Hello, i am from mumbai. I gave my drivers license test in mumbai central rto. My test was on 26th april 2019. I was supposed to receive my driving license by 26th may but i haven’t received it yet. I want to know what went wrong and also when will i receive it. How can i check the delivery status? Should i go and check at the post office? Please help me with this.

My new taxi is registered 20/03/2019 by dy rto dahisar west mera gaadi ka rc by post milne wala tha but woh ab tak nahi aaya main 5 time rto gaya waha bolte hai ki post se aa jayega 3 month ho gaye mujhe baar baar rto ke chakker lagane pad rahe hain maine rto officer se rc rto me handover karne ki request ki to woh 2000 rishwat maang raha hai counter no.9 raju naam ka officeer hai

I have been cheated 2 time while travelling from j&k to chd and chd to j&k... I have ticket that costing 900 and given by other travel agent and bus was different and no seat i get. What eto check only permits why tickets are not checked i have lost money i had money but what about people that can affords

No seat given and price of ticket is 900 and i am travelling in hari travel but ticket given by him giri tour and travel

I passed my learner's license test at dto, ranchi on 7 march '19. (Application no.[protected], date of birth 06/07/1993). It's been almost 4 months, but my license is not yet approved.
I visited dto, ranchi on 7 may 2019 regarding the same problem. They did not give me a proper answer. They told me to go to counter no. 416 and 316 twice. One person told me officer had gone for "election duty", so it was delayed. The candidates who had applied both before and after me have already received their learner's license.

Till date (1 june '19) my license has not been approved or printed.

Please, provide the needful and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Currently i am trying to get driving licence.

Please note that,

As a handicap, i am having problem in my left leg only (Right leg is normal) and i am perfectly fit to drive an automatic transmission car.

I am also having a physically disability certificate and physical fitness certificate.

Now the problem is that, as per rto laws in india, i can drive a specific car only after suitable modifications for me and this car is required to be registered under invalid carrige.

As per my physical condition and physical fitness certificate, i don't need any modifications in the car (I am having automatic transmission car).

At jayanagar rto, the assistant rto officer is not ready to transfer the vehicle under invalid carrige as it doesn't have any modifications.

When i met the assistant rto officers again and told me that he can not change vehicle category to invalid carriage without any modifications.

Many times i visited rto without any success. As a handicap person, i am getting lots of trouble visiting rto, instead of any help.

Normal people will get dl with manual transmission vehicle test and then they switch to automatic no issues when partial disable people like me even though i can drive automatic car i am not eligible which is unfair and illogical.

What if a normal person has valid dl and unfortunately has left leg injury and he switched to auto transmission without notice to rto? Is he allowed??

Today lot of people switching to auto transmission and also all high end cars has option of auto transmission. Why such discrimination of rules. People like me is suffering with such unscientific and making us dependent which is very rude...

This was my 2nd time i was applying learning license in kolhapur rto. The first time i went, condition was so bad that the infrastructure and management was very poor.. First time when i went was rainy season of 2018, people literally were standing in rain waiting for the officer who went for lunch. The rto staff was waiting in the room chilled, relax, yawning with no bother about the candidates waiting in rain.. Such a pathetic infra and management it was..

Now 2nd time i was visiting in 2019 in summers.. Thank god they improved the infrastructure but the management is still pathetic.. The officer, staff and esp the agents... Wow everyone is like involved.. Paise is only required to get your license process done smoothly and on time.. Shame on rto staff and agent.. Here modi sarkar is planning to remove the corruption and improve india. But you are still not taking a step forward to make this happen.. Grow up people..

I request some officer (Of course, who is not corrupt) to look into below issue..
1) officer asks who has filled up the online form if you say it's agent then they process your license else they will send you back and forth saying you have not uploaded this and you have not xeroxed this document..
2) getting an learning license means you need to get the documents verified by the officer (I don't know why is still required offline if everything is online now), submit the xerox copy of the form and you are done. You can get the learning license within few hours as it is just scanning and laminating it.. But i couldn't understand why they told me to come after 1 day to collect the license. I suppose i didn't went through agent that's why (No money) poor people..
3) if you are applying 1st time for learning license you need to give a test.. Around 50 people very waiting since 11 am to get there test done but sadly they were notified after few hours that the internet is not working.. Do they thing people are just rikamtekde (With any work) like them..
4) each time when i went the officer was so rude and corrupt that he will not spare you if your application is not through agent or if you don't give them money.. Sad it is..
5) agents : i must say they are not needed anymore everything is online and people can do the job by there own.. I asked one of the agent "kya yaha pe agent se hi kaam chalta hain jaane??" and he clearly said yes... Stunned.. I scanned 2 documents and he took 50rs.. What for just to scan???

