Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring under your kind notification once can easily see the mismanagement of Zebra crossing practice by the vehicle drivers, supported by Local Traffic officials at Parel TT signal(Madke Buwa Chowk). In this vicinity there are multiple hospitals (KEM, Wadia, Tata, Bachooalli, Mahatma Gandhi, and Global Hospital) and hence Jerbai Wadia Road and Acharya Donde Marg (Parel Road) is always packed with thousands of ailing commuters who travels daily from local and outside city/state. The only way to the nearest Railway station (Elphistone Road and Parel) is Jagannath Bhatankar Marg, for which people coming from Jerbai wadia Road and Acharya Donde Marg (Parel Road) has to cross the big signal at Parel TT(opposite to “F”Ward BMC office), though there is a Zebra crossing printed but all the vehicles heading from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Road covers the Zebra crossing in the presence of the officials due to which these Pedestrians have to risk their lives and search for a narrow gap of Vehicles and then cross the road to proceed. Can someone from the Authority look in this and instruct the local officials to adhere the rule. I am not asking for a big thing here, just requesting to follow the basic civic rules. In the past one year this is the third time the mini bus service is stopped due to HARTAL of the minibus staffs.We the daily passengers are travelling by trucks like chicken for the past 9 days from 16/8/15.Though state bus is runnig only in between Ukhra-Andal, that also very inadequate.There are 60+ buses are there but only 4 SBSTC buses are running. My complains are- 1. Why the permit's of the buses are still not seized due to their(MINI BUS STAFFS) anarchy? 2.Why there is no permanent SBSTC in the Jhanjra-Asansol, Jhanjra-Ranigunje, Jhanjra-Benachity, Jhanjra - Durgapur, Jhanjra-Andal route. 3.Why The crisis management has not provided any bus to the Andal-Jhanjra route?(Generally 30 mini bus and 4 express runs in this route, only 3 express are running now in over crowdwd dangerous condition) Sir please help us out of this condition, we the daily passenger(School children, Office goer, college students, poor patients and others).

Dear Sir/Madam, This has been a nagging issue since a couple of years. The autostand in our area is a nuisance. Its not just the fare being charged double and sometimes triple the standard amount, it is quite more. Three years ago I was new to the place so I just swallowed down the matter and didn't raise an alarm. When I awaited for an auto, one from the auto stand came up with three auto drivers sitting behind and asked with an evil smile, "chalna hai?". After that incident, I avoided waiting for an auto but instead, walked down to the main road to hire one. However, nowadays due to my time constraints and my need to travel with my child, I have no other choice but to wait there. This time, its a big group at the autostand, appearing very amused and their stare and body language quite offensive. The other day I found an old auto driver wink with a wicked smile while I wanted to hire him. There are many such issues which I want the authority to address. I was even tempted to go to the police but then having a growing child, I refrained from doing so.

Dear RTO, Please make provision for renewing LL or extend days of conducting DL TEST. You conduct DL TEST only on Saturdays. I am unable to make my DL due to second Saturday holidays and regional Holidays. Immediate action is appreciable.

i purchase new vechical. i pay the amount of +-350.00 rupees for rc book (vechical registration smart card)but it not recive so i contact to chd rto office he say the company contract will be end, say pay new charges for registration of rupees 20.00 and he gives me normal paper printed RC(registration card/copy)i ask him for rupees +-350.00 he say there is no refund facility not available for this payment by rto office . i[censored] want refund then contact the company is rasomata group and ask him for refund the rto will not responcable for this. so give me datails related, and who will responsable for this? it is neare about one thousand of vechical problem

My car number gj5 jl 0453. Car was purchased in feburary registered in march and as per rto records rc book is despatch on 26 / 04 / 15 but we have not recieved as yet. On a talk with rto pal adajan at counter number 24 they have given the despatch number of rc book at said to talk to post office. So first of all when we r subbmitting the things to rto and paying the entire amount to rto so why we have to go to post office for this. Second we also followed up with post office they we dont have such kind of rc book with them. This is complete heresmment for us. So need a reply for that and from where we r going to get the rc book

Respected Sir/Madam, From Kalyan RTO(MH05), two times I have taken learning license as well as given the Test Driving for two wheeler Driving License. But I have not received the License yet. First time I have given the Test Driving for Driving License in 15th May 2014 in Kalyan RTO(MH05).After test Drive the officer duly signed application forms and documents and handed over to me. I have submitted the same in RTO personally and done the signature in register as per the clerk informed. He has kept it on his table as completed the procedures. But I have not received the License. Later I have enquired in RT Office and the officer informed that my forms did not filled by my driving school yet. Actually I was not applied through any school. My application was through an Agent. By understanding this RT officer asks me to meet the Agent. The agent informed that it will be cleared in 15 days. But not happened like that and later he ask me for submit fresh application for new LL and then give Test driving. (I have lost the money given to Agent and the amount paid to RTO Charges) Again I have submitted online application (without any agent) for LL and DL and given test on[protected]. After Test driving my form kept by the testing officer and informed me that your form has been received and DL will get by post soon. But till date I have not received the DL. As I have enquired in RTO and not get any proper answer about it. So requesting you to kindly look in to this matter and please arrange to get me the DL. i have applied for my wife driving licence with the help of so called RTO agent kuldeep who took rs 3000 from for the same 2 years back.i m calling and want to meet him but he refused to meet and now a days againg i have seen him in the office of RTO office.

