Ordered computer chair and table on 10th may and delivery date was 12 or 13 th may and i have ordered total 3 items, 1 item was delivered and other 2 items we dont have any status update.

Trying to contact them through customer care email and whatsapp and call but no response.

In the website, they dont show the shipping details or order tracking info.

Also they dont have order cancellation/refund options.

Never expected this kind of response from royal oak.

    I ordered a garden bench and coffee table from royal oak online on 14th may 2020. I got it delivered on 18th may after quite a few follow ups and they told that a guy will come to assemble the table within 24 hour but nobody came. Next day, i tried to contact customer care and there is no response, i have been sending emails and whatsapp messages but they don’t seem to care as the sale is done for them. Not sure what needs to be done here.

      Ordered royaloak finely fabric sofa set 3+1+1, finely fabric three seater sofa 1 ordered on 22/03/2020. The promised delivery date was 25/03/2020. But the delivery is still pending. They doesn't pick my calls and give any reply for my requests and messages. They are not accepting my request for cancellation and refund also. They are not responding my mails.

      Order number ROY0031964 finely fabric sofa set 3+1+1 delivered on 25/05/2020 and installation completed

      but the order number ROY0031965 finely fabric 3 seater sofa is still pending. If the delivery is not possible or item is out of stock please cancel my order and refund the amount to my source account.

           i ordered study table on 12th may online.

          While tracking order no progress seen since last 4 days.

          The customer care no. Shows busy executives always. They neverreceived my call... And even the live chat help does not reply...

          I have already made payment of rs.4997 online... But none seems to help..

          But.. Now track order shows nothing... Kindly look into this... Or refund my money rs.4997 back as soon as possible

          I want REFUND of my money Rs.4997 ...don't want to hav a product of FRAUD company.
          It has been 41 days since I ordered...still not delivered nor the track shows any progress...the customer care is pathetic..all they say is we will call you back after confirmation"...and then disconnect your call without resolving issue...they NEVER CALL BACK...I have purchased study table from my city local retailer...I don't want their product now...I just want my money back...refund my Rs4997 urgently.

            I ordered a table from royal oak online on 7th may 2020. I got it delivered on 12th may and they told that a guy will come to assemble the table within 24 hour but nobody came. Next day, i tried to contact customer care and they again said a guy will come in 24 hour to assemble the product. But again nobody came. I am sending them mail everyday now, and everyday they reply that our team will call you shorting but nobody calls. It's been more than week now. I don't know what to do. I am so frustrated
            I want my table to be assembled as soon as possible. Or give my money back (Including delivery charges)

              I investigated a product on website. Then I got a call from Royaloak agent. He asked me where would i like to get it delivered. I mentioned him my location, and he said that product can be delivered in 2-3 days for sure. After that i have placed the order. Now it's been 15 days, they don't pick calls. No email reply, no customer care number will help. They dont reply on chat Or whtsapp number. I have been asking to cancel order, that also they didn't do. Feels like my money is gone.

                I had placed an online order (Order no roy0034276) for “royaloak amber computer table-small and florida computer chair“ but have been delivered an eden outdoor set which is no where related to my order.
                Above it, the address is of someone else that needs to be delivered to but they have updated my contact number and delivered it to my address.
                Inspite of calling the customer care number of times and even writing emails to specified email address they have provided, haven’t got any response!
                Never expected such an experience from royal oak. No point in calling their customer care number coz no one receives and when they got to know they had delivered wrong products, no enquiry nor any solution provided.
                It’s been 3 days trying to reach out to them and no one cares to get back!

                I had reached out to various people and kept following up on a daily basis in regards the wrong order delivered. Staff by name Mohan and Mary of the Royal Oak department, were assisting simultaneously and helping me out in resolving the issue. Exactly within a week they saw to that, the right items were delivered and the wrong products were picked to be returned to the store. Both of them were in contact and kept providing an update ! Really appreciate their service and I hope their seniors notice their commitment to the work they are assigned for. Thank you Mohan & Mary for your support.

                  I did place online order on 5th may'20 and it was mentioned that it will get delivered by 8th may'20 but till today (18th may'20) there is no update on order. Trying to call customer care multiple time, no response... They are always busy it seems... Very disappointing...
                  No responses to the mails...
                  If they can't handle better to shut down...
                  Want to cancel order# roy0033023 and want refund back...

