I have applied online through saarthi portal for updating my address in my driving license on 3-feb-2018. I paid fees online and uploaded the new address proof. Since then there has not been any progress in my application (App no.[protected]. It always shows under scrutiny at rto counter.

This raise serious doubts about efficiency & speed of online application system for rto services and gives a feeling that citizens are discouraged to use online rto services and instead go through rto agents/ touts.

I have not yet received rc book of my car. I have submitted rc book for name correction a year back. I have tracked for name correction to our pcmc rto office. Officers said name correction completed and you will get rc book by post. Today when i have enquired about rc to rto and post office, both are saying rc is not with us. Rto is sending me to post office and vice a versa. Need urgent support.

I applied for the dl extract on[protected] and mad ethe payment. But still, the status is showing the "application is under processing at rto level."

Let me know, what process is left from me? If not left any process then why delaying the dl extract report by rto officers?

I’ve applied for new rc after my loan gets cleared. At that time i submitted all originals documents related to loan clearance. New rc wasn’t delivered to me even after a year. Rto told me to apply for duplicate rc which involves police fir copy, additional challan amounts and the most important one is loan clearance certificates. They asked me to file loan clearance documents again which took approx 20 days for me to get the same. At last with all the documents i entered into rto office, they asked me stamp of the financier in the loan statement. The stamp was actually appearing in clearing copy and hire purchase cancellation letter. Again the concerned is trying to waste my time. At the last they didn’t even took my documents. They told me to come after 3 days that my registration number was not visible in their systems. Then i went there after 4days. They told me to wait some time and after 1pm they told me that the time was over come tomorrow. I still don’t know what’s happening with their irresponsible fellows. Do they think we don’t have work. I’ve been the same for the last 45 days. Still my doesn’t gets over. It’s their responsibility to deliver me my rc. They lost it somewhere and ordering me to apply for duplicate one. As mentioned earlier in subject, i bought car in aug 2017 and almost paid 70000 rupees in form of tax to government.
But the rc which i had received after 4 months is juz a a4 size paper stamp on it.
The quality of paper is so poor than any xerox copy. Chandrapur maharashtra rto.
Too bad quality of paper.
As the validity of car mentioned on rc is 2032 the paper quality should b as good enough till 2032.

Rickshaw number - mh-12, hc 4748.

I wanted to commute from bedekar ganpati mandir to krishna hospital, as i was unwell.
The rickshaw driver said, only if i pay 30 inr, he would come.
The distance usually takes inr 18, to which i generally round up and give inr 20

Concerning points:
1. Ethical value - there is no reason whatsover, for asking or fixing up extra money.
2. Moral value - when people are unwel, they probably themselves may not want to drive. Atleast, when it is required to go to hospital, these things should no come up.

Can this be eradicated, and a step taken towards what all our 'ved' tell us?

It's been 5 days since my test results were uploaded on www.parivahan.gov.in/sarathi3, yet my DL is not approved. Kindly see into this issue and get it resolved, as I don't want my DL to be delayed. Even if the smart card is delivered late at least I'll have the DL copy from online to show the cops who are stopping bike riders for no reasons. Thank you.

This is regarding my application no - [protected]. I have applied for four wheeler permanent licence along with change in address (Endorsement) for two wheeler. Had given driving test on 26th dec 2017, but still not have received driving licence at home.
When enquired about the same lot many times i got same answer from mr. Sawant (Window no -2, of mh05-kalyan rto) saying that it is pending with rto officer, i will check with them.
But i never see any progress on my application status moving forward.

I strongly feel rto office staff are not doing their job. I mean how come one person can give same answer again an again without having guilt that i haven't done this work.

Here are the details of the incident which took place today! Below is the copy of the complaint I lodged at consumer forum.

I Ashay Ninad Kully, had parked my bike MH -12 KU - 7038 inside the parking area properly on 27th March 2018 at 11:30 am beside Odyssey IT park. The exact address is Wagle Industrial Estate, Rd Number 9, Ambika Nagar No 3, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400604.

My vehicle was picked up on charges of "NO PARKING" and brought to Nitin Company Area. I should the picture of my bike's location to Traffic Police Inspector Jadhav and asked about my crime. He said that lane was meant for cars and opposite lane was meant for bikes. There is no signboard suggesting the above statement near Odyssey IT Park, neither there is a board of "PARKING" or " NO-PARKING". Jadhav Sir agreed with the same but he said if I would come out of the building and showed hands them he won't have tolled the vehicle. This is the silly explanation and totally an absurd reason! I always follow traffic rules. I showed them my Driving license, Insurance. PUC, RC book, and demanded a genuine reason for towing my bike. Jadhav sir didn't have an answer, he kept on saying you should have parked in the opposite lane. Well, there were other bikes parked in the same lane where I parked. The registration of my bike comes under Pune RTO, hence I feel my bike was towed as other bikes weren't even touched!

