I booked online slot for learning liscenseat 10:30 am monday, july 2019 at nirmal, telangana. The rto officer have arrived at 11:30 am and there is no internet connectivity in the office. I along with almost 150 others waited for 5 hours in line and at last the office got closed without any o[censored]s getting our work done. The rto is rude to public and she is using police officials to mishandle public.

This is to inform that i, rajesh kumar sharma applied for a driving license and i deposit fees rs 1000 and i got a massage on dated 06/04/2019 that my driving license has been approved but still my driving license has not been delivered to me. When i contacted hapur r. T. O office then i was told that my dl has been lost somewhere and i will have to pay again rs 1050/- to reissue my driving license.
Please help me in this matter.
An early action in this matter will be highly obliged.

I already have a lmv-nt license, i have applied for addition of motor cycle vehicle license and paid rs.950 fees. But during verification my application got rejected.in my current dl, my address is not updated to my current address. So when i applied from online, i have provided my new address, but during verification with my original dl they found a mismatch and ask me to first change address in the dl and bring new dl with my current address and then apply again and also pay rs.950 fees again. But my question is, if i have provided my current address proof, why should i need to apply separately address change request? Why should i pay again?

Sir i am from kerala my license test was done under thalassery rto kl 58 and i have passed my test on january 2019 and now 6 months over i have not received my original driving license card, when i look on parivahan website (Sarathi) it showing application under processing under rto level application number: [protected]. Sir please take action on this

I applied to renew my driving license (Up27 [protected]) on april 15, 2019 whose application number is [protected] which was sent to me on may 15, 2019 but i did not receive it. Then i complained to up parivahan vibhag at [protected] toll free number. They gave me the complaint number 190625/93 but if no action was taken on this, then i complained again a few days later, so i was told that many such driving licenses are back, those who do not have any information yet to dispatch it.
Please, please do proper action on my problem.

The respected officers weren't able to register a complaint of lost license in almost 3 hours.

I was shifted from one counter to another and your respected officers were processing different files and were running all of a sudden to room number / counter number 6. What's so special about it?

Impolite employees who will argue with everyone and process files under the table.

I was there at almost 9:15 and my work didn't finished even after 11... I was forced to return home as they don't work after 11.

That's not how i want our government offices to operate.

I'm required to get back again on a working day to apply for a duplicate driving license by loosing a pay day.

A loss for me, a loss for our country and all because of your "not willing to work employees"

I'm an air force officer presently posted at air force station mohanbari, dibrugarh as chief engineer.

I availed a taxi service through car no up -81 1040 today from aligarh to noida. While carrying out the journey i observed that it was a private car which was being used as taxi by ajay sharma mobile no [protected], this could be located via google. This does not seem in order and warrants required action.

Further, though the payment was made in cash as per the verbal contract i e rs 8.5 per km for both way ride and toll tax while disembarking the car to the driver. The taxi operator tried to extort additional money on phone while quoting one or another reason and created scene at my society. When i tried to ask him the reason of asking additional money after having finished the drop he became extra ordinarily abusive and used unparliamentary language not befitting to any human being.

I intend to bring this unaccepatable behaviour of ajay sharma to your kind notice and urge you to initiate stern action against him. Should you need any other clearification i shall always be available on phone and can produce proof also.

It is requested to look into the matter since running a car into taxi is a punishable offence and such untoward behaviour can not be accepted in service sector. I presume that such incidents would have been happening but no one would have brought it to your notice.in any case defence officer can not be subjected to such illtreatment.

I have applied for the duplicate Rc on-line but it seems like nagpur RTO MH40 is not processing the application at all.

I have drop the multiple mails regarding the status of the application but still did not getting any response .

I have paid 400 rs as duplicate rc fees it should take 15 days to complete the full procedure and issue the duplicate RC .

but it has been more than one month and still it showing the status as at in word RTO . I have added the status snap in attachment .

I had car learning license appointment on 20th july.in the beginning i went to officer who was verifying the documents. I showed him the documents and told me to pay fees online without checking the application form and documents. So i did as officer said. Paid the fees and again went to that officer. Now he told this application is not correct as you have filled wrong application form and said you have to apply again. I asked him about refund. He said amount is non refundable. Its not 200-300 ₹ its 900₹ which is large amount for middle class. I request you to refund my money.

This is to bring to your notice that when i was applying for a duplicate dl online on the parivahan website, in the fee payment column, i paid the required amount of rs.359, on[protected]:07:14 am.

The amount is debited from my account and i have got a treasury challan reference no (2c67d15b33) for the same. The status of the application is completed in all the fields. I checked odisha treasury website using the reference id and it shows transaction successful.

But on the sarathi site, the payment is still in pending status, the epayment "status of payment" section, due to which i am not able to get my duplicate dl.
I have visited the rto twice as well and they informed me that they have not received the payment and cannot proceed with it even though all payments are done as required.

Have called the sarathi helpline numbers multiple times but to no response.

The online application was to make life easier for people, but this is a really big inconvenience, and my trust on government organizations has further reduced.

I have submitted the application on july 4.

My address proof submitted was of lucknow, and now i live on rent in ghaziabad.

My documents were not submitted, pertaining my address is of outside ghaziabad at rto office and i was not allowed to take the exam.

My question is, why was my form allowed to sumit online and fees accepted if the address proof required is of ghaziabad.
Also, if so how will new law abiding citizens moving to ghaziabad from outside the city get their lisense made.

Please let me know if more details are needed from my side.

Hundreds of brokers are getting the lisense created, bypassing even giving the exams.

Please provide justification for the above queries.

As responsible citizen of the country i here by requesting you to kindly check the licence of the driver’s who are drivers of brahma chaithanya school which situated in viajayanagar colony, cantonment ballari. (Owner come head master siddharamana gouda patil) all the drivers are driving the vehicle with ordinary licence as per my knowledge any driver who drives the yellow board bus are vehicle should have badge as per driving licence rools and the school management is using unauthorised drivers for the school busses, as they have 12 buses out of which only 3 drivers are eligible to drive the vehicle, its question of the life of the children and the dream of the parents, please check this immediately, as per the information of one well wisher school busses are not having the permit, and insurance and any other documents, brahma chaithanya school is having 2 small vehicle which called cruse or trcks which don’t have any documents both vehicles are illegal, kindly check for sake of children safety and country good name.

I chinnadurai ponnuswamy owner of two wheeler hero dream yoga no. Mh 01 bw 4671 parked at railway premises and i am also railway employee has been towed without any reason on 17/07/2019 and rto mentioned that "no parking" in the in their challan no mumct[protected] dated 17/07/2019.
In the railway premises railway employee can park at any where and no parking qestioned doesnot arises. And what circumstances my two wheeler has been towed. On enquiry with rto official they said some body made complaint regarding parking. As per my knowledge no body nominated for such work and if so, iwant the person details who made the complaints. If sastifed reason not provided than the case may be placed in the court of law.

I applied online for driving license in wrong rto and paid application fee or rs. 766.
I did not book slot for driving test and cancelled the application. The application is cancelled now but can you please refund the amount which i paid.

I paid the fee for the permanent driving lisence under 50cc bike. After the booking they have given that we need to have the insurance certificate, pollution board certificate, and mainly my bike is not under 50cc. So i need back myu money that was paid to for the driving test. As i want to rectify all the my certificates and the papers need to be submited.
