Good evening,

I took llr (Tn14/0002898/2019) from sholinganallur rto, chennai and is valid upto 27/09/2019.

I approached driving school (Omr driving school, medavakkam, chennai) today (10/09) for applying dl. But they did not accept my application as they said the validity date 27/09/2019 in llr is not acceptable and i should have applied for dl with 45 days of llr issue date.

Govt rule is being ignored in this case. Please look into it.

I have submitted the application and completed all verification process for renewal of my driving license on 27/07/2019, which expiry date is 15/08/2019. Rto person & rto agent said that i will get my license with in week or maximum within 15 days. But it's been over a month gone, i have not received my renewal driving license. When i check the status in parivahan vibhag website through my application no - [protected] its shows that my new dl is printed on 31/07/2019 but no any other details available like when it's dispatch and dispatch details. Parivahan vibhag toll free no [protected] is not connected "please check the number" and [protected] say that we not have details call on [protected]. When i asked about it to the rto office varanasi & rto agent they failed to give me a satisfactory response (Hum kuch nahi kar sakte, dl sara lucknow se private vendor se print hokar aata hai)
Now as per new vehicle act huge huge penalty if i drive without driving license or expired dl but i do my renewal process before 20 days of dl expiry, which is not received after 20 days of expiry.
Request u to please tell me what should i do know?

Dear sir, i have permanent address of allahabad u. P. And i wish to apply for lerner driving licence in agara u. P.

But agra rto office has refused to accept application in agra and asked to apply in allahabad.

While as per new mv act 2019 we can apply anywhere within state, please help.

I have applied for my father's licence in the month of april 2019 from the calcutta motor training school. Till july 2019 i have got my father's learners licence. But after learner has been submitted in behala rto office and practical test has given by my father and passed the test till now all is going well. But after the biometric and photo section here the problem arises. The biometric officer uploaded some others person picture and biometric to my fathers along with my father details. Means details of my father are ok in the licence process but there is mistake in the photo and biometric and it is not corrected yet after given the photo and biometric again. Please help me in this matter so that my father gets his licence as soon as possible.

I have applied for change of address in my driving license. My license was made in 2004 at pilibhit, up. As per the process mentioned on website, i went all the way from delhi to pilibhit and got the noc.
After getting noc, i paid fee for services on dl and booked appointment.
I went to sarai kale khan rto on the given date and time but they refused to entertain my request.
I asked them how and under which rule or law, they are refusing to accept my request for change of address but they didnt reply. They refused to return my money also.
I wrote emails to all concerned authorities and filed an rti also but not getting any reply from anyone. Please help

I have registered my new 2 wheeler vehicle at kondapur-500084.
And my rc document is not delivered to me and gachibowli post office people stating that it is delivered to attapur rto office but they are saying it is sent to kondapur rto office but kondapur office is not responding properly and i don't know whom to ask my original rc card.

I submitted my ll application for four wheeler driving and paid prescribed fee and i provided my already existing two wheeler license.
As i already had two wheeler license in online it said that no need to appear for verification in person. But status of my application is still under scruinity from last one year.

Sir, i am from rajasthan i have been trying to book slot for my learner license but every time it says try after 30 days... Site displaying full slot only, avaialble slot not available on site.

It's happening every time when i tryied to book slot, if govt. Can't give facilities online then what is the use of online site... Had it be offline would have been better then..

I had purchased my motor vehicle in oct 2017 for which i have not received the rc book from the rto, pune. I went to collect the same on 02/01/2019 to rto office. They sent me to gpo pune to collect the rc book but instead the gpo officer told us that we should fill up a complaint form to speed post as the rc book was failed to be delivered by them and count be found at their office. I then went to submit the complaint form at speed post...

