I haven't received my Honda City car insurancepolicy as of 31st March 2010.

My earlier insurance expired on 20th March 2010,
Premium amount of Rs. 6200/ was debited to my idbi savings A/c on 15th March 2010
I had informed the person concerend that even last year I received the policy a week after my car insurance had expired.
As od now neither do I have any covering note nora renewed policy document.

    Royal Sundaram Insurance — Policy Not Recd

    I have got my car Skoda Fabia regn no UP80BD 7788 insured from Royal Sundaram vide Cover note no.LUN 1012480 in Oct 2009, but after running pillar to post for over 6 months my policy in original has not been received so far.... I suspect some major foul play by the insurers...I am marking a copy of this complaint to IRDA as well

      Dear Sir,

      I am Mallari Rao M.S. taken Health Shield Policy for self, my wife and my son from Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company Ltd in December 2005 and being renewed the policy every year. My health shield policy was renewed on 28 December 2009 by paying renewal of Rs.3,363/- and the same has been confirmed by the insurance comapny. My wife was admitted to hospital on 12 th January 2010 due to high viral fever. When the hopital authorities sent the cashless treatment request to Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance TPA M/s Medicare TPA Services (I) Private Ltd for sanction, the TPA had declined the claim stating the reason as the Policy remains lapsed on 28/12/2009.. Cashless not admissible. I had contacted both Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company regarding this, the officials informed that they have already sent a email to TPA confirming the renewal. However the TPA did not send the cashless treament approval till the discharge of my wife from the hospital. She was discharged from the hospital on 15/1/2010 and I have paid the bill to Hospital Authorities. Please let us know whether I can file case in Consumer Forum.

      It is the responsibility of the Insurance Company to communicate the renewal of policy to its TPA promptly. You cannot be penalized for their fault in not communicating the renewal in time.

      Lodge a complaint with the Insurance Ombudsman in Chennai ( where Royal Sundaram has its HO) or the Insurance Ombudsman who has jurisdiction in your area of residence., You will get the address of all Insurance Ombudsman from the IRDA site. www.irda.gov.in

      Please give full details of your Policy, its last renewal and attach the rejection of your claim letter received from Royal Sundaam along with your complaint to Insurance Ombudsman.
      The service of Insurance Ombudsman is free, no fees, nor is the need for any lawyer to file the complaint. You can draft the complaint yourself and send it by Speed Post or Regd. Post to the Insurance Ombudsman.

      In this case, since there is negligence on the part of Royal Sundaram as well as their TPA in rejecting your cashless facility you can also claim damages due to mental anguish and financial loss suffered by their wrongful actions. Insurance Ombudsman is an independent authority having authority to investigate in to complaints from individual insurance policy holders . Their award is binding on all Insurance Companies, whether in Public Sector or Private Sector.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        Unfortunately I am having a Royal Sundaram Health policy with me; I renewed this policy in the month of OCT 2009 using my credit card. The required amount has been debited from my account.
        The Policy Number: HJ[protected]
        I called 5-6 times and lodge 3 complaints and asking for the Physical certificate and till now I didn't receive my required document. Which is very much required for claiming the income tax rebet under 80D.
        Please find the complaint number
        GEA/2010/5487528E: On 5th Jan
        KVA/ 2009/2A2852E5: on 3rd Dec
        Against the 3rd Dec complaint they send the scan document in my email address, which I can't produce for claim. (I am attaching the same for your reference)
        So I need your involvement to fix this issue.

        Even I had the similar kind of issue with Royal sundaram, I paid renewal premium by using my credit card almost a month ago, till today I did not recieve my certificate, (nither soft copy nor hard copy). Almost every day I am calling customer care and requesting for the same, I am really frustated with Royal Sundaram management attitude. All the time Customer care guys are escaping with simple answer, saying under process. I dont find anybody responsible from RS end.

        My Humble request for the new customers is, saty away from Royal Sundaram.

          Rejection of mediclaim reimbursements

          Hi All, I have claimed the reimbursements for the hospitalisation bills of my father under policy no. HCE[protected], claim no. HR53921. The same is rejected by the company on the ground of Pre existing disease. Where actually these is on line policy & there was no mediacl check up eas done at the time of buying policy. Also there was no disease at the time of policy taken. Still the rejection made by them. Also they have sent the doctor...

          Hi

          I have did one health insurance for hospitalization cash benefit plan for my 6 months kid.