I have purchased vehicle on 02.06.15 but till date i have not recived ont time tax deposit receipt/challan, vehicle number allotted to me etc why so much of time required & what govt deptt think we will purchase vehicle & keep that at home till we will get all required documents/information from RTO? Today every thing is online then why so much time required when our govt deptt will wake up? if any chance they get fortunately/unfortunately they will stop & start their procedure what about their working style like me so many suffering. After that I have received another massage on[protected] that “RC of MH12JZ4997 is handed over to DEPARTMENT OF POST on 11-June-2015, for Speed Post delivery, Thanks, RTO, Pune. Again and again I have received the same massage on[protected] at 11.53 a.m. that “RC of MH12JZ4997 is handed over to DEPARTMENT OF POST on 23-June-2015, for Speed Post delivery, Thanks, RTO, Pune. On[protected] at 12.23 p.m. that “RC of MH12JZ4997 is handed over to DEPARTMENT OF POST on 25-June-2015, for Speed Post delivery, Thanks, RTO, Pune. On[protected] at 11.50 a.m. and 12.14 p.m. that “RC of MH12JZ4997 is handed over to DEPARTMENT OF POST on 26-June-2015, for Speed Post delivery, From the above massage I confused that whether my RC is handed over to DEPARTMENT OF POST for Speed Post on[protected] or[protected] or[protected]r[protected], please confirm and do the needful, so as to I can receive my RC as early as possible.

I have purchased vehicle on 02.06.15 from Chandrapur but still i have not received any documents from RTO towards fees deposited, Number allocation letter etc. Why so much time required & how much days we wait for receiving number we have not purchased vehicle to keep at home till RTO will allott number & fear to drive on road on temp number. Now a days every thing is online then why should govt deptt takes too much time & when we will proud n our govt offices & their timely services Regards

I have given my Driving test for Four Wheeler at Wadala RTO on 2nd January 2015 & passed the test. And it was informed by Noble Motor Trainig School that License will come directly through postal service within 45 days. It has been 6 months now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license. I visited 2 times RTO Wadala office but they are also unable answer. I do not know what to do. There is no toll free complaint number nor any rto's email id where i can share my problem. sir, in front of budrayani hospital some auto rickshaw drivers refuses to destination e.g. railway station due to sort distant and take extra fine so inconvinent to patient and their relatives so please take some necessary actions on this auto rickshaw drivers. I am trying to take appointment for the issuing learning licence. First I tried on 07th may. RTO gave appointment on 3rd August Directly (Three month for the appointment of the LL) This is like asking for appointment to donate 100crore. After 1 month after the issue of LL you can book appointment for DL. ( I haveheard it takes more time than LL) So, If I pass My LL test on first attempt. i.e on 3rd august( if the system are working on that day, My all document are Ok according to them) Then the earliest I can apply For DL is 3rd september. which might give me appointment assuming it to be three months (probably it will be more) It would be 3rd december. After Installing IT infrastructure by Goverment. The person wanted to take driving licence on 6th may will be able to take licence atleast by 3rd December. If everything goes right. (any document missing, fail in LL/DL exam on crucial day) again delay of three months. In case any emergency arises on crucial day. ( you are gone) What an efficient utilization of resources By our RTO staff. Previously it was way better in terms of TIME. Please improve the system Sir 7 months (bare minimum for issuing DL) is too much sir. looking forward for reply

I have been waiting since 6-7 months for my permanent 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler licence to come. I completed my licence exam on 4/09/2014 at Andheri RTO. Even I had contected my Motor Learning School ( Royal Motor Driving School, Vile Parle ), but they are not giving us proper reasoning and neglecting us. We enquired at the Andheri RTO, they are not giving us the status of my licence. It is very irresponsive behavior of RTO office. I have been visiting RTO Rajajinagar ever since 1 year by now. My vehicle Number KA 02 EH 9936, had been given to transfer the ownership to my name. That has been completed by 28.05.2014 and still they have not given me registration card. I have asked them several times, every time they tell me to get a file. Am Dr.Anant daily traveler from dombivli station to midc dombivli The autirukshws have fare of rs. 14 as share and drivers keep 4 passenger in it where today one driver abussed for not giving extra rs 1 he was taking rs. 15 instead of 14. He abussed me today morning and tried assult on me this becomes daily even with other custmers and with femals as well. i renewed my driving licence on 2nd march 2015 in baramati rto MH42 but tilltoday i am not get any licence. they have given me speed post no EA[protected]IN its status is TMO PUNE on 17april 2015 now also shows same status i ask both BARAMATI RTO & DAUND POST OFFICE nobody is helping me to get me my driving licence now what can i do?
