        Kindly help on this urgent basis

        Purchased recliner in mysore road showroom on 19th may 2020
        But still not been delivered but promised to delivery on saturday 23rd but when they called and updated will be delivered on 25th may 2020 after tht their is no call i started to followup on this and i got confirmation call from company stating tht product will be delivered on 27th may and now no updates on this

        Plz help in this need urgent revert
        Am fedup with this followups doing with them.

        Let me know what is the procedure to refund the amount back

          I still have not received the order yet. No response received from customer service. They don't respond on emails. On chat they will stop responding once i confirm my order number. On call, they will just disconnect abruptly.

          Very pathetic service. Please let me know a way how i can file a complaint leagally.

            I had placed an order (ROY0032564) for a computer table 25 days back and it got delivered a week back. The installation person came and opened the package and there are damaged pieces in the package. He said he cant assemble that and asked me to raise the complaint. I wrote a mail to [protected]@royaloakindia.com immediately with photos attached. Nobody is bothered to call me back on this issue and there is no response to the email as well....

              I ordered a sofa unit online on 25th feb paying in full and after repeated follow ups the customer care the unit was delivered on 16th may and now im waiting for the sofa to be assembled and for the old sofa to be picked up.

              Have already called up customer care, send email - no response

              Unlike other online vendors, there is no option to return or cancel the order.

              Stuck in a rut.. Dont know what to do with such irresponsible attitude and response

                We had ordered online a computer table worth 3000, and it was delivered very late after making lot of calls and lodging complaint here.
                Now nobody is coming for installation from royaloak.
                When checked with delivery person, he told his job is just to deliver the product, for installation, contact royaloak again.
                Its been almost 3 to 4 days after the product arrival, but still there is no response from royaloak for installation.
                When called to customer care, there is no proper response.
                Worst service by royaloak..
                Please inform them to come and install the product as soon as possible.

                  I placed an online order (Number roy0033913) of table to royaloak india on 11th may 2020. I paid also full amount (Inr 2640) through credit card while placing the order.                           I ordered a chair from royal oak since the delivery was sooner than others.
                          I received a confirmation that it will be delivered by 19th may however the chair is not yet delivered or any update from royal oak, the response from customer service is also unsatisfactory. The customer service team doesn’t have any clue about the order, they say that the order is confirmed and they will check with the shipping team.
                          As on may 24, i have no clue on my order.

                            This is regarding the order roy0035357. I ordered the product on 17/05/2020. And i was informed the product will be delivered within 72 hours in bangalore. When i tried tracking the order, it shows no information except order processed. Customer service of royal oak is not responding to me via calls/whatsapp. Very pathetic experience. I would like to cancel the order and there is no such option available in company website. How long should i wait for one chair to get delivered.

                                Order # ROY0033452 : Ordered 4 items on 9 th May. The website advertises 72 hours Delivery in Bangalore.

                                I received 3 items on 19 th ( instead of 12th), and no sign of 3 seater sofa yet. No one picks up customer service number, no one responds to emails. I don't know what to do ?

                                There is only one number for customer care which no one picks up. All agents are busy, they say all the time. No one responds to email. I don't know how to reach.

                                How has been such a fraud company surviving for so long, I wonder.
