Dear sir my account I'd is- sks19832002. I am having 2586 rs in my account. But now unable to withdraw the amount because they blocked my account without any prior notice. I have mailed several times to customer service but they reply same and not solving the issue.plz refund my money...

My rummy account blocked from past 3 days onwards iam unable to withdraw my amount. Please unblock my account as early possible...

I have clear all the target of rummy rumble milestone on 9th and 13 th March but money still not add to my account
And no further update about my wining money...

My in game username didn't match with my KYC documents, that's why I want to change my username, but I don't know how it is done....

They are frauds
they blocked user without notice
and also blocked me to withdraw cash
i am playing on it from 3 years
but they never give you right solution
their app contains bots
their reply mails are auto generated
they are frauds
never give you right information about deposits
i mail them several times
i have to filed complain in court against them...