          After 3 months of the policy my son admitted in Lotus Hospital for high fever and when hospital applied for cas benefit to Royal Insurance they asked so many query to the hospital management and insurance company wants my sons head TC Scan fax.

          When i asked the incharge doctor they told who the hell wants CT scan copy when it is not needed and even the hospital management told they never faced this kind of query and faced problems from other insurance companies.

          And for one day around 7000 i paid for hospitalization. But i have not received any amount from Royal Sundaram.

          So i advised to all if you are doing any policy directly individually not from your companies then be careful at the time of hospitalization. They will ask a lots of query to stop the payment to you as well as the hospital management. So choose the best insurance company.

          I admitted my son 14 YEARS OLD to MS RAMIAH Hopital for myoclonic epileptic attack, i have OREINTAL INSURANCE with MD india as the TPA first i was denied cashless as the boy had 1 attck during child hood about 10 years back which was not disclosed at the time of making policy as it was not required. i have an un interrupted payment schdule for the premiums every year which they promptly collect when it comes to disbursement they take life out of you with all the bloody queries in the world which these thugs should maintain. i will neve approach MD INDIA AGAIN CAN ANY BODY THROW SOME LIGHT ON THIS TYPE OF LACUNAE

          I have launched a complain on behalf of Royal Sundaram Health Insurance regarding Cheating while claim for Hospitalization bill which is Posted:[protected] by myselft and the subject was: Policy certificate No. HL[protected] claim No.HD00004806.

          I really thanksto the admin of www.consumercomplaints.in that after posting this complain after 10 days i received a call from Mrs.Irudaya Mary, Claims Department, EXTN: 736 and Email :irudaya.[protected]@royalsundaram.in.

          Now i would like to withdraw this complaints and wants to give thanks to the team of Consumercomplaints.in.

          She given an Health Clain PDF file with some guidenc and told to fill it up and send it her as soon as possible.

          After submission of those documents to her within 10 days i received a cheque of full settelement of cash of my hospitalization.

          Millions of Thanks to the team of Consumer Complaints who make possible of my hospital claim cash less benefit.

          At last i got my money from Royal Sundaram but it will be great if i might have got this benefit at the time hospitalization.

          Because of this behavior suddenly after cure of my kid i have done another policy from ICICI Lombard by thinking they will not do this kind of harashment.

          Royal Sundaram Health Insurance - Cheated when I Claimed My Cash Benefit Plan

          I am holding Royal Sundaram Hospital Cash Insurance Plan (Policy number CSP[protected] for my family of four /including self/wife and two daughters. The plan was taken in the year 2009 and is operational till date. My wife was admitted to Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad on 2nd December 2013 & discharged on 10th December 2013 (for treatment of sudden Demyelination)
          I applied for claim which was registered on 18th December 2013 (Mind you, during the entire term from[protected]/14 I never claimed for a reimbursement for any illness).
          I was informed it will take 15-20 working days for the claim to process.
          Today 25th Jan 2014 I received a letter addressed by Mr.Saket Drona (Head Retail operations and Customer services Royal Sundaram) informing me that the claim cannot be processed due to some reasons.
          I am regularly paying the annual policy amount of Rs 11500 and odd * for five years so I don't understand the reasons for the rejection of my claim.
          Another point that I would like to raise is that the field officer who is deputed is not from a medical (MB BS) background, he does not know how to write.
          I feel cheated by this fraud company (ROYAL SUNDARAM).
          I advice all of the new customers to not enrol for any product of the above company.

          Regarding this on 19th.feb.2014 one call recd.for renewal from Rajesh having mob.no.[protected] told me that if you are not depositing renewal amount Rs.12, 254/-then your policy will be expired.He told me that i am sending one person his mob.no.[protected] to collect payment from you. person came at my home and i paid Rs.12, 254/-by cash.

          last day i recd.one call from royal sunderam for deposing renewal amount immediately. now i want to confirm that i have already deposited.

          now i am calling on above cited mob. nos.and getting no response or switch off.

          you are requested to pls.look this matter seriously and find that person who has recd.payment immediately.other wise i will take legal action.

          I have had a horrible experience with Royal Sundaram. Their sales team are very aggressive to sell their products, but once they have your premium, they don't care about the service. I paid my premium, and then never got a policy or a refund. I had to chase them for several months for a refund. the customer service team never call you back or respond to emails. You will get 50 calls a day until they get your money, and then when you want their service, they ignore you and treat you like a beggar!!

          I had a ghastly experience with them and will never buy insurance from them ever ever...

