Royaloak Furniture — Very poor service and response

I have ordered a product on 13 March 2017 through online and it was promised to deliver it by 14-21 days. Been months, and it is 29 April 2017, there was no intimation about the status of the product. No response from the online customer care number mentioned in the website.

Finally managed to talk to a representative and was informed that the product has not passed the quality checks. Royal Oak were silent without dropping...

I had booked a seasham bed worth 50 k and a veta sofa set work 37 k at royal oakes, bannerghatta road, bangalore on the 15th of this month under the annual discount sale. The whole deal was so convincing that i thought by 30th april '17 my house will be fully decorated with the new furniture. Now when i keep calling them for the product, the landline number was picked up by someone. They promised to call me back after 5 mts to update the status but the call never came. Then i called up the customer care, who after keeping me hold for long time informed me that the products are not in stock and can be delivered by 1st week of may'17. I had a function at home where lots of guests will be coming to see a bare house. Best part is there is no return call from any one and every time i call up the landline, some one either disconnects it or doesnot answer the calls. I am more irritated with the way we are being treated. More than the delay it is their dishonest approach to the problem that is worrying me. I had lots of negative feedback about royal oakes on the net. But still decided to go ahead with the purchase assuming that most of them may not be correct. But it happened to me also and i fell into the trap.

Now i really donot know what is happening to my products. No one to update.. To respond.. I could have purchased elsewhere...

Very poor customer care... Customer service.. Hope the quality of products will be good to satisfy the money we have paid..

    My order number is [protected] i ordered royal oak dinning table set on 31st march 2017 and the delivery date was 21st april 2017 which is not delivered till now they say that product is out of stock and gave me the option of other product with the higher price when i refused to take that product and refund my money no one in the team attain the calls and mail.
    RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have taken sofa from Royal Oak Bommanahalli, Bangalore 3 years back. Last night the sofa is broken and hence I would request your technical team to inspect and do the needful.

      We purchased a divine sofa set from royal oak, ejipura road, bangalore assisted by mr.Khan 2 months back .The sofa is defective and has marks all over . False promises and hopes given to us. After sales services is pathetic and the quality of sofa is not delivered that was shown to us. Need a replacement or my money back.Would never make a mistake or even refer anyone royal oak henceforth.

        I have made online purchase of a TV unit after checking the availability of delivery in their website which showed that the delivery is possible. The order number is [protected] and purchase was made on 28/02/2017 with online payment option (I used credit card). A week later when I talk to their customer care, they mentioned deliver was not possible to the mentioned location and refund would be made to the account in 7-10 days. I went back to them after 26/03/2017 as I haven't received my refund, they mentioned that there was an issue with payment gateway and they asked me to share my bank account details which I shared on the same day. But I have not received my refund till date. Now they don't respond to emails.

          Royal OAK promise after pathetic Service

          We are sorry to say that your order no 16171196 which supposed to delivered on 28th march 2017 is not going to deliver due to unavailability of the product .

          Now we are processing the refund and repay your amount Rs- xxxx within 7 working days .

          Now its almost Two Weeks i am still waiting for my refund.

          The Worst service i have seen in my life.

              The company and all its branches have the worst delivery and service providers.
              I have ordered one Coffee Table on 26th March 2017 and paid upfront the entire amount with a commitment from the sales executive that the product will be delivered on 29th March 2017.
              Today is 10th April 2017 and nothing has been delivered other than false promises.
              No REFUND No Apologizes

                Royaloak Furniture — Sofa

                I Ordered a Sofa on 2nd of April Which was supposed to be delivered on 08th April, However when I visited the store to inquire about the product, They were not even aware about the product delivery. There was a manager named Gerard who was rude and informed that this can't be delivered today or tomorrow. I asked him to cancel the order and refund the amount, He informed me that refund will take 15 days time and denied service.

I had called the cx support 3 times and was also given a tech phone # (Ramana).Called the tech and he informed that he is at work and can come only tmrw. we are working and cannot afford to take leave again.

                  Billing date 6 Feb 2017

                  I had purchased Recliner Sofa set and a Dresser. Sofa got delivered and installed with no issues. However, the dresser has not yet, waiting for delivery since close to 2 months now.

                  Issues reported by Company are;
                  1. Incorrect billing of wrong dresser
                  2. Correct dresser is out of stock
                  3. Requested for display piece with discounted price.
                  4. Company agreed but then informed that the dresser had a incorrect pricing tag and is priced more than paid so no discount can be given.
                  5. I was ok and just wanted the dresser delivered but still has not due to paper work since a week of all these agreements made.