                    There was no response and prefer to have the order cancelled and initiate refund asap with refund transaction I'd.

                      Delay in installation post purchase

                      I have purchased computer chair from royal oak marathahalli on may 10th 2020. They have promised me it will be delivered with in 3 days and will get installed with in next 3 days. Though they have delivered it after 3 days there is no update on installation till now.
                      I have called and raised it at their support number [protected] 3 times.
                      However they told they wont log any complaint on installation and keep promising that it...

                      I purchased a office table and chair from royaloak online store, and promised delivery with in 72 hr in bangalore.

                      Now past the delivery date and installation date there is no update of the order status no response to my emails, phone calls.

                      Ironically the day i was ordering the product i recieved a call from this number [protected] to help me make payment at 11pm within seconds i put the product into my cart, no response from that number now.

                      I want to cance my order and get refund for my purchase.

                        I have placed my order on Royal oak website on 10th May with Order No ROY0033811 and Payment Type : Online
                        Reference Number : 5eb7ed2b2e269 but and as per the delivery date the furniture should have been delivered by 13th May. But till date 17th May, 2020 the furniture is not yet delivered and no response from online team as well.

                        I tried to reach Shilpa on +[protected] and Vignesh +[protected] and both of them are not responding to the calls since 4 days I have written a lot of mails to [protected]@royaloakindia.com but all I have got a reply from Mohammed asking the online team to update on the request which has not happened since last 4 days. Will there be the delivery of my order of shall I go ahead and raise the complaint in consumer forum for forgery.

                          Ordered on 11th may, after payment delivery was not done and customer service is pathetic. There is no option for cancellation. Order #roy0033975

                          Their customer online option doesn't work, chat gets disconnected the moment you ask order status and store will say we will internally escalate, useless people

                          Overall there is no cancellation option, no customer service and no contact.

                            Missing of part in the product and pending request for replacement and not responding any one for order number roy0031929.

                            I have ordered king size bed on 21st of march 2020. And the few parts of the product got delivered on 12th may 2020. I already paid emi of 2 installments. 2 people had come and started fitting and said the frames are mismatching as well as plywood sheet, which s used on top of the bed missing and they ll raise request for replacement, and asked us to wait for another 2 days... Mean while we contacted customer care through mobile/emails for that alsothere is no response.

                              Status as on 15th may - order was closed as delivered without delivery of the item
                              Item : tozen office chair

                              Customer care - hopeless | apart from saying we have escalated the issues, they have absolutely done anything to sort out the matter

                              Store - hopeless | representative afroz said he will check and call me back 2 days ago. No call returned or followed up

                              In totoal hossrible experience at royal oak. I will recommend in social media and other place for all colleagues and friends to avoid coming to royal oak

                              My order is still pending delivery or cancellation!

                                  A very bad experience of customer service from royal oak. And they have no consideration about senior citizens. The furniture was purchased by my parents in the showroom on mysore road. After a month of delivery itself, there were damages found in the sofa. Due to lock down, we could not contact royal oak.

                                  Later when we contacted and raised a complaint, the technician from the service team had come. But he said that he would stitch it and give. Why should we go for stitching when we have paid rs. 80, 000 for the product and how many places would you fix it. And the product is new, it's just 2 months!?

                                  We told the technician that we need a exchange or a refund and we will not agree for any short term fix. After that, i have tried reaching out to your customer care, but in vain.

                                  Request you to look into this issue and help replace the product. This instance is causing a lot of trauma for my aged parents as this is their hard earned savings during their old ages. If it is not being taken into consideration, maybe they would look out for other option to get justice for their pension money.

                                  Kindly refund!

                                      I ordered an office chair from royal oak website online on 4th may 2020. My order no roy0032888 for the chair got delivered on 7th may 2020 and installed the next day. Right after installation i observed squeaky noise coming from chair cylinder whenever the person gets up from the chair. I informed the technician who came for installation, he told me that it's common and didn't offer any solution. I visited royaloak showroom near my house and inspected all the office chairs. None of the chairs makes this kind of a noise while getting up. I would like to get the product replaced with same or even a higher model (By paying additional cost) at the earliest. I have retained all the package with me. Please do the the needful asap.

                                      Royaloak furnitures didn't agree to replace the defective chair but offered to provide repair service. I had to eventually dispose the chair and buy a new chair.
