I ordered a computer table from royaloak furniture on 30-may-2020 and my order no is roy0039244. It should be delivered by 03-june-2020. Payment is successful and got message in mobile with order no from royaloak furniture and also got mail regarding order. Till now, i didn't receive my order. I called multiple times to royaloak customer care but no one is answering the call. I sent mail to customer care but no response from them. I checked my order on tracking page but getting no order found. I chat with royaloak executives online but no response.
This behaviour is unethical and not acceptable. Please refund my money if the product is not available or not able to deliver. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      I had placed an order for chair and table, they were supposed to be delivered on 4th june, table is delivered but chair is not delivered yet. But in the webiste they have updated saying both orders are delivered.

      I have sent a mail to their customer, no response for the last 4 days. Phone calls are never answered, why do they even claim they have customer service. My order number is roy0039601

        I got my order but not what I ordered. Royal oak asked me to take different item. It's not a good idea. Asking customer to take different item after talking order

            I had ordered computer table order id:roy0038529 worth rs4500 and few days back when i tracked my order it was showing order received but after few days i am not able to track my order and i had ordered the table on may29 and now its june7 till now i have not received my order and u dont share any information regarding my order from your company. You guys are frauding everyone by taking order and not delivering. When we try to contact you through message then you guys say our concerned team will call you but you dont call. Again we try to call you then you dont pick call. You guys are frauding the customers. If i dont receive my product then i am going to file an fir to you guys. So solve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise consequences will be bad.

              I ordered a table amount of rs. 5994.50 with order number : roy0038999 on 30th may 2020 since i do work from home during this corona crisis. The order confirmation says the delivery date is 3rd june. But till now i have not received the order. I tried to reach royaloak customer care, email ids, on facebook, twitter multiple times. Their customer care is not reachable and on facebook and website chat team says call on customer care. I have enought wasted my time. There is no acknowledgement or response from company. I feel cheated now. Company is behaving like a thief. Blocking money during this tough time and not delivering item is a devil act. Like me there are many customers who have not received their order. Please take action on this cheater royal oak immediately. Deliver my order or refund my money.

              The table got delivered yesterday and installed today. The table is freshly made and quality looks good and they have ordered it from Malaysia. The only problem with the company is customer care. If customer care responds and just acknowledge that order will be delayed then customer wont complain. But no response will be suspicious to them. So Improve your customer care response.

              bloody royal oak, you are the number one cheaters. You replaced a defective sofa today an d again you delievered a damaged sofa. attachijng the photos.

              instead of delivering a brand new peice, you delievred a used one which is repaired/refurbished one.

              1. stiching threads have come out
              2. dmamage is clearly seen on the edge.

              3. cushion is lose and is clearly seen that its a used peice
              4. hand rest cushion is clearly touching the hard wooden peice.

              what do you think about the customers, are we fools? how can you deliver a worst piece again? pathetic customer care and number one cheater in the market

              I will not pay single EMI also and you can take the sofa back.

                I had ordered online a furniture from royaloak and was suppose to deliver on 3-rd june. Gets a sms from royaloak with a person number asking he is assigned for delivery. Driver calls and informs he will come and within an hour says will deliver tomorrow. Post that contacted the assigned person he says he has no idea of my order. Since then tried to reach royalok customer care multiple time, they keeps us asking to wait for next available executive and then disconnects. Once i even waited for 22 min. I had tried all possible ways to contact them, mail, chat, facebook msg. Whatapp, calling stores and no response. Order number is roy0040409. There is no option to cancel the order and refund my money as well. For a vendor who claims they are international this is an unacceptable behavior, i never had such a pathetic experience with online shopping

                Still not delivered and no response from them either from customer care call, mail or chat... but you give them a lead asking that you want to buy something they call you within 2 hours so chat and mails are been looked for but when it comes to ordered materials they don't bother

                    I had placed order of furniture from the website of royal oak furniture on 9th may, 2020. The website advertises 72 hours delivery. It's 6 th june now and have not received the sofa yet. It's frustrating that after paying the full. Amount and purchasing from. A reputed company have to suffer.
                    No one responds to mails, calls. Store owners decline to help saying it's the online team we have to deal with.

