Ordered it on26 september and paid through debit card royaloak company gave me confirmation message to deliver it on 4th october but after that they have not given me any processing detail and had blocked my number for few days when i sent inquiry message to customer care number of royaloakcompany. Now they are frequenty postponing delivery date. I can't wait more days please cancel my order and refund money.

    Royaloak company frequently postponing delivery date i can't wait more days, my order number [protected], product code of201ch. Ordered on 26 september and paid through debitcard. I have sent inquiry to customercare no. Of company but they have blocked my number for few days and later postponed another 15 days and had not given me confirm deliverydate.

      We had booked sofa, dining &tv unit in april month.3 times damaged dining was delivered and returned. From last 2month we are waiting for one chair which was damaged and seat was missing. Tv unit has fungus and bent in one month o[censored]se. After calling and visiting to showroom number of times it’s not resolved till now. Worst quality and worst service.

        I have booked royaloak daffodil bed side table with drawers in reflective high gloss finish worth inr 5500 on 2nd september.
        And was supposed to get it within 10 days. The product is not yet delivered neither any correspondence has been from the company.
        I am going to take legal action if the matter is not resolved asap in this regard... Because royal oak is fraud company.

          I had purchased a 3 seater sofa from your website last month and it was been delivered and installed.
          But the installation has not been done properly as the legs are not installed to the sofa properly. The legs are tending to break.

            And was supposed to get it within 10 working days, but it's going to be 1 month and the product is not yet delivered neither any correspondence has been from the company.

              Dear royal oak team,

              This has reference to the dining table purchased from your banaswasdi store on 07/11/2014 in the name of shikha prasad order no:[protected]. The table had a glass top. The glass on the table suddenly broke off (Almost blasted) into pieces with a loud noise. The glass pieces were scattered all around the house which could have caused a serious injury.

              The customer care failed to help on reporting the incident complaint id:29712. I had also visited the store in person and requested the store manager to send a technician. However nobody turned up.

              This is a safety concern. The reason for breakage is clearly the poor quality of glass used and is a manufacturing defect (https://youtu.be/7EgAUhsiRQs).

              Please get the table fixed or replaced at your end.

                Hi, we recently purchased a dining table, bed and mattress from royalaok banaswadi bangalore store on 16th oct 2018.

                There have been lot off issues with the products and delivery and thus need someone to look at action this on priority.

                1. The mattress is still not delivered after 5 days of purchase.
                2. One of the dining table chair has a different cushion and thus need to be changed immediately.
                3. The dining table has a crack on the top which is quite visible and also has too many small holes.
                4. The ply board on the bed seems to be of low quality then shown at the store and has small cuts.

                I called the customre care and they did not even registered the complaint and asked to send a mail only.
                Please can someone look at these issues on priority and do help replacing with the quality project.

                We got the brand royaloak form reference however the experience is not so good so far.

                  I had purchased Glass coffee table on 2nd Sept'18 online from royal oak website and payment was immediately made on the same. The item was supposed to be delivered on 5th Sept but nothing has been delivered till date i.e. 19th Sept.

                  After waiting for 10 days and no response, i had requested the customer care team of royal oak to cancel the order and refund my money on 15th Sept. No action has been taken so far. The cost of the table was INR 4, 990.

                  Requesting the customer complaint forum to help me resolve the same and get my money refunded.

                    This is regarding recliner sofa I bought from Banaswadi banagalore. The delivered 3 seater sofa was damaged and I have complaint ( complained no. 5701) to royal oak customer care same day. I have called and emailed to them many times. They said their technical team will contact me but there is no contact even after 20 days. It is their duty to resolve the issue with the customer. They are not even responding or communicating forget about resolving the issue.

