My account blocked and I'm not able to withdraw my cash from rummy account to why its blocked I'm not able to understand. I write so many mail to support team and fairplay team but problem is still not resolved...

Respect sir i have played open account by the name of arusiharpit in rummy circle. And play game and win approx 15 thousands amt now I want to withdrawal my amt before I kyc is required. During kyc by mistake I have provided documents oh my husband aadhar card due to the same rummy circle rejected my kyc with no further liberty to update my kyc documents.
