Hi Team,

I stopped playing rummy circle long back. In Sep-2020, i wanted to play rummy. So, i created a rummycircle account. I started playing rummy and deposited thousands of rupees in my newly created account and lost most of it. In couple games, i won some money and wanted to withdraw the balance 20k i have in my account.

To withdraw from rummycircle account, one has to upload KYC documents and it will be verified. Generally, it takes 1 day or couple of days as i know. But KYC on my account was not completed and withdrawal request also. I had raised multiple tickets to rummy team, but did not get response from from them like till 1 month. After 1 month or so, they had responded to my query saying, you have another rummy circle account(i think its the account i did not use it for long time which i think was closed by me) and as per their rules, they transferred my withdrawal request amount to Old account.

Since the old account not used by me for long time, i didn't remember credentials. So, i requested rummy circle team to share the mail ID that was linked to old rummy account to reset the password. i have been asking them to provide the mail ID, i did not even get a single response from any of the rummy circle support team. I had a commitment on the withdrawal amount 20k i made. Since rummy circle team delayed withdrawal and not yet processed, my commitment was lost during that time which affected me financially very badly in 2020.

I have trust and faith in Consume Complaints Board, I request you to please help me in this situation.

My account was blocked and Suspended on 22-JAN-2023.I recently opened my rummycircle account was invited by my collogue in my office. I added money in my account and played for 1 week after that again I added money so I have 15465/- in my account when I started withdraw amount from the account its blocked.so please help me to unblock my account to play and withdraw. The worst service i have seen from your end. I contacted through my mail many times but there is no response from their end. I hope you resolve this issue. refund my amount to below mentioned account

RummyCircle.com Keep spamming me by sending fake messages and calls from different numbers

I'm facing issue with withdrawals in my account. it was suspended and withdrawals are blocked. when the company trying to refund my money into my account through upi id, it's not proceeded due bank issue. so please refund my amount to below account number. If it is possible please unblock my account otherwise refund my amount to below mentioned account details.

I dont even have an account with any Rummy domains. This message is misleading. Please stop torturing the common man with irrelevant messages that involve huge amounts of money. Let me know how I can remove my number from this.

Please ban and close this bot and dummy and fraud site. 99% percent scam is going on. 1% are winning.

supreme court and Central government Should intervene to close on immediate basis.
Because most of the rummy circle players are committed suicide or lost their mental and falls in depression. So this effect the economy of our county and Falling GDP. Because now a days 50% of young population playing 15 hours a day this type of fraud games and scam games. they waste the time, money and separate from family.
Attractive advertisement by rummycircle.com is biased and fraud. 99% loosing money and committed suicides' . So GDP of India going down

My account has blocked and my winning amount was locked can't withdraw it.I haven't do any violation in my game but rummy circle says it was violated but they are not ready to give me the proper explanation about the blockimg. If my account is not unblocked then what is the reason to hold my cash .. delete my account and transfer the balance to my bank account please.

I withdraw 2 times but always the money it showed returned 2 times the amount added but 3rd time it shows returned but didn't added anywhere...
Yesterday I pay 200 rupees 2 times but it's not added till now .. kindly check.
