Purchased queen size diamond shaped cot from vanasthalipuram branch, Hyderabad. The item showed in display is different from item we received. After continuous discussion with sales person shoaib we came to know that instead of v2 model(actually showed) they delivered v3 model.It is the billing section mistake, they actually booked v3 model. After continuous calls finally they replaced with v2 model which is a damage peice. To get this piece my father who is 75 yrs old person visited their show room continuously for a week days. Now I want my amount to be refunded as it is more than 20 days I have booked the item.

    I was supposed to receive the product on thursday but want available at home and the delivery guy wasn't ready to come at 5 pm. Therefore it was decided to get delivered on saturday and there's is no follow up on the same. Everything has to be done by the customer. I don't see any effort from royal oaks side. I want the product to be delivered and installed today as i won't be available this week. If not possible cancel my order and refund my money.

      I bought dining table set in attapur store of hyd. The packages were delivered but not complete

      Received 2 damaged chairs. They forgot to send the legs of dining table. After follow up, one chair replaced and during fixing, the dining table got damaged by the illiterate and ill trained workmen of the installation team.

      Last 20 days, i have been following up. When contacted multiple times over phone, i was told that the call is being recorded and i needed to be polite to get issue resolved or else, they would not bother and will take their own sweet time. The attapur showroom manager was blaming customer service team for making false promises.

      They do not even bother acknowledge mails sent to them. I was told by the despatch team manager that he does not get salary from me.. Customer and he doesn't need to respond to me and threatening that i would get bp for arguing with him and no solution will come.

      Just set up so many outlets without being able to manage

        Dear team,
        I am approaching you for getting the refund amount of rs 53504 from royaloak since they did not deliver the order.

        I had placed an order for recliners (2 seater + single seater) worth rs. 53, 504 on 23rd june at royaloak marathahalli branch using my wife's hdfc credit card (Bill is attached with this complaint). I was told that the product will be delivered by 30th june. However, it is never delivered till date. I started calling the royal oak customer service regularly since the product is undelivered. They kept saying that the product is not available and they are not sure when it will be available. So i asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. They told us that i have to visit the royal oak branch. So, me and my wife travelled all the way to royaloak branch around 14 july and asked them to cancel it. However, the branch manager "abdul" behaved very rudely and denied to cancel the order. He kept saying that product will not be cancelled and we have to either wait for the product or go for another product. He did not even tell the date by when can they deliver the product. Finally, after escalating the issue and struggling for 2-3 hours, he talked to the customer care manager "mary" who told him that it can be cancelled. Mary said that she will take the responsibility to resolve the issue. Branch manager abdul angrily misbehaved with us while we were trying to get written note (Attached with this complaint) that the product will be cancelled by a given timeframe. However, the amount (Rs 53, 504) was charged to my wife's july month credit card bill. We also approached hdfc customer service many times and they told us that they have not received any information from royaloak to refund the amount. After many contacts, royaloak account section (Chandramohan and saravanan) forwarded an email to hdfc employee anuj choubey asking to cancel this transaction. Anuj mentioned that if i contact hdfc phone banking, the transaction will be cancelled. But hdfc customer care said that they need an email confirmation with other required details from royaloak which royaloak did not share with hdfc.

        Meanwhile, on our request, hdfc investigated the dispute and kept the credit card amount on hold and credited rs 53504 to my account as a temporary solution. However, last month, royaloak has claimed the entire amount of rs 53504 into their account because of which my wife's credit card september bill is charged with the amount rs 53504. We tried calling royaloak customer care manager mary and chandramohan again many times. Now mary doesn't even pick up my phone. Hdfc team says that since royaloak claimed the amount, royaloak should reverse the amount either to bank or to the customer and then send an email confirmation with reversal transaction details to hdfc and the customer.

        We took all the pain daily since june 2019 till today to call royaloak customer care and its accounts section team as well as hdfc customer care. No progress is seen till date. No one wants to take the responsibility from royaloak. It is very very disappointing that even after 3 months of our struggle, royaloak has claimed the amount even though it did not deliver our order. They tried to cheat us on many levels.

        Today, hdfc told us that since royaloak is not giving any response to them, my wife has to pay the full amount. We tried calling mary and customer service of royaloak but none of them are helping. Even though this is completely royaloak's fault, me and my wife tried to approach everyone and get the amount refunded. But we are completely stuck with no clue on how to resolve this.

        Hence, we request you to kindly help us with the amount refund from royaloak. It has been more than 3 months and we do not have any money to pay for royaloak's mistakes. Please let me know in case you need any other information required to resolve this issue.

