I am writing this mail after multiple follow ups with
Royam oak team and no response from their side.
We purchased finly 3 seater sofa from royal oak
Online site on may 5th. On website, the delivery
Date was may 8th. Considering the speed of
Delivery and discounted price offered, i had paid rs
12500. To my horror, from may 8th onwards i had to
Reach out by call / email on delivery status. The
Worst part was their support team never responded
. On mail, their standard response would be that
Their online team will call.
Last week on may 20th, i received a call from their
Team who informed product is not available for
Delivery. When asked why the delay, the reason was
That the sofa set was damaged. They informed me
To share alternate options on whatsapp, again after
Multiple follow ups, they sent 2 sofa options which
Didnt go well with my living room. When asked by royal oak team, i informed that i
Would be fine if thet guyz cancel and refund my
Money. The response was reach out to customer
Care online team. Again the same cycle of multiple
Follow ups happening wherein they are least cared
To respond. My money is blocked now and no one from their team is responding to close loop my issue.
RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
