about this so furthermore no more orders are placed. I understand that with this situation there are many issues, delays and uncertainties, but they need to update the consumer. Very bad service. Order number: roy0034710
