I'm still waiting for my sofa it has been almost 6 months from the time i ordered it online.
Today i talk with someone on you customer support line and they told me they don't have my order.
How it is possible you take money, you don't deliver for almost 6 months the order and you refuse to refund the money!
Should i make complain to the police so you can send the sofa or refund?
This is ridiculous and your company is fraud!
This is very bad for your company marketing and opinion on market.

I have contacted you so many times that i can't count how many emails and phone calls i made. And still i have no information.
Please contact me asap!

    I have ordered and booked the furniture worth 1 lakh on november 1st and above and i have given in to understanding that will be delivered and installed with in 9th of november.

    But nothing is done, our customer care is useless, store manager are iressponsible.

    I have order the furniture in the view of some family function on 10th but my family function went with out furnitures in my house, i am so embarrassed with my relatives and i lost all my dream to do the function, due to this i got high bp and collapsed i went to mental disturbance

        Got my product delivered with one day delay. Now after 6 days not installed and every day from arekere store they will commit for a tomorrow and they are just bluffing. Customer care neither picks the phone. Pathetic service and they are treating very rude. Every day i had to wait as they said someone will come and my entire day was gone in following up. They are only money oriented and not service.

        I purchased 2 sofa - 2 seater Logan from your Indiranagar store. Delivery was made on 4th Jan 2017.

        At the time of placing the order I was told that the length of sofa is 60 inches but it is coming to 56 inches after the final delivery which has completely destroyed my look of the room.

        I need the replacement of this with 3 seater logan sofa. The sofa is wrapped at my home like that only.

        Need replacement of only 1 sofa with a 3 seater sofa. I will bear the delivery charges of any.

        Getting n favorable response from Mr. Surendra (Store Manager) and Mr. Rajesh (Customer Care Manager). I am just rotating with calls.

        Need an update on this immediately.

          I purchased one tv unit from the arekere branch & they told 4 days for delivery & 72 hours for installation. Today is the 13th day, boxes are lying on my roo., no one hs turned up for installation. All illeterate frauds are sitting in the cc & the stores. Made more than 100 calls, visited personally 2 times for complain. No result still. Neex register criminal case against them.

            I have purchased a sofa set on[protected] in royaloak mysore road branch, order number is registered to mobile number ([protected]), they have delivered the product after 5 days i. E., on[protected], even though there is a delay i was ok with it. Later the salesman has promised me that the installation will be done on or before tuesday[protected]. When i tried to reach out to him that he started saying that he has no clue about installation and asked me to contact their customer care number ([protected]). I have called and spoken to their representative and they said that it has been assigned and by wednesday i will get a call from the installation guy. Later for reconfirmation i called twice to the customer care on wednesday (11/1/2017) and asked them that to give me correct information. They confirmed that at any cost they will do the installation on wednesday. But nobody had shown up and i tried reaching out to them. All of their customer care numbers are not working. Its been 12th day since i had purchased the product and i am not using it. When i enquired about cancellation, their representatives are saying that it is against their policies and that cant be done.

            I Hv purchase sofa set and bed on 29/10/17 delivery got delay 7days due to bed was got damaged... Now products has got delivered on 06/11/17 and I got call & told technicians will be send on 09/11/17 but no one has called me... After 5-6 times follow up with C. C now telling its not possible today due to non availability of technicians.

              I am really disappointed with royal oak services. I have purchased king size bed from kormangla branch on 10 the oct they said they will get it deliver by 15 th oct. Today is 1 st november and fedup by calling them and pathetic services. I called them 20 times and they just received 1 st time and asked my name and next 19 call they have just picked and disconnected.

              I would request you to all don't buy anything from royal oak.. At least i am not going to buy anything.

              I have checked their review and realized i am not the first one with this pain.

                  I had ordered bulk product from royal oak banashankari though we patiently accepted the drama in delivery process. The 6 inch queen size royal oak mattress has been delivered instead of 8 inch. Even 3 seater sofa's part was missing. Dinning table is wiggling even after mentioning it fitter gave silly reason either replace it or fix it up. I want all this fixed as soon as possible.

                  Sofa set has been fixed, mattress is also checked thank you. But dinning table chair still not fixed . The technician told me that it will be gradually set after using it for 1 month. I don't know whether it's a genuine reason or not. I have uploaded the video however

                    Its very hard to believe that company standards have dipped down so badly.

                    I have ordered bed last week from royal oak kengeri branch & was promised delivery and installation will be over in 8 days (Weekend included).

