I have Recieved Damaged parts for my dining table max six seater

1)Marble with wrong color

2)chair with defective leg

3)other chair color faded already

I am not satisfied with the table, want the parts to replaced ASAP with the perfect parts.

      I ordered and made payment for an office chair online on 26th May 2020 and my order number is ROY0037801. I was confirmed with an expected delivery date of 29th May. Till now, my order is not delivered and customer care is not responding to my calls/emails/ whatsapp messages.

        I have bought computer table from royaloak furniture online. Full payment is done online. My order no is: roy0037758

        It was supposed to be delivered by 31st of may. There is no update from royaloak regarding by when i can expect my order. Nobody is responding to custoer service number, also there is no reply for email also.

          This is regarding the order number roy0038652 which was placed on 29th may, 2020. I had received an order confirmation mail stating that delivery date would be 1st june and installation date would be 2nd june, but till date i have not received my order nor any update on the same. I tried multiple times reaching the customer care, but no one is picking up. Also, the track order on your website also shows no updates

            I ordered two product online and my order no is ROY0036917 - its more than 10 days now still not received the product and when I am calling on call center(NO ONE PICKS THE CALL). Even I have shared my no multiple time but no revert on it. FRAUD ONLINE SYSTEM.

              I placed an online order for a furniture and i got an incorrect product delivered, i’ve been trying to reach their customer care since last 15 days and nobody cares to respond to me. They’re cheating people delivering lower valued product instead of the actual one. I sent multiple emails and called their customer care but nobody really cares for your concern.

                Purchased 2 - royaloak davis brown single seater recliner in fabric on may 25th, 2020 with a delivery date within 4 days and installation 5th promised by the online sale representative (+91 [protected]) for a price of 29, 985.00. The product is not yet delivered, the sales representative does not pick phone calls and its the same situation with customer care number [protected] too. I need my full refund back.

                  I ordered a computer table on 15th may, 2020 from https://www.royaloakindia.com/ and till now the order status hasn't change from order received. It is supposed to be delivered by 30th may.
                  I have written 7 mails to customer care, their online team online, and ems team but they haven't responded me yet and not telling me where is my order or confirming that they have cancelled the order.

                  I am trying continuously for their customer care number but no one is picking the calls

                  I got my refund after continuously calling them and posting about it on FB. Now after almost a year, someone reached out to me for updating this complaint.
                  My complaint is resolved so please close this.

                      I have placed order on 21st may and schedule delivery was 25th may but still not delivered.

                      I have tried to reach the customer service multiple times through call and mail but they have not responded a single time.

                      Royaloakindia is worst compay to get product from.

                      I have to take legal action if product is not delivered by next week.

                      After continuous trying over call, they finally received . But I don't think they care that much for customers. It was really disappointing service.

                              I have placed an order of recliner which costs rs.12, 000. Online payment is also done. But item is not delivered it should be delivered by may 31st itself and no customer care number is working. It's very bad about maintenance. Respond as early as possible

                                I ordered a wadrobe and a shoerack from royaloak online on 9th may (Roy0033627). There was a lightening delivery deal going on. I got the shoe rack but the wadrobe didn't arrive. The eta was 12th may and installation on 14th may. Not only did they delayed the delivery but later stopped picking calls.
                                Wrote emails and tried calling multiple times.
                                Called a representative to cancel the order, he promised to send a cancellation mail and refund confirmation, but no response yet.
                                The wadrobe was for our new house, and we had no option but to buy a new one from elsewhere.
                                No emails, calls from royaloak for refund or cancellation yet.

                                  I am writing this mail after multiple follow ups with
                                  Royam oak team and no response from their side.

                                  We purchased finly 3 seater sofa from royal oak
                                  Online site on may 5th. On website, the delivery
                                  Date was may 8th. Considering the speed of
                                  Delivery and discounted price offered, i had paid rs
                                  12500. To my horror, from may 8th onwards i had to
                                  Reach out by call / email on delivery status. The
                                  Worst part was their support team never responded
                                  . On mail, their standard response would be that
                                  Their online team will call.

                                  Last week on may 20th, i received a call from their
                                  Team who informed product is not available for
                                  Delivery. When asked why the delay, the reason was
                                  That the sofa set was damaged. They informed me
                                  To share alternate options on whatsapp, again after
                                  Multiple follow ups, they sent 2 sofa options which
                                  Didnt go well with my living room. When asked by royal oak team, i informed that i
                                  Would be fine if thet guyz cancel and refund my
                                  Money. The response was reach out to customer
                                  Care online team. Again the same cycle of multiple
                                  Follow ups happening wherein they are least cared
                                  To respond. My money is blocked now and no one from their team is responding to close loop my issue.

                                      I'm highly disappointed with the royaloak furniture and i'm never ever going to buy anything or let my friends buy anything from royaloak. I have ordered a table and chair combo on may 6. They promised to deliver the product on may 19th and they haven't yet delivered the product. I have tried all the options to get in touch with customer care but they don't care to reply/respond to my emails or calls. I want full refund for my product now and i need compensation also for this. I have missed so many offers in other websites waiting for the delivery.

                                      It's been a month since I ordered the item. RoyalOak is still not responding to my emails or phone calls. I almost sent 2 or 3 emails and called customer care about 20 times every day to reach out to them.

                                      Please make this case as high priority.

                                        I have not received my order yet which i purchased online on their site.
                                        The online chat is not providing me the status and i am not able to get through anyone on phone.
                                        It seems to be an online fraud with no response on mail.
                                        Calls to their store is not helping too as they say they are not responsible for their website purchases which is ridiculous as it's their own company.
                                        Please donot buy anything from royal oaks.
