We have purchased queen size bed at royal oak, bannerghatta branch, bangalore in the name of harish. C (Order number: [protected]) on september 27th 2019. Store people said they'll deliver the product on 30th september so we took holiday and stayed at home but we haven't received the product on that day. Later we called the customer care and raised the complaint and they informed us they will deliver on 1st or 2nd november but they dint deliver the product that day also again we called customer care and raised the issue and called store also but nobody respond properly. Later we got the product on 6th november. But again installation problem. For installation again we called customer care and raised the issue later after 3 days installation people came but there base piece was missing and he said he'll bring on 10th november but till now no response from anyone. We had been to stores also and complained regarding this but store manager also didn't respond properly. We called sharath (Store person), branch manager (Mohammed) but no proper response from them. Only for one product we wasted 3 weeks days and took leave. Now who'll componsate for this??? I never such a worst service. Now also they are telling they'll bring the remaining pieces after 2-3days. For one product how many days we should waste our time!!!. If customer is having a problem at least people should respond properly but what we got??? We never expected such a bad response from royal oak. Till now nobody came for installation and not responding properly.

      The previous complaint has not been handled well and the Dinning table glass top has again slipped off (Roger dining 4s)

        Hi Sir,

        I have ordered below Queen size mattress thru online, but i have received kurl - on with 4 Inch. I was not at home when they delivered any my wife put signature on the delivery date(Oct 29, 2019). After that i called and contacted Royaloak online team and they said raised complaint on it. after that no one is responding properly and i have sent so many mails no response.

        Please take this as priority and resolve my issue ASAP.

        Please find the attached Kurl-on mattress which i had received wrong product.

          I am nilesh dhande from pune.
          I purchased clipto wall unit online from the website of royaloak.
          It was committed to deliver the product on 7th nov 2019. But still the product has not arrived. I have not received any reply from royal oak on my email about delivery status.

          The phone lines of royal oak are always kept busy to frustrate the customer, there is no firm answer to the calls from any of the executive if at all someone is lucky to get response to his call.

          This is really causing a mental harassment to me and my family, as we have wedding ceremony of our close relative and expecting many guest at our home.

          Please treat this mail as humble request and escalation!!!

            I have purchased 2 side tables and one centre table for my client apartment interiors at kanna mangala, white field. I directly took delivery of the side tables from showroom and showroom promised to deliver the balance centre table in 3 days since they had no stock of centre table at showroom.
            Since i reside at yelahanka and my project is at kanna mangala white field, i i scheduled the delivery for last saturday and took the day off and waited for the whole day at white field apartment f. Finally i called up showroom and customer care and resheduled the delivery for yesterday the second time but the most effcient logistics wing of royal oak did not give me delivery yesterday.2 days of work was wasted waiting for royal oak to deliver. Today they call me and ask me whether i can take delivery today.
            And would anyone ever buy furniture agian from royal oak

              I have purchased king size bed from royaloak, bannerghatta road, bangalore branch on march 2019. After installation, i noticed that some squeaking sound was heard and i have immediately notified this to technician who came for installation. He told me that this noise will go after you use the bed for some time.

              It has been 9 months still the squeaking sound has not gone, i have complained to royaloak customer care 3 to 4 times. Each time technician comes, looks at the bed and at sound clueless without any knowledge on how to solve the issue. Each time they tried different ways to reduce the sound but with out any success.

              I am tired of noise the bed makes and want full replacement of product. I feel like i have wasted my money by buying from royaloak, i would advise not to buy from royaloak.

                Reference your tax invoice no.[protected] dated 20/04/2018. (Copy is enclosed). Warranty period expires on 23/04/2019.
                We have purchased sf600413be-3/vivo sofa 3s beige for rs 21001/00 on 24/04/2018. After 3 months the base of sofa 1. E the foam has become hallow due to our self weight sitting on the sofa for couple of hours.. The springs provided is very poor quality and not capable to take human weight of 80 kgs and it buckles and thereby, when sit it sinks due to our body weight of 80 kgs and has affected the back and hip joints problem, which will be hazardous to life and safety.
                We have raised the compliant to m/s royaloakindia ltd for rectification of the defective sofa. The m /s royaloakindia ltd has raised the complient to service the product /repair within 7days vide compliant no10592.