          Even their customer grievance team does not respond to emails. There is no escalation matrix available to the customer, or than to go to Chennai and sit like a beggar in front of them!!

          Do not recommend this insurance company to anyone.

          A bit surprised is what I am right now after reading your message. I too have Royal Sundaram's hospital cash insurance https://www.royalsundaram.in/health-insurance/cashless-hospitals.aspx but I had a completely different experience compared to you.

          My daughter was hospitalised for high fever and it was an emergency hospitalization. I contacted Royal Sundaram late at night. It's good they are available 24x7.

          When I intimated the insurance guys, all they asked me was the name of the insured, nature of diagnosis, hospital details, treating doctor details, date of hospitalization, and the expected discharge date.

          Even I was asked many questions but the people at Royal Sundaram assured me that it was to ensure my claim was ready and approved at the earliest. Upon verification of my documents, the TPA sent a cashless authorization letter to the hospital within 3 hours.

          All I had to was pay the medical bills and expenses not covered under the policy. I had a smooth experience with Royal Sundaram. They helped me when I need them the most.

          I have recently purchased a Car insurance from Royal Sundaram, I have directly purchased from their website. Soon after giving the details I got a call from them and guided me to the entire process. I have given all the details and cross checked whether all information is correct or not. Everything were correct at that time.

          Soon after I received the policy I cross checked everything, and surprisingly found my nominee name had a spelling error. Instead of D they have put T. I do not understand how that error came up since I have cross checked everything before submitting. I suspect some human intervention in this process. A spelling mistake may be a simple human error, but when you approach them for claim, they can simply reject it saying the name is not matching.

          I have then sent mails, called them, taken this to Social media but still there is no reply from them. I have not tried for any claim, if there is any issue, I have all the mails, communication recorded. I will check all possibilities to teach them a lesson. IRDA, consumer court there are option.

          Still waiting for, My advice to all is not to opt this stupid company.

Surveyor deny to give claim said he will give for glass only and i justify for the same but they are making different stories every time. But after two months Royal Sundaram send one meassge that your claim is not passed.             Hi All,

            Onday i received a call from Rayal Sundaram tele caller people. Nicely they have explained me regarding Hospitalization benefit. At the time i was no need of that policy but after getting some professional call from the tele caller peoples i thought this company might be provide good service when any body will hospitalize. So i did a policy online for my kid 6 months old. After 6 months he got hig fever and admitted in Lotus Hospital in Hyderabad. In that occassion i spent around 8000 for one day. After submitting the card of royal sundaram when i went to ask them the approval amount from the Royal Sundaram the hospital management told me this is the first company that we got a fax stating that please make a TC scan of head of kid and submit and they told this is low starndard insurance company and these kind of companies tries to put all the query to hold the payment.

            When i told the doctor regarding CT scan then they told who is the hell telling to do a CT scan for a small baby. CT scan is not required and the baby is normal. And royal sundaram people stoped the payment.

            So i advise to all the people who do direct health insurance individually without companies they have to be very clear about this kind of low mentality insurance company.

              I am holding the personal Royal Sunderam health sheild Cashless card limit is Rs.1 Lakh per person,my wife was admitted in the APEX hospital for apendis for that she need to go through operation our total billing amount was 39K on that
              Insurance company has passed only 25K rest i have to bear from my pocket for which i need to take a loan , TAP suggested to go for Post Claim,i have submitted all the document & after 15 days they have sent me returns back all document and give answer your claim limit is only 25k so what's meaning of Rs.1 lakh insuance.

              Pls revert back on the same, Waiting for the reply

                I am a SBI card holder. SBI represntative contacted me for mediclaim insurance and I agreed to insure 2 laks for each person. Our family is 4 persons for which I am paying RS 6000 for every month.

                But I got the hospiatl cash insurance which staes that we are eligible for Rs 1500 per day for 180 days. This is not mediclaim and I asked them to change it to mediclaim. Still thaey have not changed.

                Royal sundaram is a cheater.

                How can they give Hospital cash insurance policy insted of mediclaim insurance.

                Beware of all health insurance companies and particularly ROYAL SUNDARAM.

                I am 48 years, my wife 44 years, my sons 19 and 15 years.
                I have paid Rs 9860 per year as premium for 3 years.

                But thae have not reimbursed Rs 35800 when I claimed medical expense of my wife.

                The Modus operandi is not confirming any thing by email or by written letter. Every thing they confirm by phone and cheat you.

