Hi,
They are sending me promotional spam messages on a daily basis on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website. I don't know how they got my number. I block them everytime but they change their number and send message again

For example message, i received today[

I stopped playing rummy circle long back. In Sep-2020, i wanted to play rummy. So, i created a rummycircle account. I started playing rummy and deposited thousands of rupees in my newly created account and lost most of it. In couple games, i won some money and wanted to withdraw the balance 20k i have in my account.

To withdraw from rummycircle account, one has to upload KYC documents and it will be verified. Generally, it takes 1 day or couple of days as i know. But KYC on my account was not completed and withdrawal request also. I had raised multiple tickets to rummy team, but did not get response from from them like till 1 month. After 1 month or so, they had responded to my query saying, you have another rummy circle account(i think its the account i did not use it for long time which i think was closed by me) and as per their rules, they transferred my withdrawal request amount to Old account.

Since the old account not used by me for long time, i didn't remember credentials. So, i requested rummy circle team to share the mail ID that was linked to old rummy account to reset the password. i have been asking them to provide the mail ID, i did not even get a single response from any of the rummy circle support team. I had a commitment on the withdrawal amount 20k i made. Since rummy circle team delayed withdrawal and not yet processed, my commitment was lost during that time which affected me financially very badly in 2020.

I have trust and faith in Consume Complaints Board, I request you to please help me in this situation.

My name is Shivaa elango from Chennai. I have never interested or requested to play rummy circle gambling play. But they are making calls frequently, if i pick the mobile to here their call, automatic voice is saying that I have been completed my transaction successfully. further immediately message is coming through WhatsApp and normal simultaneously stating that you may withdraw your transaction amount.
Here I have to mention one important message:
This call is coming after realizing of my business payment from my customer. they are clearly mentioning my current ledger and available balance in my current account. This is very ridicules how is possible. to catch this balance amount from my bank. please stop this game. otherwise entire system will be collapsed.

Complaint is regarding above subject. As I don't have rummy account on my name still I am getting SMS and calls from you. I got an automated robo call when I tried to pick up It said "The transaction is done on your rummy account" and call suddenly disconnected, and instantly I got a message with link for withdrawal of money. There maybe someone who has got and misusing my KYC Details. As for these scenarios, Proper Verification and Authentication about the person should be done from your side before creating an account. Simply by picking a call no-one will be authenticated as a genuine user, even if that contact number is linked to one's KYC ( Aadhar or PAN) documents. Please change your mode of verification because I think probably this lacks in proper authentication while signing up for the service.

3 issues I reported in rummy circle but no reply from support team.

Looting public money in the name of technical issue.

Issue 1

Feb 5 I won two mega shooter tickets and one was in active status and i played mega shooter but one more ticket came as duplicate and i coundnt able to join. Now they are its expired. Why it came as duplicate they have no reason to resolved it

Issue 2

I won xpress 2000 ticket on last Monday Feb 13. Ticket credited on 6.40 pm only. but when I joined i was in waiting list 200 plus. Match started by 7 pm. And they remove me since waiting list is more. so I coundnt able to join and ticket expired.

Issue 3

I won mega shooter ticket yesterday 3.20 pm. But no mega shooter tournament after that for feb19 rrt tournament. Now that ticket also expired

In total 2 mega shooter ticket and 1 xpress 2000 ticket not credited even in rasied complaint in their fb chat and email

I'm Reema Nagalgave, my complaint is about my refund on 11th Jan2023 my child has mistakenly done a transaction of 500 after some time after checking I immediately mailed to rummy circle that I want refund I'm not using that money so they agreed but till now I didn't received refund from 11th jan I'm getting ticket numbers no resolution no proper response... please help me with this. Thank you

I want the SMS and CALLS to be blocked asap. If I recieve any further promotional and spam SMS from these people about the game, I'm gonna make sure of a legal action. Mark my words.

How to solve my blocked account please unblock to my account in Rummy circle problem please help me sir

My account was blocked and they blocked my withdrawals too. I contacted them many times but there is no proper response there side. I'm new to this platform I was invited by one of friend in my office and I just played for week then I'm tried to withdraw my money they are blocked me without any reason . I have 15465/- in my account please refund my amount.so refund my money back and unblock my account. the one which I added in my account that upi id is not working now. What is reversal debit sir. Because my wallet amount is 17050 is reversal debit . Tell me sir. Iam contact so many mails mailed . But no given what iam asking sir. This is too much because your taken my amount and not said why you taken my amount sir tell me plz

My account was blocked and Suspended on 22-JAN-2023.I recently opened my rummycircle account was invited by my collogue in my office. I added money in my account and played for 1 week after that again I added money so I have 15465/- in my account when I started withdraw amount from the account its blocked.so please help me to unblock my account to play and withdraw. The worst service i have seen from your end. I contacted through my mail many times but there is no response from their end. if you want block my account refund money into my bank account which mentioned below. I hope you resolve this issue.