                      Hi,

                      I have placed an online order (Roy009610) on 10th sep'18.
                      As per royaloak website they quote "72hous free express delivery in bangalore". Also in order confirmation mail it is mentioned that the expected delivery is 13th sep and expected installation date is 15th sep.
                      It has been 6 days, i didn't receive the product yet. On 15th i called roaloak customer care, i talked to rekha who said i will get the product tomorrow for sure, but i was no more interested in buying it online because of poor customer service, so i asked her to kindly cancel my order and for refund. She said she update me regarding this through email in some time. Later i contacted their online chat executive, didn't get proper help. I sent around 20-25 emails to cms. [protected]@royaloakindia.com and [protected]@royaloakindia.com. So far didn't get any response. Now today i just talked to their customer support shruti and rekha. Rekha said now i will get my product on 18th sep'18. I am simply asking them to cancel my order, as i have order online only for faster delivery. They are not helping at all regarding this. Further i don't know whom to contact. I just want my money back.

                        I ordered the product 'royaloak verve jhula' from royal oak website (Order no: roy006588) and am facing issues in the same. There are scratch/cut marks present of the product, please find attached the images of the same.
                        Since this was a gift, we were expecting it to be in perfectly good condition, but in contrary we received a poor quality/damaged product.

                        I’ve been trying to contact customer care for last 1 month with no response. The call is being rejected everytime or the phone is switched off maximum time. I have even sent multiple mails to 'cms. [protected]@royaloakindia.com' but received no replied till date.

                        Really pathetic service and product.

                          We purchased a dining table worth almost rs 90, 000/- and a double bed with bedside tables and an ornate mirror besides, from royal oak, banaswadi.
                          2 days after delivery of the table, one of the chairs broke. One of the bedside tables was damaged and the mirror was warped.in spite of repeated calls to the company no contact was made by anyone in any position of authority and finally we approached a lawyer and served a legal notice to the company.
                          More than 2 weeks later, the company has not responded to the notice and we are faced with the prospect of spending more money to file criminal charges against them.
                          The broken chair lies in the middle of my home as a constant, bitter reminder of the deceit suffered by us.
                          Royal oak is not royal. It is a cheap and treacherous business venture.

                            Even though you have replaced the cushions, - Kindly see the condition of the sofa

The order was placed successfully and there is no delivery update from them for the last 15 days. When i try to reach the customer care, no one responds even though working hrs are ist day hrs. I started having a feeling that this is fraud company and would like to get an update asap. As i paid 12500+ already via credit card, am looking for refund or delivery asap.

                                I'v purchased nexson bookshelf from your store. There is huge difference what was shown to us and the product that got delivered. We have been chasing your customer service team to get it replaced. Till now nothing has happened. We spoke to 5 people in customer service but till not no solution.                                     I ordered audi queen no storage solid wood. Bed on 05/09/18 videorder no. Roy009422.
                                    I opted for payment through bajaj finance @3000 p. M for 8months, as i have their card. And their processing fee of 767/- was paid immediately. I received a confirmation that my order is placed and i would hear from बजाज immediately. It is also mentioned in the order details that i would receive the product by 12/13 th of september.

                                    Today is 07/09/18. - i did not receive any call/confirmation from bajaj or from your end.
                                    I am not sure if my order is under proces.
                                    Please ensure that i need to receive it on the promised date without fail.
                                    If there is any further delay i would opt for complete payment immediately.
                                    U may send the related link for payment. And cancel my payment through bajaj.

                                      We had placed the order on 25th of august and they delivered after 5 days. But incorrect product/color have been delivered.

                                      We had placed order for recliner which is cream colour but they have sent brown color.

                                      Also, after doing so many follow ups we have received carpet yesterday and the colour is silver when we have ordered cream color which matches our sofa.

                                      We have been trying to call the sales executives and they are very last in responding. From past 3 days they just pick the phone and tell we ill speak to our manager. Till now no resolution.

                                      I here by attaching the pictures of product delivered and i hope you will rectify this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I never expected reputed royal oak can be so bad in customer service. Each time different people come and ask for money though it is mentioned as free delivery.

                                      Very unprofessional service from Royal oak Mysore road Bangalore. I suggest not to buy anything from these guys. Trust me. We are facing lot of issues and no resolution till now.

                                      That's ok if they have delivered wrong product but at least they should have respond and give some resolution.

                                        I have purchased a king size bed and have paid online on 12aug. However the bed has not been delivered till now. The worst part is that they are not responding to any mail, message, and calls. Requesting you to cancel the order and refund the money or deliver the bed at the earliest. The only way left is to lodge a police complaint to get the problem resolved.
