I have purchased a new sofa from royaloak in 2016 and the product which costs around 30 k does not last for atleast 2 years. I have raised the complaint in the customer care and they have replied that it's all due to usage. The so called bonded leather is peeling off from the leather surface and they are saying that they have nothing to do with this. So i have asked for a paid service, for which i have not received any response. Either i should get my money back or they should fix this product ensuring no issues like this in future. Please look into this matter as it is pure exploitation of consumers

My Dining tabel shelf of geneva dinning 6s got removed..trying to reach customer care number but no response on the number.
Kindly send your carpenter to fix it up.we are not able to fix the shelf as the supporters got broken.

    I have purchased a sofa cum bed on 23rd april 2019 from royakoak store in creaticity furniture mall pune.

    The person who took an order guarantied us that sofa will get delivered on 12th of june - date is almost 15-17 days later after booking. Till date there is no update on my order!!

    When i called the store for the status, they said they have no idea about the status of the sofa.

    The person names are rahul and vikas shah from royaloak, creaticity mall, pune. Whenever i call them they either did not receive the call or sometimes they received a call, and said - will check status and give a immediate call in a day or 2. But i have never get a call from any of the person from the store rather when i call they avoid the call.

    No one wants to get frustrated after paying whole lot of money on furniture and get this kind of pathetic service. I would never recommend royakoak to anyone rather i would suggest to stay away from the pathetic brand.

    Unprofessional and untrained people and of course a fraud company.
    I am attaching the bill receipt for my purchase from the store.

      Placedan order for king size bed online. My orde number : roy0015093, order was placed on april 22 2019, after so much of follow up finally we got the product on 3rd may 2019. (They claim within 72 hours of purchase product will be delivered in bangalore). Once the product was delivered installation is one more head ache. From the day they delivered we were trying to call customer care but no proper response. Its been 5 days after delivery there is no call regarding installation or even technician was assigned. Customer service is really pathetic and from all this these i understood that royal doesnt encourage online shopping. None of them are bothered about the customer. This is my last purchase from royal oak and i will never ever recommend any one too. If you dont meet your customr requirements please dont sell your products online. I felt like people who buy from shop will get higher privileges than people buy from online why is that do we look cheap for you? Even we pay the same amount of money. And when the product got delivered we had to to take leave as it was getting delievered after 3pm and when we ask customer care executive to send techinician before 11 am is also not possible. I realy dont know what to say. Royal oak customer service is really really pathetic. I need a solution for this.

      After so much follow up's this was resolved. It was manufacturer and technician issue. finally warehouse manager solved the issue after escalating it higher management. but this type of customer relationship is not good.

      finally after so much of follow up technician came to assemble the product, and unpacking the product the technician came to know that its not king size bed and its queen size. all the packing shows that its king size but the product inside the packing is queen size.so this is how royal oak will cheat the customer?when the delivery was done we just checked the packing and on all packing it was written king size that the reason we accepted the package. now am seriously worried about the follow up and getting the right product. after 16 days of placing order technician came to fix it.how to solve this issue? royal oak can be more customer friendly ?

        Replacement request-defects pieces-order no [protected] with complaint no 16695 and with positive response from omr (Ali sale person)
        We have received only left leg of 2 seated sofa and not received book self stand, tv unit and bunker bed wooden sticks. Could you please let us know when can we receive it.

        Same has been mentioned in jobsheet while techician at home.

          I have bought bunker from your mysore road showroom on 12th april and material was delivered on 19th april after many follow ups. So you missed your 3 days delivery promise. Post which i have had many calls to your customer service about installation and your technician team (May be from mars) never to came to complete the installation. Everyday i call your customer service and they give me false promises which is never fulfilled... So i am left with no option but to return the material.

