Order Number : ROY0025596 was placed online on RoyalOak furniture website on the 29th November 2019. The delivery date given was 14th Dec 2019. Even after multiple calls to het status update and having been told it was on time and will deliver 100% by 14th Dec, no delivery was made. After calling Customer care (and it was a shocker to see that Online and store purchase CC are different and Store purchase people which actually respond to calls have no clue about online orders. The online order (who likely is a single person) answers calls 1 in 10-20 attempts. After 1 such call, I was given a date of 20 or 21st December. That did not happen. The after numerous attempts, I was given a 100% date of 10th Jan 2020. Today again after many attempts, they are giving me a date of 15th Jan. But the worse thing is that they are unable to even answer simple questions as to where the product is. They never have it in stock, it comes from overseas and the lady on call hung up on me twice when I asked her to cancel my order and that I would complain. She now does not answer the calls again. I am now clueless on what more to do as I am not getting the ordered product nor refund.

Yes He has contacted me and has delayed the delivery even further by 2 days and it stands at 17th jan now. Lets see if it gets delivered and installed on 17th and the product is in proper condition after installing.

Its 20th Jan now and I have now been told that the unit reached Pune. The delivery person then called me to deliver today morning and was going to be delivered in an hour. After that not happening, I called again and then he said that he is doing the fitting there itself and will deliver fully installed in 1 more hour. Then when that still did not happen, I called again and now i have been told that there were some missing bits in the package and so they cannot complete fitment and they will call the fitter tomorrow to complete it. Now I am not sure whats going on and the what condition the Unit will really be and if at all delivered, will it now be fitted with some old parts fitted somehow together. This is now the most horrible online buying experience I have had (and I have bought a ton). Please do refrain from buying from RoyalOak.

The horrific experience continues...The item was finally delivered to me and they just brought it assembled in a tempo with no packing whatsoever and the marble top separately packed. When the marble top was opened, it turned out that the marble is 4 inches shorter than the actual top. Additionally, 1 of the units legs is broken. I am attaching the images of the same. They will now check and revert what they will do. Will keep updating this.

    I have ordered product (Sofa and coffe table) on nov 1st 2019. After so many follow ups it got delivered on dec 25th. Coffee table drawyer missing while delivery, not sure how it is packed. This shows negligence of work. Let me know how many days it takes to deliver.
    This is worst service and no value for time in this company. I have called multiple times no response. This looks like fraud.

        I purchased study table on 8th dec 2019. Received damaged item, about the same tried reaching customer support team multiple times not able to reach anyone. Written a mail to support team no reply from last 15 days. Store phone number not picking anyone. Store manager telling replacement has a process which will take 72 hours and repeatedly telling the same from last 15 days... They are not giving me same item which ordered and they are giving me my cash back also..

        I am looking for escalation contacts I don't see any where in Royal oak bill or website. Store manager is last contact he is not able to help on resolving issue... I am more worried now I am not received product only how can. I expect service which they said 1 year... Whom I need to approach please suggest

          I have placed an order for wooden sofa online through royaloakindia.com, they promised to deliver the product by 17th Dec 2019, but I didn't get any update from them.
          Their customer care team is not answering properly, they say that no clue about it.
          Most of the time the customer care lines are too busy not able to reach them.
          One of the worst store.

            I would like to bring into the kind attention of the general public that the so called "ROYAL OAK" is the worst brand, even they don't have basic business ethics. Please, please and please for GOD sake never ever buy any item from Royal Oak, please don't get into their FALSE TRAP. They are totally unprofessional. They always made Fall Promises. It's almost 25 days i bought a bookshelf from them (Attapur branch Hyderabad). They promised to deliver within 12 days. Until today nothing, When you called they promised you that they'll call back in 5-10 mnts. But, they never returned your call even after days. The Royal Oak management hired bluff masters to run their business. I surprised see how they are running their business with such lousy, sub-standard services and unprofessional staff.
            My humble request and sincere advice to all please do not buy anything from ROYAl OAK, please save your hard earn money, save your time and energy. Thank you very much

              Very poor quality, With gently used the sofa started to peal off Like piece of plastic tape. Not worth the price. I am still ok with it and started triggering email to the support team for a paid service too. They took about 40 days (and still counting...) to analyse the pictures I have shared to give me estimates. Meanwhile some the call center person shared my contact details to 3rd party vendor to get it my repair done with some different material, which aI did not accept for. Except in the name there name and price there is no Royalty. High recommend not to trust this Brand not with respect to there price but for there irresponsible service for the price we pay for there product.