Accidentally i have entered different rto office in my learners test application. So i have to cancel my application and apply a new one. Did i get back my first application fees? Or rto office can be change? Or is there any way to write test where i applied since it is in same district? Idukki is the district and rto idukki wants to change to rto udumbanchola since my taluk is udumbanchola. Also some of the places same as my address location are under idukki rto office pincode 685515

Hello sir,

I have already having 2 wheeler dl. Now i want to apply for 4 wheeler lmv license. I have created online application and paid fee for new ll 4 wheeler. And approached dy rto ahmednagar, maharashtra.
I am permanent resident of pune district. My adhar shows address of pune. As i am serving in psu posted in ahmednagar, so i don't have any address proof of ahmednagar. However as per sarthi portal application i have given notorised declaration of current address on rs.100/- stamp.
But when i approached dy. Rto, ahmednagar, for documents verification and submission he said i should submit registered rent agreement with owner along with police verification. I told him on sarthi website it just demanded notorised declaration of current address proof, but the authority rejected the application and told the revisit with registered rent agreement with police verification.

Hi,

I got a message on 22nd august 2019 that "rc no od33y0459 dispatched on 22-august-2019 and can be tracked using speed post tracking no eo[protected]in. Thanks bhubaneswar-ii-courtesy:morth".

But i have not received my parcel yet and when i tried tracking using the above no it showed no parcel found. Please help here. It is already more than 15 days.

I have applied for llr. By mistakenly the mandal in the present address is given as 'parwada' instead of 'gajuwaka', as a result of this the test center which i got is very far from my place but not the near by one.

I tried to cancel my llr but there seems to be a note where amount will not be refunded.

Could you please help me with the correction in the application or refund if the cancelled

However i have not yet received the driving license.

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says
Application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of driving test :-pending
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

My driving permanent driving licence has been approved a month back and i checked the status online but still it not delivered at home address and it has been more than a month and as per process it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but still i have been following up but no resolution is there. As i stay out for my job si it is not possible for me to goto rto every week and check for the same. It is still under dispatched state from 2months.

I gave my license test on the 16th of july and was told that the licence would reach my address by in 10 days. It's been a month and my license has still not been delivered to my address. I checked with the driving license place and they said that it's been sent to post office. I checked with the post office and thier system says delivered, but doesn't say where it has been delivered to. Today is the 6th of september and i'm totally clueless.

I did not receive the renewed dl even after 2 months. When i checked at koramanagala bangalore rto office where i applied for renewal, mentioned that they have sent it through speed post and shown me the tracking id sticker. This id was not existed in postal website and post dept also confirmed the same. There is a deliberate attempt by both rto and postal dept to trouble the applicants who has to run between rto and post for no fault of his. I will not divulge my details here because it was not needed. There is a register containing details about speed post in which 10-15 names are in each page.in the page my name was appeared, there were 3 speed post ids does not exist.
If we go through the agents we have to pay rs 1500 and the renewed dl is received same day. My assumption is (I may be wrong here), since rto staff is not getting their cut in cases like mine, they will try to make our life miserable.
My sincere request is please check the entries of few days and cross check in postal website to make sure they exists. My entry exists between aug 3 and aug 15th in that ledger.

I applied for 2 wheeler license renewal on 27/4/2019, since i have failed 4 wheeler license test and meanwhile 2 wheeler license expired, i submitted for renewal on 27/4/19, but yet i have not received my renewed licnese, i every time visit surat pal rto, and get the reply that "error in software, we have mailed gandhinagar and will get reply after 3 days only, till there nothing will happen", no body is there to consider my request seriously, i wait for a postive reply for couple of hours, finally return to home after high frustration.

Pls also inform me contact details of higher authority, i will request them too if needed to get my license and avoid road fine if any

I have purchased a two wheeler with the registration no. Dl3sec6469 in nov.2018. First time i received the rc but father's name & address was wrong on it. Then i ask the same to dealer from where i purchase my bike. He has send the rc for correction in end of dec. 2018, but till now i am waiting for the rc.
I have visited the rto office kalekhan but the people sitting there is not responding properly. They are not doing there duties, they thinks if they are giving the answer of customer's query then they are doing a favor to them. They are even not able to confirm the status of my rc.

I am really fed-up with the response of the officials. Requesting you to do the needful & help me in sending my rc at my address.
