I have ordered for an office table and chair set. THe handle of the chair was received defective. The Carpenter who came to assemble just fixed one hand and left the other in the box stating that he has raised a complaint with the images and soon another guy will come and replace the same. Its now almost a month. no one has come for replacement. When I called that carpenter he said there is nothing which he can do. I have tried dialing the Royal oak customer care but it never gets connected. Online chat is just a Bot that keeps welcoming. Pathetic it is. Understanding the current situation I don't have any problem in waiting for replacement but there should be a proper channel or communication. Very disappointing. Still waiting to hear from ROYALOAK

    About two weeks ago, I ordered an office chair and the same was delivered within 4-5 days. Installation happened the next day. When the installation guy opened the box to check all parts are in the box and found one of the armrest was missing. I have been trying to reach out to customer care since then and the number never connected.
    I have reached out to few contacts in Hyderabad and they took more than a week and told that the stock is not available and should be delivered from Bangalore. This is one of the worst experiences I have had in my lifetime.
    The only option I have is to file a suit in consumer forum and I will be filing in next 2 days if I didn’t get any positive response.

        I have purchased an office chair for the price of inr 9370 from the online website of royaloak furniture on 26th of may, but i have not received the product. The company in their online portal claims that they have delivered the product but i have not received it till today 10th june 2020.
        I have also called customer care multiple times but nobody in the customer service responds. Their working hours is 9:30 am to 6:45 pm but nobody in the customer service picks up the call even when calling within those hours.
        I want a refund of my money as i do not want their product and services.
        As i am unable to reach out to anyone, i am reaching out to you so that you can understand my pain.

        Please help.

          I have placed an order for a computer table and office chair on 2nd june and paid full amount online. The delivery date they provided was 5th june. Order id is roy0040162. The order haven't delivered yet.

          There is no response from customer care email and customer care number even after trying multiple times. There is no option to cancel the order as well.

            On may 7th 2020 i have ordered a office chair from royal oak online store, due to corona lock down it was supposed to deliver on may 22nd, but even after may 22nd there is no response at all from royal oak customer care or support regarding the order... I tried almost 100 times even customer care is not responding from that time, i have paid rs.7, 270/- for the chair..

            Such a worst experience, planning for a police complaint shortly.

              As you pickup phone when we call 10times and as i told you to kindly process my refund amount. There has been no update on my order since 10 days as i hd already complaint few days back you told customer care will contact you. But up to now there is no update from your side. So kindly refund my amount as its already been many days. And the way you handle customer is very horrible. No update by sms or phone call and when we contact you dont pick call.                     My Order reference no: ROY0036195 dated 21st May was promised 72hr delivery has not yet been delivered. Its been more than 2weeks!!! I have written to [protected]@royaloakindia.com 7times. No one responds. I have called at the helpline number [protected] which no one picks.
                    I have raised complaint with consumer forum as well for such unprofessional behaviour.

                        I ordered a product (Royaloak berry office chair with steel chrome finish) costing ~9k from royaloak furniture on 30 june, 2020. The expected delivery date was 4th june, 2020. The order was not delivered. Also, there is no update on the order. They are not replying to my emails. And not responding to my phone calls.                             Customer care is completely useless, no one picks up, even on the chat no one replies. Promises 3 day delivery but does not deliver after 20 days also. No refund policy, basically company steals our money and we can't do anything

                                  Ordered kids study table online and as per the order details it is supposed to be delivered by 07/06/20120. But the product is not delivered yet and it showing delivered in the website track order page. We contacted the assigned delivery person multiple times and he informed the order is not assigned to him.                                     One stool only was delivered. Then on complaining another stool was deliverd which was defective so i returned it back.

                                    Now that returned stool is not delivered till now. Visited the attapur store on 5th of june. They assured that it wil be delivered and game me wearhouse managers: mr raghu's no. Which he is not lifting since 3 days...

                                    This careless and irresponsible attitude of your staff is really a disgusting experience.

                                        I have been facing issues with royaloak, the way they treat and respond to their customer is pathetic. Below are the complete details

                                        I have ordered "royaloak amber computer table - 1.2m" on april 9th. I sent multiple emails to get status on these dates may 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21 along with 100's of phone calls to customer service. All these emails and calls did not help.

                                        So on may 21st, i sent an email to cancel the order. As i no longer need the product and mainly i don't want to continue my customer relation with royaloak. No response to my email. So again i started sending emails to get status on order cancellation on these dates may 21, 24, 28, 29, 30, 31, june 1, 5 along with 100's of calls. Same situation repeated, no one responded.

                                        Despite of all these email and calls to get status on order delivery and cancellation, i used to get ivr calls and logistic team calls to deliver the order, but they never delivered.

                                        Finally decided to cancel the order and updated same multiple times to the logistics and customer service teams. Nothing happened, still getting ivr delivery calls

                                        Need help to stop these kind of poor/pathetic/irresponsible/con stores to play with customers.
