Rumeet Singh, Self — excess toll charges

I am complaing about the toll barriers when we enter hp from dehradun to pontasahib and when we are coming from haryana side to kalaamb. I am frequently traveling from dehradun to pontasahib gurudwara sahib and the toll was [protected]@rs 40/ and last month when i traveled there on 21/1019 they charged [protected]@rs 70/. When asked they showed me a cutting of paper which showed that it's not by government but by toll operates itself.