                Plaese double confirm every thing in writting.

                Hi, I am srinivasan, I am SBI Card holder I taken two policies from Royal sundaram, one is Cash less health shield, and another one is hospital cash. While going claim for Hospital cash, claims dept. is delaying more than one month to pay the claims. They are promise something doing against what they are told.

                Royal sundaram is enjoying the luxury thro. customer policy money. Es-specially, Hospital cash claim.

                So, I request to all don;t take Hospital cash policy from Royal Sundaram.

                A wrong message was passed to me while buying the policy.
                It was told that it will be a Mediclaim Policy and later they have sent me the Personal Accident Insurance policy.
                Within 15 days I requested them to cancel the policy but they are saying i could not be done even though its written in the Terms and Condition that the Policy can be cancelled within 15 days.
                Royal sundaram is a cheater.
                I am Standard Chart Credit card holder through them i taken royal sundaram policy against number cee[protected]. I have taken hospital cash benifit policy. When i applied for the claim for my father they rejected the policy by saying that its old disease with out any proof, my father never operated for any such kind of disease. No body take the call for claim settlement in their customer care, i tried lot. They taken two months time to process the application & their representative also vist our home and met with my father also.

                Royal sundaram & standard chartered both are cheater, fraud and enjoying the public money.
                I have Citibank Credit card holder through them i taken royal sundaram policy against number HC[protected]. I have taken hospital cash benifit policy. When i applied for the claim for me you rejected the policy by saying that its Pre-Existing condition.

                Policy has expired on 29/07/2015. But till now I was not notified from Royal Sundram through Email or letter or SMS or Phone call . I was thinking due date is there and at that time amount is going to be deducted automatically but it was not so.
                Yesterday 02/09/2015 while checking my mails, noticed that the policy has been expired then immediately chatted with KARTHICK online associate, told whole story and I requested him for to arrange a call back initially he rejected telling it is not possible, later when I told I will email that whole chat to your superior then he agreed to arrange the call back but no call has been received till now .
                Today 03/09/2015 also chatted with KARTHICK and asked the status on call back, he said not possible to arrange call back . I don’t understand what is going on from your end what kind of service it is now and never experiencing this type of bad and worst services from ROYAL SUNDRAM.
                After Talking KARHICK, called up customer care. Spoke to Vinay, he said the same story like KARTHICK and I told him that there should be some kind of intimation to the customer but no such notification made from your end and he is said sorry for that.
                Finally I am asking you that …is it any kind of trick that makes you not to renewal the policy of a long run customer has he is going gain some additional benefits? Most of benefits which is going to be covered so far will become zero in my case and that is not fair.
                Last year service is good from your side, you made a call and excepted renewed the policy two months later of expiry date and now I ask you why it is not possible now. If there are any changes then you need to notify to the customer right? Please answer to my question.

                When I call for regarding my claim Status on customer care number.
                we found information your claim is rejected region this illness not require hospitalization.


                Please Provide me my some questions answer.

                1. If hospitalization not require why doctor suggest me need hospitalization.

                2. How to my claim paid by Bharti AXA.

                3. If this case not require hospitalization why give dissension around 2 month.

                4. can you provide me when hospitalization require.

                5. If in this case not require hospitalization please give me answer how to get treatment.

                6. for your information if you check report we provide information the loose motion is more than 8 to 10 time in same days.

                7. If you check proper medical test report you can find some complaint why admitted in hospital.

                  My claim was rejected by royal sundaram with out giving satisfactory answer only saying why you have admited in your own hospital. If i have the facility to take treatment from my hospital why should i go to another my policy in on the same add of my hospital why they isued me on my hospital add if they want me to go to another hospital. my claim and my policy both are closed.
                  This is about a cheating done by Royal sundaram.
                  My husband who got Health Insurance from Royal sundaram met an road accident and expired about 3 months back

                  I had heart attack when my husband met with that accident.
                  Iw as admitted by muy relatives and had bypass surgery.

                  Royal sundaram now refuse to give full money and ready to give 15000 only at the rate of Rs 1500 per day for 10 days.

                  They say the policy we have is Hospital cash Insurance.

