An auto rickshaw with number mh 02 va 3685 has been lying unmoved in front of my shop since 7-8 months.
When asked no one knows about its owner. Address: shop no. 14 om satyam niwas bldg. Shimpoli road borivali west mumbai 400092. Near shimpoli police chowki.
There is an illegal pay and park by an auto garage owner. He knows the owner of this vehicle. Earlier in similar scenario he had asked to get it removed. Now this time he says the owner "punjabi" is not in contact. Its been 7-8 months. Its all damaged with some bags stocked inside, the bmc cleaner cannot clean the area properly causing a lot of garbage accumulation, flies and mosquitoes infestation, bad odour. Please get it towed.

On the payments page for learner's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.1350. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. Selected debit card as the mode of payment, and entered my card details. After a long time (Around 20 minutes) nothing happened, and it did not redirect me to the verified by visa/ otp page too.
Hence i started the payment process again but got the below message:

"application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message. Please tell me whom to contact for this issue asap. I have an ll appoint in a week hence need help urgently.

Kindly let me know if online payment is not going through can i make the payment at the rto.

Till now I have not received Smart Card. I had checked the status from Thane RTO and got Speed post no EA[protected]IN but no record is available in tracking also it has not returned to RTO as informed by them. please help me to get the smart card. We stay near ram mandir railway station west. There are many vehicles parked in no parking due to which there is lots of traffic causing inconvenience to our society members. Since the railway station is operational lots of auto and vehicles are parked near the station in no parking zones. Which cause huge traffic at morning n evening. We stay in great eastern links society ram mandir road near ram mandir railway station west. Its very difficult for us to enter n exit through our society main gate.

Near worli area, tempo driver tried overtaking us from right and dashed our car mh 01 bk 2076 breaking the side mirror. When asked for explanation he came back saying we were driving fast and hence it dashed whereas we were driving normally and he tries overtaking without giving any signal and without horn. Please look into the matter on priority basis.

Every time whenever I attempt for slot bookin it shows that "No slot available for next 30days" !!
What's the actual problem? How can I book slot?
The problem is in Arambagh RTO, Dist-Hooghly, West Bengal.
What is the actual timing of slot booking? When it is available?
Why same problem occur every day?

Yesterday 2.7.19 at 8.45 pm i forgot my phone in autorickshaw at upper govind nagar malad east. I had taken the auto from hanuman nagar kandivli east. The registration was probably mh03-7196 (Full registration not known). The autowallah was weird in nature & did not disclose the location of his auto. He did not know the route from kandivli to malad. I m aa middle class citizen & my phone contains all my data & cannot afford the loss. Please help me

I have reason to believe that the dealer is avoiding a meeting with me and i have reasons to believe that this is a pattern for ankit yadav owner elroy hyundai. The staff has been utterly unhelpful and non cooperative. Driving a vehicle without registration is a crime and i'm afraid i'm being dragged into this by the dealer. My rto is sarai kale khan, dl03.

I made a payment of rs 980 online on[protected] @ sarathi. Parivahan.gov.in portal for dl. The amount got debited and payment was successful but pay status shows failed in sarathi website. I have already contacted the bank and it says the payment is successful on their end, sarathi and rto still showing status failed and asking me to pay again. I will be paying double the amount of dl.
Kindly refund my money or sort this issue.

But till now i am coming and going but they didn't give any response. Only saying that it will b ok.. But mr bijit are not doing his duty... Plz sir look at that matter... Also scrutiny of documents has been completed. But till date the license has not been approved and status shows as “pending for approval of dl at addmin level”.
I have paid penalty for driving my bike on supporting of the learners licensethat I have received, as the same is not accepted by Traffic Officers. How many times am I going to have to pay such penalty ??? So, When will I receive my License???

I paid for 4 wheel learning license and 150 cut from my bank. However i didn't get message from rto.

Executive their said me that, it will be credited in your account within 10 days. Please confirm this. So i paid 150 again to proceed.

Also, there is mistake in address detail and they refuse to validate this. So again in loss of 150.

Can you please guide where to change my address or doing new application is the only option?

I had appeared for the driver license test on 28/06/2019 and completed all the necessary formalities. But since then the status on the sarathi site is "application under processing at rto level", record test results of driving test pending mdl test 2 showing pending.

Regarding the matter, I tried calling DTO, office in the contact number as mentioned in the application number pdf generated during the online application procedure. I would like to bring to your notice that the number provided is the DC office number of Sonitpur district. I also tried calling DTO, Sonitpur many times at his mobile number but was unattended.

I would be grateful if you kindly look into the matter and take necessary action so that the application can be processed at the earliest.

I have applied for renewal of my drivers license vide application number [protected] dt 04 may 2019. Despite more than 2 months have elapsed i have not received my renewed driver licence.
I am repeatedly trying to find staus of my icence from customer care number but i am only being given dispatch number eu[protected]in. Whereas 1500 rupees weretaken from me for the charges and additional 1500 rupees, my license is still not received.
Kindly resolve the issue earliest as i am unable to drive without drivers license.
Also all numbers on the up transport/rto agra are incorrect. As available on the govt site. Same also needs to be corrected

Sir please take a note of our valuable time as we have to skip our studies and jobs for this. Hi Team,

My wife cleared her learning licence on March 30th.

Now to get the permanent licence DL Test slots are not available until October.

If we have to apply for learners licence again because the DL test slots are unavailable it is not justified.
