I had placed an order for 2 side tables on 2 Feb 2022 under the Order Number : ROY00138591 from the website https://royaloakindia.com/. The same got delivered to me on 15th Feb in evening.
After assembly, I found that the item is not matching the description as mentioned in your website and informed about it to the customer care on 16th Feb.
1. The size of the table mentioned in website is 15.5x15.5x15.5, but the one I received is of 17.5x16x16.
2. The material mentioned is HDF With Melamine Finish, but in actual its Particle wood.
3. The fitting is also incorrect. The top drawer is closing on the top panel and not properly going inside. As per the assembly carpenter, he said, its due to the design of it. But in the pics on your website its clearly visible that both the drawers are going inside and closing at the same level.

After calling your customer care multiple times, they gave me the number of Mr. Pravin ([protected]). He said, he will arrange for return pickup and then refund the amount.
The return pickup was done on 21st Feb 2022 and since then I have not received the refund of the money. There is no proper response of the messages sent to Mr. Pravin Raj or the emails sent to their customer care.
Every time I call, they just say, its under process and then disconnects the call.
Please help me in getting my refund money of Rs.9500.

    4 months back I have purchased royal oak spring mattress from shimoga karnataka but it was a damaged one when I asked them to replace they are telling one r other reason I personally visited store again on 12th march 2022 and i paid extra amount to replace the spring mattress to foam mattress still they have not delivered and they are not picking my cal also frustrated with your service

      Bought 3+2 seater sofa in the end of January 2022.The product delivered was damaged and no polish and has rough edges and scratches. ALL THE CUSHIONS were torn out and they covered up it with cushion cover of cheap jute material.it seems to be used product. Raised a compliant on the same day of delivery but no response from the team.Its been 1 and half month but no resolution to my issue they charged huge amount 53k but sent us fake product.

        Reporting in this forum as the below complaint lodged with the Royaloak Customer Care found useless.

        Order placed in Kanakapura Road branch on 20-Mar-2022 was delivered on 21-Mar-2022

        However, it took 3days for the technician to visit us after several follow ups on [protected] - First disappointment point is following for the technician to assemble the delivered product even after 48hrs of your standard waiting time after delivery.

        Now when the technician Mr. Imran comes to assemble, the products delivered, Dining set DT4025-4S the legs of the table assembled without the washers as it was not getting fitted with it. When you are charging such high prices the product design and manufacturing should match the standard. - Second disappointment point

        And finally the major disappointment, the 3 seater Malaysian sofa which is delivered is a damaged piece. From the packing itself it is very evident that the damaged product is delivered knowingly. In one of the corners where there is damage the packing cover white sack is covered with a brown paper and cello tape which is not the case with the other corners. Image attached. Technician says he reported it in the group but there is no communication regarding the complaint lodged.

        Informed Mr. Ali and Mr. Lingaraju from the Kanakapura Road branch regarding the same.

        Being such a big brand, all the processes including your delivery, allocating technicians for assembly, quality of the product and the customer care needs a lot of improvement.

        Finally after continuous follow ups the replacement sofa is delivered in good condition on the 9th day of purchase. I would like to thank 1. Mr. Imran from the service department to take the ownership in identifying the faulty piece and also to be there till the replacement. 2. Mr. Lingaraju and Mr. Shaik from Kanakapura Road Branch 3. Mr. Murali from the warehouse 4. Mr. Manu from service vehicle Thanks for the needful action. Still I insist ROYALOAK to improve the overall support system to have happy customers.           I visited the Bannerghatta road showroom on 20th Feb and bought this bed, the same product was delivered on 24th Feb.

          the product delivered is defective as the plywood supplied is of a lesser width and the bed is not even, abnormal sound observed even after putting the mattress on the bed.

          i am continuously following it up with Royaloak, but there is no response, after paying 40k, they supplied a defective product.

          the Customer care is hopeless, irresponsible and pathetic.
          I even spoke to one of the customer care manager - Mr.Praveen raj, he has no authority in resolving problems.

          its been 4 weeks now and I am still dealing with the defective product

            I had purachased a book shelf from Royal oak Attapur on 16/2/2022 for Rs 26000/= Order No SQ[protected].

            It was delivered on 21 February and we found a big crack in one of the rear leg .We had raised a complaint with the store and the operation manger Mr Syed had raised a complaint to get it changed. A technician had come to repair the leg and he wanted to do patchwork by sticking itwith glue.We dont want to compromise, So we want a replacement of the book shelf.
            Moreover after purchase is over there is nobody to accept reponsibility and take the initiative to get it changed . We have been shunted from Manager to service, manager to store manger..There is also a comlaint raised RIPL 17064
            Invoice no SI[protected] dated 17 Feb 2022.
            The crack is quite big and we request replacement.

            A replacement was delivered to me after umpteen calls back and forth after nearly a month and half..The process of handling customer complaints is very poor with the help desk unable to give proper answers and the service managers remaining unreachable except on a few occassions.

              I have complained multiple times through multiple channels. I purchased a dining table set... Got a mismatched chair but they are still not changing it after multiple complaints.. I just keep getting calls and they block me after some time.. It's been more than 6 months now.

