I purchased a single seater recliner online on 24.01.2022 for Rs 24000 . Due to some reasons I want to cancel my order and called the customer care on the same day of the order, they said the order can't be cancelled. I wrote an email to the customer care to cancel my order, they asked me the reason and I told. After that I am following up for the status of my order cancellation but they are not replying.

I request to kindly cancel my order and initiate refund asap as my money is stuck.

    I have purchased a recliner worth 1, 20, 000 from royal oak furniture jubilee hills Hyderabad. One part is missing in that recliner, i have mentioned that clearly in the bill during home delivery also .
    But those people are least bothered about that.
    Received Furniture 1 month ago still no response from their end .

      Sir/ Madam, I have ordered the product Royaloak Lucas Multi Purpose Table vide order no ROY00137010 on 13.01.20200 . I have received the product on 17.01.2022 vide invoice no SI[protected]. As per the description they have mentioned the product dimensions as Length 19.5 Inches and width 12 inches enclosing pictures of product description for your reference. Where as i have received the product with length 30 Inches and width 20 inches and quality of product is also bad .since the
      dimensions are different which is not fitting in my room as planned . i have sent a mail to customer care thru mail [protected]@royaloakindia.comand requested to return the product since nobody responding properly i have contacted customer care on number[protected] even then none of the company representatives are responding properly .Requesting you to please take up the issue

        I bought ‘Charger Wooden 6s Dining Table' from Royal Oak via order id SQ[protected] on 03/Nov, which got delivered and assembled during mid November (17/Nov/2021). Immediately post installation, i saw a crack on one of the chairs and i reported this to royal customer care.

        I informed the customer care that i do not need repair of this product, since it was delivered defective and wood used in the furniture is also of very low quality. Instead i requested them for a refund or a store credit, so that i can buy a better product. I paid 42K for this dining table, and i feel i can get a better quality wood product for the same amount.

        I have been chasing with the customer care team, but do not have any resolution yet.

          Last year Nov 2021 i have relocated from bangalore to chennai. The FLINT KING BED (COT)-BD8803-6 bed i bought in bangalore royaloak before few years. I have received a very good service from bangalore branch for dismantling it during relocation. But in chennai i tried to find service man by sending mail to this id '[protected]@royaloakindia.com', I have been asked to pay 800Rs, i also paid. After that till now they have not arranged a service man nor returned my money even after N number of mails from my end to the same mail id. (Mail conversations attached below). Weekly once they reply and say some reason even for refund also. Finally my dad found a service man in chennai royaloak somehow and he fixed that bed, my dad paid service fees in cash to him. So now i want that customer care to return my money back (800Rs) which i paid to this account.

            I had received the manufacturing defect of Dinning Table on 24/12/2021 under the Sale Order: SO[protected]. From that day onwards I am following up to replace the table but did not happen till today. Everyday I am following up with Customer Care(Complaint ID: RIPL-13560) but there is no answer. Always getting the answer "service manager is talking with others and will call you in sometime". Till today I did not receive a single call from them. I connected with the Sarjapur Road Branch Manager(Udaya - [protected]) also, per him it should be replaced. But till today it is not happened.
            One of the technician came to my place with a leg, which was joint in between and also different colour and forcing me to change the same. There is no joint in the legs of the table which is delivered, but now they are saying they can't give single pc of leg.

            I was not expecting this type of worst experience from RoyalOak. They don't care the customer after money fall into their account. After that you will get all the defect product and your follow up will start from that day.
            They don't have respect to the value for the money.
            I am not at all happy with RoyalOak, either they replace with the new table or cancel the order and return my money back.

            Till today no action from Toyaloak. On top of that Uday the branch manager is changing his statement many times. Table is packed and kept at my home from 14th Jan but now he is telling, he will not replace.

              Date of purchase : 6/Jan
              Received the product : 7.Jan
              Technician arrived and unboxed on 9/Jan - found broken and different colored parts are packed together (not sure what kind of quality check has been checked as said in customer care)
              Technician mentioned he will raise a complaint
              Until evening of 10th Jan, no complaint was raised by the technician. Got to know this after talking with the customer care. Hence i sent mail to customer care and later they responded that the complaint is raised it will be rectified within 3 days.

              As i am NOT satisfied with the quality of the product received. Requesting you to share the procedure to return the product and refund.

                Royal oak Please don’t accept orders when you are not servicing a location. If you had accepted it by mistake, you should be responsible in contacting the customer for the refund.

                Royal oak team did not approach us in any way. You are having our money. We don’t think a good brand will behave this way. We reached out to the team multiple times, the only response we received till now is we will get back to you before end of day.

                Be responsible when you are having customer money. The interest the royal oak team shown while placing an order is not shown after receiving our fund. We received multiple calls when placing order.

                Also the order was billed for an amount of 13, 500 but 13, 850 was debited from my account. whenever we reach out to you, customer care will say they will escalate and resolve it.

                Consider yourself a good brand and resolve this issue at the earliest. We need someone to reach out to us and need it to be resolved before end of day tomorrow.

                  We purchased a product from Royal Oak from Bhannergatta road on 1st Dec 2021. They mentioned that the installation engineer will arrive for the installation in 2 days and inspect the product and we will be good to use the product. There was a week of delay and the engineer fixed the legs of the product and said its all good. He did not inspect for any damage. With the trust on the product we have on Royal Oak we believed that the product was good.

                  We got busy with our christmas shopping and other things and one day when I was sitting on the sofa I found that the hand rest of the product was broken from inside.

