I recently purchased a spring shoe rack and alvin wardrobe from the banaswadi store. The problem started with the delivery of the product and ended with us buying a cardboard material wardrobe with lots of damages on it and shoe rack which was not assembled properly and if you try to move it from it’s place, it might break into pieces. Not at all happy with the service and the product. I had the worst experience with the store manager and then with product. Hope this gets resolved as soon as possible cause it’s making me nervous.

    I had placed an order for Libra 2 door shoe rack on 31.10.2018.Order id ROY0011127.The delivery was supposed to be done on 3.11.2018.But I received a call on 2.11.2018 from Mr.Rafiq stating that the product was damaged and could not be delivered on 3.11.2018 and would be done only by 11.11.2018.I asked him to refund the amount.He said he would ask the accounts department people to contact, after which i have not received any call regarding the item delivery or refund.I contacted Mr.Chetan, Ms.Maria and Mr.Mohammed regarding this issue but not received any proper reply from them.

    Please let me know the status of the order...whether I would be receiving the item or will my money be refunded.Please dont play with people's hard earned money

      Dear royal oak team,

      This has reference to the dining table purchased from your banaswasdi store on 07/11/2014 in the name of shikha prasad order no:[protected]. The table had a glass top. The glass on the table suddenly broke off (Almost blasted) into pieces with a loud noise. The glass pieces were scattered all around the house which could have caused a serious injury.

      This is a safety concern. The reason for breakage is clearly the poor quality of glass used and is a manufacturing defect (https://youtu.be/7EgAUhsiRQs).

      Based on id "2087787", i have received call on 26th sep but now it is almost 2 month and it not rectified yet.

      Please do the needful asap.

        Hi, this is with respect to replacement complaint registered with complaint number 7864 on 24th oct 2018 for perl model queen size bed worth rs34002/ which royaloak's customer care has closed after manipulating the report on 26th oct 2018. I have called their customer care more than 30 times till now, send more than 10 emails with more than 20 photos with damages and multiple times informed banswadi store manager to replace the crack, damaged headboard at the earliest. Their store manager maruthi has misbehaved over the call on 26th oct 2018 despite i have shared all the photos in his whatsapp number after he requested over the phone call. Till date he did not even check the photos shared and did not take any action to replace (You can refer photo number 6 attached from whatapp where the messages are not double ticked showing never seen by him till date). He has no rights to misbehave when a customer is requesting to replace the damaged cracked wooden product. Over the call even he bullied and talked like rowdy's saying me that "if you can not click a photo of that crack then there is no crack". Even i told him that their technician "c reddy" when he inspected the headboard told us that crack is there on 25th oct 2018. Even though he informed to his manager that there is a crack he told to us on 26th oct 2018 over a phone call when we asked why our complaint is closed? My complaint is forcefully closed with manipulated report by their staff. Their staff "c reddy"has taken forcefully remark and signature in the complaint report on that day (See photo 7 without his inspection detail only my remark for replacement is there when he went to office he filled wrong details). He told us within two day it will be replaced and left our house.

        They told me before buying that if there is any crack in the furniture we will replace but when i have submitted all the proofs of crack with other cut and rotten part pictures they are blind to see.in social media facebook also unknown people have confirmed it's a crack.

        We have verified the headboard with two other carpenter (Outside service provider) they have confirmed it's a crack with other damages marked in sticker for thirteen places (See picture 4).

        I am patient with sever back pain undergoing treatment which i have informed them and requested to replace at the earliest so that i can use the bed but they are deaf to hear and blind to see all the damages, cracks, cuts and any problem i am facing.
        Kindly please take action against this seller and help me getting the headboard replaced as soon as possible.

        Note :

        1. Picture 1 shows big crack in the headboard
        2. Picture 2 shows wholes and damaged wood in the headboard due to termites
        3. Picture 3 shows the detailed crack
        4. Picture 4 shows all thirteen damages marked with sticker for reference
        5. Picture 5 shows big two inches around cut in the headboard
        6. Picture 6 shows whatsapp message never checked by store manger till today and no action taken by him. Even he told will discuss with his managing director and will give a call on 27th oct 2018 by 12 pm. He is not taking my call and after his misbehavior with me i stopped to contact him.

        Till now the headboard is not replaced, on 4th Nov 2018, the headboard has been inspected by Royaloak's technician "Chik Reddy", he told it will be replaced in two days and I will get call regarding the same.
        I got call from customer Relationship Manager "Raphael" on 5th Nov 2018 about the inspection and informed him the same as told by his technician. He told he will call in half an hour and I did not get any call till now.
        On 5th Nov 2018, driver has called saying will deliver the headboard for replacement on 6th Nov 2018, till now it's not even delivered. When I am calling the driver he is not taking my call even Royaloak's Corporate office number[protected] they are disconnecting my calls.
        Really worst kind of behavior and they have been harassing me since past 20 days to replace the damaged headboard.
        They dont have any commitment at all and no work ethic to be truthful, everything or anything they manipulate to any extent.

