Booked a recliner 0ct 5th, supposed to receive the product in 12 days, product never made it home called customer care they told me that online team manager Anees will contact me, he called after 4 days and den told me that he does not know where the product is, I requested refund, was promised in 7 working days, since den they are just telling me in 4 days or 1 week the refund will be done but until now that is 65 days since d word given by their manager they havent refunded my money, Now their manager Anees is avoiding me bcoz he doesnt have a face or he has eaten my money also along with him is another person by name Raphael who told me dat money will be refunded in 4 days but nothing has happened so far
I have all the emails and confirmation and promises made by them saved to register a court case on them

    Dear royal oak, sri sri venkat kalyan n

    In continuation to my complaint, i write to inform as follows

    1. First as issue of advance and not blocking nor supplying in time.
    2. Now supplying late after repeated reminders, a damaged slab of dining table and supplying chairs without set of screws to fix.
    (I came to know that royal oak supply damaged items to gain time as the amount is received on false promise of supply in scheduled time)
    3. Now i have to keep the damaged table top till replacement may take several days or weeks (Royal oak standard)
    4. Keep the skeleton of legs of chairs in corner till the screws are received and fixed (May take royal standard time)
    5. Royaloak departments act independently as if each is different company and no co-ordination nor togetherness in working. Each complaint with others.

    Marketing staff takes orders without stock in stores
    Marketing staff takes full money of the article by falsely promising delivery
    Stores takes its own time to deliver as it wishes
    When contacted to marketing staff they inform it is on the way and reaching in 4 hours
    When contacted after 4 hours they say the stores is not receiving their calls also
    After 6 hours marketing receives the call and say the concerned person not available to call next day
    Next day there is no body to pick the phone
    Third day when called full day lost and by evening receive the message that vehicle is broke down and it is getting repaired.
    At 7 pm vehicle getting ready and can be delivered by 9 pm, but 2 other items a sofa and chair received. When asked about the dining table they say it is coming in a different transport.

    Then after days of lost want to receive at any cost i said i can wait upto what ever time may be 10 pm, 11pm 12pm (Even though the place is newly built house and no facilities to stay late)
    Then call comes at 9 pm informing that the vehicle is not yet ready so will deliver next day.
    Next day morning receive call from transport person at 9 am they are at our place waiting to deliver, when i am 20kms away in my home.
    I had to rush from there to receive without attending my office
    Finally received damaged table and chairs without screws, which are at home.

    When royal oak cannot keep the promise then why you have staff who go on giving false, unrealistic promises.
    There is no co-ordination between marketing staff, stores, transport, assembling staff and each think they are different from others and give excuses of the others.

    Today i have damaged table and chair parts at my new building, if you want do something please do it urgently.

      RoyalOak Sofaset is bought in August 2018, within a week the product gave problems. Raised a complaints but not much response. After multiple follow up did some fixing in November. Now again in 15 to 20 days after fixi, wood of the Sofaset only broke which I was telling from the beginning the wood is not good making lot of noice. Don't know what material is used. Too bad service and too bad material used in manufacturing the product. When I reached them again taking months to come back on the request. Very bad service.

        I placed an order of 1 sofa set (3+2+devider), table (With black shade of mirror on top) and 1 king size bed (With cushions of rexine).
        But i received the order with 1 sofa set (3+2+1), table (With transparent mirror on top) and 1 king size bed (With cushions made of cloth).
        So i returned 1 sofa and asked to deliver devider and asked to sent technician to repair table and bed cushions. I paid rs 10000/- less than the total amount. And it was agreed by the royaloak responsible guy that i can pay the remaining amount after the delivery of devider within next 2 days and the products will be repaired also at that time. But it's been 1 month and nobody is picking my call now.
        I would appreciate your quick response on this issue and please let me know your action taken against this complain.

        I've ordered a dinning set online. They delivered just table, they want me to pay more for chairs. A simple sorry from them, because web site is not updated properly. how can we proceed legally for hurting us emotionally. Please advise.