                  I immediately called the sales person of Royal Oak and explained to them of the situation and sent him the photos. There was no action taken on complaint and veiled couple of days. After a week of follow up the sales person said that I need to send an email to customer support team. I sent an email to customer support adding Vijai sir who is the CEO of Royal Oak. After a couple of response there is no response from customer support team as well.

                    We have ordered a 3 seater and single seater sofa from Royaloak on dec 17th and 20th of December 2021 and got it delivered on 23rd of Dec
                    service technician visited on 27th of December for fitting the legs and he observed that it's a damaged product what we have received.

                    (The technician opened the package).

                    We were completely disappointed with the product quality. Also, it's a damaged piece.

                    I spoke with Ecommerce manager (Praveen) on 27th December and expressed my grief about the product but was assured for replacement of the product
                    so here i don't want to the product to be replaced
                    I'm looking for a complete refund of amount consider my request and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                      We have purchased the King size cot in RoyalOak Velachery Branch on 01/01/2020 and it got broken during gurantee period in same year. Due to Lockdown, we are not able to get it repaired then.
                      However, we reached the service team by beginning of 2021 and we are ready to pay for the service though it has been broken during guarantee period. Surprisingly, Support / Service team is so lethargic on even paying a visit to look into this issue.
                      We made enormous effort to get almost 5 people phone number in last six months and none of them able to even make this case move an Inch. Worst part of this experience is Support people will never lift the call and they will say "Ship is closed" even at 7 PM :-)
                      Experience of this purchase is depressing as this type of material cannot be handled by normal carpenters also. Attaching below bills and other information to proceed on this.

                        I bought a sofa order no. SQ[protected] from Royal Oak Kukatpally Hyderabad. The sofa had a defect and the same was addressed several times to the service dept to fix the issue. On my several reminders no proper response on this. I requested Mr. Nayeem and Jagdeesh who are looking into this case to whom I sent the video and pictures of the sofa. The service is pathetic. I regret buying furniture from this store.

                          I went to you bloody shop that is located in Kumananchavadi on 22nd Dec 2021 to buy two office chairs and placed order for the same. I received the products on 27th Dec 2021 in which one chair was damaged. U my self and the installation person also raised the complaint to the store manager, in between I have been to the shop for more than 3 time to know the status of my damaged product. The store manager and the sales person who is working in your shop doesn’t care about how many time the customer is visiting and they don’t have patience to answer the customer and both the sales manager and sales person who are working there are big liars. I have also called close to 50 calls both to the manger and the sales person and they never answered my calls. Finally I got the product today which was a show piece that was kept in shop. Why the hell I need to pay for the chair that was a show piece and 100s of people have tested ? I am now going to take this to the next level and deal it legally and lodge a complaint in consumer court. I am not fool and not a uneducated guy to be silent any more.

                            The above king bed was purchased about 3 months ago and to my amazement being hardly used found it broken down. Now the service engineers are doing some patchwork to address the issue and deflect the complaint. This is indeed an intentional sale of defective furniture amounting to cheating in legal parlance. I will be seeking legal remedies keeping in mind the large number o[censored]nsatisfied customers.

                                  From RoyalOak Velachery branch, I have bought Office chair and table on July 22nd 2021 and I have received the product, installation person came and checked the office chair and he said that the chair is having manufacturing defect.

                                  Ask for the replacement and for this I have contacted the sales manager and visited the showroom in-person. They are simply saying will provide the solution. But no use, so far 5 months gone. No solution yet.

                                  I don't understand what stops them to resolve this issue.

                                    Nov 5 - Ordered the table.
                                    Nov 17 - Received the product (Promised delivery in one week but doesn’t happen)
                                    Nov 18 - Raised complaint (said the issue will be resolved within a week but doesn’t happen till now)
                                    Nov 30 - Received incorrect defect piece.
                                    Dec 20 - Technician arrived and took the defective piece along with the incorrect piece received.

                                    Not sure when will they resolve this. Have been following through customer care day by day.

                                      I have purchased few products from you dining table, a revolving chair, teapoy. Which are in warranty period. But my revolving chair is broken which I am using for my office at home in work from home purpose. It is broken and I am facing too much problem daily as I used to seat on that chair for my official work. Kindly take my request and send the technician ASAP for repair.

                                      I am sending pics and invoices of that chair kindly find the attachment with this mail.

                                      Note : Kindly ask your person who will be visiting to our house for repair to contact on alternate which is [protected] and not on registered number.

                                      The above was my first mail to royaloak and since then I have written many mails. Please help me to resolve this issue please.

                                      Seriously this is the height of irritation. After requesting you politely many times no one is responding at all. I just gets mail saying we will solve your problem as soon as possible but not a single technician or support team or customer care has ever contacted us. This is the final time I am requesting you please orelse I have to raise this issue with higher authorities/nodal/consumer etc., I really don't understand we have paid you for the product which we purchase online or store, we are not getting free? Right? After that if some problems we face in warranty period we request you guys not once many times then too your attitude towards customer is so lenient and irresponsible behaviour. This is really disgusting I am sorry but I can't use more proper words as I am frustrated and irritated since long I am requesting to solve my problems in the warranty period products. Revolving chair is just broken we can't use it for 1 hour even? Why we purchased so costly chair for our comfort right and after paying you so much we are only harrased. Please solve ASAP final time sir/madam/ whoever concern person please... Waiting for your immediate action and reaponse...
