I have not received my order yet which i purchased online on their site.
The online chat is not providing me the status and i am not able to get through anyone on phone.
It seems to be an online fraud with no response on mail.
Calls to their store is not helping too as they say they are not responsible for their website purchases which is ridiculous as it's their own company.
Please donot buy anything from royal oaks.

    Hi,

    I am from bangalore and i have ordered a computer table on may 27th 2020 and till now no response and my order is in "order received" status so far. While ordering site was showing 72 hours express delivery in bangalore and my table will be delivered till 31st may. I paid 5994.5 rs online for the table. I could not reach royaloak furniture guys because there customer care no [protected] is just to make you fool not connecting even after 1 hour i wait. I tried to connect on chat and no one responds.

    Please help me.

      I have purchased the subject item from your show room at kukatpally on 12th Dec2019.
      In one month we observed that left side door is turning from white to light yellow gradually.
      I have informed the same over phone during 3rd week of March. Your show room advised me to send a mail.
      I couldn't send the email as I got blocked at some other place during lockdown.
      As lockdown is relaxed, you are requested to resolve the issue.
      I am attaching relevant bill and photo of shoe rack.

        Hi,
        I have ordered through royaloak website a swing on 15th may, 2020 and estimated delivery date is 30th may, 2020. While purchasing i had a talk with a sales person who assured me quick delivery. After payment i am unable to trace her, she doesn't even bother to pickup the call or answer the whatsapp messages.
        I have tried to call the customer service of royaloak, unfortunately there is no one to give me my answer.
        It is 31st already till now order is not processed and i am unable to connect you guys. No one is there to pickup the call, give answers to my mail and also no one is there to answer in fb messanger.

          I have ordered table and chair combo. It's more than 10 days now. Even sent mail checking for status. No response from your team. This is biggest disappointment from royaloak. Its very irritating that after taking money you guys are doing like this.

          Delivery was supposed to be within 72 hours as per your estimation. And its more than 10 days now.

          I can understand there might be delay in delivery because of covid. But not this much when many other vendors are able to deliver. Moreover royaloak promised delivery within 72hours. And i believe that i have rights to know details of order after taking money for same from me. Horrible company. Shame on royaloak.

              Hi, i purchased a computer chair online and wrong product was delivered, i had paid more price for the chair, but the model i received was different and of cheaper price. Having raised compliant with customers service theu have no update and neither are they taking the product back nor responding to the number of emails sent. They is no escalation matrix. I would suggest not to buy any products from them online, you might get cheated on paying full amount and not get refunded as well.

                I have placed an order[protected], still my order is not delivered and i didn’t get any update on my order.

                I send mail if they are not able to deliver the product cancel my order and return my money. 23 day back i have played mount. I never seen this type of worest service.

                I send n number of mail and call customer service number. But no one is not responding.

                Please help me to resolve my issue.

                  I am reeja joseph, i purchased a dinning table and bookshelf from royaloak furnitures via online worth 44220 inr on march 9th 2020.
                  Order no.5e[protected], ref.[protected].
                  I approached the customer service to track the product multiple times via email and online chat service. They never responded me properly.. Rather giving positive assurance which never fulfilled.. And the customer service no. Which they provided to contact will never respond ([protected])
                  I can understand the current situation which is phasing all over the world. But, still they need to understand the eagerness of the customer who paid money. I kindly request your service to help me in this situation, i really afraid that this might be a fake online site as i cannot even track the products, which is showing no order available in the detail which i provided.

                    I have preferred a study table on 12th may but till now it's not delivered. Customer care is not reachable most of the times. Even they don't provide correct update. I have sent so many emails not no proper updates there also. It's a total disappointment to order from royal oak

                        I am from chennai and i have ordered a computer table on may 10th 2020 and till now no response and my order is in "order received" status so far. I could not reach royaloak furniture guys by any channels.
                        They behave as if offline and online shops are different. They didnt know the customers are same.

                          I had placed an order roy0036032 on 20th may 2020, and got a notification that it would be delivered on or before 25th may 2020 for my surprise till date nobody called me and update me on the status of my order & have been trying to track the order and it's stuck in warehouse processing from past couple of days, and when i tried calling support number (+[protected] from past 3 days and finally got it connected yesterday, i was promised by one of the executive, i will be getting a call from the online department team and still nothing.

                          All they are doing is fooling around, and there service team is pathetic.

                                I have order the chair from the royaloak online store on 9th of may. It been more than 20 days and there is no update. I called thier customer care but no resonse. My order nuber is roy0033284. There customer support number is so pathetic that always busy and never response.

                                  I came across a situation of complete forgery from very reputed RoyalOak. Whose offline stores warned us for online delivery.
                                  Date of order: 3rd May 2020
                                  Order Number: ROY0032804
                                  Incident: I was contacted for my phone number after which no one contacted / delivered order. I kept following back on Twitter/ FB/ Whatsapp/ Phone/ Email / customer care/ online team / ems team. But no one responded.
                                  I started asking for refunf after 22nd May and my mails were still unanswered.

                                  I sent emails to
                                  Customercare,
                                  EMS,
                                  online

                                  And I got resonse from
                                  Jacquelin (Customer Care Team)

                                  Which was just asking the online team to look into the issue. But no one ever respond to that email thread. Neither Jacquelin not anybody else.

                                      Under my online order#roy0031159 for couple of products from royaloak site deon in month of march 2020, only one product "royaloak aster side board with high gloss finish" was delivered just couple of days before lockdown on 20th mar 2020 and got installed post lockdown on 11th may 2020.

                                      However i am yet to receive other product "royaloak oval bookshelf 2 door in melamine matt finish". I have tried to reach royaloak customer support number and over email as well as whatsapp, however never been able to connect anyone in online support even over email no response. It been a forgettable experience

                                      My my surprise only info i have from offline team is product shows delivered on their portal however i am yet to receive it.

                                      Even mr. Vignesh whose number, which was shared by offline team, has never picked up my calls, just gives replies over whatsapp that it will be delivered soon.

                                      Need your help with delivery of pending product, or at least the tentative date by which it can be delivered. If not. Please refund my money.

                                      Just to update that after regular followup over emails and call the customer support of Royal Oak did not responded.

                                      I traveled to their office at Banaswadi, Outer Ring Road and met the concerned team in person, post which my issue got sorted.

                                      In short, please don't expect customer support team of Royal oak to support on any issue and to save time over fixing on any issue better to visit their showroom/Office directly and get it sorted.
