    I have ordered an office chair on 28th may 2020 which had a delivery date of 1st june and installation date of 2nd june as per the email confirmation i received immediately after purchasing and paying the total amount of inr 10991.50/- upfront while booking it online. However till date i have not received the product. The customer helpline number is always busy or keeps me on hold and and i'm not able to get thru an appropriate response from the team. This has been a really bad experience from royaloak india and i'm not going to buy anything from them in the future or recommend them to anyone in my social circle. Their online chat response is also pathetic and i feel i have been cheated.

    Please help me to get the product or refund of my amount paid to them.

    this complaint has been resolved as Royal Oak has refunded the amount I paid to them after I escalated this to the store manager.

      Hi team
      I have purchased a chair (Order no. Roy0040022) from official royaloak website and paid the full payment. I got payment confirmation mail and also sms from my bank that money has been deducted.
      I have contacted the customer care, since last 2 days. I was chat and provided details but i will get a call, but not received a single call on the same so far.
      This is my first experience with royaloak and disappointed with the customer service.
      Requesting to please resolve this issue soon. Thanks!

        I have placed an online order with order no ROY0038743 on 29th May. There is no response from the ROYOL OAK team. Customer care number does not connect and there is no reply to emails. I would suggest to think twice before placing an order online at ROYALOAK. Very pathetic service.

            I have placed an order for computer table from their website with order id roy0039878 which was supposed to be delivered on 04th june 2020, but there is no response from for any calls and mails. Looks like their customer service is non-existing. I couldn't even cancel my order and ask for refund. Please help me to get this issue sorted.

              I ordered a piece of furniture from royaloak on 9th may and was offered an express delivery between 12-14th may 2020. Since that day i have been chasing them for my delivery. I have called them some 100 times and none of the times have my phone got attended. Written some 10 mails and no mails reverted back. Tagged them on twitter and dm on instagram too but of no use.
              My biggest shock came yesterday, 4th june when i was trying to track my order when it said that the order doesn't exist.
              Royaloak is running some kind of a scam it seems that they just run away with customer's money. I have done full payment through credit card and i have paid the cc bill too. But my wait for my sofa is not ending at all. I need to know that how can i take a strict legal against them for fraud and scam.

              I either need my sofa within a week from now that is by 12th june 2020 or i need full refund of the money that i have paid to them. I am attaching the email supporting too for the order for the reference.

                I had placed order for 2 office chairs on royaloak website on may 11th and order amount was rs.9810. I had not created an account and checked out as a guest user. Under track orders, i could see my items as under warehousing processing all these days, with no other update.

                I filed complaint here on june 3rd. After that, i am not able to view my order on their website under track orders at all! What a fraudulent company. They have deleted my order number itself in the back end.

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered a bed and side tables online from royal oak furniture with order id: roy0038830.

                  The order was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd june but it was not delivered.

                  Also i am not getting any response for my mails, calls and whatapp messages from their customer care.

                  If they are not capable of delivering product at the moment, they should provide a proper response and refund the money back.

                    The product i had ordered had to be delivered by now but they are not responding to the concerns as they are not even picking the call
                    I am not even able to track the order.

                      We ordered a sofa which was supposed to be delivered on 12th of may 2020 and since then we have been waiting for their response. We are chasing them on emails, phone call, twitter and instagram but they are not answering to any one the communication channel. All this while we were at least tracking the order on the site but today, 4th june 2020 the site also says that the order doesn't exist. I am attaching few emails also below which i had shared with them and have not got any response.
                      Dear concerned,

                      I placed an online order for a sofa on 9th may and was informed that the delivery will happen between 14th -16th may 2020. My order id is roy0033410.
                      I’ve been trying to connect on the customer care number since 14th but it’s getting unanswered.

                      Even if the shipment is getting delayed then as a professional brand you should be informing us about that instead o[censored]s chasing you all the time.
                      This kind of service is highly unacceptable and makes us think whether we made a bad choice of selecting you for our need.

                      I need to check on the order delivery status immediately. Request you to get in touch with us on the below mentioned numbers.

                      I have been trying to reach you guys on emails, calls, instagram and twitter since past 2 weeks numerous times but there is no response at all.

                      I am extremely disappointed and annoyed with your services. I have been waiting for my order details since then and i have not got any revert from your side.

                      Is this the customer service that you offer to us. I have never seen such an incompetent behaviour ever from any company that you guys are showing to me. I have a feeling that you guys have a run away with my money and have no plans at all for the delivery. Whats the use of having customer care support ids and numbers when they are not supposed to be answered.

                      I have seriously got trapped with you cheats and will never ever recommend royaloak to anyone in the future. I feel like filing a complain in the consumer court and even a police complain but i doubt whether you will feel even necessary to answer to them as well.

                      I need to know where you guys are hiding with my money and why the hell you are not delivering the items.

                      This is probably my 10th email to you guys for the delivery of the captioned order number but you guys have probably sweared not to give any information or might have just run away with the money.

                      You people should first of all shut down your customer care service as it’s of no use since nobody here cares to reply on mails, take calls, reply to chat messages. Royaoak isn’t even serious about its brand value since you guys are not even bothered to answer or defend yourself on social media.

                      Either you guys refund my full money back or deliver the item to me in maximum 1 week from today otherwise i’ll surely sue to guys and make you pay a heavy compensation to me.

                      I need a proper email or call from royal oak which will give me a proper clarity on when either of the two above request would be fulfilled by you otherwise i’ll make sure that you will me back much more the sum i’ve paid to you.

                      I also want to tell you that in the way you people are servicing it is a proper case of mental harassment and cheating in terms of false claims that should be levied on you. Mental harassment because me like an insane is chasing you guys since 20 days for a single product and you have opted to completely be on mute.

                      This is the last request email for information that i am writing to you. My next email will be a proper action against you in the consumer court which would be done within 3 days from now. Mind it.

                        I have booked a computer table vide aforesaid order number. My bank account is debited but in your website it shows payment failed. Update the correct status of the order else refund the amount to my bank account by cancelling the order.
                        Rest assured i am sending a legal notice for deficiency of your service and cost and consequences are borne by you for your own default.

                                Hi, i have placed online order for 2 furniture items with the following order reference:

                                I have not yet received any item above. There is no response to multiple customer support email that i have sent. No one is picking customer care calls that i have made 100s of times. I want to cancel the order and get the refund of the amount if it is not delivered immediately.

                                    This is regarding the order number roy0038648 which was placed on 28th may, 2020. I had received an order confirmation mail stating that delivery date would be 1st june and installation date would be 2nd june, but till date i have not received my order nor any update on the same.                                       Hi, i have placed one recliner single seat sofa on may 16th via netbanking payment.
                                      Initially it showed it will be delivered on may 31st. Till now there is no response and if i try to track the order it is showing order not found.
                                      I am fed up calling customer care and sending emails.
                                      If the order is cancelled then money should be credited back to me... Money is not credited

                                        I have order the royaloak lily coffee table with melamine finish from the royaloak online store on 13th of may. It been more than 20 days and there is no update. I called thier customer care but no resonse. My order nuber is roy0034513. There customer support number is so pathetic that always busy and never response.

                                        Please help them sort out the issue.