                    Royal oak is a big scam, fraud

                        This is my 3rd complain for royaloak furniture. I got a call today, 6th june 2020 from # [protected] that they are refunding our money back and without taking any bank details they simply disconnected the call. Since then i was trying to reach them out to know the procedure for the refund and they are either disconnecting the call or the number is going switched off.

                        I am demanding immediate refund of the entire value that i have paid off or else i will make a police complaint against royaloak furniture since they have tested my patience enough by now.

                        My order number roy0033410 is still not showing as valid in their website and this is a complete case of fraud that they are trying to do with us. I don't need their furniture to be delivered any more to me but i only demand full refund of my entire money.

                        Kindly help.

                          I ordered a computer table and chair on may 12th and they said it will be delivered by 27th may. No one from the company calls till 27th and we contacted customer care (After trying for 4 hours) and they said they'll deliver it by june 6th. Again they vanished and did not intimate anything about the order. Now they are saying they'll deliver it by june 14th. They are just covering the issue by that time and ignoring it totally. I think it is a kind of online fraud as they never intimate about the product nor respond to mail, call, or messages in the chat. My sincere request is not to buy any kind of product from this website.

                            Hi,
                            I want to raise a complaint regarding non-receipt of royaloak wall-mounted writing desk, i ordered on 1st june, 2020. My order id: roy0040082 and i already mailed to the customare cafre email help desk too ([protected]@royaloakindia.com). I received call from carpenter for installation but product not delivered and their carpenter do't know about delivery details. Hell lots of disconnects. If i go track my order with contact number it says order doesn't exist. Why much non-professionalism even though claiming international furniture dealer. Do they understand minimum about concept of customer support.
                            Please help resolve the issue.

                              I have ordered a chair and table online via royal oak website. Ammount is fully paid. I have received order confirmation email. Product was supposed to be delivered by 3 june 2020. Table is delivered but chair has not been delivered.

                              I haven't received any update on the delivery status of chair afterwards. I have tried contacting customer care via email, what's app, call. There is no response. Pathetic service from royal oak. They are cheating on people. There is no value for the money we loose in these fraud services.

                              Please help to get the product delivered.

                                  Hi team, i have purchased a chair (Order no. Roy0038280) from official royaloak website and paid the full payment. I got payment confirmation mail and also sms from my bank that money has been deducted. I have contacted the customer care +91 [protected] since 27th of may to know my order status but it always throws the message that team is busy in assisting other users and i never received any call back. The last update on track order page 29th may 2020 10:08 am. I have been doing on-line shopping since many years and this was my worst experience and very very disappointed with customer care ([protected]@royaloakindia.com) as they don’t believe in responding to emails.
                                  Please deliver or cancel my order and return my money back.

                                    I have tried to connect through customer care mails and calls but i have not received any feedback from their end. I had ordered a combo table and chair on 15th may 2020. The order was supposed to delivered by 19 may but till now as in 5th jun, i haven't received the product. I needed the furniture urgently as i am wfh because of the lockdown. The advertisement on the website of royaloak shows express delivery/delivery in 72 hours in bangalore but it has been more than 3 weeks and i have not yet received the product.

                                        I have ordered an office chair on 28th may 2020 which had a delivery date of 1st june and installation date of 2nd june as per the email confirmation i received immediately after purchasing and paying the total amount of inr 10991.50/- upfront while booking it online. However till date i have not received the product. The customer helpline number is always busy or keeps me on hold and and i'm not able to get thru an appropriate response from the team. This has been a really bad experience from royaloak india and i'm not going to buy anything from them in the future or recommend them to anyone in my social circle. Their online chat response is also pathetic and i feel i have been cheated.

                                        Please help me to get the product or refund of my amount paid to them.
