Hello,

I have applied for dl in september 2019 and i can track all the steps completed successfully (Check status photo) except "dispatch of the dl and psv badge". It's 06.09.2019 today and still, i have not received my dl. Plz, help me related to this concern. I want to contact customer care but i am unable to find any contact.

My learner's license was issued on 1st may 2019 & i appeared for dl test on 26/08/2019.

I passed the lmv test and was absent for mcwg.

Even after passing the test, my application status shows that dl approval is pending. It has been more than a month and is causing a lot of inconvenience.

* I have obtained the learners driving licence after giving an examination on Apr 14 2019 at unit office Miraylaguda.
* I have attended a test drive for permanent licence and successfully passed in the same as per instructions given by RTA official of driving inspector in Aug 2019
* Although, I haven't received my permanent driving licence till date.
* I have tried all the possible channels for redressal but of no use instead of disappointment with unanswered/ unattended requests beyond fortnight.

I applied for a license after the completion of 1 month of the learner's licence. I gave my test on 30th august and scrutiny and test results have been uploaded on[protected] since then approval of dl is pending. Its been one month for approval of dl. There is no update.

My application number is [protected]. I have called on the given number of rto but it was never picked by anyone. I have to go home, i dont know how i will drive car or any vehicle if i will not have licence. If you are making rules, then expedite your systems also.

I visited rto jayanagara, bengaluru on tuesday 1 oct 2019, at 11:00, for my llr as per appointment. There was a huge line of nearly 100 citizens waiting for their turn - at the first counter - for submitting the form and making the payment. This took around 2.5 hours for my turn to come. Thereafter, 2 more lines were ahead - one for original documents verification and the other for online test.

Requesting you to digitize the first two procedures - wherein citizens can submit forms and documents online, which will ensure saving if time and effort for both citizens and frustrated officials.
The system could be linked to other govt departments - eadhaar, passport, etc for original documents verification.

Also, the server performance needs to be improved as both at the first counter and the online test, server kept crashing or was extremely slow causing more delays.

Totally, i spent 4.5 hours for the whole procedure excluding my travel time - which amounted to a full day leave from work.

For your kind action action please. I look forward to implementation of ‘digital india’ initiative at rto.

I filled the form for renewal of dl and address change. Intially i lived in area of rto deoria, now i am in rto gorakhpur. So i waneted to changr the address as well as renew my dl. But the form has been submitted to rto deoria instead of rto gorakhpur. I went to both places, they are telling you have to cancel the application number and refill it. I paid 600 rs for this, and both rto are saying it will not refund. Please help me to refund my money

It has been over a month that my driving license got issued (Date 20.08.2019), yet i have not received my driving license till date. I can nowhere check it's status post dispatch, there are no updates on my phone number/email. It's so confusing. I checked usually the time taken is of a month to get it delivered at your doorstep, but it has been over a month now. The contact numbers of rto/rla faridabad are hardly functional. It either says switched off or someone is never picking the calls. Such poor customer service. I need this to be resolved asap, and need my driving license at the earliest.

I was booking slot for ll test but its unable. And no error shows there just stops the page after enter the security code received in moble.. So please help me with this issue

I mr. Pavan sudhakar rathod who have applied for 2wheeler driving license my application no.[protected] at yavatmal rto & i have passed for mcwg driving test on dt.08/07/2019, but till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.
As per our parivahan mantri mr. Nitin gadkari saheb statement last time that on news that all the license will be issued to the applicant within the week but in my case its more than 3.5 month. I have applied for license individual, without any agent, is that my fault please explain me. Now how can i drive vehicle without my dl. Its difficult for me to drop & pickup my child from school. Its my humble request to you please help me to get it as early as possible

I just did my puc for self owned 4 wheeler where the report was found to be questionable. I am attaching the report that was handed over to me by the mobile puc at the godrej petrol pump outlet for your immediate attention and action. The reading states 0.00 against the rpm prescribed norm and charged rs 90/- for the same.
My concern is how can rpm be 0 for a 4 wheeler vehicle. 100% it seems there is an error in the machine used.

I went for driving test of 4 wheeler in ahmedabad rto. I was being told by instructor sitting inside track that i need to take right turn but it was actually left turn. The instructor misguided me and made me fail. I spent almost my half working day there and now need to reappear after a week.
I did pass in two tests out of four and then misguided.

Take too much fine if anyone don’t have licence at the driving time and according to rules anyone can submit original document under 15 days so why this is happening . RTO take 2000 rupees for that. I am going to share one incident I have copy of driving license and RC book and I saw to traffic police officer and he gave me a letter of fine and this letter gave in RTO office and employee ask me about 2000 rs for small problem but the rules say only take 100 rs for that fault and when anyone show your original document all are not guilty . RTO employee don’t share which rules apply on this case and also don’t share traffic police officer, so why employee asked me about 2000 rs. I have a hard copy at that time when I was driving a bike but it is not true copy verified only that is my fault and this fault was very expensive for me

But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of endorsements on dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card)

My application number is [protected]. I tried to make payment online for learner license but in the first attempt the payment could not happen. After that whenever i am trying to make the payment, each time i get a message

"application is verifying with bank..."

And then

"payment is pending... Please wait for 30 mins for confirmation from the bank".

It is the 4th day and still same message.

Please suggest what should i do.

The rto at sivasagar (Assam) is charging unauthorised late fine for making pollution certificate. The official charges for making pollution of two wheelers is ₹85 and all other vehicles is ₹110 with a late fine of ₹100. But sibsagar rto is charging a late fine of ₹500 which is totally unethical. They don't even provide a receipt of the same. Not only this there are many wrongdoings going on in that rto. The mvi is charging hefty amounts for doing an inspection and he does this through his security guard (Mr. Changmai) who does all the bargaining on behalf of him. Also the office is full of brokers. Such reasons make us feel paying a visit to the rto is nothing less than harrassment. Sir, this is an ernest request to look into the matter with utmost urgency.

I cleared driving test for two-wheeler geared vehicle on april 29th this year at kolhapur rto and i have still not received my driving license. This is causing me lot of inconvenience as -
1. I have to drive my without gear tao vehicle without license (As i had to surrender the earlier original license to get the new)
2. I am not able to apply for 4w learning licence until i get the new one
3. And there is no way to find out the whereabouts of my applied and cleared license, every time i visit rto, i am asked to roam from one room to another... With no help availed.

Please help me at the earliest as it has already been about 5 months now.

I would like to complain about my dl. I have not received it yet and it says that it has returned to rto lucknow back. But the delivery person did not even come to my home. It got dispatch on 23/07/19. My tracking id is eu[protected]in. When i called the indian post, they said they have already returned it to the sender (Rto lucknow) and i need to connect directly with rto lucknow. Then i called the rto on[protected] but the number is in-valid. It's not getting connected. Let me know what should i do now.

Its been a month and still it is not approved. All the test has been cleared and updated on website.

Please help me out with this because i can't drive my car.