                    Today's its 10th day apart from delivery nothing good has happened. Customer care number doesn't work and call drops every time.

                    I had to walk in yo store to raise complaint & manager promised by thursday (26th oct) installation will be done but was as careless as if i have taken product om loan. One of the emp "nitish < [protected] >"pitched in with some sympathetic lines which was not even genuine atleast he heard me and gave his number [protected] and asked me to call him for any issue and confirmed installation will be over by 26th oct.

                    Today (26th oct), i had called him he picked the call as he didn't had my number and confirm installation will happen today. When i enquired further my calls is not picked.

                    Its frustrating to see such huge company have such low standards promising and customer services.. Product might be good but i wish i could have opted pepperfry.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I had booked zita sofa 3+1+1 on 15th oct at bannerghatta road store. At the time of booking the delivery date given was 21st. Later on 16th i had called and requested to deliver the sofa on 18th oct. It was told that they had updated their records for the same.

                        I had got a text msg on 18th oct at 6.16 am as "dear customer, please note that your delivery is in progress for invoice number sla[protected]"

                        Till now delivery has not happened. The reason i am getting is we called but customer didn't pick the call. Today i had got a call from royal oak when i was in other call, immediately i had called back to the number and it was told that it is head office. I informed on the call given by them but they are not aware. Since from past 5 days daily i am calling to your customer care number but the response is poor.

                        I need to send this sofa to my native hassan, i had paid advance of 2k out of 6k and i am getting followed by transport office daily and i am giving excuses for the delay from royal oak. Considering that atleast i will get sofa today i had told transport office tomorrow early morning, but as of now i am not going to get sofa by tomorrow morning. Hence transport office is going to cancel my order and advance of 2k is non refundable. Who is going to bare this 2k for me. Again i need to search for other transport. I need royal oak to bear the loss and take care of transporting charge to hassan.

                        2 weeks back i had purchased reclainer sofa, king size cot and matress i didn't had this delivery issues. Don't know what went wrong now.

                        Kindly respond to this email and do the needful to get the sofa by tomorrow itself.

                          On 9th october 2017 from bannerghatta, bangalore royal oak showroom we bought a tv unit for rs 8989.44 and which was delivered after 7days but when the installation person opened the box, we found that it was a broken piece and told they will replace it within 3days. It took another 7days to send a replacement piece which again was not a tv unit. They send a crockery unit this time.

                          There is no one from the showroom or customer care responding properly. When we call these people they say that with in one hrs you will get a call which never happened.

                                Delay in computer table installation. I have made multiple calls last 3 days and the only response i receive is you will receive call from technical team for installation tomorrow however, when i called today they said they have other pending installation from last month once that is completed mine will be addressed. This is ridiculous and poor service. If you have a pending installation from long time then why do you sell product and promise delivery and installation will be done in 5 days.

                                  Even after paying full amount for a shoe rack it took them 2 weeks to deliver it.. That also after so many phone calls... Most of the time they are confused and don't know what is happening.. Then they stop answering your phone calls... We had to go there and pick up our shoe rack which they had packed already... When we got it home we saw that it was a damaged display piece... They had told that we will be given a new piece... Now it's been 2 weeks nobody came to change the damaged glass... Very much frustrated because of this... Waste of money and time... Staff is not at all helping infact telling lies every now and then.
                                  Pathetic service... Never wanna buy anything from them again... I have ended up with this damaged shoe rack after paying good amount of money...

                                  I am fed up of this follow up which has been going on for so many days..im writing here because im not getting any help from showroom ppl...that is also for a normal shoe rack...finishing of shoe rack is very bad...drawer handles are different..corner lamination has gone...they have given disply piece..when we bought it they promised that they will give new one which they have in stock...everyday day im calling them but no proper answer...everyday someone is on leave and messaging new number...and that no one is answering.

                                    I had booked for a 2 seater recliner and a shoe rack on 1st oct 2017 along with full payment of rs.59000 done on the same day with booking id - 73804 and 73813 in royaloak furniture marathahalli branch.
                                    The delivery happened on 5th oct 2017 but even until now the installation is still not yet done. This is despite my repeated calls to the customer care for the last 4 days and to the branch office - marathahalli there is no proper response from anyone and least bothered attitude.
                                    The mobile number provided by the sales executive mr. Suresh is also not a valid number.
                                    This is not the kind of service expected from a reputed furniture company - royaloak furniture.
                                    Now i do not want any installation and expect a full refund of my money.
