RummyCircle has blocked my Account permanently due to logged in two different mobile devices due to technical problems in my primary device. Because of this, Rummy Circle team has identified my account as being violated. In fact, I have used two devices for play. I gave them full authenticity for cross verify my KYC and also mailed them couple of times but they did not replied me till now. Even though my account is blocked but they should return my funds but they have not given an option for that too.
So kindly unblock my account and return my fund ASAP.
