Ordered Jupiter Wardrobe 3DR - BOK from Royal Oak showroom (Bangalore Sarjapur Road) on 1 July 2018, Product was delivered on 24th July 2018. Top- Piece was damaged during transfer/delivery, Complaint was raised on 27th July 2018, Complaint Number is 4326, received no updates from Customer Care/Service Team. Worst Customer Service Experience Ever on Calls!!

I got a call today after posting the above on Facebook, but the Customer Service hung up on me. I asked the installation guy to reach out to us anytime after 6 PM and he said cannot guarantee time, If that's the case then why was the Product delivered at 9:15 PM? Royal Oak Customer Service is the worst I have ever spoke to... Need a SOLUTION Please help

I dont need your wardrobe, take the product back and process my Refund

Hi Team,

Got a call from the Technical Team today dated 6th August, he promised to come today and fix it and later when we reached out to him at 6PM, he said it will not be done today and can only be taken care tomorrow. I just dont understand what is going on here!! I need this product to be taken care and money to be refunded

    We had purchased items online from this website https://www.royaloakindia.com. The purchase was made on July 19 and an amount of Rs 12, 750.00 was paid to this company online. The material was supposed to be delivered to our Kolkata Office on 27th of July. But till date we have neither received any product nor any response from their end. Now I want to cancel and go for a refund. When I call up their customer support it comes mostly switched off. [protected] is the number they had provided for support for online purchase. It seems this entire company and the website is a fraud and intended to cheat customers. I would like to know how to initiate a refund of my money.

    Someone called up from [protected] and asked me to provide a nationalised bank account to refund. I said the transaction is made from HDFC and he claims that HDFC is not possible to refund. Then he took my debit card number. And insisted to get the expiry date and other details. This time I didn't give him. I think this is a bigger fraud. Kindly check and beaware about this number [protected].
    Delivery date of my order no ROY007744 was 31/07/2018 but tracking the order it is not despatched till the time please arranege to deliver the order suddenly.

      Really it's a very bad experience with royaloak. I had ordered tv unit on june 23 and it was supposed to be delivered on 13th of july. And i am calling many times to customer care but i am not getting any valid response. Customer service is really useless. You guys are just playing wid d customer.

        I bought leather recliner sofa 1 year back from royaloak bellendoor shoroom and within 1 year it is peeling out. I spent 1.2 lakh on sofa. I called royaloak customer care too manytimes but nobody picking the call, it is fake call center. After that i went royaloak showroom they told me mail us on our mail i'd, i sent multiple mails but no response at all, so overall zero customer satisfaction. They just want to sell bad quality product and taking our hard earned money. Quality of royaloak product is really bad and not worth spending money on royal oak product. Please don't buy anything from royal oak. Royaloak is a #. Please don't buy anything from royal oak because after selling no service at all.
        I complaint on fp page as well but they deleted my post because they don't to disclose there # image to anybody. Royaloak is junk and really #.

          Horrible service. I ordered the wardrobe online. Once its delivered its found to be defective. It's been 2 weeks now, i'm struggling to get my issue addressed. The email id & customer service contacts are useless. It's the first time any product purchased from royal oak and will definitely be the last time. The product installation done on 13-jul, and post that calling regularly to customer care no. But thats of no use, as the executive always says that he/she will check and get back and that never happens.

            Recently I bought dining table, that time they said it will be deliver with in week. After completed one week when I went to show room asked the status again they said 5 more days after completed 5 days again they saying another story then I asked refund my money they take empty cheque and wrote letter and they said the start the refund process will get it 7 days still now I am not get the money.

              As per your ORDER CONFIRMATION No. ROY007182 the product should have been delivered and installed by 16th July, 2018. I contacted your customer care number [protected] twelve times to enquire about the status of the order. I did not get any satisfactory reply from them and they only informed after prolonged hold that I shall get a call from the delivery people before the product is delivered. Till now neither I received any call nor the product is delivered. Please look into the matter and ensure to deliver and install the product IMMEDIATELY without any further delay.

              I ordered a product through online portal of company, while I dont received the product on due date, Several time I contact the customer support but they don't answer me properly, nor they cancel my order and refund my money. I am very fedup with this type of attitude. Now I plan to lodge a complaint against RoyalOak . My order id is ROY006914.
              I had placed an order on 23rd July 2018. It was supposed to be delivered in 48 hours. Neither do i have the product nor am i able to get to cancel it.

                Dear Manager,
                The Order no. [protected], placed on 4th July, has not been installed yet in spite of repeated reminders from my end.
                This is utterly unprofessional.
                Kindly arrange for installation asap. It was promised yesterday by Mr. Subbu ( [protected]) of Attapur branch. I told him to mail me the reason why it could not be installed yesterday. He narrated a story which I find hard to believe in.
                We expect professional treatment from a big furniture house like yours. False assurances can earn bad reputations for your organisation.

                  In a month of March(2018), I bought 3+1+1 Lara Recliner Sofaset worth Rs. 67000 from RoyalOak Hyderabad (Kukatpally branch). Upon delivery of the product, we noticed that in the 3 seater sofa, 1 cushion on the right was fine (Images too large to attach) but the other 2 were going very down as soon as you sit.

                  So we registered our complaint with RoyalOak. One Guy visited our home and found our claims to be true. He clicked some pictures and went back saying that he will submit the report to his supervisor and get it replaced. The RoyalOak manager in Hyderabad Mr. Kishore also assured us for replacement. Furthermore, Kishore's manager Mr-Taheer also assured us for replacement and asked us to wait till they get new shipment. The Sofa is just 4 months old and we are complaining from the beginning itself. Till date, they just say that we have not received stock yet but guess what, when you go to their showroom (I sent my friend) and ask for the same sofa, they promise to deliver within 12 days!!

