I am really disappointed with royal oak services. I have purchased king size bed from kormangla branch on 10 the oct they said they will get it deliver by 15 th oct. Today is 1 st november and fedup by calling them and pathetic services. I called them 20 times and they just received 1 st time and asked my name and next 19 call they have just picked and disconnected.

I would request you to all don't buy anything from royal oak.....

I had ordered bulk product from royal oak banashankari though we patiently accepted the drama in delivery process. The 6 inch queen size royal oak mattress has been delivered instead of 8 inch. Even 3 seater sofa's part was missing. Dinning table is wiggling even after mentioning it fitter gave silly reason either replace it or fix it up. I want all this fixed as soon as possible....

Its very hard to believe that company standards have dipped down so badly.

I have ordered bed last week from royal oak kengeri branch & was promised delivery and installation will be over in 8 days (Weekend included).

Today's its 10th day apart from delivery nothing good has happened. Customer care number doesn't work and call drops every time.

I had to walk in yo store to raise complaint & manager...

Don't order anything from royal oak.. Sorry to say fraud peoples..

On 9th october 2017 from bannerghatta, bangalore royal oak showroom we bought a tv unit for rs 8989.44 and which was delivered after 7days but when the installation person opened the box, we found that it was a broken piece and told they will replace it within 3days. It took another 7days to send a replacement piece which again was not a tv unit. They send a crockery unit this time.

There is no one from the showroom or customer...

Even after multiple calls to customer care... No valid information has been provided even they do not know what is happening...

Pathetic service.. The only answer that i get from the customer care is... Will be receiving a call... Which never happens... Now even the customer care has stopped...

Hi all
I have bought magna 3 seater and 2 seater a month before. I was very excited and chose magna.. They delivered on time and installation people also came.. After installation we came to know damages were there in the both sofas.. Immediately i called customer care they said will get replacement fully. So i was waited.. It took almost 15 days to get the replacement.. Finally the sofa came.. After they delivered i was shocked.....

Royal oak failed to deliver the item in time and it has violated their own terms and conditions and frustrating the customer. I have given multiple call backs to royal oak customer care but still they didn't deliver the item.

I have spoke to thier customer support more than 10 times and also written to them via email but i didn't even get the response from them at all. I have attached the mail copy in the snapshots....

I had purchased this single bed on 2nd september and it was assembled on 4th september in my house.

Unfortunately due to low-quality material/faulty installation sleeping panel has been broken on 24th september i. E. Just in 20 days. Matter of fact i was out of station for 10 days so bed was used only for 10 days before it broke.