            I have ordered a table from royal oak on 16th of dec and i receive delivery 28th, of dec.
            After continuous followup carpenter came assemble that on 4th jan 2019.
            When he opened the parcel. We can see lots of wooden component are broken.
            I have reach out customer care no they told me send a email with photos of broken part.
            It been 9 days since i am following up royal oak team.
            I am not getting any response from team. When ever i call they will say we are looking into it.
            One of the support member told, we don't have option to take product back from my location.
            I mean what kind of business model they have, one way traffic they can only deliver,
            If product is damage or so they will not show any responsibility.
            Worst business model and worst company to buy product. I am not going leave them like that,
            I will do whatever required to be done get my money bank. I am in process of reaching out there ceo directly. (Roy0012447)

              On april 11th i have purchased a crocker shelf from royaloak furnitures, marathahalli branch, bangalore. On april 15th the item got delivered (In dismantled form) and told that within two days some one will (Call and) come to your home to assemble it. After the initial two days, i called up the customer care and asked about it. They say the have assigned some on the case, but nobody arrives. Now a week passed by nobody has come yet. I get calls from some person claiming that they will be coming but after that trail goes cold. When i call back the person they say that to call royaloak customer care people, they will assign another person.

              If they have told to wait for 'x' number of days and after that someone will come and fix it, that was totally fine with me. But this is like, daily they (Royaloak customer center) say that they will assign some one and we wait at home and no one turns up.

                I bought a nelda table from royaloak showroom in kadubeesanahalli. Having an urgency of it, i opted for an express delivery option by which they are supposed to deliver and install it on the same day of purchase. However one of the part is missed so carpenter cannot finish the assembly of table. Despite many phone calls and follow up with them last three days, now they say to wait for two more days to finish the assembly. Then the timeline comes under the normal delivery. There is no point of paying an extra 1350/- inr so called express delivery. They have to return the money.

                When i went to showroom and ask they say they don’t have the part with them... Then why in the first place they sell the product, it’s a kinda cheating customers.. Please look into it and help people like me.

                  I had booked and ordered one dining table and chairs from royaloak furniture from ishanya mall pune on 30th march-19. They had commited for delivery on 7th april-19. Till 7th late evening there was no call from them. When i called their staff they said that they are not aware. After my rigid followups they said that they have got the delivery late from their bangalore office so they will deliver on 8th april. But i said that i will not be in pune and that`s why post your confirmation of delievery on 7th april i booked the order. Then i asked them to deliever on 10th april. They said ok the product would be delievered on 10th april for sure. Then again on 10th april there was no response and as usual from royaloak shared nos no body picked up the phone and later in the day i was informed that their operation is closed on 10th and product will be dlievred on 11th april before 4 pm. Again after a lot of follow ups on 11th april they delivered the product on 11th april around 9 pm.. That to their delivery boy started telling that they will not assemble the table as they were not being informed about assembling the table. Again after lots of followups since i was supposed to travel out of town, they sent their fitter guy for assembly. Since i was in office i could not see the fitting properly done or not. After i reached home i saw that all the chairs were so loose and shaking badly. As they had not fitted plastic cap beneath the one of the chairs leg. Also back of the chair is shaking. I called up to their team mr. Bikas and he said that he will send the fitter. But after lots of follow ups no body come and i am still awaiting. My invoice no is 4666.                       It's going to be a long email. Whoever reads it, i request you to read it until the end. I don't give a damn if you take some action on this but you should know how pathetic and irresponsible is your service towards a customer! I'm never ever coming back to your store again.

                      I have no idea where to even start. I had high hopes for royal oak and wanted to procure some furniture for my wedding. I placed an order on march 22nd in the royal oak bannerghatta showroom (Invoice number: [protected]).

