It has been month since i purchased the product. They transported damaged goods. I have been calling them since 1 month for replacement. Till date no action is taken by those people. Those # keep blaming one another. Aleem supervisor of bannerghatta road is not taking any action. He says i'm not responsible check with customer care. Floor supervisor (Saravanan) of royal oak customer also keeps giving excuses telling i will check and get back. I have to call them everyday morning.

      1). Damage chair inyour technician seened the strecture of one chair was damaged on fitting time. It is damaged on both back rest and strecture. And 2). Back rest tighten screw enclosure (Cap) 2 sets not coming with box packaging it is missing.
      Note :-it is measure on safety issues on future.
      Please arrange 1new chair and provide protection caps on back rest screws tighten area

        Worst customer service I ever seen, what Royal Oak has given me so far. When you go to shop they show the product nicely and get the order. After order the tragedy starts, they saying delivery 3 days and installation 3 days after delivery. For my case, it has been delayed 10 days so Branch manager said sir don't worry we will do the delivery and installation in the same day. Product delivered today and when I asked they said within 3 days installation. I called customer care 5 times even talked with their supervisor but nobody taking this as a complain. they saying this not a complain.I wasted so much time with talking with different persons customer care, branch from Royal Oak but no result. Thanks

          Ordered a TV table unit with order number ROY008080 ([protected]) on 31th July 2018, with commitment of delivery by 7th or 8th Aug 2018.
          Until Aug 7th there is no progress in the order status. Contact customer care to know about the delivery date. They promisied that the item will be delivered by 17th Aug.
          During the conversation customer care people gave two numbers of delivery department. [protected] (Maria) & [protected] (Jeyaprakash).
          On 17th August, tried to contact online delivery department directly but there the department persons not even attending the calls.
          Get disappointed and called on customer care again and asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount.
          They asked me to send cancellation request to cms.[protected]@royaloakindia.com. I send a mail on 21st Aug and i got a reply that the money will be refunded with in 4-5 working days.
          Until 27th Aug, there is no information or refund, so again send a reminder mail.
          This time they replied that it has been intitated and it will take 72hrs. Till now there is no response.
          Tired of calling the delivery department.Such a worst company.
          Same on you fraud people in Royaloak.

            Purchased an Dinning Table at Royal Oak Furniture -Saphire dinning 4S on 1/06/2018 - PI number [protected] Within a Month I felt the product quality and the alignment is not up to the promised standards - 2 Chairs are shaky and making lot of noise - and within 2 months 1 chair was completely unusable - As a good Customer I called to raise a request to rectify the issue, that is when I realized I had purchased at wrong place - Customer Care executive was so rude and unprofessional even after making several request to raise an complaint so that the issue can be rectified(They are asking me to take a Picture of the product and send it thru email) How can I take picture of Sound and yes I agree there was a gap in the Product but that was not visible in the picture. Again I called and tried to explain them its not visible in the photo and can they arrange a technician - Executive told me that only with Photo proof sent thru email is must to raise a service request, or it might take minimum of 15 days to send technician.- They are not organised and they really don't know what is customer service is, they can only sell. Just because you have paid the money you have to beg with them for service. Executive Just hang up on me. - To the Management - DO you guys think a customers calls for a service for fun or you guys think your customers are fools??? What kind of Management you guys have??? Why you people are treating your customers so cheaply??? Just because I am your customer should I listen to your executives treat me without respect.
            DO YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT IS RESPECT???? SELF RESPECT?????

              Hi,

              This is in regards to the tv unit of royal oak berlin which was bought in oct - 2017, and the issue is the lamination paper were worn out, so far i was in the assumption that is lamination sheet was pasted in the wooden panel, but it is the paper sheet which peeling out easley within 5 months,

              When contacted with customer service royal oak they responded to raise the complaint to amazon, they can't help in this,

              And when it was raised to amazon, this what they mentioned below..

                I purchased a chair with order number roy007892 on 26th jul 2018, with commitment of delivery by 3rd aug 2018. Till now response on delivery date and every one lying every day it will be delivered. It is really disappointing how they are cheating with bank transaction of online payment with all traces. Continuously making false promises. Not even making refund my money also

                Royal oak should seriously be banned. They should learn from small vendors. They dont even have the courtesy to call back. I have been the calling mr. Jay and he is just disconnecting my call.,

                Please help me!!!

                Since it has not been delivered i have been following up for refund but they are not responding to my e-mails and answering my calls.
                It seems Royal Oak is a known cheat. They have neither delivered the product nor refunded the amount in the past 3 months since placing order. Their agents are now calling us up and harassing ever since we have intimated that we will be taking legal action. If you are interested in joining cause or action and revoking their license please reply here.

                    I have booked a glass crockery unit in electronics city Bangalore. which has been delivered but no one has contacted us. Number [protected] named as Karthik has been given by delivery team which is not working. Many times we have called to showroom but bad experience with them too. Paying money and getting stuck like is worst. ... Worst experience with royal Oak.

                      I place order with royaloak furniture on june 14th, 2018.