If you want to grow india you should really take an action to stop the wrong things happening in surrounding..
Think wisely and please do take some actions.

Now in mumbai, ll cant be received without filing online application. While you select vehicle license category, once selected, you can deselect. You have to compulsory proceed. When you go to change application category, you would receive message as it is not open to public. If you ask rto office mumbai to amend it, they would also say, we can not amend the application. Its such a bad site. Who else would have access to amend the ll application? When i realised, a applied wrong category, i went for cancellation. If license not issued, why government is not refunding money??? It is loot of public money. Mumbai rto office is waste. They vl not see how to help public. Only intention to send back and come again... : (: (

1) please give right to amend the ll application to public
2) if my ll application is not proceed further, please refund the money to public... Why government is looting public like this.
3) please refund my money against ll application no.[protected] of rs 611/- paid to rto.

I manoj singh has applied for the driving license in dehradun rto, uttarakhand. All phases are completed but the last one. But the last stage is pending since more than a week (It was[protected] when all phases was completed).

I have purchased a two wheeler with the registration no. Dl3sec6469 in nov.2018. First time i have received the rc but father's name & address was wrong on it. Then i ask the same to dealer from where i purchase my bike. He has send the rc for correction in end of dec. 2018, but till now i am waiting for the rc.
I have still not received any text message regarding dispatching of rc.

Requesting you to do the needful & help me to send the rc at my address.

Dear sir, i have submitted an application for fc of two wheeler honda activa ka02 ef 1353 at rto office ullal upanagara, bangalore. Fees paid about 6000rs. Inspection done. Officials told, rc book will be couriered within a month. As of now, 6 months past. Officials say file is missing. I need my rc book with fc at your earliest. Need compensation for me for wasting my time and harrasment of officials in this manner. Kindly ensure this type of incident won't happen anymore and warn officials and staff to show their competence towards job and customer satisfaction.

There is no internet connection available in the office due to this many many people has to wait for to get internet connection in this immense sun heat. Also some officers are taking bribe such as the officer who takes photocopy online.
Please eneure this complaint as many people including me still waiting for internet connection start from the day open's office

I am a doctor and i got ill treated by the rto officer in thudiyalur coimbatore. He shouted at me in front of many people. I was asked to my address... My aadhar card address was my native and i couldn't say properly... He started saying u don't have consciousness, have u studied or not? I have left the place without getting llr.. My amount paid at marutii driving school of 10000 is waste for me.

I have tried to get my vehicle no.-wb65c1557 fitness fee from parivahan.gov.in site but it gets stuck on payment gateway for more than 3 days. Every time the screen shows-your last transaction is pending at bank side, click here to clear the transaction before applying for any fresh application or payment.

Kindly help me out from the above said. So that i can do the fresh transaction of my vehicle fitness fee.

Hii sir... Im Niranjan K N .. i passed all the rto KA-11 procedure and passed driving license... but not received smart card not yet... i passed on 11/10/2018 but now 30/05/2019... when i ask in mandya rto office... he said come another time .. i don't have time go rto so plz send in post... or suggest me how to collect my driving license...

I have applied for learner license online but rto cancelled my license due to some reasons. I requested you to please refund my fee 520/- i will be very thankful to you. This is to complaint against above vehicle. Today (30/05/2019) the driver of foresaid vehicle was driving in service lane on sohna road, gurgaon and hit me from behind. By the grace of god i was not get injured. I wonder, how these type of people got driving license from rto office.

I hope you will definitely look into the matter at the earliest.

Slot booking for Driving Test is not allowing in the site even after 45 days of passing the Learner Licence Test. The message which is coming is " Entered Application no is approved. Slot booking is not allowed. The application was done through Sarathi site and Learner's Licence Test was approved.

Cannot understand the reason for it. Have to give the driving test at the earliest and get the licence.

What the poor quality is been given by gujrat state rto, the license quality is very bad and not at all satisfactry it is very bad it is also not leminated properly lemination is worst and i have on idea waht they are giving i really want reply or please replace my driving license because quality of the card is worst and it is too thin as paper it do not look like card please give reply as soon as possible