                  We have been cheated by that Cheater

                    i am jagdish thakker i have taken car insurance from royal sundaram insurance comapny i received amount about car dammage it was total loss thay settle me in just 625000 the cost of car was 915000.00 (fiat linea emotion pk) its ok due to my bad luck my wife got injured at left hand fracture bth borne royal sundaram people assure me you can claim within three moth n u will get full amount now they advise me that i can not claim i have to come through court i paid premium directly to royal sundaram n for claim go through court? please advise me in this matter thanks

                      I Had taken Royal Sundaram Health Shield Insurance on 31.12.08 under policy No. HL[protected]-X001 covered my family consisting wife and 2 kids for Rs. 1 lac for each head.

                      On 2nd june, 09 my son AKHIL RAJ went to ENT OPD with complaint of decreased hearing. while examining the ears, Dr. Hemant Chopra found his right ear drum damaged and advised a surgery called TYMPANOPLSTY and left ear GROMMET INSERTION. it was school vacation time, we decided to get the surgery done immediately becos during summer vacation, the child can get complete rest. Fortunately the next theatre day Dr Chopra's has time to perform the operation also. so we admitted him to DAYANAND MEDICAL COLLEGE, Ludhiana on 3rd june itself and surgery performed.

                      when admitted, i contacted DMC corporate cell with my mediclaim card, and register the case with them. however, till the discharge date of 6th june, my case has not been approved by the insurance company for cashless policy. then i submitted original bills and complete papers for reimbursement of expenses but after continous follow up, the case has been denied with reason "THE DESEAS IS CHRONIC AND PRE-EXISTING whereas the doctor clearly mentioned it was not any previous symptoms.

                      My family was protected with Mediclaim for the last 4 years with another company and if my son is having this deseas, i might had been operated him under medicalim with Park. why should i wait till date since i dont have any difference if it is ROYAL SUNDARAM OR PARK. i could only knew his ailment now and that too we noticed when he was not responding to small voices. if any othe symptoms, then we can understand it.

                      so the rejection of my son case is totally illegal and i seek help and assistance.

                        I have contact several times on phone to Claim Department, every time they take a new complaint, but till date they ould not replied that, why they cancel my policy and why not releasing my claim.

                          Friends be careful if you are going with Royal Sundaram. Firstly they start chasing (begging) you for renewal premium almost 2 months in advance. If you oblige them by paying well in advance say a month in advance, then they send documents through cheap shabby couriers. These courier don't even have delivery offices in your city (Pune). They are sub-contracted to street guys who are not paid their wages in time. Result is these boys do not deliver documents. When you write back to Royal Sundaram they don't reply except for auto acknowledgement. When you chat with them the rep. promises you everything but no action is taken.When you tell them to cancel the plplicy and refund the premium they don't even look at your request.
                          HENCE FRIENDS DO NOT SQUANDER YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON COMPANIES LIKE Royal Sundaram. IF YOU HAVE SYMPATIES THEN PLEASE GIVE THEM ARMS IN CHARITY.

                          I C.R.Nanda had put up the above complaint. After putting it up M/S. Deepa personally from Royal Sundaram got involved and looked into the matter. She had shown her full initiative to take corrective action after due apology and ensuring such thing will not repeat with anybody. She has ensured and I confirm having recieved the documents through Blue Dart today evening. I feel realization of mistakes, flaws etc and taking corrective immediately is an very good sign.
                          Hence I hereby informs all concern to neglect the above complaint and hope one would see excellent services from Royal Sundaram.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I would like to inform you that I am a user of Credit Card No.[protected] issued by Standardrd Chartered Bank.

                              During March 2009 I have received a SMS from Standard Chartered Bank Card division asking to pay some amount against my Credit Card dues for the month of February 2009, after that I have contacted their customer care department to find out the detail of transaction and I understand this amount charged by M/s. Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance against Policy No.HE[protected], immediately I asked them to cancell the entire amount because I never ever opted this service from them and in future also I am not ready to pay these type of any transaction, which is not permitted by me.

                              I would like to inform you, that I have used their policy during the year 2007 after that I have not used their service at all. Now as per my discussion with M/s. Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance I understand this is a auto renewal policy, accordignly they renewed my policy. BUT THEY NEVER CATE TO TAKE MY PERMISSION BEFORE ACTIVATE THIS POLICY.

                              Also I would like to inform you that I am using another Credit Card No.[protected] issued by MANHATTAN (a credit card department of Standard Chartered Bank). I would like to notice you that during June 09 I have make a payment to my Manhattan Credit Card [protected] for Rs.900.00, but I understand from this amount a sum of Rs.500.00 credited to my titanium Card No.[protected]. Which is realy un justifiable. Without a client request how can the Bank adjust a amount their own, I am un-aware of the system. When I check the same with their Card department, they said "it is happening automatically and we are making a request for return this amount to your Manhattan Card, and it will be credited within 3 working days", finaly they give a credit for this amount, but it is not transfered this amount to my Card [protected] form where they are credited this amount.