                      Audi dining chair:
                      One of the products was a dining table which they said it's out of stock and asked me to choose a different table. It's practical and i picked one. While picking i asked them multiple times that will this be delivered without any issues for which they said "yes, sir. Absolutely". When the delivery call came in they said that only 2 chairs are available and i'll have to wait for the other two. I asked them a date for which they said it's not sure. What kind of irresponsible reply is "not sure"? After 4 times visiting the store and calling customer service they agreed to deliver it. Now one of the 4 chairs that got delivered is from a different model! (Image attached) how stupid is that? Didn't the delivery manager check it? Didn't the warehouse manager check it? Didn't the installation guy raise it? Not even one person had the common sense to check this mixup? How negligent can your delivery team be? I had made complaints of this multiple times. The guy in the store manas said that i'll have to call customer care and raise a complaint and give him the complaint id so he can process it. Was it my problem that it got mixed up? Was it my problem that no one checked this issue until i reported it?

                      Aletta side table:
                      There was a bedside table in the same order. You should see the condition of the product. (Images attached) the back of the table is broken and someone has put a tape to stick it together. There are scratch marks all over the product. The handles are bruised. Can the customer be so stupid to ignore all these? Didn't i pay the whole amount for the product? Or was it a gift to me that i should ignore all these issues?

                      Between all these chaos, there were 2 other products (Shoe rack and dining table) which had issues/ wrong items delivered which i didn't even mention. You don't trust me? Call manas from bannerghatta showroom and check for yourself.

                      I'm not sure if i'll get my products replaced or someone will even reply to this email. Or maybe just because you got your money that you'll not care anymore. I hate going back to the store/customer care to fight regarding this. I hate it.

                      Your team killed all that hopes i had on royal oak. I'm not # buying anything from you ever again.

                        I bought a 3+1+1 Cerena Recliner sofa set from royaloak Marathahalli (Opp JP Morgan) bangalore on 30th March 2019. and it got installed on 04th April, 2019.

                        One of the 1 seater has manufacturing defect where Single seater metal touches to Base flank while rotating/rocking making lot of noise.
                        I booked a compliant with technician who has visited my place and technician also updated in remarks in the receipt.

                        Kindly do needful in replacement of this defective Cerena Recliner 1S sofa.

                          I bought a retroboss executive chair in february 2019. Within 5 weeks the left arm became loose. After i complained a technician came within 2 days and repaired it shoddily by fevicol'ing it. Within 12 hours the arm became loose again. After that i have called support umpteen times, escalated the matter but they keep saying someone from warehouse will come and fix it. I am still waiting for the same even after 6 days.

                          The same retro chair, bought in February 2019 and repaired in April 2019 collapsed on 12th December 2019. On raising a complaint (complaint no: 27304), a support person came and inspected and said the 'hydraulic' part (for height adjustment) has gone bad and needs replacement which he will have to get from Warehouse. Asked me to raise another complaint which I duly did (Complaint no. 27395). After that for no one turned up or called. And the customer support number (which is so so poor that it takes an average of 20 minutes for any operator to pick up and that too if you are lucky). 2 days back, on a Sunday, someone from the customer care called up and said it will cost Rs. 900 and they will someone soon with the relevant part. I said I am okay to pay though I cannot understand how under a warranty something as basic as hydraulic can fail in an expensive executive chair. After that for 2 successive days I have been trying to reach the Customer care, but each time after 20 minutes of wait, their system automatically terminates my number. I am so disgusted and frustrated and this is from a company from where I have made than more than 1.5 lac worth of goods in last 14 months. Customer care looks like being run as an apology and from inexperienced non-caring staff.

                            I have booked for king size cot and have been trying to reach/follow up for delivery, taking my old cot, installation.
                            The response has been very pathetic. Phone rings but nobody pick it up. Would have tried around 50-60 times.. Where is the customer service here, very low level professionalism shown.

                              Pathetic service and unprofessional behavior with poor customer service.

                              Never seen such a bad customer service, got a product trying to contact the team, no one is picking the call, nor they are responding the inthe chat.

                              Everytime i call, the call is on hold for 5 mins. With annoying voice asking us to wait, but after 5 mins, its says 'good bye' and call gets disconnected, i have tried more than 10 times today.

