Firstly they deliver a defective product.

Secondly, they delivered the wrong product. We booked a sofa in which the lounger was on the left side but they delivered a product which has a lounger on right rendering it useless for us as it blocks our gate.

Now they're just confused about what's the left side & whats the right side.

    Royal Oak = Day light robbery ! I placed an online order on 7th Apr for a coat stand and the confirmation mail stated the product will be delivered on 11th. The customer service is totally non responsive and irresponsible. They kept stating that I have to reach out to the online team - all mobile numbers and none of the calls get picked. No responses to e-mail as well. Frustrated I sent a mail to cancel the order which has been promptly done but the money has not been refunded

    I plan to lodge an FIR and lodge a case with the consumer court if not resolved in 48 hrs

        Hi,

        This is in reference to "forzza alfred book shelf oak" purchase and assembly on 21st oct 2017. Your carpenter ranjaya sharma came for the set up on this day. He took rs 6000/- (Cash -1000/- & 5000/-) for getting a cabinet done for us. Once i made a online transfer on 21st oct 2017, he started avoiding my calls and then he changed his mobile number. I have the proof of online transfer to his icici bank account. We are now planning to register a police complaint in the local police station as he never called up back and its a case of fraud. I have also registered a complaint in amazon as you guys are sellers and ranjaya is your employee.

        Please don't employ such employees.

          I bought a 3+1 sofa set from royal oak electronic city bangalore but to my shock the delivered 3seater has some manufacturing defect which creates spring noise when you sit in the middle of the sofa. I booked a compliant with customer care and a technician visited my place and they added additional wood frame but still the noise didn't go away. Now they are reluctant in replacement of the defective one and they want the sofa to be taken to their warehouse for checking. Such a unethical company which doesn't care about the customer.

            And the storage plank broke

            I strongly recommend people not to buy any stuff from royal oak
            When i tried to contact the customer care they kept transferring the call from one department to another and finally when someone picked up i asked for the manager but they denied saying the manager is in a meeting

              Have purchased delight Recliner sofa 3+2+1, purchased on 17/12/2016 through Koramangala Royal Oak Furniture.

              First Complaint raised on 10/02/2017 through walking in the showroom and manager promised to send customer care officer but not shown up.
              Secondly complaint raised through Customer care same link on 20/05/2017 registration number [protected] but again no one truned up both this complaint before the Warranty.

              After that many that couple time visited the showroom on 10th March 2018 again visited the showroom and then someone Yashier visited my home and given estimate of Rs 27000/- for repair.

              My request the product delivered was duplicate and not a genuine one.
              Have paid almost 1.20 lac for the same and I have all the right to claim my refund not change of product.

              Your customer care officer replied my mail stating the complaint was not before the Warranty to claim the repair.

              Request to relook on the same before going to consumer court and also avoid me approaching social media.

                I had purchased three wardrobes (Two doors two numbers and three doors one number) vide invoice no[protected] dated 24.03.2018 from m/s royaloak incorporation private ltd, bangalore. Initially, three doors wardrobe was delivered with three right side doors. After a long struggle, left door was given. Subsequently, all three wardrobes were installed. After installation, in many places of one two doors and one three doors wardrobe, where screw was fitted, a portion of the sheets has chipped out. The photographs of the defects have been sent by the technician who finally installed on 01.04.2018. The matters of defects were also brought out to the company's customer care executive mr. Shabbir today i. E. 02.04.2018. I could not attach some more defects photographs. These two wardrobe needs to be replace. Please help.

                  The office table received has several scratches, ply coming out everywhere, drawer fitting improper amd drawer is not opening. Raised complaint on the very first day n made 10-15 calls to customer care. They say you will get a call back and product will be replaced. But we never get any call. The same story repeats when we call them again. Showroom manager is least bothered. Customer care is rude amd disconnects the call while we are still speaking. Already lost huge business because unbale to open office.

                    In the month of december, 2017, i visited royal oak, electronic city branch and found the mrp for a texas king bed as 53000 and on it, the discount was 50 percent which comes at 26500.
                    On 11th march, 2018, when i visited the same store mrp of texas king bed has been brought down to 49000 and offer price is 24500.
                    So, my question was, why is this mrp getting varied?
                    Want to file a case on the company for duping the customers with varied prices.

                    Does the consignment cost varies every 3 months? even though its varied why does it gets reflected on the same product presented in display changing the sticker for that?If thats the case, why does the merchants sold the products before the implementation of GST for a lesser price? They can also follow the same rule and offer the products for a discounted rate later? But they didnt do it.

                      I purchased a sheesham wood king size bed from royaloak koramangala branch on the 12th of march, 2018. The bed got delivered on the 14th, but while the royaloak assembly team was setting up the bed (On the 15th), we noticed that the following things were broken:

                      1. Footrest broken in two places
                      2. Ply chipped in three places
                      3. Headboard chipped in 2-3 places
                      4. Side-panel with scratches

                      I spoke to the manager, but he was not available on call or when we went to the branch to visit.in fact, he is actively ignoring our calls, because immediately after i tried his number and he didn't pick up, i got a call from the branch.

                      Initially they had said they'll replace the bed by today (The 16th of march) or tomorrow morning, but they haven't, and they didn't even have the courtesy to call us to let us know.

                      When we called them in the evening, they said tomorrow morning will not be possible and they will try to deliver by tomorrow evening or day-after.

                      Very frustrating experience, and we have already made the full payment.

                      I purchased sydney round dining table from royal oak furniture almost 1 year back. Now I found wooden leg support in two chairs are broken or detached.
                      We Purchased bed - invoice no.[protected] dt 06.02.2018. Yesterday evening, when we opened the hydrolic door it opened and is not getting closed.