        It's really going in so worst experience. Today they have sent another big crack with multiple crack in leg of a headboard for replacement. I have showed it to their delivery guy he told nothing then I showed that to carpenter, he has clearly confirmed it's multiple crack. How can their warehouse manager is so irresponsible that he don't even check before sending it to customer. Look at this big crack more that 4-5 inches with multiple cracks in leg of the headboard received for replacement.

        NOTE:
        1. I don't need any crack and damaged headboard please send me a good piece what I have seen your show room. Please stop sending damaged and crack headboard.
        2. It's more than 20 days now and they claim they are very big company who failed to provide proper furniture and so much incapable of handling replacement and they keep sending crack and damaged headboard only.
        3. No response received from their Customer Relationship Manager Mr. Raphel, who is handling this complaint.
        4. I am patient with severe back pain, I can not wait any more, kindly replace the headboard by tomorrow

        Yesterday around 1 pm got a call from their driver for delivery, he told he will deliver the replacement headboard by 2:30 pm but did not deliver.
        Around 8 pm got call from Royaloak saying by 10th Nov 2018 first half delivery will be done and they will send technician for fitting in 2nd half.

        As I did not get delivery today also so I called their customer care spoke with Maria today around 2:30 pm, she told driver will call in next 15 minutes, till now I did not get any call for delivery.

        Note :
        1. They don't even have commitment at all how many times do we need to call, why their warehouse manager don't even check the headboard and sent the damaged and crack headboard replacement ?
        2. When it was supposed to deliver by yesterday why was it not delivered till now?
        3. Worst third graded company only know to harass customer ? Is this way big brand what they claim they work ?

        On 10th Nov 2018 when I spoke with customer care in the morning when will it delivered he told I will get a call from driver on the same day but I did not get any call for delivery. They have responded to my emails saying need 48 hours and now 48 hours passed and no update.

        Note : As per the discussion with customer care person Mohammed, this time they will check crack and damages and he has ensured over the phone call that there will not be any CRACK or DAMAGED headboard will be send for the replacement.

          I have placed an order for royaloak berlin show rack 3 door worth inr 4990/- vide order no:roy0010903 on 22/10/2018 and paid by online. I got a call from
          [protected] on 22/10/18 and informed that it will be delivered in 2 days. Since then i contacted on help line no:[protected] several times and talked withmr fernades on 24/10/18 and with ms sruthi and mr chethan on 26/10/18 and with ms maria on 01/11/18. They are not able to give me a clear picture and they don't even know that i have paid the full amount. Ms maria asked that have paying on installments. This is absurd. Request you to expedite the delivery or at least tell me status of the delivery.

              This is the most pathetic company i have ever dealt with. I ordered for a dining table set and was assured delivery of the product in 10 days. That never happened and after continuous follow ups the delivery finally happened on 20th october. Now i have been chasing them for installation and no body seems to be interested. I sincerely regret doing business with them and i would like to warn you from doing the same. Please avoid

                Billing delay so delivery delay. I want to cancel order [protected]
                I went to showroom on 15th oct. Rammurhynagar person. Had billed it on 18th and telling delivery will happen on 22oct.
                Which committed to be delivered on 19th later 20th later 21oct.
                I'm very dissappointed with manager calmly telling i[censored] don't want u can cancelled order. I want to cancelled order. But
                As it is with hdfc loan i have purchased.
                They are telling reasons like it is billed. And not cancelling my order.
                Still they have given me only pro-forma invoice.
                Which can be cancelled.
                Very good product and company. But a worst service person and showroom.

                Customer service is also not helpful I had called them to cancelled order . And they are telling they will take care . And they will deliver asap.
                I'm not available at home on 22oct. And customer service confirming it will be delivered on 22oct.

                  The delivery system is pathetic. I was told by delivery guys to be available on thu, i was waiting the whole day (On leave). The furniture was half - delivered on saturday.
                  No coordination between warehouse, sales and delivery. Now they have put big 10'x3' boxes in the middle of my hall and kept me waiting for the rest of the furniture and setup.

                  Not to mention the helpless and useless customer care.

                  I will launch a campaign to bring awareness in people to not to buy from these customer care-less people.

                    I am very upset with the delivery part of royaloak, i won't recommend anyone to buy product from here. I bought sofa from here in previous sunday. But still (Wednesday) it has not been delivered, yesterday someone called me and told that he will come around 12am to 1pm, i told i won't be available at that time, please deliver around 5-6pm, he declined to deliver at that time and told next day 1st half he will deliver. Now i took leave from office in first half and now he is saying he can deliver around 5-6pm not in first half. I called customer care for help, they gave me same guy's number. I am constantly calling that guy, he is not picking up.