                              hello, NO ONE FROM ROYALOAK explained anything, what nonsense lie ROYALOAK HAVE SENT, This is there response ''Explained to customer how the Mattress functions after removing from the Box. Issue resolved' which ### called and explained me???????????????
                              Booked the products on 16th March, asked them to deliver sofa by 29th March. Sofa delivered on time but no installation is not done yet 3rd April.

                              Similarly dining table, coffee table and rocking chair delivery is pending.

                              Please ask your team to help me, do delivery as early as possible

                                We had booked a leather sofa in the month of january 2019. Whille installation, we saw that the leather was damaged for one of the 2 seater. He asked us to call customer care and since then we are just calling them. They either don't respond to the calls or they say they'll send the executive but nobody comes. No action has been taken until now. We have called the store also multiple times and they also are not doing anything.

                                  I have purchased a king size solid wooden bed from them on 10th March, 2019. They delivered the product and while assembly the technician noticed a damage on one of the bed corner. The crack is one inch deep and 6 inch long. He have filled in the fitment sheet with damage details and asked us to call the customer care. From then I have been following up with the customer care and every time the answer is same. Your issue will be resolved in 5 days. The company seems to be deaf enough to listen to consumer complaints. It's been 20 days now and my issue is not resolved yet.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have bought a sofa set of rs 103000 /-, with in 2 days o[censored]se sofa started sinking and wrinkles are clearly visible on leather. Sofa is looking like 1 year old roughly used sofa. Also wile sitting its making noise. Very poor stitch quality

                                    I have wrote to customer care 10-15 times but not getting satisfactory answer.

                                    after complaint technician came and tried repairing ... the way he repaired the sofa, it seems I have bought a second hand sofa and he is doing repairing work for that.. he opened the sofa completely and removed all staples from the sofa and after completing the work he again stapled newly which caused leather tearing...
                                    as per technician there were not adequate amount of fiber inside the sofa which caused this issue and still the fill level is same as of now he just adjusted the fiber inside the sofa and wrinkles are now permanent...

                                    One more issue is that the level of middle seat in 3 sitter sofa is not same as the adjecent seats. Middle one is bit down compared to other two.

                                    I need complete replacement of the product or refund of my money ASAP.
                                    I am calling customer care 4-5 times daily but not getting proper response.now they are saying its already been 1 month we cant replace the product.
                                    I bought sofa on 03/03 and after so many request it got assembled on 07/03. With in 3 days I raised the complaint and also on 12th I wrote the mail to customer care.

                                    I need complete refund of my money, now I am not even ready for replacement but these guys are saying we will do repair work only.
                                    Why would I allow them for second round of repair for newly bought sofa which cost me more than 1 lkh.

                                    Please look into the issue on a serious note.

                                      I have ordered a table from royal oak on 16th of dec and i receive delivery 28th, of dec.
                                      After continuous followup carpenter came assemble that on 4th jan 2019.
                                      When he opened the parcel. We can see lots of wooden component are broken.
                                      I have reach out customer care no they told me send a email with photos of broken part.
                                      It been 9 days since i am following up royal oak team.
                                      I am not getting any response from team. When ever i call they will say we are looking into it.
                                      One of the support member told, we don't have option to take product back from my location.
                                      I mean what kind of business model they have, one way traffic they can only deliver,
                                      If product is damage or so they will not show any responsibility.
                                      Worst business model and worst company to buy product. I am not going leave them like that,
                                      I will do whatever required to be done get my money bank. I am in process of reaching out there ceo directly. (Roy0012447)

                                      i agreed that also i have asked for send that in mail with date.
                                      But they are not proving that also. RoyalOak people stopped responding in chat as well.Its been 3 month i am not getting any response in mail and they are not picking call as well

                                        Booked coffee table through online (Ref.: ROY0014210) still after numerous enquiries and complaints not delivered.The official mail says delivery will be by 10.03.2019.But poor customer care and no information given by representatives.I asked for cancellation, but customer care representatives are not responding.I am totally disappointed in purchasing this item from Royal Oak and I will never suggest or buy anything from this brand.