                Accordingly, mr. Vinod, technician of m/s royaloakindia ltd has attend the sofa repair work in my presence. I seen all the parts of sofa. The springs provided is very poor quality and not capable to take human weight of 80 kgs and it buckles and thereby, when sit it sinks due to our body weight of 80 kgs.

                The technician pulled the springs to maximum tension and tied with sofa nada cloth and stapfill to the edges. It is only temporary arrangement, but not a permanent solution. The technician informed to resolve the issue, we have to go fo permanent belt system.

                Accordingly, on 06/03/2019, as senior citizens of aged at 70 years, i appeal and requested m/s royaloak india ltd to consider for making belt system as suggested by technician and resolve the issue for per meant solution for good reputation of royaloak india ltd.

                In spite of our several requests made on e-mails dated 25/12/18, 31/12/18, 21/02/19 and 06/03/19, the customer care of m/s royaloak india ltd has not responded and continuously failed to attend the defective sofa work within warranty period 24/04/2019

                  First your office delivered wrong items and replaced it on 01.11.2019 with a commitment of fixing it on same day, contact no. [protected] (Your person no.) no body came on that day from your office then i contected above person, he again made acommitment that before 2.00 p m on sunday it would be installed. Again no body came. The your person gave me another no. [protected] whole day call was not picked up. Toaday morning the 2nd person gave me another no. [protected] (Third person) same thing not ppicke dup call and now it is switched off. Now i have no choice other than you take your product and return the money.
                  This type of customer service, i have never seen in my life

                    I have ordered 2 products i. E, coffee table and shoe rack on 13th of oct. This was supposed to be delivered on 23rd of oct, however, after multiple follow ups the goods are still not delivered. No proper response for calls from (Nagaram, eci, sec-bad) royal oak staff. We expected this items to be delivered before diwali. I visited the store and asked for the refund and then the store manager told to send an email to "[protected]@royaloakindia.com" explaining the reason for cancellation and attach once cancelled check. And now the saying they cannot initiate the refund. Please do the needful!

                      I purchased a dining table invoice no. [protected] on 22-9-19 at royal oka furniture, attapur, hyderabad.. It is regretted to inform i received a mis-match chairs and requested for exchange. The product still remains un exchanged (Invoice no. [protected]).
                      In lieu of this, i purchased in apple dining table and lisa side table vide invoice no [protected] on 2-10-19. Neither is the product is delivered nor the old dining table taken back. This is nothing but harassment of customer and i have no choice than to approach the court of law. A case shall be filed against you in the consumer forum in case u dont do do the need within a couple of days.

                        With reference to the above orders i had purchased furniture from your store worth rs 2, 48, 384/- the order was delivered to our address on 29th aug but a few items were missing.

                        1) king size cot
                        2) morris modular sofa 2s armless
                        3) luxe cool gel pillow - out of 2 only 1 was delivered

                        When we received a call from your delivery team (Veda) we clearly let her know that the above items were not delivered. After 2 days the king size cot was delivered but items number 2 and 3 were still missing. We even mentioned it on the form that was brought by the person who came to fix the sofa. He took all the pictures and let us know that he will convey it to the relevant team on your side.

                        From september onwards we have visited your store multiple times and received multiple assurance from the store manager and staff that the issue will be resolved but till date nothing has happened. I can only say that the whole experience of dealing with your staff and the responsiveness of your teams has been painful. For a person who put so much trust in your company and bought close to 2.5 lakhs worth of furniture is this the type of service we expect to get? Last week we went to your store and lodged a formal complaint (Attached).

                        Request an early resolution of this matter.

                          I would like to bring to your notice that I had placed an order at Royal Oak Furniture at Marathalli Kundalhalli branch the 08th Oct 2019. While placing the order we were confirmed delivery on the 14th Oct 2019. My order number is [protected], Let me bring to your notice, after several calls we were informed the consignment would reach us on the 20th Oct 2019 but even that failed. Since we did not receive the order called up the store manager Mr. Thahir on +91-[protected] on 22nd Oct 2019, up on inquiring was not given any proper reason for the delay, and he was laughing when I insisted on the order details and I lost my cool and told him this not right attitude let me know why is the order delayed, he simply said speak to the customer care and banged the phone.