                We have visited roaloak store kukatpally 24th Feb and saw a 2 recliners sets of 3seater for 21k and 2 seater for 16k in the clearance sale where they are damaged partially 3 seater having middle seat broken and 2 seater shoulder broken, assoxiate have told that they will repair qfter we buy the product.

                we have told that will update you by thinking. We have visited all the royaloak stores i the city seing the clearance sales and found that these are worth to take and visited again on 28th feb for booking 2seater recliner.

                The manager and executives said that the damaged part may not be available, we will talk to the worker and update you tomorrow and they have forcefully sent us for the day ans there was no update ans the phone number tey gave was switched off.

                I have repeatedly contacted and found a number of Ramesh and he was telling the product was not there once and again that the price was not reflecting on system and number of reasons and no updates were given till date.

                Today if I repeatedly contacted and they have changed the price tag for the product and sent the photos and saying the products were not in clearance sale.

                I have attached the images you can see the price tags were newly printed and kept and you xan see the old tags for different products at the back.

                . If the product is not in clearance sale why the products are all with clearance sale products and don't know what is the reason they have made wait for these many days and now they are cheating us.
                We have missed the alternate offers because of this offer and left out with no option now.

                  Scratched, cheap finishing, small damage product delivered

                  19.02.2022 -afternoon
                  On 19th February 2022, I have directly visited Royaloak furniture (6 km from home), Ambattur to buy a New office chair.
                  I have ordered a Alpha Office chair model - pl refer our Image (Order no:[protected].
                  They asked to pay full amount of Rs.8990. I have paid the same amount thru my ATM card.

                  An employee (Mr.Naveen) and Manager (Mr.Nithish) told ''you will receive the chair within 4-7 days''.

                  I came to my home and checked the ordered product (Order no:[protected] in their website.
                  It shows product Not available status to our PIN Code (600062).
                  Immediately I have called them ([protected]/28) and asked about this matter. – pl refer call history

                  No intimation about this from them then I called and asked, they told again it will reach you within 7 days.

                  27.02.2022
                  But 9th day (27.02.2022 -afternoon) only they delivered the chair package by a person, later two technician came and installed this Chair – around 2.30pm-27.02.2022.
                  Immediately I observed the defects of following. I directly went their showroom and reported within 2-3 hours to Mr.Nithish (around 5pm-27.02.2022)
                  :: Defects / Damages::
                  It’s having many used marks, Scratches, a mild cut in backside- pl refer our Images
                  The headrest is not in proper angle - pl refer our Image
                  Received cheap quality Tilt adjustable by hand
                  Poor and cheap quality finishing mounded headrest fittings - pl refer our Image
                  Low quality Tilt adjustable knob –pl refer both images
                  (But they showed a quality Tilt adjustable- in their webpage also showing quality Tilt adjustable

                  Mr.Nithish told I will send the technician by tomorrow Morning (28.02.2022) to check the defects.
                  But no one call or come up to 4pm, again I called them and finally technician Mr.Mohan ([protected]) came at 6.24pm and took photos in his camera mobile.

                  01.03.2022
                  Technician told tomorrow morning (01.03.2022) they will call you from showroom.
                  But as usual no one calls about this more than 24 hours (01.03.2022).
                  I directly went their showroom around 6 pm on 01.03.2022 and met Manager Mr. Nithish again explained entire story about this issue. He told our service manager "mr.Hemanth" will call you immediately to proceed, photographs already sent to him he told. He gave Mr.hemanth contact number ([protected]).
                  As usual no calls, again myself called mr.Hemanth he responded 2nd call and he asked the problem-told again entire story about this issue to him also.
                  He told am not received any photographs from anyone again asked me to send photographs of defective areas of the chair. I will saw and "revert you immediately". -phone call history attached.
                  Again I took all the photographs and sent to his Whatsapp number as per his request.

                  02.03.2022
                  But as usual no calls and no whatsapp from him, Nothing on 02.03.2022

                  03.03.2022
                  7 times tried him from my same mobile number and he simply Ignored my calls. -phone call history attached.
                  I tried twice from “other number” and he attended the call and he told i will call you few minutes.
                  As usual no call..

                  :: IMPORTANT:: 3:58pm- 03.03.2022

                  Again I tried him and he accepted also he told, I saw the photographs and
                  “”Damages”” are there I will contact you later now am driving

                  In these 5 days (27.02.2022 - 03.03.2022), I was mentally tired, they gave more unnecessary mental stress. (Ordered and amount paid on 19.02.2022).

                  From showroom mr.Dhinesh he ignored more than five calls from me on 03.03.2022. –refer call history images.

                  Their ignorance of phone calls, escalating manners, unethical behavior, and poor response is improper. Due to this kind approached finally I decided and, I "safely handed over the chair" in their showroom same day evening around 5'o clock with box, including polythene covers.
                  From their reception, mr.Dhinesh told lies as "I already spoke with you in conference call with hemanth".
                  I am not received any conference call from them – Pl refer call history image
                  I clearly told i will talk with only manager mr.nithish and technician mr.mohan (who took the photographs from my place).
                  Instead of this mr.Dhinesh he ignored more than five calls from me on 03.03.2022.
                  Once i spooked mr.nithish from their mobile (he was in another showroom) he asked me to wait.

