Sir,
This is to inform that non-receipt of my refund money of Rs. 315/- from M/s. Dewar’s Garage Insurance Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata. The details of the fact are explained below :
1) One representative Mr. Biswabijoy De, of M/s. Dewar’s Garage Insurance Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata had came to my office on 12/06/2013 to collect the car insurance money for further one year renewal i.e. 2013-14 as I have purchased Maruti Alto (Std.) No. WB 12-B 4374 in the year August, 2009. On calculation of the said company I had produced a SBI cheque No. 962318 dtd.12/06/2013 to Mr. De for Rs. 3582/- for insurance of my car and Mr. De has also issued a money receipt No. DGI/ 2013/3980 dtd. 12/06/2013 and handed over the same to me.
2) After few days M/s. Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Co. Ltd., Guargaon was contacted me over mobile No. [protected] and informed that originally your car insurance will be Rs. 3267/- as I have got extra bonus and discount. Then I shall get refund of Rs. 3582 – Rs. 3267 = Rs. 315/-. Beside this, M/s. Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Co. Ltd., Gurgaon has instructed me to contact M/s Dewar’s Garage Insurance Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata for refund the money.
3) Thereafter, I personally contacted to Mr. Biswabijoy De’s mobile No. [protected] so many times who is a representative of M/s. Dewars Garage Insurance Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata and informed him about the above mentioned fact. But last time he has surrendered because he can not solve this problem. But he has given two contacts Nos. 1) office telephone no.[protected]/4827 along with two names viz. Ms. Sumana Pal, Mousumi Chakraborty, staff of Dewars Garage Insurance Agencies (P) Ltd., Kolkata. 2) Sailesh Chetri, Sales Manager, Dewars Garage mobile Nos. [protected], [protected].
4) Then I have contacted over office telephone Nos. mentioned above and talked to both Ms. Sumana Pal and Ms. Mousumi Chakraborty three times. Every time they told me over phone that your cheque is under preparation. Last time i.e. on 29th July, 2013 I have contacted over telephone Mr. Sailesh Chetri, Sales Manager and he assured me that your cheque is under preparation and it will be sent to you within a very short period. But still, I am not received any cheque or any letter from the concern.
I hope the management of Dewars Group should understand my problem and arrange to send the money back to me as early as possible.

the royal sundaram has simply rejected the claim by stating irrelevant
details of pre existing disease i.e hypertension and diabetes from 10
years which is not true and it is baseless. So I am enclosing the
statement of proof from our treating docter which states the current
ailment is not due to any pre-existing disease and authenticates the
status of the patient
before(48 months) and after attack.Thus I would like to put my policy no's:HL[protected] and CSB[protected]
for reconsideration as the patient Mr.Srinivasa Murthy.G.S has no
preexisting disease and this haemorrhage stroke(intracerebral hematoma
in basal ganglia)is a sudden attack .He is not been a patient of hypertension earlier and has not been under any medication earlier and at present as well.The
docters have termed this to be a sudden attack without any symptoms.The
pre hospitalisation reports show he has been normal throughout and no
signs of such attacks in future..So
please reconsider both the policies and process it and I am enclosing
the medical certificate from the consulting docter which states that it
was an emergency and sudden attack without any pre-existing disease.I
sincerely make a humble request to the docters at medical records
department in royal sundaram to process the claim and approve it as we
have been a part of royal sundaram family for many years and possessor
of multiple health and home policies and produced all the documents in
original on time till date for easy processing.We
have been paying all the premiums sincerely for many years and we make a
sincere request to reconsider our claims and approve it at the earliest
as it is an emergency and the medical certificate authenticates that
the patient has no pre-existing disesase.Otherwise
I will have to take a severe action against your company for misleading
the customers inspite of paying premiums sincerely, providing all the
original documents for claims and cheating the customers and then you
will have to refund us with all the premiums paid over the years.
Looking
for a favorable and early response from your end on a higher priority
basis and we expect you to assure us of the best services by processing
and approving this claim at any cost.I hope and expect the proof of
statement is sufficient for processing the claim and let me know if
pre-hospitalistaion reports are required which states that the patient
has no pre-existing disease.