                  Multiple followups made, requests or literally did begging to deliver or refund the amount but nothing has worked. Going thru 2 months of intolerable stress and harassment by this company and its staff who are totally unprofessional and not taking this matter seriously at all.

                  Thereby submitting a complaint against the company and the staff to please take some severe and immediate action to help me overcome this stress and consumer harassment.

                  Please let me know if any additional information is required.

                    I bought my bed from them and they delivered cracked and defected item.

                    After that starts the pathetic process
                    they have policy of no refund
                    they have policy of no exchange, , they say if its minor defect they will not replace the item
                    and they will decide if it is minor defect or not.
                    all defects will be minor defect according to them

                    now u keep sending emails and calling them nothing will happen.
                    My amount went to gutter to these cheaters and frauds.

                    Dont trust these people
                    Big time cheaters
                    You will end up in frustration.

                      Royaloak Furniture — Defective and damaged shoe rack

                      We purchased a MILAN shoe rack from Hosur Rd, Roopena Agrahara, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068 on 4th march, 2017.The installation guy opened the box before installing it and he found that the piece is damaged, full of scratches and looks old.we asked him to stop the installation and replace the product.He said manager will call about it.we did not receive any call from any manager of royaloak, instead we have been chasing them...

                      Royaloak Furniture — Damaged Furniture

                      I had purchased 3+2+1 grand recliners from Royal oak on 18th Jan 2017.
                      I was told furnitures will be delivered within 3 days and it will take another 3 days for installation.

                      Royal Oak could NOT maintain their timelines. I was told the furnitures were damaged during transport and they will send new. However same damaged furnitures were sent 2 days later. The leather was torn and had alignment problems.

                      I ordered a Barbie desk/chair more than one month ago, but till date it was not delivered.
                      Order no is [protected].
                      After continuous follow up the same answer that we will be delivering soon.
                      last week I asked for refund, they told they have initiated the same.Till date no news of the refund.
                      Seems they are fake and just fooling poeple.

                      I am planning to lodge an FIR against them.

                        I had ordered online from https://www.royaloakindia.com a " RoyalOak Victor Dining Set with Four Chairs" by making full payment of invoice amount of Rs.14, 900/- on 22 Jan 17. The scheduled delivery date was 03 Feb 17 and assembly of product by 06 Feb 17. How ever till date (13 Feb 17) the product is not delivered. They don't answer calls too. Such unprofessional deviations from scheduled delivery dates puts the customers in panic as online orders are placed considering the availability of customer to receive the delivery at the address on the dates mentioned. Its definitely not the customers' responsibility to track the order or product and run behind the company to get it delivered.

                        I would like to know why a fake delivery date at the zip code location provided gets displayed on the website if the company cannot meet it. I wouldn't have placed the order if the actual delivery dates are going to be so delayed. Also, I would like to get my order ([protected]) delivered to me without further delay as I'm traveling out in 2 weeks.

                          We had ordered a dining table on 27th Dec 2016, on regular follow up they keep changing the delivery date saying some quality reasons. Now they don't answer our calls too and the emails sent by them have been requested everytime. We have paid the entire invoice amount in advance. I have lost hope of delivery, hence seek for reversal of the amount paid. We look forward for intervention and block their licence for selling any products. Customers please place orders with caution.

                          I'm yet to receive a reply from them. Please act on the customer behalf since the company seems to ignore out complaints.

                          Team, it's been more than a week, I'm struggling to get the right contact to have my product installed. Everytime I was asked to dial a new number or given an incorrect contact number to close the call. Please have someone look into this right away, my patience is wearing really thin.
                          Dear Team,

                          Please take this complaint on most important, Your branch ROYALOAK in Silk board. The Manager of in this branch Mr ABDUL Misbehave with that branch lady co-worker, so we heartly disturbed and physically.
                          So take the seviour action on that manager immediately.

                            Royaloak Furniture — Recliners made of leatherette are getting peeled of with 2 years.

                            Bought 3+2 recliners in oct 2015. Within 2 years, leatherette started peeling off. Poor quality material. Went to bannerghatta road to complain. They are not at all interested to listen & directed me to royal oak customer care. Instead of resolving issue, customer care suggesting to get paid service. Dealers fooling customers in the name festival discounts....
