Respected sir,
I request you to provide me details regarding fine for using mobile phones while riding a motercycle.
One of the rto officer is asking me to pay rs. 5, 200 as penalty for using mobile, not wearing helmet, not having puc. But i want to confirm that penalty total said by such officer is right or not.
Is it necessary to show all documents to pay e memo of rto?
Is amount of penalty not so much high?
Is it necessary to have insurance? If some one is so poor and he want to save his rs. By not taking insurance then he has to pay this much penalty? Is it fair?

Dear concern,
i give all required documents and survey my car no dl10ca8846 to update cng in rc on 14 aug 2017 (Attached) at rajori garden transport authoritie. But 42 days past away and visiting 6 time in authority as per given time by officer in transport office rc still not prepared. They are giving unsatisfied resion that they are don't know where is file pending and say come next week every time. I request to you through this letter that ask to the concerne department to do their job on time not give unnecessary pain to the public.

Dear madam / sir,

I had purchased a bike from m/s bike shopee from khanpur dealer for yamha. The yamha bike is of 150 cc - fz fs fi, on 8th of may 2017. Till date i had not received my bike's original from the dealer. All the time they give me one week's time to trace the rc. But till date they had not done any thing and know they are not at all ready to listen me. I am struggling a lot, kindly help me out. I give the dl test on[protected] but i did not take the license till now my application no is 50905461 give the dl test on[protected] but i did not take the license till now my application no is 37676850 and my date of birth is[protected]i want to know that how much time rto will take for issue a dl after test when i check the website its always show that your application is under rto lavel when i go to the rto and ask about it they did not provide any information and the talk properly

On 20th sept. 2017, took a rickshaw from my society in viman nagar to my office in viman nagar, pune a dist. Of 900-950m. The amt. I give everyday is rs.20, the rickshaw man asked for 30 on reaching the destination. When i told him i pay rs 20 everyday, he disagreed. He then threatened to come to my office upstairs and insult me if i didn't give the extra 10. He started yelling at me and saying foul insulting things and made a scene.

I as a woman, felt extremely unsafe and threatened by this man. I don't even know if my complaint is going to be read because there are millions like me who write to you guys everyday, but in case you don't want this man threatening the likes of me, please fine this very unruly misbehaved driver for the wrong he has done.

I am physically disable person, my left leg is affected with polio. I am able to drive automatic car and purchased automatic car. As per government rule rto should give tax exemption to me however, pune officer refused to give me with illogical reasoning because of him i get passed my car with normal passing with paying rto tax.

I was carrying my mother who was bleeding from her fingers due to an injury and i had informed a traffic police standing at that time near saifee hospital but still my scooter got towed. Earlier there use to be pay n park. Since then the towing van tows all the scooter from saifee hospital except four wheelers. I want strict action against the saka patil traffic booth.

I am ajay kumar nayak, sold my bike (Regd. No - or06j-6771, hero honda cbz extreme) in july. I have applied for owner transfer in dhenkanal, odisha rto office on 12th july 2017. I have submitted all the required documents. 2 months over but still the buyer did not receive the new rc. So many times we asked in office, but they are saying they have sent by post, you will receive shortly. Please do the needful.

I haven't got my parmanent dl due to post condition to my near post office. This is very cheap for postal service by rto jaunpur -223101. There post man are not doning his work with timely and not present in office daily. My application no - 3166*. My serial no - cj -02104*. Dealing assistant says my dl has forward since 09/09/17 and my home postman had not got it till 18/09/17. So please give me information.

At the time of passing
1. owners of vehicle are supposed to wait till 12:30 pm when the inspecting officer comes where as the time given is 9:30am
2. vehicle owners are forced to purchase third class reflactor tape which is of no use at the ex orbited rates.
3. instead of guiding proper rules regarding the body of loading area they just charge their personal fees and pass the vehicles.
4. vehicle owners are forcved to purchase the stickers @ Rs 100/- which is available at Rs 20/- in market.