                My order ROY0025917 was supposed to be delivered on 12/7/2019 and yet it is not delivered. Even after 100s of calls to the driver([protected]) and customer care([protected]) the product is not delivered yet. Every day I hear same answer I will be delivered today but end of the day no response. When I call the driver he says some other vehicle will deliver. I think I will have to reachout to consumer court to get this resolved

                  The carpenters who had come to fit the wardrobe i purchased (Melbourne wardrobe) were very inexperienced and had no regard for proper care of the wardrobe while fitting. They have made 7 scratches and have chipped a piece of wood while fitting. They have repeatedly opened and re-drilled the door making it weak. I kindly request for a new set or a complete refund as i'm not satisfied with the service. And the money i have paid is pretty big amount and at present the wardrobe does not feel new to me at all with the way they handled the fittin and damages caused. Thank you.

                    I had booked a king size bed in mid month of nov -2018, as they promised me that it will take 45 days to deliver, but after 45 days when i used to reach their store to enquirer about my order then they started giving me reasons like it me was it was in transits from bangalore, it was already reached ware house, that design was not available currently but at last they had delivered in last week of jan-2019, after delivering again they took one week to install the king size bed, then after installing after two months some nuts had been got loose and when i had given complaint over phone manger said he will send the person in 2 days, but they again started giving reasons that my mobile was not reachable, technician was busy wit some other product like that. Now after all i had been directly visited the show room manager himself had send me mail from on june 03rd he himself was telling that they failed to give us the service what they promised to.

                          I have purchased Luxe mattress on 16th Nov 2019 from RoyalOak Furniture store Attapur, Hyderabad. They have given me 20% discount and I have paid total amount Rs 23, 994 /- including discount.They had given me 10days delivery time. After a day they call me and asked me to pay 5000/- discount amount which they mistakenly gave. They should have mentioned it before completing the billing process. This billing process went through store boy, manager and bill desk still nobody verified. Without discount I wouldn't have gone for this mattress. I told them I'm not going to pay discount amount and asked for refund or mattress delivery. Still now there is no response from them. RoyalOak as a very worst customer care support service, I have been calling them and raising complaint from 20th nov to till date and they are not even responding. I have original bill and email proofs.

                            I have purchased 5 products from Royal oak online worth of 217500/- on[protected], but so for I have received only 2 products and the rest of the products not getting delivered (already 35 days over). Whenever I call, I get falls commitment saying next 2 days it will get delivered. I see lack of ownership and they keep passing phone from one person to another till I hang up the phone.
                            My Order No: Roy0023796 and the people whom I interacted with: Online shopping (Bhanu @ [protected]) Online In charge ([protected]@ [protected]) Delivery In charge (Nandini @ [protected])
                            and the excuse will be like:
                            1. Due to heavy rains and doesn’t want your product to get damaged hence we stopped the truck. (this update will continue for a week)
                            2. We have checked all your products and there was a slight damage hence we don’t want to deliver (this excuse for the product they don’t have ask for 1 week extend)
                            3. We have IT raids in our premises so no transactions can be done next one week (they don’t answer your calls for next 4 to 5 days)
                            4. Vehicle started, and it is on the way, but it never reaches destination (this will go on for 1 week)
                            5. waiting for further excuses...

                            After escalation the final date was given to us 26​ Nov for which we agreed and told the
                            Royaloak team that the legal consequences for which they accepted, and we have asked them to provide same information on email which they said they will, but they did not. Finally, as

                            complaint on these fraudsters.

