Sir i have a byke with registration no wb 62 f 6716 issued by rto dakshin dinajpur west bengal on 8 th sept 2016 but the same no exist for a b ullero car at godda, jharkhand on 21 april 2009jarkhand. Now i facing lits of problem.. Now when i going to smoke test i am facing a lot of problem as there are 2 different vehicles at the same registration no that is wb 62f 6716. One owner i myself from dakshin dinajpur west bengal and another owner is nd navijan ansari from goods jharkhand. How it possible for same registration no of two different vehicles. Pls look into the matter and pls do the need full.

I had applied for duplicate driving licence, kindly refer to the

Fee payment and photograph/signature process is also completed.
But the application status shows document verification is still pending at rto level. Its 2 weeks now.
Also there is lot of inconsistencies in the data, my name and address as printed in the dl (Form 7) is correct, but the name is spelled incorrectly and the address is not updated in line with form 7 in parivhan - sarathi database.
We submit all the required documents, despite that such irregularities happen and in the end we have to run around again..
Kindly look into the issue.

This error is major problem in your site we have to do many try for payment and error like payment is pending please wait for 30 min.. After that i can't do any thing. This is 3rd class site. We have facing many problems to payment in sarathi parivahan site. After failing ot payment, reason any one, but after that we could not make payment we have to rto in digital india it is a funny one

Location : sarraki signal, jp nagar, banglore, karnataka 560078.

Premises of traffic signal, there is no auto stand. More than 10 auto are parking in no parking area for waiting customers due to this huge traffic raises at peak hours. Why can't they parking at least 200m away from signal.

At this signal, traffic polices are collecting fine for 2 wheels and 4 wheel vehicles. But my concern is why traffic policemen are allowing auto to stay in no parking and not raising the fine.

It seems policemen may be corrupted. Kindly address such that auto should in parked on no parking area. Pls take an action to reduce the traffic in kanakapura road.

My name is vishal kumar sah. I completed my payment for DL on[protected] but yet my DL is not dispatch by RTO.
RTO approve my DL on[protected] but it is pending to print on smartcard(Form7) on counter no.4 and Dispatch of DL and PSV batch is pending as shown on status.

My reference licence number is BR03 /0006514/2018.
Please Dispatch my DL as soon as possible.

My brother goes in campus school pantnagar, the school bus he goes in is 45 seater but more than 60 childrens are squashed under the same bus many have to stand all the way,
Many have fallen, got hurt at times standing, the school bus leaves at 7:25 am from a place called matkota which is nearly 1.5 km ahead of metropolis mall rudrapur and gets overloaded at the next 3rd stop in front of haldi office tdc
Since no rto is oresent for checking at haldi

I was in my college class, when i received the message of challan of rs. 4000. There was one link given in the message and that was payment link. There was no picture of mine where i was without helmet or doing dangerous drive. On visiting noida police station, policemen asked me to pay the amount. But still i have not any reason that why my challan issued at the time when i was not driving and was in college.

I request noida (Co traffic office noida, gautam buddha nagar) traffic police to verify this mistake. We belong to a middle class family and cant afford these unproved challans. Kindly present any of my image without helmet or dangerous driving clip.

I am vivek pratap singh from sitapur uttar pradesh 261001 my additional endorsement on dl application no is [protected] and dob is 01/05/1994 my new revised dl was released on 13/09/2019 but it has been 15 days today but i have not received the dl which is causing me a lot of problem in driving the car. I request you to solve my problem soon. Please do.

I have been waiting for my license for more than two months.. Every time i visit rto office they just say pay 50 rs for processing which i did twice already.. Still i have not yet received my license.

The post office have different story to tell.. No wonder people prefer private service than government.

Please do the needful, or else i am forced to share of awful your services on public platform.

It has been over a month that my driving license got issued (Date 20.08.2019), yet i have not received my driving license till date. I can nowhere check it's status post dispatch, there are no updates on my phone number/email. It's so confusing. I checked usually the time taken is of a month to get it delivered at your doorstep, but it has been over a month now. The contact numbers of rto/rla faridabad are hardly functional. It either says switched off or someone is never picking the calls. Such poor customer service. I need this to be resolved asap, and need my driving license at the earliest.

I, the undersigned, beg most humbly to lay before you the following grievances of mine in the hope they will meet with a kind consideration at your hands.
I purchased a second-hand car (Tata indigo ecs lx) on 11th september, 2019 from mr. Bhudev chatterjee of behala following an advertisement on olx. I collected information from internet that recently government has introduced online car ownership transfer process through vahan citizen portal, and i applied for the same by following step by step guideline. I submitted rs. 1940 through net banking and got the e-fee receipt on 19-sep-2019. I also got information that it is a hassle-free process in which no agent is required. The only thing i have to do is to submit all the documents to the nearest r. T. O. After a month, i shall receive new registration certificate.
Accordingly, i went to diamond harbour r. T. O. (My nearest r. T. O.) to submit the documents; but the officer ignored everything totally, saying that it is not the process. There is no online car ownership transfer process. My money was lost. He asked me to follow the old, traditional process. He explained that both the buyer and the seller of the car have to be present in the office with the car.in front of the officer, the seller will say that he is selling his car, and the buyer will say that he is buying the car. After that other legal procedure will be followed.
I asked the officer if the online process introduced by the government is false. He said, “why did you consult net? Why didn’t you come to me?” i said that, actually, it is the duty of the seller to transfer the ownership of his car; as he is not doing so, and as i have purchased the car, i am doing this owing to my urge. I also said that the seller is an octogenarian who cannot move about. Then he demanded rs 16000/-, saying that he would go to the seller’s house to do the job.
Sir, i am an ordinary writer, i do not know the law. I try to collect information from internet to do everything. I contact with the world through internet. Sir, the e-fee receipt contains qrcode, and there is a note there, declaring “this is computer-generated slip from vahan citizen portal, signature not required. Can be verified from qrcode." naturally, i was surprised to see that a responsible officer ignored everything.
On the above circumstances, i just want to know if this online process is merely a hoax or i can transfer the car-ownership through this process. If the answer is ‘yes’, please tell me how i can approach the r. T. O. Diamond harbour.

