    We've placed an order for 'royaloak trissino three seater sofa in rich fabric' on 11th of may. Upon order confirmation you've promised to deliver the item on the 26th of may. However, we are yet to receive any notification pertaining to this order. We pinged you guys on the whatsapp number there was no response, after a huge struggle i spoke to one of your representatives named saravanan over the phone on 23rd may morning, he stated that he will get back to me before 13.30 with an update on the order. We are yet to hear from him, it is quiet surprising that you guys are yet to share any information about the order. Requesting you guys to share an update at earliest.

    I've attached the order status update that i've procured from your website.

    I demand a call back in order to explain to me on what's happening with my order. Delay in your response will force me to approach legal consultation.

      Kindly help on this urgent basis

      Purchased recliner in mysore road showroom on 19th may 2020
      But still not been delivered but promised to delivery on saturday 23rd but when they called and updated will be delivered on 25th may 2020 after tht their is no call i started to followup on this and i got confirmation call from company stating tht product will be delivered on 27th may and now no updates on this

      Plz help in this need urgent revert
      Am fedup with this followups doing with them.

      Let me know what is the procedure to refund the amount back

        Ordered one chair on 1st may, order#roy0032612.

        I still have not received the order yet. No response received from customer service. They don't respond on emails. On chat they will stop responding once i confirm my order number. On call, they will just disconnect abruptly.

        Very pathetic service. Please let me know a way how i can file a complaint leagally.

          Address: Royaloak online order

          I had placed an order (ROY0032564) for a computer table 25 days back and it got delivered a week back. The installation person came and opened the package and there are damaged pieces in the package. He said he cant assemble that and asked me to raise the complaint. I wrote a mail to [protected]@royaloakindia.com immediately with photos attached. Nobody is bothered to call me back on this issue and there is no response to the email as well. If I call the customer care no, it disconnects if you select online purchase. I tried selecting store purchase and the call got connected and again raised the complain over the phone. No response. This is really a bad customer experience. Why do you give discounts for online customers and deliver damaged products? Why does the call gets disconnected when I select online purchase whereas connect when I select store purchase? The installation person has opened the package and left it opened and made a mess. He left it there without fully packing it again and says when they come for exchange they only will pack and take it. This is the kind of team you have. Its been a week with no response to my emails or calls. You take your damaged product and refund the money.

              I ordered a sofa unit online on 25th feb paying in full and after repeated follow ups the customer care the unit was delivered on 16th may and now im waiting for the sofa to be assembled and for the old sofa to be picked up.

              Have already called up customer care, send email - no response

              Unlike other online vendors, there is no option to return or cancel the order.

              Stuck in a rut.. Dont know what to do with such irresponsible attitude and response

                We had ordered online a computer table worth 3000, and it was delivered very late after making lot of calls and lodging complaint here.
                Now nobody is coming for installation from royaloak.
                When checked with delivery person, he told his job is just to deliver the product, for installation, contact royaloak again.
                Its been almost 3 to 4 days after the product arrival, but still there is no response from royaloak for installation.
                When called to customer care, there is no proper response.
                Worst service by royaloak..
                Please inform them to come and install the product as soon as possible.

                  I placed an online order (Number roy0033913) of table to royaloak india on 11th may 2020. I paid also full amount (Inr 2640) through credit card while placing the order. It was mentioned on their website and also on order receipt that delivery of goods in bangalore is within 72 hrs. However, 15 days passed but product is still not delivered. I tried to reach them thorough customer care mail, over chat, customer care contact number, but there is no response at all. When you ask the person doing chat that what is status of my order, he simply stops responding.
                  I tried all possible ways to get the status of the order and it's delivery but nothing is worked so far. Finally decided to come on this site and check whether i can get support here to get either my order delivered or refund at the earliest.

                  I am not getting any response from RoyalOak either over the phone, chat, or mails. Please arrange to refund my money at the earliest. I will buy from somewhere else.
                  I bought this table for my daughter, she asks me daily about the table and I have no answer. Feeling so bad why I ordered the table from big-time cheaters (RoyalOak)

                            I ordered a chair from royal oak since the delivery was sooner than others.
                            I received a confirmation that it will be delivered by 19th may however the chair is not yet delivered or any update from royal oak, the response from customer service is also unsatisfactory. The customer service team doesn’t have any clue about the order, they say that the order is confirmed and they will check with the shipping team.
                            As on may 24, i have no clue on my order.

                              This is regarding the order roy0035357. I ordered the product on 17/05/2020. And i was informed the product will be delivered within 72 hours in bangalore. When i tried tracking the order, it shows no information except order processed. Customer service of royal oak is not responding to me via calls/whatsapp. Very pathetic experience.                                   Order # ROY0033452 : Ordered 4 items on 9 th May. The website advertises 72 hours Delivery in Bangalore.

                                  I received 3 items on 19 th ( instead of 12th), and no sign of 3 seater sofa yet. No one picks up customer service number, no one responds to emails. I don't know what to do ?

                                  There is only one number for customer care which no one picks up. All agents are busy, they say all the time. No one responds to email. I don't know how to reach.

                                  How has been such a fraud company surviving for so long, I wonder.

                                      Ordered computer chair and table on 10th may and delivery date was 12 or 13 th may and i have ordered total 3 items, 1 item was delivered and other 2 items we dont have any status update.

                                      Trying to contact them through customer care email and whatsapp and call but no response.

                                      In the website, they dont show the shipping details or order tracking info.

                                      Also they dont have order cancellation/refund options.

                                      Never expected this kind of response from royal oak.

                                        I ordered a garden bench and coffee table from royal oak online on 14th may 2020. I got it delivered on 18th may after quite a few follow ups and they told that a guy will come to assemble the table within 24 hour but nobody came. Next day, i tried to contact customer care and there is no response, i have been sending emails and whatsapp messages but they don’t seem to care as the sale is done for them. Not sure what needs to be done here.