                  The manager came later and shouted, we won’t refund, and I will give another chair instead of this one.
                  They won’t give time to tell anything, I also argued properly with him and i indicated the defects, physical damages in the chair. I asked only refund my amount of Rs.8990.
                  Also he “warned me to take the chair and everything you won’t get anything from here and we are not responsible of these” in a unethical behavior. Am not replied anything to him and came out from their showroom.

                  I have enclosed all photographs of defective chairs and phone call histories.

                  Physical verification in day light only we can see these defects very clearly.

                  My resident in Thirumullaovoyal - Chennai 600062, nearly 6km away from Royaloak showroom, Ambattur.

                  I am requesting this forum, to refund of my amount of Rs.8990. and solve this issue in a Professional manner with Ethics at the Earliest

                    I have purchased the recliner on 04/01/2022 from Royal Oak Hyderabad(banjarahills branch) and got transported to Karnataka, yadgir-585201 because the particular recliner is not available in Karnataka state, Soo purchased at Hyderabad and brought to Karnataka.

                    Hardly 2 months completed and now the 3 seater recliner cushion density has gone down in the three seater recliner right side corner one(in the below image it is left side corner seater) and going very down when i am sitting in that recliner,
                    Cushion Quality is not at all upto the mark.

                    At the time of purchase your sales people told in such a way that its all imported item and all the ### but the imported item would not be like this I think so .

                    Very disappointed with this product not at all recommendable .

                    I am attaching the images, you can see the cushion alignment in that image and see how much difference is there in the cushion when compared to the beside middle seater you can understand the problem with your product and also stiches have gone away in soo many places hardly 2 months not completed and these mANY PROBLEMs in your product, if i use this product for 1year you can assume what would be the status of this particular product sold by you .

                    Now i am getting a doubt that you people are selling a locally produced ones and selling in the name of other countries like italian, american etc

                        Purchased a teal wood bed 2 weeks back. It came damaged while shipping and seems the wood is not teal wood but a cheap quality. Informed the store manager indiranagar Bangalore and no action or replaced is done as per promise.

                            The chair uplift is not working, I have had complaints from day 1 of the product and they send different technicians, and the issue is not resolved.
                            Now the uplift of the chair is not working. Its been only 1 week and the product is not working properly.

                            I wanted a replacement of this product

                              I bought this chair during September 2020. It was ok for one year and Now suddenly chair is not functioning properly and hands got detached from the chair. Please help me out on this regard. Does your product only function properly during the warranty period and will start malfunctioning after warranty.

                                Damaged product was delivered .store manager sent a mail for refund but refund has not happened till date .he buys time saying he will replace it. No furniture in stocks and the one he has is also damaged. Now when we visit store he s taking back his words saying he can't refund .when I showed the mail he has no answer .customer care is waste no one transferring my call to Manager .waste of money and waste of time .fraud ppl who don't stick on to words spoken or mail sent .such ppl will spoil the brand and the products are also damaged as certified by their own technicians who came in to fit the furniture .sad but truth .pls not buy and suffer like me

                                  My Order Number ROY00136677 ordered on 08-Jan-2022, dinning set has delivered on 11-Jan-2022, installed on 18-Jan-2022 (Royaloak assurance is 48 hours installation, but it never happened) and seen that entire set is damanged on same installation day which was seen by technician who visiited, worrest Furniture even seen even on roadside which was sent by the great Royaloak, took Royaloak Audi Sheesham Wood 4 Seater Dining Table Set, all the four chair's, two Table legs are Damaged/hard cracks visible clearly and can feel the damage, with full of Dust and some white spot marks seen with dull finishing not even polished before delivering to the customer, moreover telling that QC has been done, Regional Service Head took responsibility and told on 20-Jan-2022 that dinning set will replaced within 5 working days, then finally chairs picked on 26-Jan-2022 after 5 days and for Table telling that there is no space on truck, till today those chairs are not delivered back, and also told will replace Table also but not picked, Service Head promissed to replace within 5 days dinning set on 20-Jan-2022, even after 11 days telling that will polish/repair and deliver the same 4 chairs on 31-Jan-2022, but still nothing has been done, just telling all is well planned and team is going on working on it, all fake promisses by Royaoak Team members, Please dont buy any sought of furniture from Royaloak, this was an good experience with me.

                                    I purchased sofa set of 130000 cost but felt very bad about customer service at electronic city, Bangalore hosur highway. No response for customer call they won't even update when delivery will be done...Fed up ...please don't purchase anything from royaloak...

                                      I had purchased a 6 seater dining Table from your Mysore branch1 Royal oak showroom, but the design is so bad, joints are too weak and delicate, my mother fell down twice and got hurt due to the chair broken.
                                      your person repaired it, but due to the quality or the slippery design its happening again and again, so I am request you to kindly replace/exchange it with a metal based another set.
                                      As I am not getting any positive response from your Mysore showroom people, so I am writing that you will do the needful for sure.