                      On 10th of july i sent below email
                      After compliments, my order no roy005488, i placed order on 15th june 2018, i regret to inform you that i have not received the product till now, even though the delivery was promised on 25/06/18. Kindly let me know the status of my order. If you are unable to deliver, kindly refund my money at the earliest.

                      Purchased centre table from royal oak.At the time of purchase was assured 1 year warranty and also will Polish the table after few months as there were scratches. Now when I am complaining of scratches and asking them to polish it..royal oak customer care team is telling me to do it myself as they can not do it properly

                          I purchased a center table and dining table with order number roy008258 on 4th august 2018, with commitment of delivery within 72 hours.                           I have purchased cot by paying 50, 000 full cash after week they delivered defective product and till now more than 5 technicians came and they are not able to fix issue or refund they just ignored my calls and responding to emails this is fraud company do not buy anything from here, I am planning to burn cot infront of there showroom.

                            I have bought dinning table in march 2018 in royaloak bannerghatta but after 5 months the top of the table wood is cracjing multiple area. When i called to them they didnt responded and after 10 days one mechanics came and put the pqste. Really a bad experience in my life. They are just selling rejected wood furniture and initially said it is seassom wood. So i requewt to other people please beware of this shop and dont buy any product here. They just foolish all people and make their mony with simply selling low cost furniture. I will also complain consumer case against this shop and will take necessary action of this shop.

Coustmer Care is an useless number they have provided ... Which never takes the complaint.. payment they tell us to pay on same day but not the installation... installation will take 72 hrs which is ridiculous as they meet the customer satisfaction.

                              Hi,
                              I ordered products online from ROYALOAK on 13th of July, 2018 after getting confirmation from the Customer support team that they will deliver products to my location(PIN : 829206).
                              Products were delivered to my location on 28th of July.
                              Since then I have been chasing different people of the company to get the products installed but not getting any response from them.

                              I have tried calling people in Bangalore, Kolkata, Ranchi based on details(Contact number) provided by ROYALOAK support team. But all of them are making excuses and not completing the installation. I tried calling the RoyalOAK Online support team several times at [protected](Maria) & [protected](Jaiprakash), but they don't pick up the phone and even if they respond once in a week, they give detail of a new person to contact which again goes in vain.
                              I have tried sending mails as well but that also didn't help.

                              I am attaching invoice details in the complain.
                              Please let me know if you need any other documents.

                              Hoping a fast resolution to my problem!

                                I bought 2 products on August 2nd. A dresser and a wardrobe. The product s were delivered on 5th August and the installation team arrived on 7th.
                                At the outset the dresser that was delivered has a completely broken mirror. The way the dresser has been fitted, it would break in a few days. It shakes like crazy on a small nudge.
                                The wardrobe has scratches all over the body. Some places have a hole as well. Lamination of the wooden ply has come out at many places.
                                When informed to the installation person, he said they will apply paint and patch it up.
                                I have been following up with customer care and the showroom for about 2 weeks now and there have not helped a bit. The manager last told me that I should accept such products and its common. Wonder what was my fault?

                                  I placed an order for a coffee table and a dressing table online on 28 july 2018 and paid rs.11150.00 with debit card. They were supposed to deliver on 5.08.18 but not received item even on 16.08.18, no communication from them except one mail at very early stating stage that there may be a little delay for all india truck strike.

                                  I am worried since i paid in advance and have not heard from them. I sent mail twice but they have not responded. I called over phone to their support no. But the line is connected from their end every time. This is really incredible. At a time when online business is booming their attitude is unacceptable and people will lose trust on anything bought online. I have paid a lot of money rs.11, 150.00 to be exact.

                                    Hi. I bought a chair for 8000/- rs. Installation was done two days later. After a day or two of installation, the arm-rest part came out. It came out because the factory fitted mould got broke from inside of the arm rest. I called up customer care. They sent a service person after a week of my complaint.. He applied some glue and told it should be fine. The arm rest came other the same evening. I again called them and complained and told them if it is a quick-fix using gum, then i want the product to be exchanged. They assured that this time they will use a different gum and that it i will not face any problem. Again after 15 days they send a service person. He fixed it with a gum and the arm rest opened up in a day again. I again complained them but there is no response from customer care.

                                    I am very unhappy with the royal oak product and the customer care. I suggest people to avoid buying anything from royal oak

                                      As per order confirmation no. Roy008099 the product should have been delivered and installed by 8th august, 2018. I contacted your customer care number around 100 times to enquire about the status of the order. I did not get any satisfactory reply from them and they only informed after prolonged hold that i shall get a call from the delivery people before the product is delivered. Till now neither i received any call nor the product is delivered. Please look into the matter and ensure to deliver and install the product immediately without any further delay.

                                        Bought 2 door wardrobe online from royaloak in the month of july. They took the 100% payment in advance for booking and later received defective wardrobe with bend doors. It's been 1 month continuously chasing royaloak customercare but no service provided for fixing the issue.
                                        Now, it has gone to an extent that technical team of royaloak responds in a rude manner stating that this product will be like this only.
                                        This shows the arrogance of royaloak.
