Hi my rummycircle account was closed due to multiple accounts.I requested multiple times through [protected]@rummycircle.com and [protected]@rummycircle.com.But no response, please help to get my amount back.

Iam not been able to play the cash games on rummy circle. When lam going to play rummy on the app it is showing that you do not satisfy the pre- conditions to play the cash games. Please look into this matter.

I have placed multiple withdrawals around 87 withdrawals on 12/04/2022.
But in that few have been successfully processed instantly .and all the other transactions have been sent through NEFT on 12/04/2022 evening but unfortunately my bank has been cancelled all the withdrwals request and sent back to RUMMYCIRCLE.
On 13/04/2022 only 8 withdrawal request have been marked as failed and returned into my gaming balance .

The remain 62 withdrawal request s don't had any update and neither i recieved on bank nor to gaming balance it's been a week please look into my issue and solve the problem.

62 withdrawal X 49000 = 30, 16, 000/- approximately should be refund into my account.
I already sent the statement to support team also .I'm mentioning the withdrawal id that hasn't been credited to my account.

I'm Platinum elite player once and now I'm a platinum player. Today I withdraw my amount at midnight and suddenly it showed my account is blocked because of bank account using by another account. I[censored] want to block u need to block that account not mine. So is it good way to treat such a loyal player. I'm too shocked they are not even replying to mails also. So please kindly unblock my account.

They are sending messages to me daily. it's totally irritating me. stop sending messages to my number [protected].

I am Susmita Sardar, email id [protected]@gmail.com. I withdraw amount from my I'd 3 times. One time the amount credited but two times the amount not credited to my bank account. But Successful withdrawal are showing in my Id and amount debited from my id.