                        Dear team,

                        I have purchased two furniture items worth rs 56, 500/- through royaloak online website (Order num: roy009283) 2nd sep 2018 which was supposed to be delivered by 10th sep 2018 as per the billing invoice.

                        Please note this order is placed by me on the name of (Uma maheshwar rao) who is my uncle as my hometown is not listed in the delivery location of royal oak.

                        But, even after continuous follow-ups, they failed to deliver the products by 19th sep 2018 hence i requested them to cancel the products and refund the money which they have agreed.

                        As requested by royal oak team, i have shared my bank details to initiate the refund process, but unfortunately, till today i didn't get my money back even after 24 days of cancellation request and 42 days after the booking date.

                        Since then, it has become my routine job to continuously follow-up with on my refund status but seen no luck so far.

                        I would request you please consider this issue and do the needful to get my refund back and take necessary action on them as i have lost my peace and valuable time during this period.

                        Kindly let me know if you need any additional details on this.

                          Hi team royal oak!!
                          I have made a payment of rs.12000/- through net banking for three door bookshelf almirah this morning but there has been no confirmation msg from u so far. I checked my bank account to reconfirmed that the payment was made successfully.
                          I m worried as i can't reach u, the numbers given r all invalid, it says call ended every time i dial, websites n email addresses r so troublesome as my msgs cudn't delivered despite of my several attempts!! Please update or refund back my money!!

                            Hi, I purchased a product from RoyalOak website royaloakindia.com on August 22, 2018 and it was supposed to deliver in 10 Business days but it was not delivered until September 10th 2018. Even after multiple calls they were not able to deliver the product. Finally I opted for refund on September 12th and they said amount will be credited back in 6-8 days. Even after 25+ days (October 9th) amount was not credited and everytime someone from the customer care says it will be credited tomorrow. Even after the multiple calls no one called me back and I had to call every day to check the status. As these guys are literally holding my money close to two months and giving false promises I would like to take this case legally to not to repeat this with other customers. As I am from Hyderabad and issue with Bangalore Royal oak can I file a case in Hyderabad and proceed?

My order number is ROY003896. Swing was to be delivered in one month. However till date I have not received the swing.                                 Hello sir,

                                I have purchased dining table 4s-set from royal oak kadubeesanahalli branch on 20-10-17. On dec 11, 2017, have raised the complaint mentioning termite issue in table. The service technician applied termite oil and injected liquid to fix the issue. The issue got fixed for some time and again the problem appeared. Have raised multiple complaints since than. The technician just comes and fix the problem temporarily. Have went to royal oak store and asked for product replacement multiple times they just promise me to fix the solution and keep postponding the problem with temporary fix. My product is under warranty period, they are some how postponding the problem till the warrenty period is completed. Now the condition of dining table is pathetic with full of termite holes and wood powder substance comes out of the chair. I request consumer court to please provide justice as they have cheated me with worst quality wood. And just playing around with me since 10 months.

                                Have attached the product invoice and complaint mails which was sent since the purchase of the product.

                                Hello sir,

                                The technician just came on 15th Oct 2018, sprayed the termite oil again . This is just temporary fix which is being done since 1 year.Its not permanent solution. After 5th complaint i don't want to compromise with product quality. This wood quality is worst. Royaloak company should provide product replacement or refund the amount.
                                Have already told them if they don't address the issue i will go to consumer court. They are not taking any action at all.

                                  My order number is [protected], product code of201ch, ordered it on 26th september and sent full money payment through debitcard, company gave me confirmation message to deliver it on 4th october but after that i have not received any processing update and not proper response. I have paid my hardly earned money and wasted my value time for inquiry after many inquiry and complaint i received email to wait another 15 days yet not given me confirm delivery date. I have already waited many days now i can not wait further more so i have sent email for refund my money and company have received my all bank account detail yet not give refund till now so please help me to refund my money.

                                  Bought TV stand through online, they said delivery on 1st Oct and Installation by 3rd Oct but there is no response/communication till now-5th Oct.
                                  Either get the products delivered or refund my money.

                                    I have ordered royaloakbell office table orderno.[protected], product code is of201ch, and paid through debit card, company gave me confirmation message to deliver it on 4th october but after that they have not give me any processing update and customercare number of company have blocked my number for few days then they have sent message to wait another 15 days, have not given me any confirm delivery date till now. I cant wait more days please help me to refund my money

                                        Royaloak company frequently postponing delivery date i can't wait more days, my order number [protected], product code of201ch. Ordered on 26 september and paid through debitcard. I have sent inquiry to customercare no.