          Purchased item with order number [protected], invoice number [protected] in the name of shinith
          Order placed on 10th and took the item by myself so expected faster installation
          Since then there was no followup or call back to inform delay
          I called and was informed that they have rescheduled to another 2 days, still not response after 2 days
          I called customer care and spoke to vinay, he was not acknowledging the fact the the service is delayed instead was saying its again delayed for another 2 days

          What is wrong with the company, who is the ceo, why cant that chap keep proper staff and maintain customer service in professional manner

              The 3 + 2 recliner sofa 72500/- was delivered on time. I was not at home when the installation happened. The person did not install the arm rests and put it under the sofa and also the lever was broke. And no response from customer care after repeated complaints. Feel cheated. The sofa springs are also making noise when we sit. Horrible experience

                We have purchased dining table sofa set and centre table from bangalore branch on july 2018, we have received dining table and sofa set delivered in same month but we have not received centre table yet.

                And your dining table has broken in 10 days 3 chairs has broken and sofa set leather is cracking stitching is coming out.

                After giving so many complaints and after visiting 5 times in branch personally still no actions has taken, in 3 month if this is the quality i don’t know how should i trust this furniture and services in future.

                My money has struck with tgem from last 4 month for centre table which you have not delivered yet and rest of the stuff is damaged, requesting you to take your furniture back and refund my entire amount back i’m fed up with you now.

                Worst service worst furniture atleast road side furniture is better than you. Expecting reply asap

                  This is regarding my order for roayal oak venus computer table.
                  It was assembled on 30th oct 2018, the table is damaged on the top right corner.
                  I have been writing to royal oak customer care from nov 2nd 2018 but there is no solution provided to this till date. I have never seen such pathetic customer service till now.
                  If you can't replace the detective part at the earliest, kindly take back the product and refund the amount

                    I think i just wasted 25 days thinking royal oak is professional organisation which has a complete and full proof of service.

                    If my 40000 was not enough to block dining table then other items are also not delivered.

                      We are from sashank constructions, we have purchased office furniture from royal oak on 27th of november 2018. Your executives have stated that the furniture fitting will be done by next 24 hours after delivery. After the delivery no one has responded to our calls, even if they respond to our calls they will give false promises that they will be doing it within next 24 hours. Its been 9 days since the delivery had been made, haven't seen such worse customer support from your end and work is not done yet.
                      We are from construction field and we are facing bad opinions from our customers due to your worst customer service. Order number [protected], invoice number [protected]. We have purchased furniture costing rs 181611/- total amount we have paid before delivery and after delivery no one give proper response, then why should you say customers to pay total amount before delivery.
                      As mentioned above the order number and invoice number check the details and return our money back or we will file a case against you in the consumer forum.

                        Have purchased the king size 2 carts with 2 beds and 4 pillows, from banaswadi showroom, most pathetic service i have experienced,

                        1) we have beg for delivery, if delivered the product is different, again the followps starts they are not bothered to correct the wrong delivery,
                        2) so as the installation pathtic, multiple followps to be done
                        3) above done with all follwups, they have stock of pillows to delivery ever after to 15 day's
                        Above all mr. Jay customer manager expects customer to understand and adjust for above after paying the advance amount of rs.1 lac, there can not be any timelines for this and it can not be given also, they treat customers like dogs

                        Pls ensure the balance 4 pillows are delivered, customer care will not respond, they will not have nay clue what is happening,

                          I ordered two beds from royaloak on oct 11, the beds were king size. I requested for the queen size beds. I was told it will be done by oct month end, it is being dragged till now and i have been told that the beds will not be available till dec and that too they are confirmed on the dates. I have requested for the refund but no reply mails. The branch manager (Manas) does not pick up the call and somu the manager of the store told neft will be done but it is not provided.
                          Every day i am calling customer care and being placed on hold for a very long time and they say the same scripted line : we are checking on this and this is in priority, this is happening from 2 months now.