In Agar dist to Ujjain privet public transport buses not fallow the the RTO rules no one bus conductor gives ticket slip and he take different amount received from customer to same destination stop.
Ex. Arar to ujjain normally take 60 rs but hi received 50 to 70 rs also depends upon coustemer.
After taking money ticket ship is not gives to coustemer.If any coustemer ask for ticket he say we are not gives ticket to customer, not available, not applicable many reasons gives to coustemer.

And so much RTO rules are are break this bus owners ( live over loading of passenger, increase stops, bus any were for single passenger or so many). Common people are very frustrated such type of private bus service.
Please take seriously and action .

I have filed online application for leaner license for my wife online site sarathi not taking online application for kalyan rto so i filed with thane rto office. They have rejected our form offline saying that you are living in dombivali you should file it with kalyan rto. I agreed to them but i want my fees deposited rs 202. And if they are not given license other than their region they should not accept online application or else they should mention area only people form that can apply.. I also want my traveling expenses and my office leave payment from them below are detail of application

My trailer bearing registration no. Cg07c6852 is detained by duty officer riding on vehicle no. Mh-33a/3328 at 7.15 pm on highway near garhchiroli (M. H.) asked to show documents. Driver showed all relevant documents, then asked rs 1500/- towards bribe which driver refused to pay then threatened to imposed so many charges of motor vehicle act. Driver said that i am not in position to pay you a single paisa then they taken all documents and instructed him to come on tomorrow at rto office and be ready to pay fine which they will levied. This is normal practice of collection of bribe which are going-on since long period which may be investigated from drivers of vehicle going through garhchiroli. I am not sure that any higher authority is involved in this game. Please take hard action and clean rto department and support our prime minister's dream project.

Dear sir,
Customers are travelling from kurla station to bkc-1 or bandra to bkc. One wat fare is rs 30/- however when we try to hire them they flatly refuse and go there on sharing basis (3 passangers) and charge rs. 30 each passenger and drop at particular spot decided by them. It is not possible to get auto rickshaw for the place of your choice.
Please look in to it as there seems to be big nexus which is against the rule of rto.

I am a physically handicapped person, aged 23. I have problems with right arm. But using my artificial hand, i am able to drive 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers without any modification. I can drive a normal vehicle and rtos are not allowing to issue license or even allowing to sit for the test. I can purely control the vehicle using my artificial hand. I tried to obtain license in kerala and bengaluru and met many rtos. I heard that these rules are only strict in india. India is a country where equality is there. But in these cases, we are facing many difficulties. My sincere request to the government, kindly allow us to show our driving skills and later decide whether to give license or not. Don't avoid us at the initial stage. Please please do something and issue normal license for us...

This has reference to my application for renewal of driving licence to rto pune

Following are the application details...

Application date = 22 jun 2017 appln. No:[protected]
Fees paid receipt no : mhg/275179 dt 03 jul 2017

I have 2 complaints...
1) the smart card for driving licence is not received even after 75 day from payment of fees and
2) the date of renewal appearing on website is 30 aug 2017 the date of renewal should be 5 jun 2017 as per mva rules given here under...

The application and fees are paid with in time extention of 30 days allowed through "the maharashtra motor vehicle rules, 1989" clause 14 and as per "motor vehicle act 1988" page 30, 31 clause clause 15.

I need following for complaint redresal...

Either

A) interim document from authorised rto officer stating my driving licence is valid during the intervening period jun 5 2017 upto aug 29, 2017

B) or the date on smart card mentioning validity from june 5, 2017.

Request you to do the needful and redress my grievance.

My bike no mh 01 CK 7958 honda hornet was parked on no parking in Mahim and I paid the fine for the matter but there I came to know that one more bike of the same number is caught on CCTV camera by RTO for some reason I was told to pay fine for that but the bike is not Honda hornet but some other brand of Honda please check for the same as soon as possible, RTO told they will look in to the matter please check and solve this issue