                        Sir, royal oak geo coffee table order no ROY002839 CUSTOMER NAME
                        Mr R R K mohan with registered phone number[protected] from Vijayawada andhra Pradesh.
                        The complaint is product delivery is on Feb 10th but didn't received and we called their customer care and then their employee jai prakash ji and then we came to know that by feb 25th we will receive the product and again the same story repeated we didn't received the product.
                        We called their customer care but their staff simply giving different phone numbers and no one is telling the exact delivery date.
                        Also their employee jai prakash (phone numbers [protected] and [protected]) not responding to our phone calls even though we called him several times on his two phone numbers.
                        so plz take stern action

                        The product has not reached us though they promised on march 7th that on saturday 10th march it will be delivered.Shameless royal oak people.they cheated us 3rd time by fake promises.the royal oak website showing the product not even dispatched.(the proof attached)

                            Have been following with customer support, technicians but still the issue is not resolved, had a worst customer experience in my life.

                            Already raised on social media, mailing customer support on daily basis but no one is looking into the same. Already been 2 weeks now and technicians has visited multiple times but the issue of noise from a new bed is not resolved.

                            Technician / installation guy are just focussed on closing complaint while their focus should be customer satisfaction. Even customer support team doesn't replies, talked to mr. Prasad but no outcome no communication from royaloak team. Not sure what kind of customer support they are providing, when i am not asking for service for an old furniture, never happened that i have to follow up so much for a new item whether it is furniture on anything else with anyone.

                            Technician just provide a temporary solution and he is not able to solve the problem completely and has destroyed the purpose of sheesham bed by fitting dozens of more screws and still not solving the problem nor the purpose.

                              I have taken king size cot and wardrobe in royal oak but within two years, the quality of wood is changed asif we cannot able to see it. Attached are the images. We contacted the person's in royal oak but there was no proper response. Please think before you buy anything from royal oak.

                              Royal oak as a brand you have to maintain the quality to the customers. Make sure to don't degrade your value.

                                I had ordered a wardrobe from royaloak online the order is confirmed however there is no communication from their end after that. The order was booked on 12th feb and since then when i am calling the customer care they are asking me to call jai prakash & rohit however both the people do not pick the call or revert back. I had written mail as well and there is no response. Will they be able to deliver or should i register a case against forgery for taking the payment and not delivering the goods or reverting?

                                There is no response from the company nor they have sent me the wardrobe or my money. Please let me know how can i file a consumer complain or should i contact cyber cell of police to file an FIR. It has been more than 1 month now and there is no mail or written communication from them.

                                Royal Oak is a cheat company and non of the people should buy or think of buying from their they take the money online and do not give the material nor respond after that
                                Person who delivered the finly sofa to me has done damage to the building.
                                This is done to Sumukha Maple Grove.

                                  Multiple issue faced (Order# [protected]):

                                  1. False promise to get the order, no concern on what they commit - ordered 3+1+1 rio sofa from electronics city bangalore branch on 10th feb only because they promised to deliver and install by 14th feb as i needed it by or before that time. Delivery and installation completed on 17th feb.

                                  2. 6500 inr price difference!!!
                                  On checking amazon (Online store) i found the same sofa being sold at much cheaper price (Screenshot attached). I purchased for 56.5k and on amazon it is for less than 50k. On contacting customer care they say to contact store where i purchased. Store says amazon piece would be old clearance. Either i got cheated or someone from amazon will as they selling as new on amazon. Company (Royal oak) hold a tag in it's name as "... At honest price", not sure how they intend to write this.

                                  Numerous follow up was a pain but the above points pinches a lot.

                                  Is the intent to say that Royal Oak does not care about at what rate third party sells their product... This is ridiculously humorous response... Company holds some reputation but by such action not sure how they take care of their brand. Looks like you don't partner with 3rd party vendors. And suppose they shell out more money from their pockets to sell your products...

                                    Hi,

                                    We purchased furniture cathy office desk from royal oak in november. It was an old defective piece and was not new.

                                    We sent email with pictures to customer care showing the defect. Customer care sent technicians in december. They came and checked the desk and said that it should be replaced.

                                    Thereafter we made multiple calls to customer care. We were pressurized on multiple times to give in to just getting technicians to "repair" the desk. But when the technicians themselves said the desk needed to be replaced, how can technicians repair? Why should we settle for a facelift when we have paid for a new piece?

                                    Thereafter we were promised by the assistant manager mary celin j that if we waited the product would be replaced, as presently it was out of stock. This was in december. We said we would wait.

                                    Now its february. I have sent upto 7 emails to customer care. No response.

                                    Everytime i call up customer care, its the same story. They ask if i have sent an email! Then they say they will call back [we have never received a call back]. Then they say they will send technicians

                                    Yesterday i spoke to a customer service agent by name chetan and he said product is in stock and he will call back regarding replacement. Didnt receive any call [as expected]. I called back today and another customer service agent said "we cannot replace product we will send technician!!!"

                                    After making us wait for close to 3 months, this is their response!

                                    I have told them that i will make sure this matter is brought to notice of multiple people. This is plain cheating

                                      I know there is no use putting this complaint here.Even your customer care stopped picking my call if they see my number. If you can't deliver the product just say it openly .I am going to file a complaint soon with the authorities .I am not going to leave you guys. I should have checked reviews before buying from you.                                         I have order wardrobe on last monday while ordering, the delivery date was showing on 1st or 2nd of feb so i have ordered and amount got deducted from my account as well but still there is no any update on that product.. When i try to login and track my order it is showing payment status: success

                                        Seriously i don't know when they are going to deliver my productbr...