          I have booked the robin twin bed on 8-aug-19 from royal oak, bannerghatta, bangalore. They have promised to delivery within 10 days i. E 18-aug-19. But whenever check the status with them from 14-aug-19, will say it will delivered by tomorrow. By 27-aug-19 went to store asked about status then again same promise, after heated discussion i got my bed delivered and assembled on 28-aug-19. But within few days o[censored]seage it got broken. Called customer support and informed problem on 25-sep-19. But they registered the complaint only on 1-oct-19. Today is 4-oct, yet they haven't given date for fixing or replacing the issue. Every time same answer, will check and come back within hour but they will never call back.

Now they r saying we hv to buy something other as we dont hv policy of refund... Now they r saying we cant do anything... Customer showing inability to help... Wrote to customer care month back and with reminders but no response yet

              Dear Team,

              We got very wonderful experience for the product purchased from you. We have purchased “Retro Boss chair” from your online shop and bill is attached in trial mail on 28th August 2019 of Rs.12000/- and till today 28 September 2019. I did not receive the chair and I got call from Mr. Vighnesh (customer care department ph:[protected]) stating that your product is out of stock. We are really happy to hear that after 1 month of placing order I am getting such wonderful message.

              I request you to please refund my money, I don’t want your wonderful chair and wonderful service.

              My requesting refund is just not for above reason, but also on below follow ups which I have done.

              1) We have trying to connect call center over phone/web chat. But these persons are so busy to handle WORLD calls, I have to wait for nearly 3-4 hours to follow-up.

              2) Then I got Priya no ([protected]) on 9 September 2019 but NO USE.

              3) After that from call center I got Peters no ([protected]) NO RESPONSE.

              4) Somehow I got Mr. Hemant (Mumbai Warehouse ph: [protected]) he is so brilliant that I always got reply in next container your product will get delivered. Unfortunately, that “D” day never came.

              5) On 23 September, again I called to call center and I got reply that your product is in warehouse and same has updated on your extremely busy web portal. (screenshot attached)

              6) Meanwhile we are continually following with Hemant but I always getting fake message.

              7) Yesterday while following with Hemant I got to know that your product code is there, but the product is not which is expected and not on your name (I don’t know, now this is fake or real).

              8) Now today (i.e. 28th September 2019) Mr Vighnesh called me and convey that the product your ordered is out of stock and it will be in stock somewhere 20th October 2019.

              So I request you to please refund my money and I am really very sorry that I purchased product from your online shop.

              If you’re not refunding money. I have only one choice to go in consumer forum.

              I hope at least i will get my money on time

                Day before yesterday my sofa was delivered, the stiffness of base of the 3 seater is not as per the design what was shown in your showroom.. However, single seater is as expected. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and no one from store or customer care is bothered to resolve my issue. The management of kukatpally store is really irresponsible.

                We recently moved to new home and we all were excited about new furniture, all my excitement is gone now..

                Please address this as soon as possible.

                  Hi,
                  I have placed 1order in royaloak website on 7th sep, 2019. Till today the item is not delivered. My order number roy0021029. I called customer care many times. They will simply connect the call to online team. But nobody will pick up the call. If by chance they pickup also they tell will get back to half an hour. But nobody call you back. I sent many emails to online team and customer care. But didn't get response from them. Really pathetic customer service. Can anybody please look into the matter and deliver my item asap.

                    This is a complaint regarding royal oak glass mounted dining table with tilted steel legs, which i purchased online about 2 years ago at lucknow (Uttar pradesh). The legs of the table have been wobbling and then one of the leg came out completely, making the glass table almost tilt turtle and about to fall. Since fitting steel legs under glass require some technique, i am not able to fix it at all. I have complained it to customer care but nobody is listening and responding. Can you please tell me what should i do with this product of yours? I need action from your side to get it repaired as soon as possible.

                      Called helpline on 16th september 12:37pm talked with narayan. Promised call back by online team within hour. No response.
                      Called helpline on 17th september 4:25pm talked with mohamed, same promise no action.
                      Called helpline 20th september 11:30am, talked with lakshmi, provided phone number of online team anish, [protected]. Called 10 times no response. Got anish on 11th attempt. He promised to call back after half an hour. Never called. Again i got him after trying five times. He said he will call back as soon as he got information from kolkata. Never called back. I called him at 4:30pm his phone was switched off. Later when it was on again i tried many times, the phone kept on ringing, did not respond. I am yet to get the item for which i paid almost 3 weeks ago. What do i do? Lodge a complain with consumer protection cell?

