My account has blocked and my winning amount was locked can't withdraw it.I haven't do any violation in my game but rummy circle says it was violated but they are not ready to give me the proper explanation about the blockimg. If my account is not unblocked then what is the reason to hold my cash .. delete my account and transfer the balance to my bank account please....

I was trying to withdraw my money rupee 10, 728.35 rupees in my rummycircle account my id bujjimahi and that rummycircle team guys not able to send money they saying its under going and again saying failed like this many times now i deleted my account if i delete they will send balance to my account but with in 7days but now they saying it will take 90days this is wrong they cheating me and not sending money...

I have not subscribed and given information to the rummy circle but I am receiving many messages from the rummy circles advertising from different different numbers on daily basis like, your account number credited ..so on. This was very very disturbing and I consider this as a violation of my right to privacy and i request rummy circle to don't send any of the messages from rummy circles promotion and please take strict action to this matter...

My account was closed/blocked yesterday, 20th December 2022, without prior notice or reason.