                              It is yet another fraud in the making. Royal oak bangalore promised 72 hrs express delivery and collected rs.1.27 lakhs in advance promising gifts as per one of their on going cheating schemes.

                              Order placed with full amount as the gift scheme was for last day and all furniture verified to be in stock.

                              Promised to be delivered on 30th november, no one knows the status.

                              One who picks a call after several attempts, responds that they will escalate the matter.

                              If you check online about order status it says there is no order.

                              Consumer beware of royal oak frauds, my entire money is stuck and i have cancelled my order.

                              Do not fall pray to glib talks of sales executives, who are trained to promise false services.

                              Be aware of your rights.. Cheats like royal oak will be exposed shortly.

                                  I regret to submit my worst purchase experience with your enterprise. The details are as follows.

                                  01.I placed an online order for Royaloak Petal Office table (Order No.ROY0022561)
                                  02.You mentioned in your site the order will be delivered within 10 business days.
                                  03. I made my payment via online for Rs.5, 990.00 on 04.10.2019 with a Payment Reference number:5d96979102ff5.
                                  04. I started calling your Customer helpline number: +[protected] with extension (6) for Online Purchase from 19.10.2019
                                  05. They put me in queue for several times. Once they attended and informed me to be delivered by 22.10.2019. Track Your Order link was never updated.
                                  06. I started calling the same Customer helpline number for several times almost every day.
                                  07. They gave me several dates viz. 25.10.19, 26.10.19, 29.10.19, 04.11.19, 09.11.19, 12.11.19, 19.11.2019 and recently 23.11.19. All these dates are with inexcusable reasons after calling ‘n’ number of times.
                                  08. Your insufficient info and irresponsibility with Chat Support too is indescribable.
                                  09. This caused me a lot of agony, tension and annoyance in addition to STD calling bills.
                                  May I know any reasons from you why I should not approach Consumer Protection Council to seek the relief and justice under the Consumer Protection Act.

                                    I have booked hela king bed – v2 on 02/10/19 and have opted to loan for 6 months emi through hdfc.

                                    I have not received the item ordered but there initial emi is started. But unfortunately signature mismatch happen from bank side and my cheque got bounced.
                                    Bank have charging me 571/ - (Five hundred seventy one rupees) and this will happen for all 6 months again and i have to end up paying 600 / - every month.
                                    So request you guys to cancel this order or loan and i would like to pay the full amount and received the item. Can you please help me out here.

                                      We have purchased queen size bed at royal oak, bannerghatta branch, bangalore in the name of harish. C (Order number: [protected]) on september 27th 2019. Store people said they'll deliver the product on 30th september so we took holiday and stayed at home but we haven't received the product on that day. Later we called the customer care and raised the complaint and they informed us they will deliver on 1st or 2nd november but they dint deliver the product that day also again we called customer care and raised the issue and called store also but nobody respond properly. Later we got the product on 6th november. But again installation problem. For installation again we called customer care and raised the issue later after 3 days installation people came but there base piece was missing and he said he'll bring on 10th november but till now no response from anyone. We had been to stores also and complained regarding this but store manager also didn't respond properly. We called sharath (Store person), branch manager (Mohammed) but no proper response from them. Only for one product we wasted 3 weeks days and took leave. Now who'll componsate for this??? I never such a worst service. Now also they are telling they'll bring the remaining pieces after 2-3days. For one product how many days we should waste our time!!!. If customer is having a problem at least people should respond properly but what we got??? We never expected such a bad response from royal oak. Till now nobody came for installation and not responding properly.

                                        I placed an order as on 23/10/2019 for 4 seater dining set and delivery schedule fixed on 07/11/2019 vide order no. Roy0023616 but till now the said materials not delivered. After my repeated request regarding cancel of order and refund of my amount from 08/11/2019 they will not reply nor cancelled my order kindly take action against concern people