My vehicle no ka-05-mu-2741 was transferred from jayanagar 4th block rto, bangalore to thane rto, mumbai in september, 2018 after receiving noc no 22875 dated 30-aug-2018. I registered my car in thane, mumbai with registration no mh-04-jv-3297 in february 2019 after paying life time road tax and penalty fee of around rs 10, 000 with no fault of mine. The delay in registration was due to manual transfer process in bangalore and automated process in mumbai. I provided crti report on 8-jun-2019 to jayanagar 4th block rto. The delay in providing crti report was due to erroneously sending of the crti request letter by jayanagar rto to pune rto office instead of thane rto office. After that i have been calling jayanagar rto office almost every week and sending them email reminders but till now my refund has not been received. I must have made over 30 calls and sent over 10 email reminders to jayanagar 4th block rto. Three weeks back i heard from jayanagar rto that my refund cheque has been approved and will be delivered soon. Two weeks back i was told by jayanagar 4th block rto that the cheque has been given to the post office and the speed post number will be given soon. So far there is no email confirmation received from jayanagar rto regarding the same. After two weeks of follow up, on 24th sep i was told that the cheque is now outdated and a new cheque request has been sent. The officer informed me that his may take long time.

Sir, this is completely unfair and harassment to the citizens of this country by rto department. It is now over four months after submitting crti report, i have still not received a refund cheque. There is no formal communication received from rto jayanagar 4th block regarding this delay.

Kindly look in to this matter and expedite the refund of road tax to me.

Rto pune — not received original rc book from rto even after 2 years of purchase
1. Bike purchased in july, 2017.
2. I can see rc in android application but never received smart card/hard card for the same.
3. All the details were fulfiled and provided to the deal at the time of purchase that's why i can see rc online. I need hard card for the same.

That policy renew for bajaj allianz side renew but didn't show on rto portal. Your rto team doesn't support for this kind problem your team said this not our problem. I am tell to rto office or rto customer care.

I avantika sharma bought tvs jupiter from goregaon west tvs showroom on 6th june 2019 and my vehicle got registered on 11/06/2019 - at boriwali rto. My vehicle no is mh47ap0624 and receipt no is mh47d[protected]..

Still i’m waiting for the registration book or card from the rto. I tried to coordinate with tvs dealer but they blaming to rto and not cooperating into that. I tried so many times to call borivali landline no also but unfortunately it is always busy and never get connected. Whn i called regional rto andheri office even they denied to help and asked me to coordinate to borivali again..

I’m facing so many problems as i’m not able to use my vehicle because of not having rc.. Please help me into this.. And try to get me my rc book as soon as possible. Thanks

Yesterday was go to mhapusa city goa without my license, there r two rto officer standing. And they stopped my bike. That time i don't have my license that's why i was pay that charges. But i seen that they can't be stop goa bikes.. Why?? Because he is from goa. It's not good. So many people are not wear his/her helmet but that rto can't stop her/his. Pls next action with him.

My license is not delivered to the home, almost 6 months passed, when i checked on website it says license is delivered provided with ems number, but i did not receive my card. So i am not understanding where does my card struck. Even if i track the ems number in indiapost website, it says information not found. So please resolve it, because it’s original license card which is not delivered to my home!

Maine alto lx up32 bu0030 second hand car buy ki thi 2014 mein. Iske bad maine transport nagar lucknow up se noc le kar car ko auraiya up mein registration karaya. Meri car ka pollution nahien ho pa raha hai because computer ki screen par likh kar aata hai ki aapki car more than one places par registered hai. Aap rto office se contact karein.
Rto office transport nagar lucknow se koi kam nahien ho pa raha hai please solve this matter.
Bina pollution ke mein apni car ko use nahien kar pa raha hoon.

Dear sir / madam,

Myself, mohammadsafi who have applied for renewal of driving license my application no. [protected] is at rto vadodara & all formalities are completed almost 13 days ago but still the status is pending for

1) printing of dl in form 7 &
2) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

As per parivahan minsiter mr. Gadkari's all the license were to be issued to the applicant within the week but in my case it has taken almost 2 weeks.

Needless to state that traffic police will not accept this if need arises and will impose fine and hence i humbly request to take this on priority.