                            I have purchased one shoe rack wide order no:roy0010903 dtd : 22 october 2018 and delivered on 5th nov 2018. While delivering they informed that after 2 days the installation technician will come and install it. But till date nobody has attended.
                            It is requested that your rep for installation may be send immediately as this cannot be installed at home or non-technical persons. I am also away for duty and at home nobody can install it.

                                This is the worst experience on online purchasing company i have ever experienced and this is the last time i will buy any product from royal oak and will not refer any one to buy your products.

                                1. Delivery is not in time as per schedule.
                                2. Installation is not as per schedule.
                                3. Product comes with out the hardware.
                                4. Customer service does not respond properly and disconnect the call before giving full information.
                                5. Customer service does not maintain the data of the previous conversation and i have explained the same issue to everyone around 30 times in a weeks time.

                                Lastly if my product is not installed by eod i will publish the same in your website and lodge the complaint in consumer forum as i have recorded all the calls which i had in last 1 week and have all your confirmation mails

                                Totally this is not a customer satisfaction company. This is a absolute harassment after taking our amount as customer service disconnects or puts my call on hold reject the call when they here by complaint no.

                                  I purchased a bed on 30th august 2018. Even the person who came for installation warned me about the product quality. Within 5 days the bed broke.

                                  I raised a complaint on the royaloak customer care. They sent a service person, but upon seeing the quality of product even he advised me go for refund as the whole structure was weak and faulty...

                                  Its been 2 months since i've been following and there customer care is convincing me to take the service as of now...

                                  Even if i avail there service i'm sure that it wont last even 1 week...

                                  Pathetic customer care team.. They have been telling me since 2 months that we will take some action.. But no action taken yet...

                                  I paid 14k for the bed and haven't used it for even a week... The bed is beyond use.. It just collapses.

                                    The table is completely broken when technician opened the packing for installation. It happened on 01-Oct. Since last 6 weeks, I have called customer care almost 30-40 times, emailed 32 times and tried calling their contact people numerous times with no luck. All understand the case and provide no resolution. I need to get
                                    - Either the entire order canceled for the dining table set with my full payment refund
                                    - or replace the table earliest with same table

                                    The full payment of 67500 was taken in advance in end of August and we are without the product for almost 3 months with packed pieces of broken dining set taking space in our living room. This has been a big hassle and phycological stress at hands of Royal Oak while they seem not to care at all about the resolution or impact to customer.                                     Besides the resolution when it comes, Royal oak should consider:
                                    - It has taken full 67500 at end of August and my money has been with Royal oak all this while.
                                    - It has been a psycological and financial harassment to me with Royal Oak where i am trying to contact Royal Oak more than 20-25 times in past 8 weeks for resolution.

                                    Please be aware that there is time value of money. Also, there is money value of time, please have matter resolved asap and duly compensated.

                                      1. Next day on 26/10/2018 i contacted royaloak Customer care number telephone : +91 [protected] and received answer as they will forward
                                      complain to online team and it will be attended . Next day when we called they said to mail to [protected]@royaloakindia.com

                                      2. Same day we also registered complain on their whatsapp support number as above and was asked to mail to their manager to email [protected]@royaloakindia.com.

                                      3. Since 25/10/2018 more than 15 times we have mailed and connected customer care and manager but we were totally ignored by repeated stereotype answer that "we are forwarding it to online team" .

                                      4. Though they have return/refund policy mentioned on online website against damaged items received, Its being one month they have not even provided us complain number and ignored us totally without any refund or replacement. It seems they are trying to cheat online customer by giving no post sales service.
                                      Necessary invoice and damaged photographs of table received has been attached.
                                      Kindly take necessary action against such malpractices with customer and help us for refund.
                                      RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      No positive response from Royaloak Furniture, on every call they are showing deliberated ignorance only.

                                        On nov 1st, i received a confirmation email from the ops team that they will process the refund however, it's been two weeks since they confirmed me. Everyday i call them to check on the status of my refund and everytime they say the ops team will call me but they never did. Its so disappointing.