                          I called up the customer care today (23rd Oct 2019) and spoke to Ms. Lakshmi even she did not have any detail regarding the order as she could not get the details if such is the case how can one trust your services? She asked me to send a mail regarding the the managers behavior and the consignment and even after writing a mail on 23rd I did not receive any reply and again I called up the customer care and spoke to Ms. Lakshmi she simply said she is not responsible and I need to speak to the branch manager.

                          I ordered dining table online on 13th October. Product got delivered but installation never happens. Installation guy only calls daily and never installs. Multiple emails and calls to customer service was of no use, their only reply is looking into issue. My suggestion to every potential buyer to never buy from here after this pathetic service.

                            One of the worst companies i have come across. Placed an order approx 40 days back, called 100 times to check when the delivery will take place and finally when the product comes the ply is ruined and old. I am now following up to check how and when they will replace the same.

                            Not a professionally run company and honestly no great products either. Seems like a white wash company initiated to save tax.

                            Stay away from them!

                              I bought dining table from royal oak marathahalli on 24th september. They delivered wrong item on 26th. But after that they have not exchanged it till now even after 17 days. It is like govt office they will not deliver after 5pm, will not respond to calls and the shop people will never help you to get it delivered early. Now i am still waiting for their call as i cannot do nothing else as nobody will respond.

                                I had ordered atria dresser worth 8500 (Paid) from royaloak, kukatpally store on 16/09/2019. After 12 days i was forced to cancel the order as the store was not able to deliver it as promised (Within 8 to 10 days). Now from the past 20 days i have been struggling to get the refund from them. After 6 days the technician came to install and found that the three seater is different color. He has taken the photo of the product at shared with his reporting person. I too had made a complaint with images of both the sofa set. I have been regular calling your customer care and following it up. But no concrete action and proper reply from your side.                                       Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I live in Kolkata, West Bengal and I had purchased a Royal Oak Petal Table on 9th Sep-2019 on the Royal Oak website: https://www.royaloakindia.com and paid the full amount of INR 5990 for it. At that time the delivery date was given as 21st Sep-2019 to 24th Sep-2019 including installation. The Order no is: ROY0021277

                                      However, a few days passed, and when I checked my account on Royal oak, I found that the purchase status says: order processed. The status did not say anything about dispatch.
                                      When I contacted the customer service :+91 [protected] option 6, they did not have any answer as to why the product was not shipped. After making me wait for sometime on the phone, they said that the product is in Dankuni warehouse in West Bengal and will be dispatched in a day or so. They manually changed the status to "Warehouse "Processing". Kindly note that before I had called, the order status was "order processed". They manually changed the status after I had called.

                                      After 2 days I called and asked for status. they did not have any answer. After strongly pressing for contact details of the agent in Kolkata, they gave me phone numbers of Mr.Umakanth and Mr. Paroz. The phone Nos are [protected] and [protected] respectively. Online team phone number: (Mr. Anish- [protected] ; Mr. Vignesh - [protected]; .

                                      The agents refused to tell me about the status of the order and asked me to contact the online team. After much calling and pestering, I got to know the phone number of Mr.Hemanta Roy ([protected]) who is the ware house manager of Royal oak.

                                      The online team updated the status manually to "Ready for Delivery" on 3rd Oct-2019.

                                      These people when contacted said that the product has been loaded for dispatch and will reach this day. When the item did not come, On calling the next day they said that the delivery was delayed due to delay in challan preparation. Even they told that the truck driver is not reachable. The distance from Dankuni to Kolkata is hardly 10 km. Today They said that the product delivery will be delayed and do not know when I will receive it.

                                      On asking why the delay, they just said that there will be delay without giving any reason and disconnected the call. They also have the gall to tell me not to call them. So much for customer service.

                                      Requesting for a resolution on this matter and harrassment.

                                        This is going to be very serious. I am directly going to contact head ceo of royal oak and complain about this issue.

                                        I have been waiting for the installation of the coffee table from past 3 weeks. I got the product with missing hardware items and no one seems to take responsibility for it.

                                        We directly contacted with hyderabad installation service manager madhan - [protected]
                                        But he never tried to solve the issue. I want to take serious action against him.

                                        Today is the last day i want you to take immediate action on this issue.
