I had complained earlier regs the same.
As a senior citizen and retired defence officer, i have been through a lot of stress - am unable to drive even to collect my medicines from the hospital for fear of the police apprehending me.
I had been repeatedly calling the persons concerned in that office regularly and i am put off because of vague response.
On 4th sept. 19, i had personally gone and submitted required documents, paid rs. 60/ for bio metric and handed over a self addressed envelop to receive my dl by speedpost, as promised.
On checking parivahan.in i have found that my licence was renewed on 1. Oct. 19 valid till 30.09.24.
I am confused about this lack of efficiency where it should have been done online with no delay.
I need help and am desperate!