                  This is complete cheating behavior from RoyalOak furniture brand. Now they say do whatever you want but the item will not be replaced. I want to raise my voice for this so that It won't happen with me again as well as with other people. I am asking for replacement or complete refund of my money. Don't want any BS excuses and promises again!

                    Order no# ROY005727. The item was ordered on 21.6.18 on www.royaloakindia.com, Product price INR 8500 and fully paid thru Credit Card in advance and delivered to me on 27.6.18 at around 6.30 pm . At the time of delivery I asked them to open and check the glass of the table. Unfortunately when the delivery people opened the same it was broken. They called up their supervisor and he said the glass will be replaced within 2 or 4 days but till now no one called up for it. I have raised a complaint and they gave a complain no# 2994 on 2.7.18 but it doesn't looks like they are interested in resolving it. Even though I haven't signed any invoice as product received, still they don't even care. The website is also showing as "pending" for my order ID. Royal Oak is a totally fraud company.

                      I have filed a legal suit against the company and the legal notice is already on the way. People having issues with this fraud company, I urge everyone to please immediately approach consumer court along-with and FIR at a nearest police station. Else I don't see them even responding ever. Never seen such a worst attitude from any seller ever.

                        We have placed an order for computer chair in April 2018. Since then, we were told that the chair would be delivered in the next 15 days. It has been 3 months now and there is no response from them. Emails do not contain the exact delivery date. The latest response from them states that the order would be delivered by end of June. It has been almost 10 days and still there is no response.

                            I have purchased reading table they have sent me display piece, was delivered almost 15 days to delivery which they said within 72 hrs wil be done. After raising the complaint with photo graphs to them they are least bother to attend the complaint. My request is they are very careless and shameless who are handling the compalints department nor have courtesy to call me back, its almost one month up for today. I think they should be sue in the consumer court for the carelessness and hope no other consumer should be penalised like this kind of attitude of business course. Which they are making people fools by giving or delivering how ever they want thinking that consumer has already paid money.

                              I had ordered a bed from Royal Oak seeing the quality it displayed in the showroom but the bed delivered to me is completely opposite of what Royal oak is famous for.

                              This bed and side table is not even covered completely with plywood or paper(whatever is that) . complete product has unfinished inner side which looks really bad. The quality of HDF material is also not good. But more than quality it is about looks as the bed is not manufactured correctly and is delivered to me in unfinished state.

                              The representatives from royal oak who came to my house were also rude and said if you order online we give such bad quality product only.

                              Further to add, this bed is very unsafe for use and below are the quality issues due to which I want to return the product:
                              1. Center stage plywood is very week which can break if more than 2 people sit.
                              2. There is no proper support provided to the center planks, which makes it unsafe to use even for sleeping.
                              3. Finishing is very bad. Most of the body of bed is not even covered with ply and uneven which makes it unsafe to touch as you may get hurt in hands.
                              4. Royal oak representative was very rude and didn't talk to my old parents properly.
                              5. Even after informing royal oak representative that we have to return the product he threatened my parents and fitted the bed.
                              6. Fitting done is very loose and bed can fall or break any moment. Which is again dangerous and not safe.

                              Due to all the above said reasons I want to return this unprofessional and incomplete and full of manufacturing defects item from royal oak.

                              Kindly consider my request on humanitarian grounds as I have put my hard earned money in your brand product.

                              I request to return the item and refund the amount.

                                  I have purchased a lot of furniture, 5 beds, 6 wardrobes, 5 lcd stands, 1 sofa set, 2 sofas, 2 cofee tables from royaloak banaswadi showroom. 3 items from these ordered on 17.05.18, are still undelievered. We have made full payment of these 3 items in cash. Its been more than one month since this order is placed. Despite of making several calls to the showroom i get no satisfactory response. It is very humiliating for me to call them daily. And those people don't care. The furniture they installed already is so badly assembled. 2 of handles of almirah have come out. Glass slab of dresser have also been fallen. I have not seen such an irresponsible attitude anywhere. They are not at all bothered for customer satisfaction while they have received full payment. I regret now to purchase the furniture from royaloak.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I got a six seater dining table from royal oak, in just 2 months the chair leg got broken. I raised a complaint with royal oak service team and asked for replacement. After so many followup, they sent a service engineer instead of replacing the broken chair they used a paste (Fewiquick) and pasted the broken chair. When i asked for replacement, they said, this is the service we can give and they will not replace the chair. Now if i ask them they are not responding. Could you kindly help me to get the replacement.

                                      I had purchased recliner 3 seater and 2 seater sofa in the year 2016 nov. Now the leather started peeling up and called sereral times yo customer car to address the issue.in turn, no one turned up and today i receive a call from [protected], who was mentioning as service boy from royaoke took all details and mmediatly dropped a call.

                                      Can you please let me know, how do i trust a brand company goingforwad who can't support in terms of service and gives a lot hopes to customer's while buying the sofa.

                                        Complaint - ref. Order no.[protected].
                                        I have purchased a 3 seater lounger sofa with leather finish in the year 2016 from pepperfry website.
                                        Please note that the leather surface has been fully deteriorated. I have used this sofa barely for 2 months in 2 years as i reside abroad and stay here for a month in year.

                                        Pepperfry's customer care response of nothing can be done as it out of 1 year warranty period has completely against the expectation of a customer who has brought your product based on brand name.
                                        I wonder how any product can become useless immediately after warranty period. Are your products meant only to be used for warranty period?
                                        Are there no quality checks when a product is sold to customer?

                                        I have attached photo of the sofa.
                                        This sofa is giving pepperfry as well as royak oak a bad image.
                                        We have already lost trust in online shopping of furniture.

                                        I expect a fouvurable action from your end.
