Order was placed on may 21, 2020 with royal oak india online and the order number for three seater zita sofa brown is roy0036153. The delivery start date was june 02, 2020 and delivery installation date was june 05, 2020. Promptly the cushion alone was delivered by royal oak in chennai at my provided address on june 02, 2020 and including delivery staff and person in charge had a nice way of avoiding the question when will the sofa be delivered when they delivered the cushion as if they did not know that this was a bulk order. I had a call the same evening from an installation person from chennai to seek time for installation of the delivered sofa set to which i seemed very disappointed and asked him if he knew that only the cushion was delivered. He did say they will deliver the sofa set in a day or two. I have tried to reach out to customer care and chennai delivery lead (S) over phone. Excepting for once to be in touch for help and delivery dates, they have not supported neither have they responded to repeated calls to them, emails sent to customer care etc. It is very time consuming to get into customer care of royal oak and contact a representative. The only person that has been helpful so far is the service installation person who keeps saying that there could be no stocks to deliver and it is very alarming with online sales asking for bookings and delivery is not happening on the agreed timeline with no information shared for follow up or delays. A non-committal and non-reachable situation is making me very nervous and disappointed to make this complaint. I have attached the delivery sheets of cushion, picture of cushion and the primary order reference to my email sent post payment with all references of delivery etc. Please assist quickly to get this sofa delivered and installed. I have not heard back from them beyond a couple of calls from their warehouse and logistics personnel asking me information and that they will get back. There are some calls coming stating that they are a part of consumer complaints and working on refunding the purchase through Gpay or Bhim UPI etc. I would prefer a written confirmation from Royal Oak on any action being taken. Kindly update the same to Royal Oak as well please to avoid all these kind of calls without authenticity.

    This is for the service request 26098.. Since last november i am requesting a technician visit but no one visited yet.. I have been a good customer for quality of products... Warranty service is very disappointing...

    Customer care hardly picks up the call.. Mail is not responsive at all. They are just fooling around.

      I have ordered an office chair from royal oak online store on 2/05/2020. They have promised me to deliver this product within 72 hours (By phone and website also says 72 hour delivery). They also assured me that covid19 situation will stop them from delivering in time. I have contacted them for multiple times but received not proper response. I have sent emails to their customer id countless times. They are not ready to deliver the product or refund the money. I am in complete dark about the product. I needed this product urgently for medical reason but now it has been more than a month. I think their online website is a scam (https://www.royaloakindia.com), no one should buy anything from this website.

        Ordered a table but it never got delivered. Even the website shows the status of my order as completed. No one picks up the call at customer care and neither do they reply on emails.

          Hi,
          My order - roy0036808, 25day back i have ordered a product. I called many times to customer care never ever responded and updated status. You know first 5days my order i can see on online. After that i am unable to see order details in online. It shows an invalid order number. I don't any what i need to do. I feel this company is a fraud and cheating company. Worst online website. It's the first time i faced this type of issue on online purchases. Please don't promote this type of cheating company. Please aware now a day's. At least they need to update status with dealy response if they are unable to deliver. There is no customer satisfaction,

          We need this type of cheating company's soon. My intention i have suffered but others will not suffer any more (To buy any product on this company).

          Money does not matter need a proper response.

          Customer is god of any company. If you guys are doing like this, you will close very soon.

            I haven't heard anything from royaloak. It's been more than a week. I haven't received my product.

            Your false commitment of delivering date made us to buy. We never knew you do this. I thought this is some reputed company. But then seeing customer feedback we came to know we made a mistake buying from you. We call daily more than 20 times but no one picks and no one in fact calls back.

            Everyday our time is wasted calling you and you never pick up. Guys this a fraud company, never buy anything from royaloak. You just pay and forget your product and money.

            I completely agree with this complaint.. The delivery service of Royal oak is really Pathetic.. They commit the date and then do not even call back.. They had promised a delivery on wednesday, and then they said because of some issues they had to postpone the delivery for thursday, i said ok.. But untill now i did not get my product.. And nobody from royal oak is even bothered to update the status. Really dissapointing. I was expecting a much more better service than this. It is simply a overrated Brand in my view.

                Fraud in solid wood thcikness — replacement — creaking unstable bed

                This one is case for the records. I bought a queen size shesham wood bed from royal oak. The bed was delivered and installed and i noticed the wood was very thin compared to what was shown in showroom. I measured and went to store comolained to them they were adamant and starting fights to avoid to discuss the real matter. The wood was 2.5 cm thick compared to 3.5 cm displayed in showroom. Management gave excuses its a new improved version, so on and so forth. They however agree to replace bed takes them 20 days and atleast 20 phonecalls to get it replaced. This tume they deliver an unstable creaking bed. It's been three months they have been giving excuses. We are working we'll resolve it. Lately assurances stopped coming as well. I oosted complaint number on their facebook timeline and they deleted the comments and posts.
                Moreover, during these three months three pairs of their technicians have come who note down the complaints and do nothing. Managemebt will contact you, we'll replace it. But in vain. I'm waiting for some kind of resolution so that my first furniture purchase for the new home does not go to waste. I've attached photos of wood thickness for showroom bed and delivered bed as proofs.

                            Chinese low quality worst furniture while purchasing i was being told all the products are from malaysia. I bought a tv stand, bed, computer table and chair in january. Tv stand legs has come out, drawers are not closing, bed is shaking from past five months we are sleeping on floor even after buying fom famous furniture brand royaloak who doesn't have quality sense at all, office table is shaking and chair doesn't stay in one position when i try to increase height of chair it comes back to the lowest level. Upon several follow ups with customer support team who is highly incapable kept giving time since jan and now post lock down they are asking me to pay for the parts. Above all people who sold the products to me they are on sidelines. Upon approaching to management they are not responding asking me to call customer care.
                            Royaloak is bangalore's worst furniture showroom i have also purchase furniture from other showrooms in the banaswadi area where there's no complaint at all with other furniture.

                                I ordered from the royaloak website on 5th june and the delivery day was supposed to be 10th june. I have not recieved any communication from the company since then.
                                Any means to contact them are not working, from email to customer care number.

                                  I had placed two separate orders for side table. Order id roy0039720 and roy0039733 were placed for two side table atria bed side table.

                                  But only one side table is delivered. One more side table is pending to be delivered from last 8 days.

                                  Customer care number is not reachable as well as email support is pathetic. Email support team doesn't have any clue. There is no option to track order nor there is any updated on order status.

                                  Very bad experience. Never order or royal oak online website.

                                    I ordered a computer chair online in royaloak and it was delivered in 4 days. When installation guy came to install the chair, it was found that one of the armrest was missing in the box. It is two weeks since this happened and i have been trying to reach to customer care and it connected after 10 days. Meanwhile i reached out to numerous contacts and none of them could help. At last i reached out to customer care and they told that there is no stock and it can’t be fixed for al least two weeks. And when i asked if there is any refund and replacement policy and i was told that there is nothing like that. With what i underwent so far, i am not sure if i would really get the missing armrest in next two weeks.

                                    It is very frustrating that the chair is lying with me and i can’t use it. I am very unhappy with what happened and i strongly suggest not to purchase any product from royaloak. All customer needs is a good service and these guys don’t seem to know how to service their customers.
