I had ordered online a furniture from royaloak and was suppose to deliver on 3-rd june. Gets a sms from royaloak with a person number asking he is assigned for delivery. Driver calls and informs he will come and within an hour says will deliver tomorrow. Post that contacted the assigned person he says he has no idea of my order. Since then tried to reach royalok customer care multiple time, they keeps us asking to wait for next available executive and then disconnects. Once i even waited for 22 min. I had tried all possible ways to contact them, mail, chat, facebook msg. Whatapp, calling stores and no response. Order number is roy0040409. There is no option to cancel the order and refund my money as well. For a vendor who claims they are international this is an unacceptable behavior, i never had such a pathetic experience with online shopping

Updated by Sudheesh Narayanaswamy Still not delivered and no response from them either from customer care call, mail or chat... but you give them a lead asking that you want to buy something they call you within 2 hours so chat and mails are been looked for but when it comes to ordered materials they don't bother
bloody royal oak, you are the number one cheaters. You replaced a defective sofa today an d again you delievered a damaged sofa. attachijng the photos.
instead of delivering a brand new peice, you delievred a used one which is repaired/refurbished one.
1. stiching threads have come out
2. dmamage is clearly seen on the edge.
3. cushion is lose and is clearly seen that its a used peice
4. hand rest cushion is clearly touching the hard wooden peice.
what do you think about the customers, are we fools? how can you deliver a worst piece again? pathetic customer care and number one cheater in the market
I will not pay single EMI also and you can take the sofa back.