                      It's an old complain, more than two years. Since not a very high value item, I did not pursue. But I would like to advise buyers not to by any item from this merchant ONLINE. Should always buy from their showrooms. Their online service as per my experience is horrible.

                        Hi,

                        I had a bitter experience with royal oak. I spent 4Lakh rupees on sofa's and dinning tables from Attapur (Hyderabad).

                        Within few days of delivery i complained about wrinkles in sofa (i bought for 70000rs), they took the sofa after 2 months of followup, rectified like wooden hard surface. Which becomes worsen and unusable. I complained again in Feb'2019 but not fixed so far.
                        These guys are using low cost materiel for making but branding as international. So far the problem remains same.

                        I have attached old and new pics here, hardness remain same.

                        I see some issues with my dinning table and leather recliner.

                          1. Delayed delivery - purchased on may 22nd 2019, goods delivered july 20th 2019.

                          2. Defective goods - complaint raised on july 20th 2019 and it is sep 20th 2019 now and we are still just waiting for an update from the worthless customer service.

                          3. No response - they do not respond to any emails sent to customer care. They promise callbacks 100 times and don't bother to get back to customer until the customer themselves callback.

                          4. Fake portrayal - they have a facebook page and respond only to customer queries such as product price and store locations. They delete comments which enquire about product delivery or defects or be it any complaints. I have proof for these myself.

                            An order was placed for supply of coffee table on 22.07.2019. No delivery is made against scheduled delivery date of 06.08.2019.in the meantime, i am unable to contract over phone, because nobody is lifting phone. No reply to my email also. I do not know how to get the product or refund of money due to lack of communication with them.

                              I bought furniture from royal oak kukatpally on 18th august. After 1 week i got some boxes delivered and realised that chairs legs are missing when the installation guy came. I raised a complaint on 26th august (22317 - complaint number) with customer care. Missing legs were delivered after multiple calls and emails. Now i am still waiting for installation. It will be one month by 17th september. These guys are wasting my time but not delivering. After 26th august i called them more than 5 times, every time they say installation will be done next day. I bought this from kukatpally show room hyderabadi. These guys are totally irresponsible and they doesn't care.

                                I have purchased alea soft set and center table at royal oak store, vanasthalipuram store, hyderabaderabad on 10th aug 2019.
                                Order# [protected] contains below three products which they delivered in packed condition as per the below dates

                                One alea three seathr delivered on 19th aug
                                One alea two seater delivered on 19th aug
                                One center table delivered on 19th aug
                                Second alea two seater delivered on 20th aug

                                Technician visited our house on 20th aug evening to install all the above products and at that time we found that alea three seater sofa was in damaged condition so we asked the technician to replace the damaged product. He told us that he will inform warehouse manger and they will replace the damanged product based on the available quantity.

                                After waiting for two days then we called royal oak store manager - venkar, vanasthali puram store on the damaged product and he has collected all the compliant details and shared rms no - 241184 for tracking purpose.

                                Since then we have been checking with store manager who intern checking with warehouse team and his counter parts to escalate the issue. Also, i had sent written email complaint on 5th sep 2019 to the below four email addresses and until now the issue is not resolved.

                                I have been sending email reminders, talking to store manager venkat on almost daily basis. Full payment has already been made online through netbanking and payment confirmation has been recieved. Delivery was scheduled for 1st september 2019. No update as yet as of 14th september 2019 and company does not reposond to support messages or answer the support helpline number.                                     Very bad and pathetic service. Ordered a chair from royal oak in july. Received a damaged product. Took a month of regular follow ups on calls and mails to get the product replaced. But the replaced product is also damaged. The delivery agent said he would send a technician to fix it. Again did so many follow ups but haven't received any reply back.

                                      We have purchased a 6 seater dining table (4 chairs + 1 bench), a console table & a sofa chair, dated 18th august (Order number [protected]).
                                      We recieved delivery for the same on 31st august. But the delivery shipment was incomplete. We received only one chair instead of four. And the sofa chair was also missing.
                                      When the assembly executive came on 2nd september, we realised that the bench was also defective.
                                      We have been talking with ashok (Our sale contact at royal oak omr). He had assured delivery for the missing items on 3rd sept. But no delivery has been made till now.
                                      This is the second purchase from royal oak. For the previous order also, we faced issues with the product and it took more than 2 months of continuous follow up from our end to get it fixed.

                                        I’ve purchased royaloak lara three seater manual recliner in fabric from electronic city showroom. I’ve ordered brown colour and the colour i’ve received is beige. It’s look like used product and seconds hand.

                                        I called customer care, they told to send an email. After sending email, no response and even my call isn’t connecting to their customer care.