Later, he agreed to waive off the one hundred rupees of towing charges, and I had to pay 200rs for no- parking charges. I was denied the receipt for the same. The reality is that I parked in the Parking area. How will a common-man understand which is bike's parking lane and which is cars? There is no signboard. Also, the entire toeing team mishandled the bike, my bike got scratches! The towing boys are rude and use abusive language. Just because they want to pick vehicles, they randomly pick vehicles. I never got a receipt for paying the fine charges for the law which wasn't even broken.

The system should change ! My mom was praised by THANE RTO for wearing a helmet and a beautiful letter and photograph of her wearing the helmet was send to us. Here, I strictly follow rules and such incident happens!

This compliant is regarding the address wrong mentioned by driving license dept. My father (Mr. Bansi lal) renewed his driving license number dl[protected] on 12th march’18 on surajmal vihar office delhi. They renewed it successfully but at the time of delivering the driving license they mentioned the wrong address 17/45, geeta colony delhi-31, instead of 17/46, geeta colony, delhi-31 which is correct, thus didn’t deliver the dl on the correct address and other persons denied to receive it. So my father had to go to post office to get the dl, that time the post master said they mentioned the wrong address.

Then we started the dl address updation/correction process again online via parivahan.gov.in. We made the online payment of rs.400 and took the appointment for surajmal vihar, delhi office for 19th march’18 to make the amendment as early as possible. My father reached on time on the day of appointment and did all the formalities properly. They said to get it within 5-6 days, but we didn’t receive within the said duration, so today, 27th march’18 my father again visited to post office to check it that they haven’t done the same mistake again and his intuition was correct. Again postmaster said he delivered on 17/45, geeta colony, delhi-31 which is wrong address. Again they charged the whole amount and didn’t do their work properly and made the same mistake again.

Now please guide us what we suppose to do after paying the amount. Will our amount be refunded??? Will they make the necessary changes by themselves??? Now where to go to make our work done within stipulated time. Early action will be appreciable.

Please suggest.

This is in reference to rc book for my old purchased vehicle on 2nd jan 2018, vehicle number gj05nl2878. I have received speed post no. Eg[protected]in dt 06th feb 2018 via sms. But i can't received post (Rc book) till date and when i check speed post number on indian post website that answer is consignment details not found.
So, please do the needful as early as possible.

My order lb22644 received today (24th march 2018) is a wrong product delivered to me.
I ordered an urbane blue and gray saree, to which i received an blue salwar in very poor quality without duppatta also.
I have mailed them, but no response, tried calling them at the number given on site but all time number was busy. The product was cod of 1349 rs.
Saw many complaints as same of mine wrong product.
Please help me out to get my money back

I applied for new learner licence vide application no [protected] dated 19/11/2017 dob 05/07/1995 under rto location dto silchar (As11), assam. Accordingly, i booked ll test slot on 18/01/2018. I attended office in time and then i came to know that, all formalities such as taking photo, verification of documents etc. Has to be completed before sitting ll test. Unfortunately, i could not sit for the test on that particular date. I met dto sir on that day and explained the issues. He advised me to book a fresh slot against this application. Since then i am trying to book a fresh slot through https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/ site. The ll slot booking page open with a error message no slot is available for next 30 days. I went to dto office for assistance but they also could not provide me any information regarding my issues.
Sir i am searching for solutions and i need your help to resolve the issues.

Dear sir,

I have not received registration certificate of my two wheeler number mh-14 ch-0771. I had raised a complaint with rto but it got resolved without any details. Complaint id: mh14/170118/nt009 dated 17/01/2018 16:32:13.

Rc receipt number is ac10503 dated 6th october 2010.

Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

I had given my dl test on 15-3-18 in jayanagar rto, and my application is still in scrutiny at cashier 1. Ps - i passed the test. As per the govt, the dl will be delivered to the address by 30 days, but i don't think it is gonna happen. Please help me out someone. I have attached the screenshot for the reference. Please have a look into it and please let me know what can be done.

My bike number is mh14gf0418 while the rc delivered to me is of bike mh14gb0418. The information on the envelop was correct mentioning my name, address and bike number but the rc inside the envelop is not related to me. I have returned the wrong rc to mbc, vishrantbaugwada pune. And still waiting to get the new rc delivered to me. Traffic police is not allowing to run the vehicle on the road without rc.

I had purchased the bike in march 2017 and its been more than a year that i have been seduced to run either to rto or to post offices.

Artistic registration number plates are still been ignored in hyderabad city and also the dark tint windows, one cannot even see who is sitting inside the car, after all strict implementation of rto rules, traffic rules and implementation of digital challan system. Still we happen to observe these kinds of arrogance, how can traffic police department overlooked such vehicles

Yesterday i gave permanent driving licence test i. E on 21/03/2018. I successfully passed the exam and officer took my learning licence along with dl forms. But till now on sarthi. I gave my two wheeler driving test at kalyan rto on 27-february-2018 & passed the test. And it was informed by driving school that license will come directly through postal service within 30 days. It has been 25 days now but the status on the rto website has not been updated once. It is still showing the same status for days. And i am unable to understand anything from it.
