I've been getting tons of spam messages from RummyCircle on a daily basis. I kindly request to remove my no. from the messaging list to stop sending these messages to my phone no. [protected].

      My account has blocked and my winning amount was locked. I haven't done any violation in my game but rummy circle says it was violated but they are not ready to give me the proper explanation about the blocking. If my account is not unblocked, please delete my account and transfer the balance to my bank account please.

                Hi,

                My user name is Wizsat. Recently my cash withdrawal were failed consecutively 4 times and received email stating that "couldn't be processed by the bank" blaming my bank. However there was nothing wrong from the side of bank. I had already withdrawn cash successfully before.

                When I contacted customer support via email, phone and chat, none of them tried to solve my problem and kept asking me to place new withdrawal which I did and failed everytime.

                I sent a mail stating that there is no value for the cash as it can't be withdrawn and so I would drain them. They blocked my account. I was so angry and mailed them stating that they are fraud. After that they transferred my money (without placing any withdrawal request) and blocked my account permanently.

                1. The reason for blocking my account is not justified.

                2. There is enough valid reason for my disappointment as -

                - my withdrawal was failed 4 times consecutively
                - on contacting support through email, chat, phone call, none of them were able to solve the problem instead they told me to keep making new withdrawal request, which I did and failed everytime
                - banning an account for exploding a customer's disappointment over a GENUINE issue is not acceptable.

                I have sent multiple mails to unblock my account but they rejected.

                          I raised a complaint on 23.3.2023 regarding my user account Thangamthara has been blocked and my money got frozen in rummycircle account. Either unblock my account or release my money and transfer it to my bank account. I dint violate any rules...                             My user account is blocked and the fair play team saying that i have violated their policy. Since iam playing for a long time and now iam a platinum elite player then how I'll violate or cheat ? I know the rules and regulations. So how can I cheat? They can check all my transactions and game play . Everywhere I played genuinely my game alone. If I violated the rules then they should not have waited till I hold the most vip membership. Now my money 10, 000 is got stuck in my account and they are not allowing me to withdraw it. Kindly unblock my account. Actually I gave withdrawal of 800 which was processed instantly and then when I give 10000, then immediately they blocked my account. So unblock my account or else reverse my money of 10, 000 to my bank account. I have sent many mails but still I dint get my money back.

                                      My account was blocked and they blocked my withdrawals too. I contacted them many times but there is no proper response there side.