                              Another day when I am discussing with one of their Standard Chartered Bank Customer Care officer, he promissed me to waive off all the dues just paying me a Rs.150/-, immediately I have arrange to transfer this amount from my saving bank account with the same Bank. When I re-check the personel name about this discussion, they said there is no record available for such discussion. I am in huge trouble with this partner business of Standard Chartered Bank & M/s. Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance.

                              Still i am getting statement, my request is to verify this issue and help me out from this head ache.

                                I was offerred a Mediclaim scheme of Royal Sundaram for Stanchart Credit Card holders in May '08. The said insurance commenced from May (02.05.2008) and I was informed that the amount will be paid through the Card. First installment was paid by the Bank on 24.05.2008 and was raised in the bill of June '08 (20.06.2008) payable by July '08 (12.07.2008). The amount was paid by me without knowing that the installment which I am paying on 'regular' terms was actually being considered paid as 'delayed' payment thus attracting late payment interest.

                                For these 14 months I was being charged interest in the range of Rs.175/- to 215/-. Time and again I have been enquiring about this interest amount and I was informed that the amount will be reversed soon.
                                Just to comply with regular payments and keeping the track satisfactory I have been paying the amount. You can check the payment track of my Card ([protected]) statements.

                                Now, on going through the offer certificate of Royal Sunderam, I feel that I was cheated for the interest amount. I have prepared a statement of payments made to you. In the month of August 02.08.2009 onwards I will be depositing three installments againt the same, which I assume will clear all my 'overdue' amounts. But, what if I would like to continue the Mediclaim with Royal Sundaram by passing the facility to Card holders of your Bank? If I withdraw, my payments of Rs.15000/- will go in vain and if I continue making payments through your Bank, I will have to pay 'more' as till now.

                                This is a genuine problem and may be responded to my mail address.

                                Further, I sent "SERVICE" message to [protected] on 28.07.2009 and till now that is 11.55 AM 01.08.2009 I have not heard from you.

                                I have the same issue with Royal Sundaram and I paid 15, 000 for the 1st year med claim through my Manhattan card. Now after 2 years on 11.08.2009 I got the credit card statement that 19, 000 they have taken towards the next premium although I have not given any instruction to Credit card. Now I am keep on following to Credit card ppl and also Royal sundaram but not getting any satisfactory answer.

                                Though 2nd year premium has taken by Royal Sundaram till now I have not received the 2nd premium copy. This is the Bad experience I have with Royal Sundaram

                                So be careful while taking any medical policy with Royal Sundaram

                                  I have a Manhattan credit card. 2 years back I had taken a medical insurance policy for me and family from Royal Sundaram through this credit card. I had not signed any documents except for verbal confirmation to purchase the policy at that time (as far as I remember). This call was recorded. The policy was for 2 years. Now after 2 years after the term expiry Royal Sundaram has automatically renewed this policy and debited my Manhattan credit card without my knowledge. I called up Manhattan and asked them to revert back the charges as I have not authorized or given ECS to anybody towards this card. They have reverted only 90% of the amount and are insisting that I will have to pay the remaining amount. They are also saying they cannot do anything in this regard and I should contact Royal Sundarm for this. My question is whether a policy can be automatically renewed without my consent? And if it can be, then are they eligible to charge my credit card without consulting me? Also how could Manhattan allow the amount to be debited from my credit card account without my consent?                                       Chittosho and Royal Sundram Complaints

                                      I take my Alto car Ch01 A 3136 which got damaged due accident to ChittOsho ind. area Ph-7 Mohali. They told me it will take 15 days to repair the car.
                                      After 3 days I went to workshop and saw that the front glass of my car was also broken which was in right condition before. So I enquired and workshop people said it was slightly damaged, to get the insurance claim we broke it fully.

                                      They broke the glass in presence of Surveyor (Sandeep Sharma) and could not bother to tell me about that.

                                      My question is that if they have broken the glass which was visible from out side. They might have charged for the parts which are not damaged.

                                      I have paid 8000/- out of 33000/-. And the Surveyor (Sandeep Sharma) did not provide me the details of charges on what grounds I have to pay 8000 to the workshop.


                                      Now I never believe in chittOsho and Royal Sundram.
