I have a 4 wheeler lmv licence registered in west bengal. I have moved to bangalore for work, but i stay in a small pg. I don't have any permanent address in bangalore, but to apply for 2 wheeler mcwog licence, i am asked to submit permanent address proof of bangalore. Although i have proper licence in different state and it is valid all over india, i am not allowed to apply for licence from different state without having proper address....

I called at number +91-[protected] as mentioned in rto office hamirpur up website in google. Someone picked up the call and said that this is not the number of rto hamirpur up. Truecaller and rto webpage shows this contact number of rto.
I passed the learning license test on 24 jul 2019 but didn't get learning license till now. There is no way to contact rto office for inquiry.

It's been a long 60 days since i owe my bike (Avenger 160 street) with registration number-ka53hb8222 but unable to get my rc smart card to my address.

I stay in indirapuram ghaziabad, and online i had applied for the learners licence assistant rto gautam budhh nagar got selected where they even after checking my details made my learners licence and now when i paid 700 online for the driving test they refused to take the driving test and askedto reapply to authority of ghaziabad. It has been two weeks and i haven't got a message from the rto saying license has been approved.
On the website it still says application is under processing at rto level.
It still says it is yet to get approval.

We have purchased new vehicle in year 2014 and registered in gurgaon rto.in month of april' 2019 at the time of renewal of national permit, we understood that the same vehicle is registered in gaya (Bihar) rto.

I was harrased by officers during documentation part but i made up and went for test with a bike in different location as told by rto office. It is displaying the message "entered application no. Is approved. Slot booking is not allowed" while applying using my learner's license no it is displaying the same massage. Sms was received on registered mobile number from vasant vihar rto on 10.7.2019 that rc has been dispatched vide dispatch no. Dl12d[protected]. But till today on 30.7.2019 rc is not received. The vehicle was purchased in middle of june 2019 and rc should have come in 30 days, but now almost 45 days are completed. If rc is dispatched the speed post number should be sent so that the consignment can be tracked...

On 27 july 2019, i appeared for learning driving test at rto sopore and passed that exam, but i didn't get sms regarding the passing of the exam. When i checked the status of my application it shows exam result passes, but learning license pending since then when i check online. Since then i'm checking the status but all in vain.
